Today marks the 5th anniversary of the Dallas shooting that resulted in the death of 5 Dallas police officers. If you we're in Dallas-Fort Worth 5 years ago, you will probably never forget what took place on July 7th, 2016. At a memorial earlier today, Chief Garcia said that: "Evil is powerless if the good are unafraid." Today we remember the 5 fallen officers who gave their lives for our community and stand with the men and women who serve to protect it on a daily basis.

This week we are talking about the case of Jeremy Harris out of Dallas, TX. He is currently sitting in prison on a $3 million dollar bond for killing 3 people in Dallas, and one in Celina. Botham Shem Jean was a 26-year-old Saint Lucian, a Harding University graduate, and a Risk Assurance Associate with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Dallas, Texas. On September 6, 2018, Botham’s life was cut short when he was shot and killed by a neighbor—off-duty Dallas Police Officer Amber Guyger—who maintained she entered his apartment believing it to be hers. She said she mistook Botham for a burglar. On October 2, 2019, Guyger was convicted of murder in a Dallas courtroom and sentenced to 10 years in prison. She will first be eligible for parole in five years. On this episode, Botham’s mother, Allison Jean, speaks from the heart about her son, his life, his spirit, and his enduring legacy. Allison is the CEO of the National Utilities Regulatory Commission and lives in St. Lucia with her husband, Bertram. She also sits on the board of The Botham Jean Foundation. A pregnant woman had the unfortunate luck of consuming a bowl of soup which unbeknownst to her contained a boiled rat. The pregnant woman and her husband where eating at a hotpot in China where this happened. What would you do if you found a rat in your soup? Are you a fan of rats or soups?   Deep Fake is an emerging technology that gives the ability to swap anyone’s face with anyone’s body. This has been used in the past to place Nicholas Cage’s face on several different bodies in several different movies. This could potentially be used for fake news in the wrong hands. You can spot some of these Deep Fakes but some are very believable. Have you seen a deep fake? What would you use a Deep Fake for?   Botham Jean has been fatally shot in his own Dallas apartment after Police Officer Amber Guyger allegedly mistaken mistook Jeans apartment for her own.  This is a horrible unfortunate event and is still under investigation by the Texas Rangers. Amber Guyger is awaiting her time with a grand jury whom will decide the charges that will face Amber Guyger. On this episode, we welcome special guest Jay Dyer from Jay's Analysis to discuss the 2016 crime-drama Imperium. After gaining intelligence on radical Neo-Nazi groups, FBI Agent 'Nate' is tasked with infiltrating the heart of the White Supremacist movement to investigate a suspected terror plot. Once embedded into the highest levels of the network though, he eventually learns that there are no credible threats of terror, and is thus encouraged by his superiors to both inspire and facilitate one himself.  We look the the parallels between the fictional story being told in the film, and the real-world entrapment scenarios being orchestrated by the FBI; where high profile 'terror plots' are engineered by undercover agents and then foiled by the Bureau - such as the infamous 'Newburgh Sting' case and others. We touch on the history of key players within Far-Right movements and the incitement of political agitation by establishment networks, drawing connections between high profile extremism and the deep-state.  We also look at the backstory behind the film, where Director Daniel Ragussis asserted his desire to prompt a civilised deconstruction of extremist racial narratives; consulting former FBI Agent Mike German on both White Supremacist ideology and Federal subversion tactics. A heavily armed gunman with an armored vehicle started a shootout with Dallas Police at the police station on Saturday. He was a Conservative that felt the PD was too Liberal, and blamed them for his losing custody of his son. CNN's Fredricka Whitfield called the shooter courageous and brave while talking about his plan to take on the entire police force. Video of her comments and eventual apology after she caught hell. Cenk is annoyed by the level of Political Correctness coming from Conservatives over this. Gun advocacy groups are up in arms over proposed legislation to force potential gun buyers to have a license and be at least 21 years old. Meanwhile, an Iowa mall cop whose online presence was full of open carry gun toting memes and 2nd Amendment talk, has been arrested for shooting and killing a 20 year old woman that worked at the mall. After she reported him for sexual harassment, he was fired, and he returned to get revenge on her.Hour 2: Ana joins Cenk for SCS. Despite the drought California is experiencing, some rich residents are complaining about water limits that they feel should exempt them. Ana quotes a Conservative talk show host that gave the WashPost an unbelievably elitist quote. Seth MacFarlane responded to criticism over Family Guy's past jokes about Caitlyn Jenner's transgender identity. Keith Ablow gave his 2 cents on “transracial” Rachel Dolezar by connecting it to Caitlyn Jenner and his desire to claim he's a senior citizen eligible for Medicare. A man facing a paternity test for a newborn baby sent a lookalike to take the test so he could be off the hook for child support, but was busted. Ana gives her theory on dating a good looking guy and how many women throw themselves at him.
