En 2008, Valentín se trasladó a España, donde tras casi ocho meses de adaptación a un nuevo idioma y cultura, descubrió la vibrante escena electrónica de Madrid. Su carrera despegó en 2009 al pinchar por primera vez en Fabrik, uno de los templos de la música electrónica mundial. Desde entonces, ha llevado su talento a reconocidos espacios como La Riviera, MiniClub, Insomnia, Estudio76 y la terraza de Space Ibiza. Actualmente es residente en las sesiones de FantasyEvent, WoW y Génesis. -Stefan- Originario de Bucarest, Rumania, Stefan nació el 16 de diciembre de 1991 y se trasladó a Madrid a los 10 años. Su amor por la música floreció desde pequeño; a los 7 años ya era cantante en diversos conciertos y concursos, acumulando numerosos premios. Su interés por la música electrónica se despertó en 2012 cuando comenzó a recibir clases profesionales en un estudio madrileño. En 2013 se convirtió en residente en la discoteca Circul de Leganés durante más de dos años. A lo largo de su carrera ha tocado en múltiples lugares tanto en Madrid como en el extranjero, incluyendo una actuación memorable en Fabrik en 2017 junto a The Martínez Brothers. Unión y Proyectos En septiembre de 2022, Valentín y Stefan decidieron unir fuerzas para formar Duorum. Su debut fue una fiesta "All Night Long" en Insomnia, donde desde entonces han establecido residencia con sus propias fiestas: FantasyEvents y WoW. El dúo se caracteriza por su estilo musical que abarca Melodic House y Techno, aunque también exploran sonidos como Afro-house y Techhouse según el tema de cada evento. Desde su formación, Duorum ha tenido el honor de tocar tres veces en Fabrik Madrid durante Code, compartiendo cartel con grandes artistas como Carl Cox, Artbat, Andrea Oliva y Marco Carola. En marzo de 2024 presentarán su propia fiesta "Génesis" en Disco Art, Madrid, en colaboración con Mygarage y con Matt Sassari como cabeza de cartel. Duorum está listo para llevar su energía única y su pasión por la música electrónica a nuevos horizontes y seguir conquistando corazones con sus vibrantes sets. ::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::: Biography Artists: Valentín & Stefan -Valentín- Born in Focsani, Romania, on February 14, 1989, Valentín has followed a fascinating musical path that began in 2006, when he followed in the footsteps of his older brother, a DJ at a local nightclub. In 2008, Valentín moved to Spain, where after almost eight months of adapting to a new language and culture, he discovered the vibrant electronic scene in Madrid. His career took off in 2009 when he first played at Fabrik, one of the temples of electronic music worldwide. Since then, he has taken his talent to renowned venues such as La Riviera, MiniClub, Insomnia, Estudio76 and the terrace of Space Ibiza. He currently resides in the sessions of FantasyEvent, WoW and Génesis. -Stefan- Originally from Bucharest, Romania, Stefan was born on December 16, 1991 and moved to Madrid at the age of 10. His love for music blossomed from a young age; by the age of 7 he was already a singer at various concerts and competitions, accumulating numerous awards. His interest in electronic music was sparked in 2012 when he began taking professional classes at a Madrid studio. In 2013 he became a resident at the Circul nightclub in Leganés for over two years. Throughout his career he has played in multiple venues both in Madrid and abroad, including a memorable performance at Fabrik in 2017 alongside Los Hermanos Martínez. Union and Projects In September 2022, Valentín and Stefan decided to join forces to form Duorum. Their debut was an "All Night Long" party at Insomnia, where they have since established residency with their own parties: FantasyEvents and WoW. The duo is characterized by their musical style that encompasses Melodic House and Techno, although they also explore sounds such as Afro-house and Techhouse depending on the theme of each event. Este interés no duró demasiado ya que muy pronto descubrió a artistas como Hernán Cattáneo o Martín García que le abrieron un nuevo abanico de sonidos progresivos. En 2014 creó la promotora de eventos Melódica, marca fuertemente asentada en la escena nacional española y que ha contado con artistas de la talla de Alex O´rion, Nicolás Rada, Dmitry Molosh, Ezequiel Arias, Graziano Raffa, o Kamilo Sanclemente. Es un apasionado de los sets largos y voladores donde puede presentar un discurso musical que pasa desde el ambient y downtempo hasta sonidos más pisteros y contundentes. Javi ha tocado por todo el territorio nacional incluyendo actuaciones en Barcelona, Vitoria y por supuesto en su ciutad natal, Madrid. ::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::: Biography Born in Madrid in 1988, he was very influenced by artists such as Mike Oldfield and Pink Floyd from a very young age. As a teenager he discovered electronic music focused on the dance floor, initially becoming interested in the Trance sound of the time. This interest did not last long, as he soon discovered artists such as Hernán Cattáneo and Martín García, who opened up a new range of progressive sounds for him. In 2014 he created the event promoter Melódica, a brand that is firmly established in the Spanish national scene and has featured artists such as Alex O´rion, Nicolás Rada, Dmitry Molosh, Ezequiel Arias, Graziano Raffa, and Kamilo Sanclemente. He is passionate about long, flying sets where he can present a musical discourse that ranges from ambient and downtempo to more dance-oriented and forceful sounds. Javi has played all over the country, including performances in Barcelona, Vitoria and of course in his hometown, Madrid. De allí en adelante, desarrolló un profundo amor por el género y la Cultura de Club, presenciando diversos festivales a lo largo y a ancho del mundo. Influenciado por bandas como Depeche Mode o Radiohead y por Dj´s como John Digweed, Hernán Cattaneo o Danny Howells. Su oído evolucionó y se nutrió escuchando innumerables sesiones, encontrando e incorporando a su Adn un sonido y una marca distintiva basada en mezclas minuciosas y elegantes, dotadas de sonidos frescos y logrando crear armonías que generan una atmósfera esencial para la pista. In the mid-90s, he had his first contact with electronic music working as PR for the best electronic clubs in his city. Influenciado por la rama de la música House mas americana, y de DJ´s como Mark Farina, DJ Sneak, Derrick Carter, Colette o DJ Heather, comenzó a poner la música que le gustaba en distintos locales de Madrid y Badajoz. Hoy en día, sus gustos musicales son variados y no se centra en un solo estilo musical. Se le puede escuchar en sus sesiones sonidos Tech-House, Progressive House o al techno más pistero dependiendo de la ocasión. Durante su carrera ha pasado por muchas cabinas de salas conocidas de España, entre ellas las salas Backstage, Deluxe, Wind, Blackstar, Desigual, Ilussions Badajoz, Disco Jardín, La Divina Bilbaoy Urban Festival entre otras.
