Socialism, communism, and more broadly, collectivism don't work with humanity because we are ALL individuals. These ideologies all have A PLAN at thier core constitution, and what happens if you don't want to go along with THE PLAN? Well, you must or WE will throw you in prison, vanquish you politically, or even worse, kill you. Ultimately, socialism doesn't work because it does not comport with individual liberty which exists in all of us. Dr. James Lindsay cracks the code of wokesim and helps us understand that it's just our old friend Marxism sneaking in for another run at humanity. Join me today as we take a closer look at his thesis. Dr. James Lindsay on Marxism - "Woke, a culture war against Europe". In this episode, I discuss a fascinating and vigorous philosophical treatise by a great American, Benjamin Franklin. It is called “A Dissertation on Liberty and Necessity, Pleasure and Pain.” Franklin denies human free will. How can we choose something to which the omnipotent God does not consent? Franklin claims that there is no evil, because pain is necessary for the existence of pleasure. There is no need for an afterlife to realize justice, because pleasure always arises in exact proportion to pain. --- This episode is sponsored by · Anchor: The easiest way to make a podcast. https://anchor.fm/app
QUESTION PRESENTED:This case presents a clear and intractable conflict regarding an important jurisdictional qNew York prohibits its ordinary law-abiding citizens from carrying a handgun outside the home without a license, and it denies licenses to every citizen who fails to convince the state that he or she has “proper cause” to carry a firearm. In District of Columbia v. Heller, this Court held that the Second Amendment protects “the individual right to possess and carry weapons in case of confrontation,” 554 U.S. 570, 592 (2008), and in McDonald v. City of Chicago, the Court held that this right “is fully applicable to the States,” 561 U.S. 742, 750 (2010). For more than a decade since then, numerous courts of appeals have squarely divided on this critical question: whether the Second Amendment allows the government to deprive ordinary law-abiding citizens of the right to possess and carry a handgun outside the home. This circuit split is open and acknowledged, and it is squarely presented by this petition, in which the Second Circuit affirmed the constitutionality of a New York regime that prohibits law-abiding individuals from carrying a handgun unless they first demonstrate some form of “proper cause” that distinguishes them from the body of “the people” protected by the Second Amendment. The time has come for this Court to resolve this critical constitutional impasse and reaffirm the citizens' fundamental right to carry a handgun for self-defense. The question presented is: Whether the Second Amendment allows the government to prohibit ordinary lawabiding citizens from carrying handguns outside the home for self- defense.DateProceedings and Orders (key to color coding)Dec 17 2020 | Petition for a writ of certiorari filed. Guest host Adam McManus interviews Mat Staver, Founder of Liberty Counsel, a Christian legal rights group, about their opposition to the freedom-killing vaccine passports which have been rolled out in Oregon. Democrat Governor Kate Brown has now implemented a statewide policy to require proof of COVID shots for people to enter businesses, workplaces, and churches without wearing masks.--Dr. Naomi Wolf, an author and Rhodes Scholar, predicts that the vaccine passport will eventually track every aspect of people's lives and would violate the U.S. Constitution and HIPAA. She said, -This is literally the end of human liberty in the West if this plan unfolds as planned. It's not about the vaccine, it's not about the virus, it's about data. And once this rolls out you don't have a choice about being part of the system.--Mat Staver addresses--1. Whether he believes the proposed implanted chip dovetails with the mark of the Beast found in Revelation 13-17.-2. How Bill Gates, a well-known eugenics advocate, plays a role in vaccine passports.-3. The importance of getting educated at LC.org-vaccine and speaking out.-4. Why Christians can have hope that God will heal our land and restore our freedom.-This program includes---1. The World View in 5 Minutes with Adam McManus -Oregon Gov requires churches to screen for vaccine passports- Florida bans men, pretending to be women, from female sports- Putin curtails Russian religious freedom again---2. Generations with Kevin Swanson -Guest-hosted by Adam McManus-
Today, Memorial Day, we should all reflect on the high price we have paid to defend the cause of Human Liberty.
