Hello Initiates! A little something different for you this week! The first of our two part, 4 1/2 hour deep dive into the notorious Turner Diaries - a book so extreme, we had to double-check it wasn't satire. Spoiler: it's deadly serious, but that didn't stop us from bringing our signature irreverence to the discussion. Here, in Part One, we break down the early chapters and try to make sense of the book's wildest claims.. from drive-by bombings to the jaw-dropping idea that feminism would somehow lead to the legalization of rape. The hateful rhetoric is appalling, but the logic is so twisted, sometimes all you can do is laugh. We don't pull punches calling out the racism, misogyny, and antisemitism, but we also make sure to highlight just how preposterous and self-defeating these arguments are. Because honestly, ridicule is one of the best tools we have against hate.Throughout the episode, we reflect on how far society has come (and how far we still have to go) in challenging bigotry and conspiracy thinking. With Greg Hall's insights and our own lived experiences, we connect the dots between these extremist ideas and the rhetoric we see online today. So join us as we take on The Turner Diaries armed with critical thinking, a refusal to let hate go unchallenged, and, as always, a healthy dose of SDCIC humour. It's grim, it's outrageous, but we promise it's never boring.- We introduce The Turner Diaries and its author, William Pierce, setting the stage for why this book matters in extremist circles.- Break down the early plot: the “Organization's” violent tactics, including bombings and drive-by attacks.- Highlight the book's ludicrous leaps in logic—especially its claim that feminism leads to the legalization of rape.- Call out the novel's overt racism, antisemitism, and scapegoating, exposing its conspiracy tropes.- Discuss how the book frames liberalism, feminism, and civil rights as existential threats.- Share our real-time reactions to the most shocking and preposterous passages.- Draw parallels between the book's arguments and today's far-right talking points and online discourse.- Reflect on how attitudes toward race, gender, and tolerance have changed—and why challenging bigotry is crucial.- Greg Hall brings context on the roots of modern extremist rhetoric and the dangers of normalizing hate.- Through it all, we tackle the book's absurdities with our signature SDCIC humour, making sure even the darkest material gets the ridicule it deserves.LISTEN TO PART TWO: https://www.patreon.com/posts/turner-diaries-132792226AD FREE EPISODES ARE AVAILABLE AT https://www.patreon.com/somedarecallitconspiracy FOR JUST $2 PER MONTH TWO EPISODES PER WEEK AVAILABLE FOR $5 (PATREONS ARE CURRENTLY 5 EPISODES OF T.W.A.T.S. The Frick and Frack of facts and fun, David Waldman and Greg Dworkin close out the month with today's KITM. Hoo boy are the next 100 days going to be awful. The Trump Tariffs Tsunami has begun to reach landfall and will be lapping over our hairlines in only weeks. Tourists are staying away in droves. Americans don't support Donald K. Trump on the economy. They don't support him on a lot of things. In fact, Americans don't support Trump on so many levels, that if they had any other viable choice than Democrats to pick from, they'd have already fled to whomever that would be… even so, Trump is feeling pretty threatened. Like any wild animal, Trump has an instinctual defense ready: stupid lies. The more he's threatened, the more lies, and the more stupidity until Trump's pursuer gives up, or until Karoline Leavitt saves him. Karoline has her work cut out for her, as Trump would have dug all the way to ‘Gina in his ABC interview had Terry Moran only allowed him to. She-Wolf of the DOJ, Pam Bondi, will tell you that Donald personally saved the lives of one third of the United States population in only 100 days. I mean, what more can you ask? Trump says he “could” bring Abrego Garcia back from El Salvador, but doesn't feel like it. A Fortune 500 company fired their lawyer who helped an immigrant family. The Turner Diaries is the MAGA Constitution. El Salvador is in it for the money, crypto money, and by coincidence so is the Trump family. Believe it or not, Trump has a trust problem in the courts. Trump's lawyers aren't helping by being assholes. LeBron James of lawyers, Steven Biskupic, will be defending the Judge arrested by Trump's FBI. Steven's LeBron James of a sister will be reporting.
