And welcome to the program on your TGIF afternoon. Thank goodness it's Friday. Looking forward to the weekend. Not as much as I look forward to last weekend when I went fly fishing. This weekend, oh, it's gonna be better than that. I get to trim a huge a huge loropetalum in my yard. That's not gonna be fun at all. I but the whole time, I'm gonna be thinking about fly fishing. I try I promise you that. So, I hope you guys have a great weekend. Oh, by the way, we are going to the, Simpsonville Farmer's Market tomorrow. I believe it is their first day tomorrow that they'll be open, and they're in a brand new location there in Simpsonville. They were in the bank parking lot kind of area. Now they've moved over to where the new police station is, and it's kind of over where the dog park is. It's a very nice area. It really, really is. So it's gonna be nice and shaded and all of that. So, looking forward to going to the Simpsonville Farmers Market this weekend. Well, I tell you what, the more you learn about Columbia, the madder you need to get. Now I know you think you're mad right now. I know you you fully believe that that you're mad at Columbia. But what you really need to do is take that anger and multiply it several times several times. Columbia, South Carolina, our state capital, is absolutely it is the swamp. It is absolutely the swamp. They have things going on in Columbia that would absolutely curl your hair. Now, A lot of this stuff, you you know, sometimes you wonder why are these people so, so hell bent on keeping these positions of power when it only pays, you know, right now, and I know they voted themselves a pay raise, but it only pays about $10,000 a year plus per diem. Why why why is this so important to them? Because it that's what they're paid. But what they make is a lot more than that. They make a lot more than that. This is a club in Colombia. It's a club, and they don't want you to know it's it's almost like a, a secret society. Like, they got a secret handshake, and they've got rituals that they go through. And you are not privy to what happens in Colombia. And the biggest perpetrators of all are the lawyer legislatures legislators in Colombia. The lawyer led legislators, they are a huge problem. And I give you a perfect example. Let's say you're Scout Motors, and you wanna come into South Carolina. Well, you're going to South Carolina, what do you need? You need yourself a good lawyer, don't you? Need myself a good lawyer. Yep. Oh, yeah. We are we are going to, to South Carolina. We are going to build the Scout's Mortise Plant, and the first thing we need to do is get a good attorney. Are there is there any attorneys working in their state legislature? Oh, there are a bunch of them. Yeah. So who do they hire? They hire a lawyer, legislator. How about that? How about you wanna build a casino in South Carolina? How about you do that? Well, what do you look for? You look for a good lawyer legislator, and you hire them. Because now it is practically guaranteed that the bill will pass because your guy that is on retainer is also in the state legislature. We have got so much corruption going on. And and and and since and since our state legislature votes on who is sitting on the bench, well, now they got the double whammy. So now if you sue them, well, they just take you in front of a friendly judge that is not going to that is not gonna side with you. It is absolutely disgusting. And the worst part of it is the worst part of it of of, of this whole thing is, if you try to stand in their way, if you try to stand up to what the lawyer legislators are doing in Columbia, they will try to kick you out of the club. They will try to remove you. You have to be moved aside so that they can do the jobs that they're really there to do, and that job is not representing you. If their job that job is representing their clients. That job is representing lobbyists. That job is representing donors. That job is ...

Today on the Thriving Farmer Podcast, Michael is joined by Jody Prosser and Mady Hastings, co-owners of Urban Roots Collective in Simpsonville, South Carolina. These first-generation female farmers each started out with their own small farms and no prior ag experience—but when they met, they quickly realized they could grow more and serve more together. Now operating as a team, they're cultivating vegetables, flowers, and animals on regenerative principles and selling through a unique farmstand model that's as much about community as it is about food. Tune in to hear how they built Urban Roots from the ground up, the lessons they've learned in soil health, collaboration, and customer engagement, and what's next for this dynamic duo.  