He didn't give me a topic so I wanted to cover the latest two ladies that are taking over the manosphere. I first heard about them from a video from Hammerhand where he mentions that 4 women that started producing videos eight or nine months ago now account for 90% of all of the manosphere traffic. That's a generalization as Just Pearly Things started in 2021 but the Real Femsapian is a lot newer. But he brought up two new female content producers Brett Cooper and Sarah Dawn Moore which are almost as big as if not bigger than Just Pearly Things. They are poisoning the well for a quick profit and they are going to throw all the other cooches under the bus. Meaning that by teaching men about female nature and male female dynamics they are going to make more men into MGTOWs. Eventually many men will find male content creators that tell them the full truth. But in the meantime Brett, Sarah and others will be cashing in on simpish men paying for coaching calls and watching YouTube ads. Years ago I thought about just hiring women to read my scripts and I probably should have done it. Hired a woman to be the face to my content. Look how well this is working now. We don't even know if there are men working for these whamen behind the scenes feeding them their content. This isn't going to stop. This is going to accelerate. Brett and Sarah probably saw just pearly things and The Real Femsapian and decided to do the same thing or something similar. Also what's up with a name like Brett Cooper for a whamen? Is it like Michael Burnham in Star Trek Discovery? Are whamen starting to not only adopt male behavior but start taking on male names too? What were her parents thinking about when they gave her that name? Did they want people to tease her while growing up? As for Sarah Dawn Moore she teaches men and women about gender Dynamics, relationships and personal growth. Hammerhand didn't say this in his video but he did mention that all four of these women became big in the last 8 or so months. Maybe the establishment has figured out that suppression of MGTOW ideas isn't working so now they are going for subversion? They are even moving to platforms like Odysee and Rumble to post their content and when I first started posting on Rumble and searched for MGTOW all that would pop up were Just Pearly Things videos. But I think it's going to backfire. Eventually men will see through the grift of these women and their gynocentric gateway drugs. They want to show men that there are still good women out there. If that's the case then why did Sarah get dumped by her fiancé days before her wedding with him? I'll discuss more in a moment but let me first tell everyone about today's sponsor Moneyline Investments:Support this podcast at — https://redcircle.com/mgtow/donationsAdvertising Inquiries: https://redcircle.com/brandsPrivacy & Opt-Out: https://redcircle.com/privacy
My guest today is someone I've waited four months to speak to, mistake on my side by the way, we just didn't coordinate very well. But four months ago Instagram, for once, showed me something I liked, so I clicked. It was a video about a relationship coach speaking about how women do certain things in a relationship, and I found myself nodding vigorously. Like yes, absolutely I feel this is what I have gone through, and so I clicked for more content, and I was head-banging all the way through. Until I finally said I'm going to follow that person. I have to admit almost every single piece of content she puts online is so well thought through, and is valid in a very interesting way, at least to me, so I thought maybe you guys should get introduced. My guest today is Sarah Dawn Moore.Sarah Dawn Moore is a dating and relationship coach turned content creator. She combines practical evolutionary psychology, behaviour modification and gender dynamics, to uncover and reverse the unhealthy patterns and dynamics that cause the most discord between men and women. As an entrepreneur, it can be challenging to take a break. You are constantly thinking about how to grow your business and the workload. Becoming an entrepreneur can become overwhelming at times. Trust me, and I know this first hand. It's easy to neglect yourself and your well-being because you become consumed in the pursuit of success. Although taking a break may seem like the last thing you can do right now, it is crucial to getting work done effectively and success as an entrepreneur. Today we are chatting with my personal friend Sarah Dawn, attorney and business coach, and consultant. After building her business, Sarah found herself prioritizing work over everything else she cared about. She wasn't giving herself the rest or intentional care she needed, which ultimately led her to become burnt out. Not taking a break and being there every day for your business is what entrepreneurship looks like to many people, but here's the truth. Most people don't want that lifestyle. Of course, as an entrepreneur, you need to put the work in, but you don't have to put yourself in this position of working 20+ hours every day to be successful. In today's episode, Sarah will be chatting about how she was able to re-learn what works best for her and let herself enjoy everything she created professionally by taking a break from her business. Highlights from this episode: Who is Sarah Dawn and the business she created What ultimately led her to take a break from her business How she prevented herself from hitting that breaking point most entrepreneurs experience Making the appropriate shifts in her life and putting herself first Why entrepreneurship can be the best career choice for women Reaching her own conclusions Best piece of business advice ever received Thanks for listening to today's episode. This week on the CWC podcast my guest is Sarah Dawn, host of The Sarah Dawn Podcast. Sarah and I met in middle school