Natomiast ja bym te słowa pana generała raczej odczytywał w kontekście takim, że rzeczywiście narasta pewna niepewność pomiędzy sojusznikami, Amerykanami i Europejczykami, co do tego w jaki sposób ten pokój wokół Ukrainy, pokój, nie mówmy słowa pokój, bo to jest nieadekwatne, zamrożenie konfliktu się ukształtuje– zaznaczył.Amerykański „gambit” na 210 miliardach i surowcachByły szef AW zwraca uwagę, że za sporem o komunikację kryje się bardzo konkretny konflikt interesów – pieniądze i dostęp do aktywów. Krawczyk przypomniał „28 punktów” planu, w którym zapisano sposób wykorzystania zamrożonych rosyjskich środków.Na przykład te 28 oryginalnych punktów jasno pokazywało, że na tym zamrożeniu zarobią albo Amerykanie, albo właśnie Europejczycy. (…) Od wielu, wielu miesięcy Europejczycy negocjują na temat wykorzystania tych środków do przekazania ich Ukrainie, przy czym to jest hamletyzowanie. Z jednej strony Europejczycy mówią, że chcą te środki wykorzystać na rzecz wsparcia Ukrainy, a z drugiej strony Belgia mówi: ok, wykorzystamy je, tylko wszyscy solidarnie musicie potwierdzić, że gdyby Rosjanie przystąpili do jakichś działań prawnych wymierzonych w nas, to musicie nam zadeklarować, że będziecie solidarnie za to odpowiadać. No i wtedy Europejczycy mówią, że już niekoniecznie– opisuje.Płk Piotr Krawczyk tłumaczy, że Stany Zjednoczone podeszły do kwestii zamrożonych rosyjskich aktywów znacznie odważniej niż Europejczycy. W tzw. 28 punktach jasno zapisano, co miałoby stać się z kwotą 210 mld euro ulokowanych w Euroclearze.Amerykański pomysł jest prosty i politycznie bardzo daleko idący: 100 mld euro miałoby zostać przeznaczone na odbudowę Ukrainy – de facto jako forma reparacji – a pozostałe 110 mld na wspólne inwestycje amerykańsko-rosyjskie, głównie w obszarze metali ziem rzadkich na północy. Na końcu dokumentu dopisano jeszcze kluczową klauzulę: zawarcie porozumienia sprawiłoby, że wszelkie roszczenia i pozwy – także dotyczące tych pieniędzy – przestałyby mieć znaczenie, jeśli tylko strony zgodzą się na układ.To, jak wskazuje Krawczyk, tworzy nie tylko linię sporu między Zachodem a Rosją, ale także ostry konflikt interesów wewnątrz samego obozu sojuszników Ukrainy. Europejskie stolice patrzą na te środki inaczej niż Waszyngton – chciałyby, by to europejskie firmy i instytucje finansowe stały się głównym wykonawcą powojennej odbudowy, a nie amerykańskie korporacje. Za tym idzie pytanie, które będzie wracać w kolejnych miesiącach: kto zapłaci za utrzymanie i dozbrojenie kilkusettysięcznej armii ukraińskiej i kto ostatecznie „skonsumuje” kontrakty odbudowy.Były szef Agencji Wywiadu rysuje też szerszy kontekst: to nie jest pojedynczy manewr, lecz element większej strategii. Od momentu, gdy władzę objął Donald Trump, Stany Zjednoczone konsekwentnie wykorzystują sektor energetyczny jako narzędzie polityki. Kolejne sankcje na rosyjskie koncerny – Rosnieft czy Łukoil – otwierają drogę do przejmowania ich aktywów w różnych częściach świata.W praktyce oznacza to, że Amerykanie stopniowo przejmują zarówno same aktywa, jak i rynki zbytu, na których wcześniej dominowała Rosja. Widać to choćby w Europie: przed wojną w latach 2017–2019 Rosja dostarczała do Unii Europejskiej średnio około 180 mld m³ gazu rocznie. Dziś, jak podkreśla Krawczyk, UE kupuje zaledwie około 10% tego wolumenu, a rosyjski surowiec sprzedawany jest z tak dużym dyskontem, że po odliczeniu kosztów wydobycia, transportu i ubezpieczenia Moskwa zarabia symboliczne kwoty – około 35–37 dolarów za baryłkę, często poniżej opłacalności.Efekt jest potrójny: Rosja traci infrastrukturę i udziały w spółkach, traci rynki, a na dodatek traci też cenę, po której sprzedaje swój surowiec. Stany Zjednoczone w tym samym czasie wzmacniają swoje wpływy – zarówno jako dostawca energii, jak i główny gracz finansowy, który dysponuje kartą 210 mld euro zamrożonych aktywów.„Nie widzę żadnego planu, żadnej strategii”. Polska poza stołem rozmówW tym szerszym układzie pojawia się pytanie: co robi Polska? Jakie ma cele, jakie karty, jaki plan na „nową rzeczywistość” po możliwym zawieszeniu broni? Były minister rozwoju Piotr Nowak odpowiada bez ogródek.Jaki my mamy plan, to możemy sobie snuć. Natomiast jeśli chodzi o konkretnie nasz rząd, to ja nie widzę żadnego planu, żadnej strategii. Mam wrażenie, że te działania są jakieś chaotyczne, nieprzemyślane– ocenia.Nowak przypomina, że wciąż nie mamy ambasadora w Waszyngtonie.Do tej pory nie mamy ambasadora w Stanach Zjednoczonych, więc nie mamy nikogo, kto by nas reprezentował tam, rozmawiał z kongresmenami, z organami władzy, dowiadywał się, co się dzieje. (…) Cała nasza polityka związana tutaj z regionem pokazuje, że nie mamy dialogu z naszymi sąsiadami, brakuje nam ustrukturyzowania– wskazuje.Zamiast strategii – mówi – mamy moralizowanie.Polityka zagraniczna jest jednym z trudniejszych elementów działań rządu. (…) Trzeba rozumieć świat, mieć sprawne służby, analizę gospodarczą, analizę interesów poszczególnych krajów i narzędzia oddziaływania. My name is Dianne LeBlanc. I am 67 years old. And, living in Canada, I have been married to the same wonderful man for 48 years.  