Episode Highlights: The Origin Story: How did Mady and Jody move from running competing farms to joining forces? [1:45] Soil Strategies: How they approach soil fertility and composting in a tough growing region [9:00] Animals on the Farm: The breeds they raise and how they find niche markets for their products [14:21] Floral Focus: How flowers play into their farm's identity and offerings [17:11] Selling Plants: What they've learned about marketing and moving plant starts [26:16] Sales Strategy: Their approach to encouraging customer loyalty and repeat visits [31:52] The Trading Post: How this farmstand supports both their business and local makers [36:58] Future Goals: What they're dreaming up next for Urban Roots Collective [38:50] Don't miss Mady and Jody's inspiring story of how teamwork, tenacity, and a shared vision transformed two solo farms into a thriving collaborative rooted in regenerative practices and deep community connection. About the Guests: Urban Roots Collective is a regenerative farm offering top notch, "beyond organic" flowers, produce, heritage meats, eggs and more. Jody and Mady are competitors turned business partners after a friendship blossomed through shared interests and their "same person, different font" energy. Former Clemson star Patrick Sapp watched a large number of the recent spring practices for the Tigers. Sapp is closer to the team than usual because his son Josh plays tight end for Clemson. Sapp gives his extended thoughts and insights on what he observed, and where he thinks the Tigers are headed in Year 17 under Dabo Swinney. Last August, Sapp was bullish on the idea that Cade Klubnik and the offense had made real progress and would shine in 2024. That conviction proved true, as the Tigers' final act was stressing an elite Texas defense in ways the Longhorns hadn't been pushed previously. Sapp also shares why he's spent so much of his time and passion on helping Clemson athletes set themselves up for success after their playing careers end. When Sapp played for Clemson in the 1990s, there was no PAW Journey and almost nothing devoted to helping him and other athletes develop relationships that could lead to real-world occupations. That's changed in a big way over the years and Sapp is an integral part of it. On Monday at Holly Tree Country Club in Simpsonville, Sapp will preside over the One Clemson Golf Tournament that will include Dabo Swinney, Charlie Whitehurst, CJ Spiller and other Clemson luminaries. One Clemson helps transition Clemson student-athletes to their careers by providing meaningful work experience and community-service opportunities. For more information go to one-clemson.com.

And secondly, it's the place where Trump delivered his speech on January 6, 2021, that preceded the Capitol breach. HARRIS: “Nearly 250 years ago, America was born when we wrested freedom from a petty tyrant. Across the generations, Americans have preserved that freedom, expanded it, and, in so doing, proved to the world that a government of, by, and for the people is strong and can endure. (cheers) “Those who came before us, the patriots at Normandy and Selma, Seneca Falls and Stonewall (cheers), on farmlands and factory floors, they did not struggle, sacrifice, and lay down their lives only to see us cede our fundamental freedoms. (cheers) “They didn't do that only to see us submit to the will of another petty tyrant.  (cheers) These United States of America, we are not a vessel for the schemes of wannabe dictators.” GOP Congressman: People are done with Kamala's fear mongering Appearing on The Angle with Laura Ingraham on Fox News, Republican Congressman Byron Donalds of Florida rejected the nasty tone, fear mongering, and unsupported accusations in the waning days that Kamala Harris has adopted. Listen. DONALDS: “They were joy and vibes three weeks ago. Now, everything is  ‘attack Donald Trump,'  ‘call him Hitler,'  ‘call his supporters fascists.' “We were at Madison Square Garden. Laura, it was great to see you there. It was a fantastic night. “You had people like myself, Vivek Ramaswamy, ‘Harry-O,' the founder of Death Row Records. We spoke at that rally. Do you think the Nazis would let two black guys and a guy of Hindu dissent speak at a rally? At one of theirs? Absolutely not! But that's all they have. “The constant fear mongering and gaslighting is enough. People are sick of it. They're done. They're done with Kamala Harris and they're done with this version of the Democrat Party.” Washington Post, L.A. Times, & USA Today don't endorse for president Breaking with recent practice, major news outlets are not endorsing a candidate in the upcoming presidential election. The Washington Post announced last Friday it is not making a presidential endorsement for the first time in 36 years.  The Los Angeles Times and USA Today also announced they will not be endorsing a candidate for president. In the wake of the decisions, top editors resigned and 200,000 left-leaning subscribers to the Washington Post cancelled their subscriptions.  