It's PTSI (itsptsi.com) Biological PTSD Treatment | SGB injection for PTSD | Stella (stellacenter.com) PTSD is an injury that can be treated. In psychology, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) is defined as a response to experiencing traumatic or stressful events that create feelings of horror or helplessness. A neuroscience-informed view suggests that what has been called PTSD is in fact a biological injury that can be seen through brain scans. Though PTSD is a common term mental healthcare professionals use, Stella and others have suggested a new term – Post Traumatic Stress Injury (PSTI) – instead of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. By talking about Post-Traumatic Stress as an injury, we can reduce stigmas around healing. At Stella, we have a range of proven treatments for the symptoms and conditions associated with trauma exposure. While many mental healthcare resources highlight the 17 most common PTSD symptoms, there are actually more. Retired army infantryman Mark Meincke, the host of Operation Tango Romeo, the Trauma Recovery Podcast, has uncovered the shocking suicide operation that the Canadian government is waging against its own veterans. Rather than treat veterans for PTSD and wartime trauma, veterans are being offered state-sponsored murder as the 'final solution' for “healthcare” woes. Is this what's coming next to the rest of the developed world? Canada is killing itself, and the market for despair is thriving. Join John-Henry Westen as he and Meincke break open Canada's barbaric obsession with suicide, all a part of its Medical Assistance in Dying (MAiD) policies—and what the culture of life can do before it's too late.FAITH-BASED FINANCIAL INVESTING IS HERE! Multiple veterans looking for help say they were instead offered medical aid in dying by Veterans Affairs Canada. It's clear that it's not just one rogue agent — it's department policy, as Mark Meincke discusses this week with guest host Brian Lilley. Meincke, himself a veteran recovering from PTSD, is host of Operation Tango Romeo, a trauma recovery podcast for veterans and first responders, where he's spoken to several vets who were offered death by their own government. Meincke explains the scandalous obstacles that veterans face in getting basic supports for treatable injuries and what needs to be done to fix a system that would rather terminate wounded soldiers than help them. Why we remember To remember not only the fallen, but the sacrifices made by the living who have experienced horrors which are simply beyond the comprehension of the unindoctrinated. To acknowledge the sacrifice made by the families of the fallen, and of all those who have served and who are still serving. Because nobody ever truly comes home from war. Only a version of yourself returns. A haunted version, whose very soul has been irreversibly stained by the realization that evil is in fact real, and it does indeed cajole decent people into doing awful things. It's the understanding of how unspeakably horrible one person can be to another. War forever taints you. Witnessing a flagrant disregard for the sanctity of life is not something you can unsee. It is this stain which affects every aspect of your civilian life, often for the rest of your life. We remember our soldiers because they bear a terrible burden, so that others will never have to carry the painful weight of freedom. To acknowledge the privilege we enjoy, of living in a peaceful country where our children can safely walk to school without the fear of their school being bombed. We remember, because we acknowledge that we can't ever fully appreciate the sacrifices, so we remember in lieu of understanding. We remember, because it's the best we can do, and the least we should do to honor our soldiers, sailors, and airmen both past and present. We remember, because they likely know the unforgettable stench of burning human flesh, and the sound of the screams of the burning. We remember them, because they can not forget. We remember, because the survivors often struggle from debilitating depression, relentless nightmares, and uncontrollable anger. We remember because veterans are at a much higher risk of suicide. We remember them, because many of them can never find peace. We remember them, because we don't carry the burden of becoming them. On November the 11th, we will remove our hats, stand for our two minutes of silence, and we will remember them. Mark E. Real Strength Soldiers can go for days without sleep, perform night patrols in the rain, carry crippling heavy loads of gear across multiple miles of treacherous, rugged terrain, and fight heavily armed enemies with complete disregard to their own survival. And they can do it repeatedly for months, or even years on end, holding the line until the war has been won. When Soldiers finish their watch, and are able to return home, they often find themselves unable to settle into domestic life. People can leave the military, but the military never fully leaves them. A piece of the Veteran will always be a soldier. Difficulty in transitioning can range from being merely uncomfortable, to being totally devastating to one's life. Relationships usually suffer, employment is often unstable, and isolation is commonly suffered. This is where REAL Strength is required. Often, the stronger a person has been in their life, the more difficult it is for them to admit they need help. The more a person has been the protector, the sheepdog, the leader, …. the more challenging it is to swallow their pride and ask to be protected, helped, and led out of the darkness. Sadly, most