Linda, a California native, born to immigrant parents, double majored in Marketing and International Business. During college she was on air talent for Telemundo and Univision and began to write, produce and direct local TV commercials. Fascinated with storytelling she pursued a career in film and formed part of the startup team that launched the first major Latino Hollywood movie studio, Lionsgate’s, Pantelion Films. In 2012, Linda accepted a position at Netflix in Content Operations where she managed one of the company’s largest accounts. She was the driving force behind Spanish subs and dubs for Netflix U.S. originals and the launch of telenovelas. She most recently launched AT&T’s, Fullscreen and Lionsgate’s, Pantaya streaming service. As of September she closed the door on Hollywood to focus on her podcast, Let There Be Luz, full time. Linda or Luz Warrior as most of her listeners call her, has been strongly embraced by her community developing her avid listener. Kathleen Prasad has been a life-long animal lover and an educator for over fifteen years. After receiving her BA in History from U.C. Berkeley in 1991 and her California Teaching Credential from Sacramento State University in 1993, Kathleen went on to teach History, Social Studies, English, and Drama in the San Francisco public schools for nine years. In the course of these years, she designed curriculum and community projects for her students in animal kindness, encouraging volunteer work in animal shelters. She is the past president of the California Naturopathic Doctor’s Association where she worked to ensure the availability of safe naturopathic health care by spearheading a lobbying effort to have Naturopathic Doctors licensed in the state of California. She has worked with the LA Free Clinic providing health education, promotion and prevention in the public health system and recently was awarded the “SCNM Legacy Award” for her “contribution to the advancement and development of the field of Naturopathic Medicine. Dr. Holly has a private practice in Los Angeles, “Healing from Within Healthcare”, where her focus is comprehensive Naturopathic Medicine and individualized care and is also on the faculty of the Global Medicine Education Foundation, a teaching organization aimed at understanding the common threads of spirituality, ecology, culture, relationships and community inherent in all approaches to healing and she currently holds a position on the American Association of Naturopathic Physicians board of directors. Nat'l Integrative Health Expert ~ Cheryl is head of scientific affairs & education for Europharma,Inc. a natural medicine company with over 400 products being sold throughout North America.
