In this opening episode, Peter Griffin loses his job after an incident at the toy factory and soon finds himself in trouble when he receives an unexpectedly large welfare check. Instead of quietly fixing the mistake, Peter goes on a wild spending spree that throws the Griffin family into chaos.

DOES TED HAVE A SOUL??? Ted 2 Full Movie Reaction Watch Along:   / thereelrejects   TED (2012) Movie Reaction:    • TED (2012) MOVIE REACTION –WE DIDN'T EXPEC...   Gift Someone (Or Yourself) An RR Tee! https://shorturl.at/hekk2 After catching up with the original film, Greg, John, & Jon are BACK for more raunchy madness as they give their Ted 2 Reaction, Recap, Analysis, Breakdown, Commentary, & Spoiler Review!! Greg Alba, John Humphrey, & Jon Maturan react to Ted 2 (2015), the outrageous comedy sequel written and directed by Seth MacFarlane (Family Guy, A Million Ways to Die in the West). Picking up years after the original film, Ted 2 doubles down on absurd humor while surprisingly shifting into a satirical courtroom drama about civil rights, identity, and what it truly means to be a “person.” The story follows Ted (voiced by Seth MacFarlane – Family Guy, American Dad!) after he marries his longtime girlfriend Tami-Lynn (Jessica Barth – Ted, The Haunting of Molly Hartley), only to face a legal crisis when he's ruled property rather than a person and stripped of his basic rights. His best friend John Bennett (Mark Wahlberg – The Departed, Lone Survivor) steps in to help, alongside young lawyer Samantha Leslie Jackson (Amanda Seyfried – Mamma Mia!, Les Misérables), whose pop-culture obsession becomes central to Ted's legal defense. The film is packed with hilarious & infamous moments, including the Comic-Con courtroom showdown, Ted's brutal roast of John's maturity, the wild fertility subplot, and the over-the-top climax involving corporate villain Donny (Giovanni Ribisi – Avatar, Saving Private Ryan). With celebrity cameos, no-holds-barred jokes, and a surprisingly earnest emotional core, Ted 2 leans into both satire and shock value in ways that set it apart from the original. While more divisive than its predecessor, Ted 2 remains a bold sequel that blends raunchy comedy with social commentary, proving Seth MacFarlane's talking teddy bear still has plenty to say—loudly. 0:00:00–0:15:00 — Live intro, celeb 9/11 near-miss chatter, and a “haunted” vending machine We kick off live and riff on the lore that Mark Wahlberg and Seth MacFarlane “conveniently” didn't get on a 9/11 flight — “lucky guys,” then: “let's get this dooming going.” First Video of the Day: the “haunted vending machine” dispensing retro sodas (Texas Red, New Coke, Russian Pepsi), unlabeled buttons that all read “mystery,” and a 2018 disappearance with a note: “went for a walk.” 0:15:00–0:30:00 — Wheel drama, pepper-spray role-play, and “Einstein's wife” The wheel gives us zero points and we riff on the scoring. Sam runs a pepper-spray mugging role-play: “If I'm a robber… let's role play.” Hot take detour: “Einstein's wife wrote everything,” plus more headline-surfing. 0:30:00–0:45:00 — Eden as a “human zoo,” geoengineering clip, and Pinocchio as programming We chew on a theory that Gan/Paradeisos (Eden) was a controlled enclosure — a literal fenced compound. A geoengineering quick-hit claims nano-aluminum exposure — and the chat starts buzzing. Then a wild breakdown of Pinocchio as an esoteric “conditioning manual.” 0:45:00–1:00:00 — Quantum eraser brain-melt and the Max Headroom hijack The delayed-choice quantum eraser: change the which-path info after detection and you flip the pattern — “it knows the future.” Caller segment: the 1987 Chicago Max Headroom TV hijack — pirate transmitters, radio-school lore, and a mysterious “Zapruder frequency” email. Theory time: it may've piggybacked a Cold-War emergency visual channel. 1:00:00–1:15:00 — Reincarnation receipts and what it does to a kid We retell the “Soul Survivor” case: Natoma Bay, pilot James M. Houston Jr., and the book that followed. Then we sit with the human side — night terrors and the idea we “keep doing it over until we get it right.” 1:15:00–1:30:00 — Skinwalker doom-camping to close Final clip: a guy taunts a Skinwalker, hears cries outside his tent, and… goes deeper into the cursed forest (of course). On this episode of The Adam Carolla Show, comedian Dana Gould joins Adam in the studio! Adam praises Dana for being one of the few comics beloved across the board before diving into his legendary career writing for The Simpsons and Seth MacFarlane's Ted. Dana reflects on his love for writing, the different career paths he could have taken, and how the “hero's journey” became the template for nearly every Hollywood movie. The two share their admiration for Albert Brooks and the classic film Defending Your Life, reminisce about old favorites like Smokey and the Bandit, and even discuss the sad sight of abandoned buildings scattered across the desert on the drive to Vegas. Dana also discusses his conscious decision to be extra polite in traffic and the reasons behind it. Later, Adam explains why he regularly blows through red left-turn arrows, makes the case for why the laws around them are ridiculous, and tells the story of running a red on PCH right next to a fire truck full of firefighters. That sparks a bigger conversation about people's inverted relationships with rules and authority, as Adam and Dana break down how modern culture often treats common sense like a liability. Along the way, they explore how shifts in comedy, film, and everyday life reflect broader changes in society, giving the episode a mix of humor, nostalgia, and sharp social commentary.Get it on.FOR MORE WITH DANA GOULD: SHOW: Hanging With Doctor Z - Live in person and live streamed - LOS ANGELES - Dynasty Typewriter - September 7thWEBSITE: DanaGould.comPODCAST: The Dana Gould HourINSTAGRAM: @danagouldSPECIAL: Perfectly Normal - on YouTubeThank you for supporting our sponsors:BetOnlineHomeChef.com/ADAMhomes.comoreillyauto.com/ADAMRosettastone.com/ADAMPluto.tvThriveMarket.com/ACSLIVE SHOWS: August 29 - Provo, UTAugust 31 - Torrance, CASeptember 6 - Charlotte, NCSeptember 12-13 - El Paso, TX (4 Shows)See Privacy Policy at https://art19.com/privacy and California Privacy Notice at https://art19.com/privacy#do-not-sell-my-info.