Many conservatives have concluded that Jeff Bezos and Patrick Soon-Shiong, the billionaire owners of the Washington Post and the Los Angeles Times respectively, have concluded that Trump is likely to win the 2024 election and do not want to irritate him by endorsing Kamala Harris. How God spared a couple in Hurricane Helene Queen City News reports a North Carolina couple is giving thanks to God after surviving Hurricane Helene. Howard Ray and his wife, Lisa, thought they were about to die as flooding swamped their trailer in Yancey County. However, they were able to escape the trailer and use their couch as a flotation device. Eventually, they made their way to safety. HOWARD: “I don't understand. We shouldn't be alive. I mean, there's just no way. It's all God.” LISA: “Yeah, we shouldn't be alive, but God has a purpose.” REPORTER: “What do you think that purpose is?” LISA: “I'm not sure. I'm still asking questions.” HOWARD: “I think maybe what we're doing right now, maybe it gets out and shows people that there is a God.” Lisa had to be hospitalized for some cuts, and Howard, a lieutenant with the local volunteer fire department, returned to the area to help first responders. They both praised God for His protection.  Worldview listeners fully fund Pakistani orphanage well And finally, if you heard the newscast on Monday, you learned that a 200-foot-deep well of a Pakistani Christian orphanage, which housed 87 orphans, had become polluted with chemicals which tragically led to the deaths of two orphans. Toward the $15,000 cost of building a 500-foot-deep well which will deliver safe drinking water, Pastor Michael, the founder of the orphanage whom I have met personally, still needed to raise the final $4,185.  Thanks to several Worldview donors on Monday, the amount remaining was $3,110. And yesterday, Michele in Altha, Florida gave $100, a couple from San Antonio, Texas gave $150, a family in Lexington Park, Maryland gave $150,  a couple in Paw Paw, Michigan gave $500, a couple in Kailua Kona, Hawaii gave $500, a couple in Simpsonville, South Carolina gave $1,000, and Dick and Deborah in Wayland, Michigan -- along with their teenage sons Jonas and Jeremiah who contributed money from their dog-sitting business – gave $1,054.75. Those 7 donations add up to $3,454.75. That means we surpassed the goal by $344.75.  The additional money will go toward the $2,000 monthly budget which pays for the food, clothing, medical care, and Christian education of the 85 orphans. If you would like to help with that budget, send your tax-deductible donation made out to Rio Grande Valley Prayer Center, their sister organization here in America. The address is 3106 Harmony Lane, Mission, TX 78574.  In the memo, write: “Pakistani orphanage.” The prayer center will then wire your money to a nearby bank in Pakistan.  Please email me at Adam@TheWorldview.com to let me know how much you sent so I can offer one final report on Thursday's newscast. James 1:27 says, “Religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans and widows in their distress and to keep oneself from being polluted by the world.” Close And that's The Worldview on this Wednesday, October 30th, in the year of our Lord 2024. Subscribe by Amazon Music or by iTunes or email to our unique Christian newscast at www.TheWorldview.com. Hey guys, happy Saturday! Wow, it's been a whirlwind couple of weeks, hasn't it? Yesterday, I whisked Ahzerei, my son Z, off to the fantastic College Internship Program tour in Bloomington, Indiana. It's a three-hour drive from home, but totally worth it. The program is amazing and will surely help him reach his dreams. We also had a blast at the spooky soiree event with our friends in Lexington. So, yes, I'm a bit late with this, but life has been a bit of a rollercoaster! Speaking of life-changing programs, I recently chatted with two incredible moms, Suellen Barnes and Susan Ballerstedt, who started the Next Step training program in Simpsonville, Kentucky. Frustrated by the lack of support for autistic young adults after high school, they took matters into their own hands. Their program is all about empowering young adults with autism to gain independence and job skills. It's so heartwarming to hear about their mission and the difference they're making. Their approach is so unique, combining cognitive training, occupational therapy, and social skills development. The best part? Their program is small and personalized, ensuring that each participant gets the attention they deserve. It's inspiring to see how they're creating opportunities not just in Kentucky, but potentially around the world! If you're in Kentucky or anywhere else and feel like there are no resources for autistic young adults, know that you're not alone. Programs like Next Step are working hard to change that narrative, and we can all be a part of that change. Let's support each other and spread the word. Together, we can make a difference! Thanks for tuning in, and remember, there's nothing you can't do. Keep adulting, and I'll catch you on Monday with a mini-episode. Love you all!   https://www.nextstepky.org/about nextsteptrainingprogramky@gmail.com Susan Ballerstedt, Program Coordinator, ballerstedt@twc.com Want to be a guest on Adulting with Autism? (Adam@TheWorldview.com) By Adam McManus Laos officials arrest pastor and 5 Christians On June 22nd, village officials in central