The looming threat of vaccine passports have been a constant companion over the past year, sending chills down the collective spines of anyone with even the slightest value of liberty. While a large scale rollout is still on the horizon, we are starting to see these things issued in various places, and they're pretty much exactly what everyone has feared. While New York State's voluntary app has proven to be a logistical nightmare, with its many shortcomings making it almost unusable,...

It is not about the vaccine or the virus, it is about your data. What people need to understand is that any other functionality can be loaded onto that platform with no problem at all. What that means is that can be merged with your Paypal account, digital currency, Microsoft is talking about merging it with payment plans, your networks can be sucked up, it geolocates you wherever you go. All of your medical history can be included -- this has already happened in Israel. And six months later, we're hearing from activists that it is a two-tiered society and basically activists are ostracized and surveiled continually. It is absolutely so much more than a vaccine pass, it is -- I can not stress enough that it has the power to turn off your life, or to turn on your life, to let you engage in society or be marginalized. And by the way, the last thing I'll say is IBM has a horrible history with Nazi Germany... with punchcards that allowed the Nazis to keep lists... in such a way that they could round up Jews, round up dissidents and opposition leaders. It is catastrophic, it can not be allowed to continue... How does [China] keep a billion people under the thumb of a totalitarian regime. Darrell Castle talks about the ever-growing likelihood of nationwide internal passports being imposed on the once free American People. Transcription / Notes: Vaccine Passports – Keeping Us Safe or the End of Human Liberty? Hello this is Darrell Castle with today's Castle Report. Today is Friday, Good Friday as a matter of fact, April 2nd in the year of our Lord 2021. Since this is Good Friday, then this Sunday is Easter, the celebration of the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead. Today, I will be talking about the ever-growing likelihood of nationwide internal passports being imposed on the once free American People. The Castle Family is doing fine this Easter weekend as Joan and I will attend the sunrise service at our church Sunday morning. He lives, we believe, and since he does, we can face tomorrow and the growing Stalinist threat of the new government commonly known as the Biden administration. The family daughter will celebrate Easter in her own fashion in her adopted home of Los Angeles, California. Technological innovation is evident everywhere today, but sometimes progress goes in reverse. When that happens, we forget things like what made us free and prosperous. Sometimes technology inhibits progress and then we become willing to trade our birthright of liberty for a mess of porridge. For example, the New York Governor is implementing the hated cold war, Stalinist, internal passport that prevents freedom of movement within the state of New York. The Biden Administration is contracting with private companies to create a nationwide internal passport system. What do I mean by internal passport? You will need a form of passport like a passport to visit foreign countries, just to travel within the United States. Private firms are obviously being used to distance the administration from the publicity and to avoid constitutional issues. Just as government has long used the tech companies as fronts for the denial of free speech and to enact their censorship and propaganda programs it now will use private firms to prevent freedom of movement within the United States. This is not a theory because it is happening right now. I was introduced to a very simple version yesterday when I received via email, instructions for attending the New York Yankees home opener at Yankee stadium. Arrive early because there will be long lines the email read and no one without proof of both vaccinations or a negative test within the proscribed time period will be admitted. That kind of thing is just the beginning. But it must be stopped and resisted with everything we have. It doesn't matter what you think about the vaccines because that is not the issue. The issue is the acclimatizing of people to the idea that to participate in society they need to comply with government mandates, and obtain government permission. That will create a caste system which we are required to welcome here in America. Naomi Wolf, interviewed on “The Next Revolution” with Steve Hilton puts it like this: “I am not overstating this. I can't say it forcefully enough. This is literally the end of human liberty in the West if this plan unfolds as planned. Vaccine passports sound like a fine thing if you don't understand what these platforms can do…It's not about the vaccine. It's not about the virus. It's about your data. And once this rolls out you don't have a choice about being part of the system. What people have to understand is that any other functionality can be loaded onto that platform with no problem at all. What that means is that it can be merged with your PayPal account. With your digital currency, Microsoft is already talking about merging it with payment plans. Your networks can be sucked up. It geolocates you wherever you go. Your credit history can be included. All your medical history can be included.” Naomi is not the only prominent person sounding the alarm about what is being installed. Marjorie Taylor Greene Republican from Georgia,