and reconnected in adulthood through our separate business interests. Sarah has built seven-figure businesses, hustled to the point of burnout, and finally discovered how to prioritize personal fulfillment. She spent years helping entrepreneurs in their businesses and in this current season is focused on sharing her stories and loving her life in Scottsdale, AZ, with her husband, kids, and two dogs: Nana, the desert heat loving Husky, and Tyson, a boxer mix that just cannot get enough love. Listen in as we discuss religion, multi-level marketing companies, body acceptance, aliens and octopuses, and how she recently pulled the plug on her business to focus on herself and enjoy life. How do you grow your business without losing your mind? How do you find balance when being an entrepreneur is so chaotic? This week's guest has some insight. Sarah Dawn is a Business Growth Expert and host of The Blissed Biz Podcast. She helps entrepreneurs and professionals create the business of their dreams that supports a lifestyle they love. A seven-figure entrepreneur herself, Sarah was burned out and overwhelmed in the beginning. Despite checking all the boxes, she sacrificed her health to achieve it. Sarah knew she had to forge a more sustainable and fulfilling path for herself if she wanted to successfully scale. Sarah was hell-bent on making “this” work. Whether that be putting herself through law school or building up a successful firm, nothing was going to get in her way. It was an unhealthy obsession to be successful. Sarah had walking pneumonia five times within a year. She wore it like a badge of honor! “Look at me, I'm sick but still working.” Sarah wanted to transition from being a lawyer to being a coach. At first, she wanted to hide it from her existing clients. However, she found out that they were just as excited as her for going in this new direction. People want purpose in their life. Are you miserable and overworking in your business? If you have “control freak” tendencies, then there's a chance you're not empowering your employees to succeed. If anything, you're giving them an insecurity complex. To help you ease control and let other people get stuff done, you want to delegate the results, not necessarily the tasks. Preventing burnout at work is something that requires attention. Especially with the pandemic easing up, it's perhaps more important than ever that we learn how to avoid work burnout. In this conversation with Sarah Dawn, we discuss the myth of making up for lost time, and how you can regain your lost income without burning out. The thing is, when you try to make up for all the time you lost at work or in your business during the lockdowns, there are side effects - namely, burnout. It's true that you need to regain lost income, but you don't necessarily need to regain lost time. By doubling the amount of time you work, you'll simply prolong the pain that you're experiencing because it's not sustainable. You need a strategy. Specifically, I'm talking about automating and delegating. Tech tools are an easy and cheap way to save you hours in your business. Unfortunately, people are reluctant to change. They'd rather resign themselves to the pain of work burnout than try something that could actually help them start preventing burnout at work. Delegation is equally important. Too many entrepreneurs become martyrs in their business. They think that if they're not working, they're not valuable. At a certain point you need to rely on the competent people that you have around you. Otherwise, you'll never become truly successful. You don't have to work around the clock to be valuable, and you don't need to take on every task yourself. In order to start preventing burnout at work, take these two tips Sarah shares into consideration. Work burnout hurts both you and your business. By learning how to automate and develop a competent team for support, you can grow your business without sacrificing your happiness and health. -------------------- CONNECT WITH PETER BOOLKAH: -------------------- http://www.Boolkah.com https://www.facebook.com/Boolkah https://www.instagram.com/pboolkah/ https://www.linkedin.com/in/boolkah https://twitter.com/boolkah -------------------- ABOUT PETER BOOLKAH -------------------- Hi, I'm Peter Boolkah, business coach, keynote speaker and winner of over 32 major coaching awards. I know how difficult running a business can be and how overwhelming it can feel when things aren't going right. One thing I tell my clients is never stop believing in your dreams. Even if you feel your business is wearing you down, you can always find a way to reverse the trend and get back in the game. Many of the entrepreneurs I work with are great leaders and innovators. However, their businesses lack structure, systems and management. If you don't have all these parts working in harmony, your business won't reach its potential. Whether the ultimate goal is to keep or sell your business, you want to see growth year-on-year. My transition into business coaching came after spending 15 years at McDonald's. Working for one of the world's biggest corporate brands exposed me to all aspects of business and gave me the skills and experience to establish my own company. I know that many entrepreneurs learn by trial and error, but unless you have an endless stream of capital behind you, your chance of success is rare. You often need someone experienced who can analyse your business objectively and put emotions aside when big decisions need to be made. I've been lucky enough to assist many like-minded business owners. These are people who use their success to help those less fortunate. I've found that supporting a charity, like B1G1, has given me even more motivation to succeed. It's wonderful to know that when my business is doing well, many people have the opportunity to live a better life.
