Już widzieliśmy, jaki jest jego pogląd na te kwestie– wskazał.Nawet w przypadku wydania ENA ostateczna decyzja należałaby do sądu węgierskiego.Państwo węgierskie przeprowadzi własną procedurę i bardzo możliwe, że – jak w innych podobnych sprawach – odmówi wydania, wskazując na upolitycznienie postępowania– powiedział.Po co był azyl?Na pytanie, dlaczego Ziobro zdecydował się na wyjazd na Węgry, Sopiński odpowiadał jednoznacznie:„Żeby złożyć wniosek o azyl i ochronę międzynarodową, trzeba pojawić się na terytorium danego państwa. Bez pobytu na Węgrzech nie mógłby takiego wniosku złożyć”.Azyl – w jego ocenie – zmienia całą logikę postępowania prowadzonego w Polsce.Budowanie spirali represji wobec kogoś, kto i tak jest nieuchwytny i ma status uchodźcy politycznego, nie jest skuteczną metodą polityczną. To raczej droga do własnego ośmieszenia– powiedział.Sądy pod presją politycznąW dalszej części rozmowy dr Sopiński szeroko mówił o stanie polskiego sądownictwa.Prawo do sądu obowiązuje dziś w różnym stopniu – w zależności od tego, kogo dotyczy sprawa– mówił.