We're two weeks out from the U.S. presidential election and the way I see things now, this is our moment to stand up and demand these people stop beating us or we're going to get everything we deserve from them. The choice now is between struggle sessions and secession. But secession starts in your heart and your head. Become #Ungovernable or be destroyed, because that is the choice in front of you. No deep political strategy this week just a Tom Paine like call to arms and to remind all those cheering the apparent victory of Joe Biden over populism, that which you steal will be taken back and you won't like the way that happens. If you aren't outraged you aren't paying attention. "Since, then, no one is allowed to be remiss in the service due to God, and since the chief duty of all men is to cling to religion in both its reaching and practice—not such religion as they may have a preference for, but the religion which God enjoins, and which certain and most clear marks show to be the only one true religion —it is a public crime to act as though there were no God." We’re releasing this episode just a couple of days before the 135th anniversary of Pope Leo XIII’s great encyclical letter 'On the Christian Constitution of States', Immortale Dei, first issued on November 1, 1885. We’re also releasing this just a few short days before the United States presidential election, at a time when the relationship between Church and State ought to be particularly relevant, especially to the mind of the Catholic voter. Indeed, in this encyclical, Pope Leo XIII urges Catholics to give particular attention to national politics, and to make use of popular institutions for the advancement of truth and goodness. He warns that, were Catholics to abdicate the field of politics, it would “allow those whose principles offer but small guarantee for the welfare of the State to more readily seize the reins of government.” The question came up most recently in American civic life with the successful confirmation of Justice Amy Coney Barret to the U.S. Supreme Court. During her hearings, we saw what Pope Leo would term “a hackneyed reproach of old date” in the not-so-subtle accusations that Justice Barret’s professed Catholicism would somehow compromise the discharge of her civil duty. Such anti-Catholic invectives have, notably, been entirely absent when it has come to the professed Catholicism of a certain presidential nominee. The reason why should be obvious for anyone with eyes to see. There, too, Leo condemns the politically expedient side-lining of Catholic teaching, warning that, for Catholics, “It is unlawful to follow one line of conduct in private life and another in public, respecting privately the authority of the Church but publicly rejecting it.” He especially cautions those who would hold positions of authority, writing: “they must remember that the Almighty will one day bring them to account, the more strictly in proportion to the sacredness of their office and preeminence of their dignity.” It is the right exercise of authority that is at the heart of Leo’s concern in Immortale Dei — and in particular, the right relationship between the authority of the Church and that of the State. Leo's is a corrective to the defective view of authority that arises from an incorrect view of liberty — and this theme of liberty, as opposed to license, predominates throughout Immortale Dei. In fact, Pope Leo would, less than three years after issuing Immortale Dei, follow up with another encyclical letter entitled Libertas, on the Nature of Human Liberty. We’re releasing this episode ahead of the U.S. election in the hopes that it may serve as a resource leading up to this great expression of civil responsibility, but also in witness to the fact that—whatever the outcome of this or any election—Christ remains the same; as does the perennial teaching of His Church; as does the law of charity, and the responsibility of the Christian. Vatican II's Declaration on Religious Freedom, Humanis Dignitatae, begins by noting that its discussion of religious liberty “has to do with immunity from coercion in civil society” and so “leaves untouched traditional Catholic doctrine on the moral duty of men and societies toward the true religion and toward the one Church of Christ.” This episode is about discovering what that traditional doctrine was and is. Our main source will be Pope Leo XIII's encyclical Immortale Dei, which is available in audiobook form on CatholicCulture.org. Thomas Pink guides us through a close reading of this document (with supplementary material from Libertas and Longuinqua). Here, and in the magisterium of other 19th-century Popes, we find a number of teachings on Church and State that have gone largely unmentioned since the Council, and