This week on End Credits, we're on stakeout. We're going to go back in time and ride shotgun with FBI agent Jude Law as he takes down the bad guys in the new movie The Order, which might be classified as a political thriller. Say... That would be an interesting topic to tackle at the beginning of this show, so let's do that! This Wednesday, April 9, at 3 pm, Adam A. Donaldson and Tim Phillips will discuss: Things Get Political. What makes a political thriller? Well, it's got to have, at least, some action, there has to be some mystery component, and it was to have a politically-motivated plot or characters. Sometimes there based on actual events, sometimes they're just inspired or are else completely made-up, but they otherwise forego the usual boring lawmaking of politics for something more deadly. We'll talk about some prime examples. REVIEW: The Order (2025). You may have heard about David Koresh or Timothy McVeigh, but what about Bob Matthews? In the 1980s, he started a terrorist group of White Supremacists who had a specific mission in mind: Bring the racist dystopia novel The Turner Diaries to life! The story of Matthews, and the FBI-led effort to stop him, are now dramatised in The Order featuring two British guys - Jude Law and Nicholas Hoult - in a deadly face-off that still has political resonance, but how does the movie itself resonate? End Credits is on CFRU 93.3 fm and cfru.ca Wednesday at 3 pm.

Dimes and Judas discuss such hard hitting stories as Trump wanting to absorb Canada, President Biden pardoning the lurid crimes of his cool son Hunter, and Dimes' recent insane appearance on a very large cryptocurrency panel show. After a completely uncalled for analysis of the Wifejak meme, they launch into a review of the book “The Fame of a Dead Man's Deeds: An Up-Close Portrait of White Nationalist William Pierce” by Robert S Griffin. As the title suggests, this is an account of a series of interviews conducted with the founder of the National Alliance and Cosmotheism on his guarded compound in West Virginia. It gives possibly the best account of the history of the organization. Lastly on this edition of The Copepranos Society, we have the recording of a recent X space where Dimes speaks with Jean and Nanocyde who contributed to the short documentary “Paving Over The Public: Canadian Immigration Policy in Opposition to Public Opinion” and discuss the background of how the video came to fruition, later joined by Derek Rants, Jeremy Mackenzie, and Fortissax. April 19th 1995 was a pretty dark day for the United States and to the people of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma in particular. Here in The States if you mention terrorism most people tend to think of the International variety, but domestic terrorism seems to be just as prevalent albeit with usually less of a bang, but not in this instance. Timothy McVeigh was a Gulf War Veteran who became disillusioned with the U.S. Government and decided he needed to send a message. Now he didn't just wake up one morning and decided to blow up a building, this was a slow burn that started in adolescence, slowly becoming radicalized over time. He didn't commit this heinous act on his own either, he had a few friends he would bounce ideas off of and also assist in building his bomb. What transpired left the country shocked and saddened. We've got you covered on the whole story. SponsorsFlintts Mintshttps://www.flintts.com/ Promo code: HistoricallyHigh for 15% offSupport the show
In this episode, I discuss the upcoming crime thriller movie The Order and the historical events that are the foundation of this movie. #treystablepodcast In this episode, I talk about the Turner Diaries, the white supremacist racist fantasy novel that inspired a generation of racists to commit hundreds of terrorist acts in the United States, and across the world. How the Turner diaries inspired this wave of domestic white supremacist terrorism is the subject of a new movie coming out this December: The Order. https://youtu.be/On6bCI14C30?s...https://youtu.be/Z53iTIBTdpk?s...https://youtu.be/uHI1WXtG-gw?s...https://youtu.be/QSRfW8k-cUI?s...https://youtu.be/-c-J81Lfmz0?s...https://youtu.be/mnAhwBVUo_U?s...