Sarah Dawn is todays guest joining us on the Steve Jobs inspired Join Up Dots business podcast. Lets get one thing straight, she is no stranger to success, 7 figures, overwhelm, burn out, or forging a path to a blissful blend of record-breaking business growth and personal fulfilment. Growing up in a home where there was not always enough food to eat and utilities being shut off was not an uncommon occurrence, she was hell-bent on being a success. After working her way through school to earn her B.S. in Psychology, Sarah Dawn went on to attain her Juris Doctorate from Texas A&M. She checked all the boxes professionally, at the expense of her own health, and at an early age, her body began to let her down. As a result of extreme burnout, Sarah Dawn endured life-altering pain, had surgeries, was prescribed pain meds as the only means of long term comfort, and ultimately woke up with Bell's Palsy.
It goes without saying that running a business is CHALLENGING. Fried fans, It’s the end of a hard year. Differently hard for different people, but hard all around. Hard because of uncertainty, hard because of constant change, hard because our brains which are accustomed to functioning on so much repetition and habit really got put through the ringer this year trying to keep up with all the change. And yet, here we are, at the end of 2020, with a vaccine on the horizon and talk that by the summer we’ll back able to function as we used to.And so we’ve started to question: Do we want to function like we used to?Burnout’s name flashed on all the stages this year as so many people were awakened to the fact that this year may have put them over the edge, but they had been burnt out for months, maybe years already. We miss restaurants and going to stores without fear. We miss meeting our friends and gathering with our loved ones. But, we’re also grateful that 2020 gave us an excuse to hold boundaries, a reason to not meet up, an escape route from the girl’s nights that had gotten dull and the family gatherings that don’t fill you up like you feel they should. You didn’t have to go to that wedding you weren’t looking forward to and you didn’t have to participate in obligatory holiday parties and team building adventures. So, the question comes up: do we want to function like we used to? Is there a way that we can shift our lives so that we are no longer contributing to burnout culture? Or, as a listener and former client put it, “Can you record something about how we all can help combat burnout culture?”Yes, yes I can.The fact that this question was asked was great from my perspective because it means that the burnout healing is well on it’s way - we cannot think about burnout culture on a large scale when we’re overwhelmed with burnout in our own lives, so my first reaction was to be happy that the question was even asked. Then, I started to think about the answer. And here’s where you get to see into how my mind works. The first answer that came up is: don’t let another day go by without getting help for your own burnout. You are automatically contributing to burnout culture if you’re burnt out and not doing anything about it. That isn’t to make you feel bad, it’s literally not possible for you to focus on burnout culture if you’re burnt out. We’re talking facts here people - the first care is SELF CARE. If you’ve been around FRIED for awhile, you know that you can reach out to me for coaching, and you know that you can reach out to one of the many guests that have been on to share their stories who now do this work. Physicians can talk to Errin Weisman or Dr. Kara Pepper. Business owners can chat with Leah Steele, Tavona Denise, Sarah Dawn, Erin Elizabeth Wells or Kim Porter. The highly anxious and sensitive can contact Stacey Mitchell, Dr Valerie Rein or Cyrina Talbott. And that’s not even close to a full list. The resources are there. Choose a method. Contact someone. Get the ball rolling. The second answer that was reaching up from my guts was: Keep your boundaries clear, kind, and concise. Boundaries are so damn important and when you keep your own, you’re also helping the people around you keep theirs. Modeling good boundaries is a MAJOR key in ending burnout culture. When we’re on a rhythm of allowing our boundaries to be crossed, we end up expecting other people to do the same and then we end