Welcome Wellness Warrior! One form of prayer we discussed in the Jesus is the main gift challenge is listening prayer. SO as this is my focus this year, I want to help you to see how communication can be a powerful tool to calm your heart and mind. Happy New Year…..AND Merry Christmas…..We are actually still in the 12 days of Christmas!  There are many times to tell time, and the church has a calendar it uses and breaks the year into seasons. It all starts with Advent, then Christmas which lasts 12 days, and ends on Epiphany, January 6th. The word Epiphany comes from the greek noun- “epiphaneia” which means “shining forth.” Jesus came into the world on Christmas day and Epiphany is recognizing the light He brought to a dark world. And I think it's the ploy of the enemy,  that he brings on full force at the Christmas season because we are literally celebrating GOD WITH US. We are never to feel alone again because Jesus came so we could be connected to him for eternity. BUT our human flesh is made to be connected to other humans.