which are sadly forgotten or even rejected by the majority of self-described conservative Catholics. The core point is that the State, like the Church, receives its authority from God. Therefore the State has a duty of obedience to God, obedience which cannot be arbitrarily limited to what can be known by reason, excluding revelation. So, Leo says, the State has duties to profess, protect and foster religion, and not just any religion, but the true Faith: “The Church, indeed, deems it unlawful to place the various forms of divine worship on the same footing as the true religion, but does not, on that account, condemn those rulers who, for the sake of securing some great good or of hindering some great evil, allow patiently custom or usage to be a kind of sanction for each kind of religion having its place in the State.” Other points discussed are these: Leo's analogy comparing the relationship between Church and State to the harmony between soul and body. The evil consequences of the State's indifference toward God and true religion. The authority of the Church to coerce the baptized in fulfilling their religious duties, and to have the State act as its agent (all the while remembering that the State has no authority of its own to regulate the supernatural good of religion). Leo's condemnation of freedom of speech and opinion as commonly understood. It is clear that a docile and orthodox reading of Vatican II cannot lead us to dismiss prior teachings on Church and State. Yet this works both ways: Church teaching is is a unity, so when discussing these older teachings, we must also ask what is the nature Vatican II's teaching on religious liberty and how all of these teachings can be understood in light of one another. The key lies in the limited scope of Dignitatis Humanae, which from the outset intends only to address religious coercion by the State, and leaves the duties of the State towards religion untouched in both senses of the word. Though the Church's teaching on religious liberty is much further from the ideals of the American Founding than many careless readers of Dignitatis Humanae have assumed, American Catholics can and must love their country. Therefore we close with Pope Leo's friendly and encouraging words to the Church in America. There is currently an opportunity and a need to reinforce the history and the teachings that are based on Dr. King’s non-violent social justice philosophy. This means the adoption of a special curriculum. Fortunately, there is one highlighting MLK and the civil rights movement, and it has already been implemented in multiple states. Today’s podcast discussion covers this curriculum. Guests include: ALEC Vice President of Policy Advancement Sherry Street, Texas State Representative Tan Parker, Howard University Associate Provost and Assistant Vice-President for Enrollment Management Anthony Jones and Institute of World Politics Chair of Law and Human Rights Dr. Matthew Daniels. Doctor in economics, Christopher Lingle, discusses the moral differences between human liberty and collectivism from a social perspective emphasizing the importance of humanity. Lingle gives a breakdown of the topics he is going to discuss such as human action, social control, moral impulses, social actions and justice. First, he describes family as a socialist system that may work, but if we apply socialism in a general community the system becomes more complicated. Nature and scale of social control determine the power of the controller”. He points out some thoughts that may make people believe socialism is beneficial to society, such as the desire to act morally, the perception of wealth equality and the idea that is a more compassion and warmth system for the people. However, he explains that the problem has never been inequality but the power of privileges and making things on the expenses of others, injustice and lack of liberty. Then, Lingle mentions the variants of socialism according to the social, economic, and political problems that had caused in countries with governments of this political ideology, taking more care of groups of people and not for individuals, such as capitalism does. Capitalism, it’s not an «ism», is human action, is not a political project, socialism is a political project, an invention, capitalism is something we develop by interacting with each other is just a human activity.” The economist explains the incoherence of social justice because it suddenly obligates individuals to act in a certain way. Then he mentions that socialism has failed because central planning doesn’t work as people change their ideas and interests every time. The adjective social in front of justice adds nothing to the concept of justices, in fact, it creates confusion. We should only talk about human justice.” Lingle advises on how to make better governments and fight corruption by taking more care about individuals and ending with privileges, he describes individualism and its differences with collectivism emphasizing the importance of humanity. To conclude, Lingle explains human liberty, which focuses on individual rights and its benefits. Join us at this conference and learn more about how we can build a better society.
