Discussing the global EV market, Ceaser pointed to British Columbia, Canada, as one of the strongest regions for EV adoption. “It's a wealthy, environmentally conscious area with a strong tech sector, and EVs have done really well there,” he said. However, he acknowledged concerns about how U.S. policy changes could impact Canada, particularly with potential tariffs affecting supply chains. On the topic of the U.S., Ceaser warned that political uncertainty could slow EV adoption but wouldn't halt it entirely. “Even when Trump was in office last time, state governments, cities, and corporations took the lead in pushing forward EV initiatives. That will likely continue, even if the national sentiment shifts,” he explained.Ceaser summed it up with a memorable phrase: “Elections and electrons don't mix.” He explained that while many politicians support EVs, others seek to weaponise the issue, creating unnecessary division. Ultimately, he argued, the numbers speak for themselves—EVs are simply a better financial and technological choice.
Performed for the first time in 1801, and later using electrons in 1961, the double slit experiment continues to baffle both scientists and mystics. By sending particles—or waves—through two narrow openings and observing the resulting interference pattern, researchers are forced to grapple with the perplexing dual nature of matter and light. Each iteration of the experiment sheds new light on quantum mechanics, challenging our understanding of reality and hinting at deeper, more mysterious truths. Indeed, few scientific demonstrations prompt as much intellectual and philosophical confusion, underscoring just how extraordinary this phenomenon truly is.

Last month I was invited to speak at a functional medicine symposium in Rome, Italy. This is the same conference where I gave an in-depth presentation explicitly on photobiomodulation two years prior. This time around, I spoke on the term/theory I have coined: The Mitochondrial Triad. As many of you know by this point, this Triad is, what I believe to be at this point in time based on the information I have gathered, the three most efficient and efficacious ways to boost your mitochondrial function: red light therapy, methylene blue and carbon 60. The presentation I gave first explained why the mitochondria are the focal point of this Triad and justified why the crux of modern health and disease is predicated on mitochondrial function; or said another way, why mitigating and preventing mitochondrial dysfunction is the ultimate goal of wellness and longevity. The subsequent sections of the presentation are on RLT, MB and C60 and how they positively impact the mitochondria and, thus, can positively affect the vast majority of diseases and cancers. So for today's episode, I decided to provide you with a front row seat to my presentation. Not a recording of the one I gave in Rome, but a personal The Red Light Report rendition, which has ended up being more comprehensive and detailed. Sit back and enjoy the first half of my presentation, which covers the impact of mitochondria on our overall health and red light therapy. If you found the information in today's episode particularly interesting and/or compelling, please share it with a family member, friend, colleague and/or anyone that you think could benefit and be illuminated by this knowledge. Episode 820 This week's hosts - Dave, HidaOWin, ScarrEditor - SavageMick "As many of you know, I have a background as a chemistry teacher. I've come to realize that much of what I teach my students applies not only to what goes on in the classroom, but in life also. It's not as crazy as it sounds. You see, technically, chemistry is the study of matter, but I prefer to see it as the study of change: Electrons change their energy levels. Molecules change their bonds. Elements combine and change into compounds. But that's all of life, right? It's the constant, it's the cycle. It's solution, dissolution. Just over and over and over. It is growth, then decay, then transformation. It's fascinating really. It's a shame so many of us never take time to consider its implications." You may recall hearing about electrons in an introductory science course in grade school. Electrons are particles with negative energy charges, and are essential for all living cells. Things that we do in our daily lives may negatively impact our electrons. As a result, we may experience negative effects on our immune system, DNA communication, adrenal glands, and more. That's why we are so excited to chat today with Carrie Bennett, a Clinical Nutritionist with research-backed expertise in hydration, fasting, anti-inflammatory diets, healthy light exposure, and detoxification. We're going to discuss the role electrons play in our body's functioning, things that can suppress electrons, and how to increase your magnetism! Our universe has a long and complicated history. And scientists are still trying to understand it all. The general picture says the universe was born 13.8 billion years ago, in the Big Bang. For the first tiny fraction of a second, the universe expanded at many times the speed of light – an epoch known as cosmic inflation. When inflation ended, the expansion slowed dramatically. But a lot happened over the following few minutes. During the first second, the basic forces of nature took shape: gravity, electromagnetism, and the forces that bind matter together. These forces made it possible to forge protons and neutrons. By about three minutes, the universe had expanded and cooled enough for these particles to stick together. They formed the nuclei of the first elements – mainly hydrogen and helium. The universe was still extremely hot and dense. And it was “foggy,” so we can’t see anything from that era. By about 380,000 years, though, the fog began to clear. Electrons latched on to the nuclei to form complete atoms. That process left a faint “afterglow” that we see across the entire universe. There are lots of questions about the details of this picture. And some scientists aren’t convinced about the overall outline – they have different views about the age of the universe, whether inflation ever happened, and more. There’s a little more agreement about what came next, and we’ll talk about that tomorrow. Script by Damond Benningfield

Dr Luca Turin is a biophysicist, writer, and perfume connoisseur whose work on fragrances seems to suggest that we don't smell molecules, per se - we smell the complex vibrations of an atomic structure. Turin came to be convinced of this model for olfaction at the expense of the standard model of receptors binding smell molecules just on the basis of their shape due to a prediction he made about the smell of sulfur. If the pungent odor of rotten eggs and brimstone was due to the vibrational frequency of the sulfur atom attached to the molecule, then any other atom with a similar vibrational frequency, no matter its shape, should also smell of sulfur. He found a compatible molecule in an unexpected place, and the rest fell into place. In this episode, I'll discuss diamond fluorescence, a topic that is rarely talked about. I'll explain what fluorescence is in my own words, and how it affects the appearance and value of a diamond. I'll also address the question of whether fluorescence is a "good or bad" thing and per usual, how the ultimate answer to that question comes down to personal preference. You'll learn a few things about this lesser-known aspect of diamond buying. Takeaways Fluorescence refers to the discharge of light that occurs when a diamond is exposed to ultraviolet light. Approximately 25-30% of diamonds exhibit some degree of fluorescence. Fluorescence can cancel out the yellowish tint in near colorless diamonds, making them appear whiter. Fluorescence can lower the price of diamonds, making them a bargain for some buyers. Personal preference is key when deciding whether fluorescence is desirable in a diamond. If you need expert advice about something you don't know much about, and need a little guidance, send me an email at andy@buylikeaguy.com and I'll do my best to cover it in an upcoming show. If you're “that guy or girl,” that people should hear from because you know your sh*t about a certain subject, please reach out to me, and let's talk about how we can work together. Description:
What is the value of green electrons? Hard to say. Depends where, depends when. What is sure is that, in view of recent regulations and corporate commitments, they must be tracked. From an annual basis, we are now moving to an hourly basis, under the thrust of corporate initiatives like the GhGProtocol, RE-100 and EnergyTag. Behind this movement, BigTech such as Microsoft and Google see a need to track those green electrons as their energy consumption is on the way up… and it has to 24/7.Enter new innovative digital companies that are providing those complex and data-hungry services. Some platforms go even further, proposing to trade the green attributes of electrons. Renewabl is one of them.Lead by the charismatic JP Cerda, Renewabl is one of the most advanced of those startups. The company is the recent winner of the "2024 Energy Tech Challengers Award" in the FinTech categoryJP Cerda has a long history of trading green commodities, first at Shell and Orsted. Then a few years ago he managed to create Zeigo, the premier PPA auction platforms which he then successfully sold in 2022 to Schneider Electric. JP and his team really know what they are doing when it comes to designing and developing leading edge digital market places in the green sector.