Laos arrested Pastor Mum and five other Christians as they prayed in preparation for worship services the next day, reports Morning Star News. Sirikoon Prasertsee, director of Human Rights Watcher for Lao Religious Freedom, said, “The arrests took place on Saturday at Mr. Mum's home. They are currently being imprisoned in Xaibouathong District prison.” After Pastor Mum put his faith in Christ in 2019 upon experiencing God's healing, he established a church that worshipped freely in his home According to Open Doors, Laos is the 21st most difficult country worldwide in which to be a Christian. Please keep Pastor Mum and the other five Christians in your prayers. Biden gave confusing answer on economy Last night in Atlanta, President Joe Biden, the Democrat, debated former President Donald Trump, the Republican, on CNN ahead of the November 5th presidential election. With Jake Tapper and Dana Bash as co-anchors, the set up was unusual. Unlike most presidential debates, there was no live audience.  Plus, during the answer of one candidate, his opponent's microphone was turned off which prevented any interruptions. (You can watch the entire 90-minute debate or read the debate transcript through special links at www.TheWorldview.com.) Out of the gate, the hosts asked about the economy.  Biden championed the redistribution of wealth and then became confused, reports LifeSiteNews.com. Listen. BIDEN: “What I'm gonna do is fix the tax system. For example, we have 1,000 trillionaires in America, I mean billionaires in America. And what's happening? They're in a situation where they, in fact, pay 8.2% in taxes. If they just paid 24%, 25% -- either one of those numbers -- they raise $500 million dollars, billion dollars I should say, in a 10-year period. We'd be able to wipe out his debt. “We'd be able to help make sure that all those things we need to do -- child care, elder care, making sure that we continue to strengthen our healthcare system, making sure that we're able to make every single, solitary person eligible for what I've been able to do with the, with the COVID, excuse me, with um, dealing with everything we have to do with, uh..  Look, we finally beat Medicare.” Trump claimed that illegals will bankrupt Social Security and Medicare JAKE TAPPER: “Thank you, President Biden. President Trump?” TRUMP: “Well, he's right. He did beat Medicare. He beat it to death and he's destroying Medicare. Because all of these people are coming in. They're putting them on Medicare. They're putting them on Social Security. They're going to destroy Social Security. This man is going to single-handedly destroy Social Security. “These millions and millions of people coming in. They're trying to put them on Social Security. He will wipe out Social Security. He will wipe out Medicare. So, he was right in the way he finished that sentence. And it's a shame. What's happened to our country in the last four years is not to be believed.” Trump speaks out in favor of Abortion Kill Pill Dana Bash asked about the Abortion Kill Pill which 63% of mothers who abort their children use instead of surgical abortion today. BASH: “This is the first presidential election since the Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade. This morning, the court ruled on yet another abortion case, temporarily allowing emergency abortions to continue in Idaho. “Despite that state's restrictive ban, former President Trump, you take credit for the decision to overturn Roe v Wade which returned the issue of abortion to the states.” TRUMP: “Correct.” BASH: “However, the federal government still plays a role in whether or not women have access to abortion pills. They're used in about two-thirds of all abortions. As President, would you block abortion medication?” TRUMP: “First of all, the Supreme Court just approved the Abortion Pill. And I agree with their decision to have done that. And I will not block it. “If you look at this whole question that you're asking is 51 years ago. You had Roe v. Wade, and everybody wanted to get it back to the states. Everybody -- without exception, Democrats, Republicans, liberals, conservatives -- everybody wanted to back -- religious leaders. “And what I did is I put three great Supreme Court justices on the court, and they happened to vote in favor of killing Roe v. Wade, and moving it back to the states. Now the states are working it out. If you look at Ohio, it was a decision that was an end result that was a little bit more liberal than you would have thought. Kansas, I would say the same thing. Texas is different. Florida is different, but they're all making their own decisions right now. And right now, the states control it. That's the vote of the people.” In Psalm 139:13-14, David says to God, “For You created my inmost being; You knit me together in my mother's womb. I praise You because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; Your works are wonderful, I know that full well.” Biden championed abortion, then fell apart President Biden, who has campaigned on his commitment