Matthew Daniels, chair of Law and Human Rights at the Institute of World Politics, joins host Derrick Dortch on this week's Fed Access to about his new book: Human Liberty 2.0: Advancing Universal Rights in the Digital Age, which is a collection of stories about people around the world who are using social media to advance the cause of human rights and freedom.
About the Book: In the era of rising authoritarianism around the world, ordinary people are harnessing the power of digital and social media to advance the universal rights of all human beings in ways never before possible. A blogging revolution in Iran led to new demands for fair elections and human rights. USB drives and SD cards loaded with hours of 'outside' music, news and television, has helped to introduce basic human rights concepts to North Koreans living under authoritarian rule. Law enforcement can now identify hotels used by sex-traffickers when ordinary people upload pictures of their hotel rooms into a database. These are just a few of the stories in Human Liberty 2.0, a new collection of stories about people and organizations around the world using digital and social media to advance the cause of human dignity. Like Chicken Soup for the Soul but with a modern, digital twist, this book includes over two dozen true stories guaranteed to uplift and inspire. Readers will discover how they can participate in the Human Liberty 2.0 revolution and follow in the footsteps of these inspiring adults, teens, and children who are truly the best of humanity…both online and off. Dr. Daniels, IWP's Chair of Law and Human Rights, also teaches a course on Human Rights and Counter-Radicalization which deals with some of these same themes. Why we started Human Liberty – In this article we are discussing about Human Liberty organization. On 1st January 2006 we started Campaign for Human Liberty. We combine Buddha, Marx and Ambedkar in the organization. Why? Let me explain. STARTING DAYS In 2004 some Rationalist, Communist, Buddhist, Atheist and Ambedkarite activist came together. That time we were working with other like minded organizations. We were discussed on many issues related with Social and political change. That period we think, discuss and wrote articles on various social issues. And we actual worked on the field about social political things. SITUATION OF INDIA Majority of Indian population are Hindus. And 15 % of Hindus are upper castes. And in Upper caste you can find Capitalists, Feudalistic and Patriarchal Males are ruling population of the country. In India Upper caste people are involved in teaching Brahmanism (fascist things) to people since 2000 years. They are using Manusmriti (law of Brahmanism) to implement Brahmanism. That’s why Indians are became mental slaves of Upper caste people. Due to that majority Indians are following lots of superstition, defective ritual, conventions and traditions, casteism, bigotry, predestination etc. You can find here many atrocities, riots, violence, discrimination against Lower castes (like Dalit, Tribes, Nomadic tribes & Shudras), minorities (like Muslims, Christians) and women as well as LGBT people. RATIONALIST ASSOCIATION OF PEOPLE – 2004 Although this situation is happened here. If majority people accept Buddhism and reject Brahmanism then situation will change towards political revolution. How? For more information Click on – How can Buddha change Indian Politics? So we started Rationalist association of People. EXPLOITATION ERADICATION COMMITTEE (SHOSHAN NIRMULAN SAMITI) – 2005 After one year in 2005 we came together again. And we discussed about our way of Rationalism. This way is very long and couldn’t complete in our own life. So what if we directly work on system transformation? Once power will come in our hands, we can change people mind set through education department, media and other sources. And we can implement communism easily. So we change our ideology. We left Buddhism and we accepted Marxism. And Started work like communist. We changed the name of the organization. Our organization’s new name was Exploitation Eradication Committee (Shoshan Nirmulan Samiti) CAMPAIGN FOR HUMAN LIBERTY – 2006 After one year in December 2005 we came together again. And we thought on 3 issues. If we will take charge of power. But if people are remain Hindu mind set. Then they will destroy the system again and they will make system related with their religion (Brahmanism) again.Due to caste system, workers couldn’t unite. They divided in to many castes. And in casteism you can find hierarchy between them. Due to that people hate each other. If workers do not unite properly how revolution can possible in India? If majority of people are convert in to Buddhism. But if System is remaining in hands of Capitalist, feudalistic or Upper caste males. Then there is no meaning of only Religious conversion. WHY WE STARTED HUMAN LIBERTY We thought that if we want real revolution or communism. We need Buddhism to eradicate Brahmanism and change people mind set towards communism. We need Ambedkarism to eradicate caste system and other discrimination’s like gender, religion, language, area, race or skin color based. And we need Marxism for system transformation. And if Buddha, Ambedkar and Marx come together. Then real revolution will happen in India as well as in entire world. And communism can establish properly in the world. So We again change name of the organization. And now we started Campaign for Human Liberty on 1st January 2006. For more details click on Why we started Human Liberty ?
