Legalization of Selling Your Baby? On June 12, the Massachusetts House voted on a bill that aims to redefine parenthood and legalize the practice of baby-selling under the guise of “parentage equality.” Parentage Equality Bill: The bill seeks to redefine parenthood based on a “person's intent to be a parent of a child.” It removes all mention of mothers and fathers from parentage law, replacing them with gender-erased language.. Commercial surrogacy would be allowed, even when the woman carrying the child is genetically unrelated to the child. Baby-Selling: The bill enables extreme arrangements: A woman could accept money for her biological child. She could essentially auction off her child by matching with the highest bidder. While this is legal under the bill, a woman who adopts her child and accepts payment would be prosecuted for baby selling. The differences between these scenarios are semantic, yet one is praised as "compassionate family building. Could we See human Trafficking Baby Factories like John of God Pushed by Oprah? Natural News: Fast-forward to 2019 and hundreds of women have come forward with claims that John of God raped them. The "faith healer" is also being accused of recruiting young girls to his many "child slave farms," where they were repeatedly impregnated as part of a "birth factory," before eventually being killed off and discarded. Push for Defiling your Kids – Gateway for Pedos Source: LifeSiteNews) — The United Nations (U.N.) and the World Health Organization (WHO) are working to normalize pedophilia globally, according to Dutch author and journalist David Sorensen. “I've worked for several months now on gathering evidence that shows undeniably, conclusively that the United Nations and the World Health Organization and other organizations like Planned Parenthood and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation […] are working all over the world to completely take over the education in kindergartens and elementary schools,” Sorensen said on the Truth for Health podcast, hosted by Dr. Elizabeth Lee Vliet. These organizations not only want to “sexualize little children” but also “to tear down their natural defense systems so that they would completely be open for sexual predators anywhere, everywhere.” “They literally say every child is a sexual being from the age of zero, that they are a sexual being regardless of age,” he continued. “And that's so having sex is their human right. Therefore, every child needs to have sexual partners and has to be guided by the schools to engage in sexual relationships from the youngest age possible.” The Rutgers Foundation: A global network for pedophilia? Sorensen told the story of the Dutch Rutgers Foundation, which “operates in 27 nations in the world” to teach “sexual education,” and whose founder had “regular sex trips to Asia where he systematically abused children, Asian sex slaves.” He furthermore “published a magazine that was promoting pedophilia,” Sorensen said. The Rutgers Foundation is funded by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and is closely connected to the WHO, the U.N., and Planned Parenthood. Rutgers' recent sex-ed curriculum, Spring Fever, “aggressively pushes the theme of homosexuality onto unsuspecting and vulnerable children,” Sorensen wrote in his exposé. He provides images from comics included in the curriculum that communicate to children that it is okay to have sex with other children, as long as it is “consensual” and they are at least 9 years old. A children's book “recommended by Rutgers for use in elementary schools” teaches children about oral sexual behavior, according to photos provided by Sorensen. Making Pedo's Acceptable like the Homosexual Playbook from Mental Illness to love The APA then compromised, removing homosexuality from the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) but replacing it, in effect, with ‘sexual orientation disturbance' for those people ‘in conflict with' their sexual orientation. Not until 1987 did homosexuality completely fall out of the DSM. Sodom and USA Genesis 18 20And the LORD said, Because the cry of Sodom and Gomorrah is great, and because their sin is very grievous; Genesis 19 Behold now, I have two daughters which have not known man; let me, I pray you, bring them out unto you, and do ye to them as is good in your eyes: only unto these men do nothing; for therefore came they under the shadow of my roof. Revelation 18:4 And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, ‘Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues. We found that the “Introduction” written by SRF in 2007 is important to absorb, as it provides background information and general gold-dust pertinent for readers of this century. We start the episode by reflecting on the first biblical quote referenced in the book and further information provided for the same verse in Discourse 20 of Paramahansa Yogananda's ground breaking work “Second Coming of Christ: The Resurrection of the Christ Within You”. The Eternal Law of Righteousness is often skipped by the eager reader, but it provides an Indian context that is essential if the reader is going to really make the teachings a part of their lives. Almost everyone has heard of Airbnb — the online rental site that enables hosts to rent out spaces ranging from single rooms to entire houses.  Airbnb has rapidly grown to include listings for over three million properties in more than 65,000 cities around the world- proving that the short term rental market is a profitable place to be. Today’s instructors, Sarah and Nick Karakaian, are a husband and wife team that specialize in real estate investing and the short-term rental industry. Through Airbnb, Sarah and Nick have brought together their love of hospitality, design, and real estate.  They are Airbnb Superhosts, own six short-term rentals, and manage and consult on several others. Their other professional services include construction project management, home staging, organizing, and design. You might also recognize them from the HGTV series Beach Flip, where they flipped a beach house over 8 episodes. By the end of this class you’ll have tips for creating a profitable Airbnb business, an understanding of what it takes and the risks involved, and some staging inspiration to create an Instagram worthy getaway. How much time do you spend in a typical week? If you're doing the turn-over and management alone it's a part time job. There are tons of apps and platforms that make it more passive. Anticipate the guest's needs and it will minimize how much time you need to spend. You're always on call. What makes a good rental? Location, location, location. Air DNA will give you a good idea of what you can make on a rental. It needs to be safe. Near high traffic locations (hospital, college, convention center). How can you protect yourself as a host? Smaller units help deter party situations. The media likes to sensationalize things, but there are thousands of check ins every day and fear shouldn't hold you back. Cameras are great. Noise Aware measures the decibels within the home. Insurance is important. Do you need special homeowners insurance? There's short-term rental insurance that specializes in Air Bnb and rentals. Don't fly under the radar. How do you create an attractive listing? Photos!!! Have beautiful lifestyle shots of all the little nooks in your house. Photos and info for your neighborhood and parking. Professional photos are great and you'll make your money back! Changing up photos seasonally is a great idea! What are some tips for improving the guest experience? Thank you cards and simple gift cards. Fresh fruit. Listen to clues about why they came to town. Local coffee etc. It's the little things like anticipating their needs: toothbrush, toothpaste, phone chargers...anything guests might forget! Netflix, Hulu and extra blankets are great too! "Creature comforts". Is there anything you HAVE to provide? Nope! It's anything you want it to be. Hacks for staging! Don't skimp on the bed or couch- make them both comfy. Consignment stores are really fun and create cool design. Have something in the rental that has drawers. People like to unpack. Storage is great! Fully stock your kitchen with tools/appliances. A binder with all the best local restaurants. How do you manage a property that's not within your town? A lot of management companies are virtual. Get someone you trust who lives in town to turn it over for you, and you can be in charge of management. How do you budget to get your first property and then build on it? There are a lot of short term rental loan options available. Knowledge is power. You never know what you're eligible for. Keep your options open. Partner with others. Consider a duplex and live on one side. How to make your Air Bnb more Instagramable! Stand out! Have a hashtag for your property! Provide a selfie stick. Get a cool custom wallpaper or mural. Make it appealing to photograph and share. Bring in local artists. Use a CNC machine to create something fun. Homework: Read up on short terms rentals in your area. Educate yourself. The Eighteenth Amendment 6/9/07 It took activists 75 years to get alcohol products banned from consumer use. Starting after the civil war groups made their way from state to state. A decade after the turn of the century much of the nation was "dry" and it was only a matter of time before government was swayed to put the final nail in the coffin. But it wasn't just one of these forces at work. It took money, politics, religion, big business, public opinion and a world war to make this happen.