From 1977 to 1980, Joseph Paul Franklin went on a multi-state murder and mayhem spree, bombing a synagogue, shooting at people exiting another, and shooting interracial couples, lone black men, women who had previously dated black men, and a white porn magazine owner for publishing nude photos of an interracial couple. All in a delusional attempt to ignite a race war. Find out how an abused and confused little boy named James Clayton Vaughn, Jr. transformed into a full grown monster, Joseph Paul Franklin. The Turner Diaries (1978) is a notorious work of white nationalist and white supremacist fiction. It is reputed to have influenced a number of terrorist acts, including the 1995 Oklahoma City bombings. Surprisingly for such a work, the spelling and formatting are mostly fine. In this week's show we are joined by author and filmmaker Eric Bickernicks, he wrote Higher Strange and it's sequel Higher Strangeness. His first satirical novel was "Artifice" back in 2016. His latest work, "Higher Strangeness," is a surreal exploration of conspiracy culture, inspired by the likes of Q-Anon, Alex Jones, Pizzagate and the paranoia surrounding surveillance technology. I think of it as The Turner Diaries for the intelligent. This novel is the second installment in my "High Strangeness" series. The first book sets the stage by satirizing UFO culture, crashed saucers and alien grey folklore."Something strange has arrived on Cape Cod, and it's not just the UFOs.Ken Wakeman, a skeptical UFOlogist who seeks the truth about paranormal phenomenon, struggles to discredit the myriad of crackpot theories out there. Melissa "Mel" Howard, a reporter for a small Cape Cod newspaper, copes with the seasonal tourist invasion and its accompanying anxieties. When the Cape becomes the national focus over a rash of UFO sights, they join forces to get to the bottom it.Despite denials from town officials and the military that UFOs have landed, mass hysteria overcomes the seaside community. In addition to the frantic humans, Astro, Ken's Golden Retriever has also been acting strangely.Joining the invasion is Klick, the promiscuous leader of a spandex-clad UFO cult whose members want to “amalgamate” with the Fornacisians when their spaceship lands. Mel learns that when dealing with wing nuts, the truth isn't necessarily “out there”. Tom Frasier, an infamous proponent of crashed saucers and frozen alien bodies, claims the local military base houses some intriguing secrets. After a visit from the FBI gives legitimacy to Tom's story, Ken will ultimately decide how far he's willing to go to witness humanity's greatest close encounter."Mystic-Skeptic Radio produces programs such as Uncensored & Raiders of the Unknown. A provocative defense of a forgotten Chinese approach to identity and difference. Historically, the Western encounter with difference has been catastrophic: the extermination and displacement of aboriginal populations, the transatlantic slave trade, and colonialism. China, however, took a different historical path. In Chinese Cosmopolitanism: The History and Philosophy of an Idea (Princeton UP, 2023), Shuchen Xiang argues that the Chinese cultural tradition was, from its formative beginnings and throughout its imperial history, a cosmopolitan melting pot that synthesized the different cultures that came into its orbit. Unlike the West, which cast its collisions with different cultures in Manichean terms of the ontologically irreconcilable difference between civilization and barbarism, China was a dynamic identity created out of difference. The reasons for this, Xiang argues, are philosophical: Chinese philosophy has the conceptual resources for providing alternative ways to understand pluralism. Xiang explains that "Chinese" identity is not what the West understands as a racial identity; it is not a group of people related by common descent or heredity but rather a hybrid of coalescing cultures. To use the Western discourse of race to frame the Chinese view of non-Chinese, she argues, is a category error. Xiang shows that China was both internally cosmopolitan, embracing distinct peoples into a common identity, and externally cosmopolitan, having knowledge of faraway lands without an ideological need to subjugate them. Contrasting the Chinese understanding of efficacy--described as "harmony"--with the Western understanding of order, she argues that the Chinese sought to gain influence over others by having them spontaneously accept the virtue of one's position. These ideas from Chinese philosophy, she contends, offer a new way to understand today's multipolar world and can make a valuable contribution to contemporary discussions in the critical philosophy of race. For readers interested in how GCB and the Greek philosophical justification of GCB, domination, and destruction of barbarians still inform productions and consumptions of racist ideology as embodied in The Turner Diaries, see for example, here, here, and here. These ideas from Chinese philosophy, she contends, offer a new way to understand today's multipolar world and can make a valuable contribution to contemporary discussions in the critical philosophy of race. Kelvin's father, Dr. William Pierce, was a notorious white supremacist and founded the National