to codify Roe v. Wade into law, took issue with Trump's victory lap over Roe v. Wade's defeat. BIDEN: “It's been a terrible thing what you've done. The fact is that the vast majority of constitutional scholars supported Roe when it was decided, supported Roe. This idea that they're all against it, it's just ridiculous. And this is the guy who says the state should be able to have it. We're in a state where in six weeks, you don't even know whether you're pregnant or not, but you cannot see a doctor and have him decide on what your circumstances are, whether you need help. “The idea that states are able to do this is a little like saying, ‘We're gonna turn civil rights back to the states -- that each state has a different role.' “Look, there's so many young women -- including a young woman who just was murdered, and [Trump] went to the funeral. The idea that she was murdered by an immigrant coming into, they talk about that. But here's the deal. There's a lot of young women to be raped by their, by their in-laws, by their spouses, brothers and sisters. By, it's just, it's just ridiculous. And they can do nothing about it. And then they try to arrest them when they cross state lines.” BASH: “Thank you.” The age of the candidates, and their golf games, were addressed Dana Bash raised the issue of age with both candidates. This is how Trump responded. BASH: “Former President Trump, you would be 82 at the end of your second term. What do you say to voters who have concerns about your capabilities to serve?” TRUMP: “Well, I took two tests, cognitive tests. I aced them, both of them as you know. We made it public. He took none. I'd like to see him take one, just one, a real easy one. Like go through the first five questions. You couldn't do it. I took physical exams every year. I'm in very good health. “I just won two club championships, not even senior, two regular club championships. To do that, you have to be quite smart, and you have to be able to hit the ball a long way. And I do it. He doesn't do it. He can't hit a ball 50 yards. He challenged me to a golf match. I think I'm in very good shape. I feel that I'm in as good a shape as I was 25, 30 years ago. Actually, I'm probably a little bit lighter.” BASH: “President Biden?” BIDEN: “I'd be happy to have a driving contest with him. I got my handicap, which when I was vice president, down to a six. By the way, I told you before, I'm happy to play golf, if you carry your own bag. Do you think you can do it?” TRUMP: “That's the biggest lie that he is a six handicap of all." BIDEN: “I was at an eight handicap.” TRUMP: “Yeah, I've seen his swing. I know your swing. Let's not act like children.” BIDEN: “You are a child!” Presidential historian: “Most disjointed, least substantive, most dishonest debate” Appearing on “News Nation,” presidential historian Chris Stirewalt offered this analysis. STIREWALT: “In the 64 years of presidential debates, I feel pretty confident that I can say this is the worst one that has ever been done. The most disjointed, the least substantive, the most dishonest. I'm sure the only one that involved a debate about golf handicaps, fat jokes, and somebody calling somebody ‘Brandon.' This was a real low watermark. “I will say that no incumbent has ever done as poorly as Joe Biden did. In 1976, Gerald R. Ford got tangled up talking about Poland and Soviet domination of Poland. And it probably cost him a full term as president. It probably cost him that election. “And I'm here to tell you that what Joe Biden did tonight in the first hour of that debate, if he stays in this race, we will look back and say that the strategy by the Biden campaign to force an early debate and put Donald Trump front and center, and get this revved up, was a catastrophically bad strategic choice.” Why two Montana teens gave $100 and $25 to The Worldview Last night, I talked to a 17-year-old named Amos in Montana who gave $25 to help fund The Worldview. AMOS: “The money I contributed came from a job I have for our family business. People hire us to carry off their junk or just stuff they don't use anymore. We take it mostly just to the dump or, if we can, resell it or take to the thrift store. We like to do that too.” Amos told me what he likes about the newscast. AMOS: “I like the updates on the persecuted brothers and sisters around the world. It encourages me to pray for them more.” Plus, he mentioned the greatest moral issue of our time. AMOS: “I appreciate the updates on legislation concerning abortion in the U.S. and around the world. It helps me to pray for good leadership more. So, my prayer is that God's love for life would be upheld in our country.” I also spoke to a 13-year-old named Dahlia who lives in Helena, Montana. DAHLIA: “I like how you add Bible verses to some of your stories that you tell.” She decided to give $100. DAHLIA: “I have been listening to The Worldview for a long time and I would be sad if it stopped. So, when I decided to give some money, one hundred dollars is just what came to my mind.” Dahlia makes money by playing her violin at the Helena, Montana Farmer's Market every Saturday. DAHLIA: “People passing by usually give me tips in my violin case. I play about an hour at a time, for four hours. Over the course of four hours, I usually get around a hundred dollars of tips. And that's what I decided to donate to The Worldview.” In Acts 20:35, “The Lord Jesus Himself said: ‘It is more blessed to give than to receive.'” 