On August 31, 2020, police responded to a 911 call in a home in Winston, California. Upon arrival, they found Tammy Balloue unresponsive and would ultimately declare her dead. Her tragic murder wouldn't be covered in headlines and there was little told about the case after the suspect wanted, Jorge Martinez, would be arrested less than a week later. But the story does not end there and despite Martinez being behind bars, justice has far from being served. We are joined in part two with Tina and Toni, two of Tammy's sisters, to discuss the details that have also unfortunately unfolded since.