Alliance, a prominent hate group. Dr. Pierce wrote the novel The Turner Diaries, which racists widely cite as inspiration for their racist beliefs and actions. Kelvin was subjected to physical and emotional abuse and was taught to believe that Jews and non-whites were responsible for society's ills. Despite the personal abuse he suffered, Kelvin accepted his father's teachings and held onto these racist beliefs as he transitioned into adulthood. It shaped his worldview and interactions with others, even though he didn't openly broadcast these beliefs. Kelvin was able to shed his indoctrination, create the charitable organization "Divine Child Foundation" to help orphans in Georgia, publish his memoir, and live a life of activism and inspiration in fighting racism and extremism. In this heartwarming chat, Kelvin Pierce tells us about his work helping hundreds of children in the small country of Georgia. Kelvin wrote The Sins of My Father about his own terrible childhood as the son of America's leading neo-Nazi - the author of The Turner Diaries. His childhood left him angry and with no self-esteem. He has come to exemplify the thriving survivor. In 1995, he and his wife adopted two babies from Georgia. Ten years later, Kelvin realized that the children were the greatest gift he'd ever received and wanted to give something back. The couple helped to turn around an orphanage in Georgia. Here Kelvin talks about their increasing commitment to children in Georgia through the Divine Child Foundation - not a religious organization, named with the idea that every child is divine. The one where we talk about Donald Trump's curious choice of location for a campaign rally, and whether the fact that it's the 30th anniversary of the Waco standoff means anything to him. Here are some of the sources and articles we used to create this episode:Trump holding his next rally in Waco, Texas, sends a message to the far right, experts sayWaco became synonymous with the worst failings of the federal government and has been used to push anti-government conspiracy theories for years. Though the Waco compound was home to a specific sect of religious extremists, elements of the tragedy resonate in today's times: gun ownership vs. gun regulation, rural independence vs. Washington bureaucracy. And some experts say that's likely exactly why the city was chosen for a Trump rally."Waco is hugely symbolic on the far right," said Heidi Beirich, co-founder of the Global Project Against Hate and Extremism. "There's not really another place in the U.S. that you could pick that would tap into these deep veins of anti-government hatred – Christian nationalist skepticism of the government – and I find it hard to believe that Trump doesn't know that Waco represents all of these things."Timothy McVeigh at WacoDuring the stand-off between federal agents and the Branch Davidians in Waco, Texas in 1993, people gathered on a hill roughly three miles away to see what was happening at the compound. One of those drawn to Waco was a 24-year-old Army veteran named Timothy McVeigh.Far Right Reading List Shows Link Between Its Literature and Real-World ViolenceThe list also included more overt resistance narratives. It initially featured The Turner Diaries by William Luther Pierce (it has since been removed with no explanation given). The Turner Diaries is a novel about a clandestine movement of white men who use racialized terrorism and nuclear warfare to “take back” the United States from Jewish “usurpers” and what Pierce portrays as the mindless, sex-crazed Black and Latino men who act as their enforcers. Pierce was the leader of the militant white supremacist organization National Alliance and his novel inspired neo-Nazi terror group The Order, which was responsible for murdering talk radio host Alan Berg in 1984. Oklahoma City bomber Timothy McVeigh evangelized the book, traveling to gun shows to sell it (and its sequel, Hunter) to like-minded people; his bombing attack on the Murrah Building closely resembled a similar act described in detail in Pierce's text. Investigators found portions of it in his getaway car. Germany's National Socialist Underground (NSU), which murdered 10 people and injured others in a years-long terror campaign against a mostly Turkish immigrant population, also took inspiration from The Turner Diaries: NSU member Uwe Mundlos translated several chapters of the book into German and a digital copy was found on a hard drive in an apartment Mundlos and his two primary accomplices had rented while undergroundGunman in FBI attack was Navy veteran who once handled classified infoMeanwhile, authorities are continuing to investigate a potential motive for the shooting in addition to Shiffer's possible ties to extremist groups, a law enforcement official familiar with the investigation said. Shiffer's name is used on several social media platforms by an individual who spoke about being at the Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021, and urging a “call to arms” after the FBI executed a search warrant at former president Donald Trump's Florida estate on Monday. On Truth Social, a site started by Trump, an account with Shiffer's name published a post after the FBI search at Mar-a-Lago telling others to “get whatever you need to be ready for combat.” On Thursday at 9:30 a.m., he wrote another post that seemed to indicate he was writing after attempting to enter the FBI building.