32 Worldview listeners donated $15,977.47 And finally, toward our $84,000 final goal by 5:00pm central this Saturday, June 29th, 32 Worldview listeners stepped up to the plate to help fund our 6-member news team for another fiscal year. Our thanks to Thor, age 12, in Pleasantville, Tennessee who gave $9, Tirzah, age 10, in Pleasantville, Tennessee who gave $11, Oliver in Santa Maria, California who gave $20, as well as Steve in Mission Viejo, California, Leslie in Florham Park, New Jersey, and Rick in Vista, California  – each of whom gave $25. Hello Colleagues and welcome to another 5 for Friday episode of The Assistant Principal Podcast!Today's shout out goes to… my incredible book reviewers. My book on how to move from spending time on tasks to investing time in people id tentatively scheduled for publication in March. One way to tell if people really care about you is to ask for critical feedback. People who aren't really invested with say things like, “great job” or “looks good.” People who care about you will make specific suggestions about how to improve and why they are making those suggestions. So thank you to the following people for helping me create a better book to help people on their leadership journey: Dr. Justin Nutter, assistant superintendent of Lexington 4 SD in Lexington, SC Maria Werner, Founding Principal of Green Charter School, Simpsonville, SC Dr. Heidi Von Dohlan, Associate Professor and Program Director of the NC School Executive Leadership Program (NCSELP) at Western Carolina University, Cullowhee NC Eleanor MaCauley, Principal, Fairview School, Sylva NC Katie Joiner, AP, Mid-Carolina Middle School, Newberry SC Dr. Efraín Martinez, Princcpal, Conrad Fischer Elementary School and host of the Wisdom and Porductivety podcast, Elmhurst Illinois Dr. Sam Sircey, Prinpal (retired), Buncombe County Schools, NC What a stellar group of leaders – thank you for helping me be a better leader!Today's episode of Five for Friday recaps the strategic leadership emails for the week of Nov. 6-10, 2023. The week's emails:The takeaway: I think the common thread this week was assumptions. I may assume that what happens this time will be the same as what happens next time I assume you aren't in trauma, or there is nothing I can do to support you. I assume I have the answers to helping you become self sufficient. I assume you see the same value in something as I do. I think what's really happening here is that we are operating on patterns. Our brains are great at creating patterns to guide our behavior so we don't become paralyzed with decision-making. But those patterns can lead us to making assumptions and those assumptions can have negative impacts on our leadership. So, what can you do? What's not working? Who needs your support? Your own condition? That is this week's Five for Friday rendition of The Assistant Principal Podcast. Thank you for including me on your leadership journey. I look forward to seeing you again next Tuesday… Please remember to subscribe and rate this podcast. As I record this, we have climbed to 21 ratings and 6 reviews! What if we could reach 50 ratings by the end of the year? How cool would that be? Increasing those numbers helps others find the show.  I love hearing from you. So please consider emailing me at frederick@frederickbuskey.com.Share a story, a reaction to the show, or a request or suggestion. I do respond to every suggestion.I'm Frederick Buskey and thank you again for joining me on this episode of the Assistant Principal Podcast. Have a great weekend, get outside, laugh, and live! It's time to talk politics and real estate, and 2023 is a more important year to have this discussion than most. We have several competitive mayor and city council races happening in Greenville, Travelers Rest, Simpsonville, Easley, Pickens, Mauldin, Fountain Inn, etc., and many of these elections will have low turnout and ultimately will be decided by just a few votes. But the stakes are high, with many candidates running campaigns focused on concerns that directly impact homeownership and the real estate market, such as development requirements, residential infrastructure, traffic, affordable housing, etc.  And on top of everything else, there are many anti-development "NIMBYs" still attempting a hostile takeover of local government, as they have now for several years. Where is this heading, and what does it mean for the future of the Upstate?  As always, if you have any questions or comments (or, of course, need a realtor), feel free to reach out to Stan McCune directly by phone/text at (864) 735-7580 or by email at smccune@cdanjoyner.com.
