There is a bit of hesitation because I am finding that what is thought to be paranormal is actually normal. There is no such thing as para, or above the normal.I started out hunting ghosts. I wanted to know if there really is an afterlife. After many adventures in old prisons and dark, creepy places, I have learned that locations reported to be haunted usually are. We, as a species, have believed in life after life since the first human thought, so to continue as a ghost or spirit is natural, it is part of the human experience. The fact that Science doesn't recognize this is irrelevant.Having found possible Sasquatch evidence, namely trees driven into the ground upside down thought to be territory markers, while on a ghost hunt led me to investigate this creature in my native Ohio. After several years and many forays into Bigfoot territory, I have found incredible evidence which inspired this book. This creature is alive, flesh and blood, and has fantastic abilities. A mythical creature doesn't leave strange structures, foot prints, hand prints, and I don't believe a fictional non entity has ever growled at anyone. Here again, the fact that Science doesn't recognize this beast is irrelevant, I know better.The journey is not over. I have learned so much about this animal, but I have only scratched the surface. There are so many questions that remain unanswered. I can tell those who will listen that this creature exists, but they need to look for themselves. The evidence is there for all to see, but they need to know what to look for. I hope my experiences have informed and inspired those who have answered the call to seek this elusive creature. Medical professor used her x-rays in teaching and when students would review her case study, they would surmise she died and were always surprised she survived. This launched a variety of psychic experiences including automatic writing (some in Castilian Spanish and she doesn't know Spanish, info on Watergate 2 years before it happened, she was able to verify later) and a variety of other things that led to direct voice channeling. Sheila channeled Orlos first, they said they were preparing her body for the higher teachers of THEO, whose stronger energy came through later. Sheila was invited and attended the July 25th, 1976 psychic conference at the University of Miami where physicists, engineers, anthropologists, and parapsychologists met and determined psychics and psychic phenomena valid and promising subjects for serious scientific inquiry. He joins us to discuss his new articles on “The Perfect Storm, The Rise of Localism, and its Effects on National Wellness” and “Meditation—The Controlled Psychophysical Self-Regulation Process That Works”. Excerpt from the latter:“The sense of spiritual consciousness, connecting to something greater than oneself, is one of the most intoxicating realms a human can enter. Across the millennia such experiences have shaped the lives of individuals and, upon occasion, whole cultures. The experiences and their effects are historical fact. …Whether it is a physicist achieving understanding of a physical principle, a spiritual pilgrim having an epiphany, a great painter or composer creating a masterpiece, or a remote viewer describing a teacup hidden in a closet, all report that when the experience is happening, when they feel that they are “in the zone” they are in a state of nonlocal consciousness. They experience themselves as being in a domain in which space and time are just informational enrichers, not limitations. They all report a timeless spaceless connection to something greater. For each the experience is modulated by their context and their intention, but regardless of whether they are physicists, painters, or meditators, it is essentially the same.Although such experiences occur spontaneously only once or a few times in an individual life, almost every human culture has discovered they can be evoked and has developed practices, usually in a spiritual or religious context, for attaining this state. Similarly, all the martial arts have this component of mindful discipline, a practice of focusing intentioned awareness. Collectively, we have come to call these practices "meditation.”

Stephan shares his theories on non-local consciousness and discusses the idea that space-time arises from consciousness, not vice versa.