“Well, I thought I had a way through bullet proof glass, and I didn't,” he wrote. “If you don't hear from me, it is true I tried attacking the F.B.I., and it'll mean either I was taken off the internet, the F.B.I. got me, or they sent the regular cops.”This is our current events recap program, where we offer our takes on what's going on at the bleeding edge of the information war. We encourage non-white listeners to dial in with their codified concepts, new terms, observations, research findings, workplace problems or triumphs, and/or suggestions on how best to Replace White Supremacy With Justice ASAP. This weekly broadcast examines current events from across the globe to learn what's happening in all areas of people activity. We cultivate Counter-Racist Media Literacy by scrutinizing journalists' word choices and using logic to deconstruct what is reported as "news." We'll use these sessions to hone our use of terms as tools to reveal truth, neutralize Racists/White people. #ANTIBLACKNESS The American Academy of Pediatrics updated guidelines to address the pestilence of obesity in the U.S. According to their report, approximately 20% of children in the U.S. are impacted by obesity, and the AAP recommends "early and intensive interventions" to reverse unhealthy childhood trends. Racism is explicitly listed in the report as a major contributor to obesity and unhealthy eating. In addition to poor diet, non-white people are also disqualified for mental health. In California, Keenan Anderson was tasered and killed by enforcement officials. Mr. Anderson was a black male educator and reportedly experiencing a mental health crisis when his life was terminated. This same week, NPR examined why black males don't utilize mental health services. (perhaps we're too busy slobbering over and raping White Women?) And mysterious, deliberate attacks on electrical grids continue throughout the land. Thousands have been stuck with no heat in the "dead" of winter. Again, these type of terrorist attacks are explicitly detailed in the White Supremacist bible, The Turner Diaries. #EatWellUseLogic #BrainDamage #TheCOWS13 #Pelé INVEST in The COWS – http://paypal.me/TheCOWS Cash App: https://cash.app/$TheCOWS CALL IN NUMBER: 605.313.5164 CODE 564943#

As is the 2022 calendar year. We rapped things up with a historic blizzard and cold temperatures across the northwestern hemisphere. Approximately three dozen people died in the Buffalo and western New York region, while water pipes burst in Jackson, Mississippi leaving cold black residents dehydrated again. Here in Washington state, an electrical grid in Tacoma was attacked on Christmas day leaving thousands without power. This continues a string of attacks on power stations in states across the US - which is directly from Dr. William Pierce's The Turner Diaries. The sports world was stunned with news of the death of Brazilian soccer titan Pelé. The only person ever to win three World Cup championships, the South American legend died at the age of 82. Pelé's regarded as the undisputed greatest to kick a ball despite being a Victim of White Supremacy classified as a black Brazilian male. #TheCOWS13 #Pele INVEST in The COWS – http://paypal.me/TheCOWS Cash App: https://cash.app/$TheCOWS CALL IN NUMBER: 605.313.5164 CODE 564943#
The Context of White Supremacy welcomes Dr. Alon Milwicki. An expert on white supremacy, Neo-Nazism, and systemic racism in American History, Dr. Milwicki's focus on the origins and proliferation of the Christian Identity Movement and religious justifications for discrimination and domestic violent extremism. He currently works for the Southern Poverty Law Center, an organization dominated by White people that's widely acknowledged for allegedly working against Racism. Non-white SPLC employees have accused White workers of practicing Racism within in the organization and mistreating non-white staff. Dr.Milwicki previously worked as an associate professor at the University of Texas A&M. We'll review his nifty report, Baptizing Nazism An Analysis of the Religious Roots of American Neo-Nazism - which explores the history and context of the religion of White Supremacy. We'll be sure to ask Dr. Milwicki about the recent and suspicious attacks on electrical grids in numerous US states. This specific act of terrorism is explicitly detailed in Dr. William Pierce's The Turner Diaries - a “bible” for many White Supremacists of the past 25 years. Pay close attention to Dr. Milwicki's definition of White Supremacy/Racism. He said Gus's definition is not accurate. This White Man stressed that Racism is different from White Supremacy and that everyone can practice "racism." He provided a stunning illustration of when a non-white student allegedly practice racism against him as an instructor. Pay close attention to the use of the word "jew." #EricRudolph #WhiteGeneticAnnihilation #TheCOWS13 INVEST in The COWS – http://paypal.me/TheCOWS Cash App: https://cash.app/$TheCOWS CALL IN NUMBER: 720.716.7300 CODE 564943#