We have 2 adult children, ages 46 and 44, and 2 wonderful grandkids, ages 14 and 13. I did not have a weight problem growing up, but like many, after having my children, I started gaining weight.  I joined WW when I was around 30 years old and soon became a lifetime member.  The first time I joined I probably had 15 pounds to lose.  I gained it all back and more in no time and struggled, always.  I tried many different diets over the years, but none were sustainable. Fast forward to December 31st 2024, 2 months after my retirement, I was at my highest weight, probably close to 170, but I'm not sure, because I was no longer weighing.  I'm 5'1'' tall, and size 12 was too small.  I was very disappointed in myself and thought that I was just going to get bigger. I could see myself turning into my mother, who has been miserable all her life because of her weight. I'm down over 30 pounds and 4 pant sizes since January 1st of this year.  I'm not sure if I have much more to lose, but I'm counting on my body to let me know.Come and Join Our Patreon Community. we both chased lean via fat loss onlyholding ourselves to the scaleYou're not going to calorie deficit your way to your dream body. That tight, lean, sculpted look you want? It comes from adding lean muscle tissue, not just shedding weight. Most women are stuck chasing smaller scale numbers and feeling stuck when their body doesn't actually change. They think they need to lose more fat to look better. What they actually need is more muscle to fill out the shape they want—especially in their 30s, 40s, and 50s. If you want curves, if you want definition, if you want to feel strong in your body? That doesn't come from less. It comes from building.You will need multiple long building phases—not just one.One 12-week bulk isn't going to cut it. A few months of eating more while doing booty band workouts won't give you the lean athletic look you want. You're going to need multiple building seasons, each at least 6–12 months long. And that's before you even cut. Sarah said it took her 2+ years of consistent building to see a real physique change. This is not a one-and-done strategy. It's a layered, repeated commitment—and you will need patience, a plan, and a hell of a lot of consistency.Most women are stuck dieting in their heads, even when they're not technically in a deficit.You're eating cucumbers and calling it lunch. You're still thinking every meal needs to be low-calorie, low-fat, and tracked within an inch of its life. Even in maintenance, you're mentally dieting. That mindset is killing your progress. If you're living like you're dieting—you'll never feel free. And if you're mentally restricting, you'll never fully commit to building. Your body reflects the beliefs you still hold. And if those beliefs are stuck in the 1200-calorie, WW points, clean eating era? Your body will be too.for me ..... the problem was I still didn't look good naked. I didn't have a more defined body. I had to fatloss and feel really restricted, my training suffers, my sleep……. So I was stalling my own potential to add more muscle. I never learned how to trust myself to be back on track rather than thinking I need to diet every time the scale goes up 5-7 lbs. I never practiced adherence and redirection. I just used the bandaid of fatloss.Well that sht got in my way.I wasn't enhancing my physique. I wasn't recomping much.I was frustrated as hell about how much “work” I was doing for very small ROI.

We decided to explore what it would mean if the Polygamy deniers were right… and frankly, if they are right… we have some major problems.Polygamy denialist' “Faith Package”1. Accept the belief JS did not practice plural message.2. Reject, as deceptions, the testimonies of the Church's highest leaders (ERS, ZH, BS, BY, JT, WW, and LS) after 1844 regarding their eyewitness accounts of JS's introduction of the practice of plural marriage. Accept that the Church's highest leaders for 50+ years were deceivers.3. Reject D&C 132 and its teachings, including those describing how JS had authority to create eternal families.4. Reject the temple endowment because nothing concerning it was recorded during Joseph Smith's lifetime. Instead, it represents the 1877 recollection of Joseph Smith's 1843 teachings, recorded by Wilford Woodruff, who also recalled how Joseph practiced plural marriage in 1843.5. Reject President Russell M.
