Darío Cardozo es Licenciado en Biología Molecular, egresado de la Facultad de Química, Bioquímica y Farmacia de la Universidad Nacional de San Luis (Argentina), y doctor en Arqueología de la Facultad de Filosofía y Letras de la Universidad Nacional de Buenos Aires. Sus investigaciones se han centrado en Arqueología Histórica, uniendo el análisis de los documentos históricos, la información genética y los datos isotópicos de dieta y movilidad a partir de los restos arqueológicos humanos del Cementerio Indígena de Baradero. Posteriormente realizó un posdoctorado, donde investigó acerca de la ancestría de los restos encontrados en el cementerio de las ruinas de San Francisco de la provincia de Mendoza. En esta misma línea, realizó una pasantía en ADN antiguo y nuevas técnicas de secuenciación masiva en el laboratorio de Antropología de la Universidad de Kansas, EEUU. Ha sido docente de Biología Molecular y Genética en la Universidad Nacional de San Luis, la Universidad Maimónides y la Facultad de Ciencias Exactas y Naturales de la UBA. Además, hace seis años que es docente de la cátedra de Antropología Biológica de la Facultad de Filosofía y Letras de la UBA. Cursó la especialización en Genética, DDHH y Sociedad de la Universidad Nacional Tres de Febrero. Forma parte del grupo de Genética y Sociedad, conformado por antropólogues, biológues y estudiantes de antropología. En esta línea, ha comenzado a investigar acerca de los aspectos éticos legales y sociales de las nuevas técnicas de secuenciación masiva, en particular en torno a la genética forense. Hace dos años que forma parte del equipo de Biología Molecular y Genética Forense del Banco Nacional de Datos Genéticos, trabajando, principalmente, en el análisis genético de los restos óseos de familiares o posibles nietes. Entre avril et juin 1982, l'Argentine et le Royaume-Uni se sont affrontés pour la souveraineté sur quelques îles de l'Atlantique-Sud dans un conflit armé intense qui a surpris le monde entier. C'est la Guerre des Malouines, une guerre qui a vite sombré dans l'oubli – ses 900 morts, dont 649 Argentins, avec elle. Après sa défaite, la junte militaire a abandonné ses soldats tués sur le champ de bataille et a laissé aux Britanniques la responsabilité de s'en occuper selon la convention de Genève. Un jeune capitaine britannique s'est chargé de leur donner une sépulture digne. Le hasard lui a fait rencontrer 25 ans plus tard un ancien combattant argentin. Ensemble, pour le bien des vivants et des morts, ils ont accompli une œuvre de paix unique en son genre. Geoffrey Cardozo, le jeune capitaine anglais qui a bâti le cimetière pour les Argentins en 1983 est aujourd'hui un colonel à la retraite âgé de 73 ans. Il a confié à deux journalistes français, Anne Brunswic et Yvan Amar, cette histoire de guerre et de paix pleine de rebondissements qui s'étend sur près de 40 ans. Le capitaine Cardozo, 32 ans, arrive aux îles Malouines juste après la fin des combats. Météo glaciale et paysages dévastés. On lui signale la présence de corps argentins sur des champs de bataille minés. Au fil des semaines, deux-cent-quarante dépouilles sont localisées, des jeunes de moins de 20 ans. Geoffrey dit « Jeff » s'efforce de préserver les corps et de les identifier en pensant à la douleur de leurs mères. Une enquête d'Anne Brunswic en collaboration avec Yvan Amar.

Mars 2018. La mission de la Croix-Rouge a été un succès. 95% des soldats ont pu être identifiés. Geoffrey Cardozo et Julio Aro sont nominés pour le prix Nobel de la paix par une université argentine. Deux avions quittent Buenos Aires avec à bord des centaines de membres des familles des disparus, en direction des Falklands selon la dénomination britannique. Au cimetière, que beaucoup découvrent pour la première fois, presque toutes les tombes portent enfin des noms. C'est un très grand moment d'émotion pour tous. Erik Cardozo, especialista en Meta y Google Ads, enseña cómo estas herramientas pueden transformar la rentabilidad de un emprendimiento cuando se utilizan de manera estratégica. Para Erik, comprender las diferencias y fortalezas de cada plataforma es esencial para maximizar los resultados. “Meta Ads es una plataforma de administración de anuncios que pertenece a Facebook e Instagram. Pago para que se muestren mis anuncios en esas redes sociales, pero es clave que esos anuncios sean muy interesantes para captar la atención, ya que estoy destinando dinero para ello", explica Erik. Por otro lado, Google Ads se destaca en el ámbito de búsqueda: “Pago por el clic que hace el usuario en mi anuncio. Si alguien busca zapatillas, verá anuncios relacionados con su intención de compra”. El enfoque visual de Meta Ads permite generar un deseo por el producto mediante videos, imágenes y anuncios dinámicos. Sin embargo, Erik advierte que ambas plataformas son complementarias: “Si no estoy en Google, un competidor puede ganarme el lugar, a pesar de haber hecho el trabajo más fuerte en Meta Ads. Por eso es importante estar en las dos plataformas, dependiendo de la etapa del negocio". Según nuestro especialista, para negocios emergentes, Meta Ads es una excelente puerta de entrada, mientras que Google Ads es ideal para marcas con una demanda ya establecida. There are a lot of reasons why this seems true, and, yes, Dicken's A Christmas Carol played an enormous role in a Victorian revival and redefining of Christmas - but that revival was happening with him or without him. So we decided to take a closer look at Victorian society in the 1940s and exam how religious - or not - Dickens and A Christmas Carol actually were. The two hired killers, an accomplice and Adelson's son, Charlie Adelson, have all been convicted on murder charges in the years since. #BestGuests: R.