"CHIEF EXORCIST PUTIN AND THE SATANIC KWEST , IPR" 10/27/22 Twitch https://www.twitch.tv/videos/1635818081 Rokfin Odysee Audio Spotify VIdeo https://open.spotify.com/show/21L1lClkIOvDRpl8ABYYOK?si=f6e79bc26b9c4848 This morning I want to explain the significance of Kanye West in the Metascripted World stage Drama. Kanye/Ye is an idol. Like Truman Burbank in the Truman show, he is handled and gatekept, and his meltdown is a coordinated takedown. My contention is that the name WEST corresponds to the present framing of the WEST by Putin as Antichrist and in need of some deSatanizing. Back in January, there was an event that forecasted the present geopolitical and social media situations of October 2022. It was the fire on the 19 stories North-West tower of the Twin Parks Towers burning caused by "space heaters," blamed on capitalism, and signaling in my mind the escalation of the war for "space" as the West's wanton destruction of the Earth. This oppressive and polluting system must be stopped at the Karman Line. This was building on existing narrative structures but January marked a clear acceleration which was clarified with Ye's welcome party for Pluto/ Hades. Putin was just named Chief Exorcist and the task of DeSatanizing the West is in his hands. Kanye West's family has been torn apart by the effects of Hollywood's Satanic values. I believe that Kanye is a deliberately created icon, a construct, and an idol to be ritually torn down as a symptom of the West which too, will be ritually torn down as the result of its values and its political and economic system. The fall of the West and the fall of West should reach peak crescendo now as we hit the midterm elections, the middle, the point of the split and schism which keeps the west perfectly polarized and poised at a precipice. Recently, Kanye has associated himself with Django Unchained, a reference that calls out to Nat Turner, the Turner Diaries, and Helter Skelter subtext in the BLKKK SKKKNHEAD rapper's controlled demolition narrative. All this is against the Black Star storyline which connects Kanye to the Alien or Fallen Savior archetype. His “fall” from grace could be symbolic of the fallen angel Lucifer/ Satan's descent. This story has been conveyed over the years through icons, idols, and their metascripted dramas on and offstage. Shana Tovah! David Waldman is off cheerfully tootling and self-reflecting. (Somber self-reflection is next month.) Ah, but yesterday, David recorded an all-new KITM! Open your pomegranate and enjoy! Another, maybe final hearing from the January 6 Committee is this week. Over and over, the committee has documented the planning behind the coup. MAGA think tank Claremont Institute circle-jerked a Turner Diaries fantasy of the insurrection back in October 2020, entitled 79 Days to Inauguration. Authoritarian-advocating think tank Heritage Foundation's senior staff are sometimes troubled by underlings not obedient to all of their top-down edicts. The 5th Circuit appeals court compels censorship over the previous hundred years of 1st amendment law. Donald Trump has lied and stolen for decades. There must be something he likes about it. Donald loves gossiping because he can hurt people behind their backs, hurt them to their face, then hurt them for profit.
Plus: Was sollte Merrick Garland tun? Was wären die Folgen einer Anklage oder gar einer Verhaftung Trumps - und was die Folgen, wenn das nicht geschieht, oder am Ende gar ein Freispruch steht?

WARNING: this video contains descriptions of physical harm to a child. William Pierce's Turner Diaries inspired the Oklahoma City bombing and is an essential text for neo-Nazis. Kelvin Pierce talks about his father, a professor of physics who became embroiled in the American Nazi Party and created the National Alliance and the Church of Cosmotheism. Kelvin and Jon discuss about the hatred that turned his father into a monster.
On April 19, 1995 the Alfred P. Murrah building in downtown Oklahoma City, was rocked by a powerful car bomb, collapsing walls and floors. The blast shattered glass windows in storefronts blocks away.It took a while for investigators to realize it, but the day marked the second anniversary of the FBI assault on the Branch Davidian Compound, near Waco Texas. This podcast discusses how a decorated US Army Vet committed the deadliest terrorist attack on US Soil at the time.
Well we typed in "worst author" and this guy unsurprisingly topped every list right ahead of Glenn Beck. Come join us as we make fun of a Nazi who tried his hand at a literature and gloriously failed, the author behind terrorist propaganda book "The Turner Diaries", William Pierce III!
TENE finally dives headfirst into the Order, the most successful white nationalist terrorist group of the 1980s lionized by neo-Nazis today. Boris looks at founder Robert Matthews' early life and the development of his "Silent Brotherhood", with all the weirdness and stupidity one might expect from people who use the Turner Diaries as a life plan. Spencer had a strange week that inspired this episode. From MLK Day to random Twitterness; the Turner Diaries, dumbspiracies' tangibility & a COVID death – it was a rather metaphorical spectrum. Then “Gathering” fit all Wizard of Oz/Pink Floyd-like as background for some fun citations & Spencer closes reassuring those mad at him that he still loves them.