We are the Comrades for Communism. You can find here details of the organization. We started Human Liberty organization in 2006. And still we are comrades for communism. There is research material in the Library so it is very useful for researchers. Students and Activist are taking benefits of our Library and Research Center. We also have some important heritage things of Tribal and Dalit community in this center. GUIDANCE CENTER We have Helpline to guide and support to Activist and problem facing people. We guide them through telephone about the solutions, tactics of democratic and legal fight. If they need some help then our experts participate and help them in field too. COUNSELING CENTER We run a counseling center for them who are facing psychological problems. Such as depression. Due to 1. Break up or divorce in love, relationship or marriage. 2. Failure in business, carrier or education etc. SUCCESS STORIES BEFORE US: In Khandesh area of Maharashtra we started working with tribal community in 2008. That time Tribal were poor, uneducated and uncivilized. So educated people, upper cast communities and government officers were cheating and exploit them easily. Tribal community were always had fear about exploitation from civilized society in Jalgaon, Nandurbar and Dhule districts. AFTER US: Now school dropout tribal youth are well trained from Human Liberty Training’s. Now they know how to fight with cheaters and exploiters with legal and democratic way for change in situation. Now people started to participate in Gram Sabha. They achieve many government documents. And they get benefits of various Government schemes. Now tribal are fearless and feel real liberty.
The American Freedom Alliance, a think tank and policy network based in Southern California, has announced the convention of an international conference to address the historical consequences of the sealing of the Magna Carta at Runnymede in England on June 15, 1215. The Magna Carta, sealed by King John, was a means by which English barons sought to check the arbitrary power of the monarch as it related to their own property and personal interests. Yet among its 63 clauses are found the beginnings of representative government, equality before the law, parliamentary rule and many of the liberties enjoyed by individuals throughout the West today. The Conference, titled Magna Carta: The 800 Year Struggle for Human Liberty, will take place over two days, Sunday evening, June 14 and Monday morning, June 15, 2015 at the Luxe Sunset Blvd Hotel in Bel Air. The Conference will link with ceremonies at Runnymede in the United Kingdom, commemorating the events which took take place there in 1215; it will call on former and current world leaders such as the former prime-minister of Australia John Howard and Hon. Daniel Hannan, to offer their commentary of the fundamental importance of the Magna Carta in the development of the common law and the many protections that arose thereafter to safeguard property and personal rights against encroachment by the government. "This conference was established as a means of addressing the rapid evaporation of interest by scholars, academics and the general public in the centuries long battle for the achievement of what today we regard as basic human rights, but would not have been possible without the initial bold action of the Magna Carta" said Avi Davis, President of the American Freedom Alliance. "We will also pay homage to and examine the role of the the Anglosphere, those countries settled by and associated with the United Kingdom who jointly contributed to the spread of liberty and the safeguarding of human rights." Details of the conference can be found at the conference website: http://www.americanfreedomalliance.org/microsite/magnacarta/index.htm The American Freedom Alliance a non-partisan, non-aligned movement which promotes, defends and upholds Western values and ideals. The Alliance sponsors conferences, publishes opinions, distributes information and creates networking groups to identify threats to Western civilization and to motivate, educate and unite citizens in support of that cause.