never find the strength to ask for help. As a result they become even more injured. The Soldier tends to turn to either Alcohol or drugs for comfort, and addiction becomes the price they pay for refusing to ask for help. Addiction creates more isolation, the increased isolation creates loneliness and hopelessness. The despair too often results in suicide. The best way to help others find the strength to ask for help, is to let them know that other Sheep Dogs have suffered in similar ways, and have found the courage to ask for help, and walk the healing path. If you are a Veteran of the Military, or a former first responder who has walked the healing path, you have an opportunity to be a beacon of hope to others. You can light the way out of the darkness for those who may be watching you in quiet despair. By “Recovering Out Loud” you can shine your light for others to draw strength from. By recovering out loud, you are trumpetting reveille for those who are yearning to wake from their nightmares. If you are a private person, you can still light a signal fire of healing for the wounded to follow. Simply share episodes of Operation Tango Romeo on your social media pages. Or, share posts from any Veteran or First Responders support organization which you believe in. Active duty Military, First responders, Veterans and their families need support year round,... not just in November. The more aware they are of support, the more likely they are to reach out for it. If you support Veterans, First Responders, & Their families, please share this, and please share posts from support organizations. Doing so may very well save a life, and a family from suffering from the loss of that life. #veterans, #firstresponders, #support --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/tango-romeo/message

DO THE WORK You can't get strong by watching YOUTUBE videos of other people going to the gym. From the videos you can certainly garner some great tips on HOW to work out effectively, but you won't receive any results without actually doing the workouts. If you break your arm, it's not very useful to sit on the couch thinking about possibly going to the hospital. The longer you sit around just “thinking” about getting help for your arm, the more pain you will endure unnecessarily. If you wait a few days, your arm will start to set itself in the wrong position, causing more unnecessary long term suffering. By not addressing the issue and simply getting help, you have made your broken arm into a way bigger issue than it had to be. If you choose to stay home and just wish you had help, you will suffer from your choices. If help comes to your door, and you refuse to open that door, you will suffer from your choice. This is exactly the same for people who are suffering from Post Traumatic Stress Injuries. If you don't do the work, if you don't take positive action, you will suffer more than you need to. By procrastinating on getting help, the injury is getting worse than it needs to be. If you don't know where to start looking for help, start with my show. Operation Tango Romeo has over 230 episodes that are dedicated to investigating every form of healing that I can find. I have done episodes on Nutrition, exercise, psychedelics, retreats, NLP, equine therapy, motorcycle riding, canine companionship, skilled peer support, EMDR, talk therapy, mental health first aid, finding purpose, and on, and on, and on. There IS help available, all you have to do is put up your hand and ask for it. Reach out to any of the organizations that I've had on the show, and ask for help. If moving forward with help is beyond your capacity right now…what CAN you do? Can you do one pushup an hour? Can you walk up and down stairs? Can you do half of a bodyweight squat? Can you quit drinking alcohol? Can you attend a peer support meeting, in person or online? Can you visit with someone at least once a week? Can you read one paragraph of a self help book every day? Can you learn one new word of a new language every day? Can you do yoga with the help of youtube videos? Can you listen to one episode of my show a day? Can you call a service officer to ask for help? Can you help someone else? Can you volunteer at a food bank, or any other charitable organization? What skills do you have which could be used to help another human being, or an animal? Can you babysit a dog while people are on vacation? Or a cat? Or a goldfish? Or a plant? Can you water plants? Can you compliment someone? Can you smile? Can you keep hydrated? Can you make your bed? Can you take a shower? Can you brush your teeth? If you can do any of these things…then do it. If you can do more, then do more. Focus on what you CAN do, and get it done. Just pick ONE thing, and do it every single day. Eventually you'll find the strength to do two things a day, then three, and your capacity for self care will grow. Eventually you will find the strength to reach out for help, and take your healing to the next level. Taking massive action is great, but not necessary. Tiny steps, done consistently, will get you to a better place…but you still have to take those steps. If you don't, you won't move. If you don't move, nothing will change. If nothing changes, you won't heal. Do the work. --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/tango-romeo/message

Feel free to recite this work at your local Remembrance Day Ceremony. It has been read by Mayors across the Country, and was published by the Toronto Star. I only ask that you give credit to Mark Meincke, Host of Operation Tango Romeo, the trauma recovery podcast. Mark E.