The Empire Never Ended concludes their biographical study of William Luther Pierce and goes deep into the multi-decade development and collapse of his National Alliance. Fritz talks about the impact of the Turner Diaries, introduces Pierce's pet religion "Cosmotheism", and gives some idea of the National Alliance's international reach. In the second meeting of TENE's Fash Fic Book Club, Fritz reads William Luther Pierce, III's infamous book, the Turner Diaries. The story, which originally began to appear as installments in National Alliance's nazi rag, Attack! in 1975, is framed as a serious of unbelievably dry diary entires by "known racist" named Earl Turner, as he battles The System in the early 90s. It's a shitty bad book, but that's the job... Fritz takes Boris and Rey down a bloody and nonsensical path through The Organization's early days as a scrappy guerilla band of nazis to eventually nuking the planet many, many times with an attack on an FBI building that inspired the Oklahoma City Bombing, an assault on California, and the incel revenge fantasy called "the Day of the Rope" along the way. TENE finally meets William Luther Pierce, III, founder of the National Alliance (NA), author of the Turner Diaries, and basically Neo-Nazi Dr. Evil. Fritz narrates Bill's life from his childhood as a little white supremacist, through his illustrious physics career, to his somewhat less-impressive beginnings as one of America's worst Nazis. The boys hear how Pierce climbed the ladder from the ANP/NSWPP shit show to head his own college-based fascist group, the National Youth Alliance started by Willis Carto which would eventually grow into the NA. Also, when Rockwell's train nearly came in, a brutal egg-ssassination, and plenty of stink bombs. In this week's excellent edition of the Book and Film Globe Week in Review podcast, editor-in-chief Neal Pollack welcomes Sharyn Vane to talk about the strange and unsettling phenomenon of parents “opting out”of their children's school reading list. This justifiably outrages Sharyn, and Neal says, “short of The Turner Diaries, there's nothing I would mind my kids reading in school.”That societal problem solved, Neal moves on to talk to Pablo Gallaga about ‘Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings,” the latest Marvel Cinematic Universe tentpole feature. They both enjoyed the movie, and Pablo points out that some of the things Neal didn't care for, such as frequent training flashbacks, are actually common features of kung fiction. It's a fun picture, check it out. Finally, Paula Shaffer drops by for a little chat about the new Steve Martin/Martin Short Hulu comedy ‘Only Murders In The Building.' The show is a delight, and Paula is grateful to have it, because “usually I watch a lot of hot garbage.” This show is not a lot of hot garbage, and Steven Martin and Martin Short are back!Give it a listen, you'll be happy.

In the run up to the 2020 Presidential election, journalist Leah Sottile explored the motivations and agendas of America's far right for the Radio 4 series Two Minutes Past Nine. Recordings were made against a backdrop of a country that felt tense, divided and dangerous. In the past month, a lot has happened. In this reactive and raw programme, Leah explores America's far-right at this very moment; fired up by conspiracies, frustrations, and the defeat of the first President they have ever supported. On Wednesday 6th January, as a Joint Session of Congress met to certify the election of Joe Biden, Trump supporters breached security lines and stormed the Capitol Building in scenes that looked straight out of the racist hate filled propaganda novel The Turner Diaries. Two pipe bombs were found just blocks away at the offices of the Republican and Democratic national committees. Leah asks how Donald Trump has managed to manipulate a rabble of foot-soldier extremists and asks what's next - and how worried we should be. Interviews include Kelvin Pierce, son of William Luther Pierce, author of The Turner Diaries, Kerry Noble, and former elder of far right militant group The Covenant, the Sword and the Arm of the Lord. Thanks to Dave Hawkins for additional archive. Presenter: Leah Sottile Producer: Georgia Catt
Episode 2 will explore the "echoes" of our racist libertarian present as was generated by the popular novel "The Turner Diaries" (1978) The Turner Diaries has been labeled as the "bible of the racist right" by the FBI, and offers a white supremacist fantasy for America. This podcast will explore the content of the book in order to make sense of the white supremacist activity that has begun to manifest over the past decade.