up resentful that we’re going the extra mile and they aren’t. We need to flip the script on this. Let other people’s boundaries inspire you to hold your own and when you’re asking someone to break their boundaries - look at the chain - did you break yours first, did the person before you break their own? Are we just continuing a never ending string of boundary breaking and resentment? Hold the line sister, someone’s got to close that gate.Everyone should be learning better boundaries, everyone. And if you find yourself unable to create boundaries without sounding like an asshole (it happens to the best of us) keep your ears peeled for the next installment of the Build Better Boundaries Course that will happen in the first quarter of 2021. Lastly, if you want to contribute to #endingburnoutculture - have more fun. Look at your day - add fun. Look at your week - add more fun. Look at your month - where’s the fun? Add more. Life isn’t always happy and fun, and I’ll never pretend that it is - but if we don’t ADD FUN on purpose, we’re missing out on one of the best combatters of burnout there is - JOY. To sum up, if you want to help end burnout culture: Start with your own healing. End the burnout cycle in your life. Maintain and model positive boundary behavior Add Fun Fried Fans, we’re starting 2021 off big with a conversation with Shonte Javon Taylor, a neuroscientist on a mission to help us all understand how to use our brains to benefit us in our coaching, leadership, and daily lives.See you in 2021, be good to yourselves and have more fun. Sarah started this podcast off strong by going straight to the heart of what burnout is for so many of us - the hard work and stress that causes burnout is derived from an inner belief that we are not enough, we are not valuable unless we work really hard and prove ourselves. So, we run ourselves into the ground trying to prove our worth. Sarah Dawn is a business-lifestyle coach that has built $1mm+ businesses both in burnout mode and not. She guides clients through designing their businesses to work FOR them rather than burn them out. Show Notes: www.friedtheburnoutpodcast.com/post/sarah-dawn

I’m excited to bring you another Be You interview with Sarah Dawn. Sarah is a business and lifestyle consultant. She helps entrepreneurs and creatives connect with what's true to their core being and align their business and whole lifestyle with it. As an attorney by trade and a business owner herself, she knows what it’s like to build a career in reaction mode and overwhelm-- she also knows what it's like to reject that model, connect with what's true to yourself, and demand what you really want from your life and career. It completely lights her soul to see other people doing the same - and she loves helping them along the way. A Puzzling Mystery Solved In our last episode, we talked about how right before we went on hiatus from podcasting last year, the official Web.Search.Social puzzle was left in the hands of Alisa Meredith. So we called on Alisa to get back in the game and start recirculating the puzzle among listeners again. And then we heard from Alisa. Turns out, at the same time that she got the puzzle, she also adopted a stack of kittens. And it appears that in the game of Kittens vs.Puzzle, kittens win. Alas, the puzzle is no more. But fear not, Carbon Nation, we'll find another, and if all you can think is, "OMG, I want to be in on the game and do the puzzle too!" Then let us know and we'll add your address to the recipient list! Dumb Marketing Strikes Again We've talked about "follow the leader" marketing before but since it's not going away, today we bring up an email that I received recently where the subject line was "Please unsubscribe." We know this hustle. It's the "I'm cleaning my list and if you're not going to buy something from me then get off it" silliness. Which really boils down to the "I'm doing this because some other marketer told me this was a good way to jolt my list into action" folly. Come on, people. If your only trick for getting people to act is to insult them, then maybe it's time to stop marketing until you come up with something better. First of all, I've been on this person's list for a long time. I've read and shared her content. So to be told to "unsubscribe" only makes me say, "Ok. Bye." If you really can't think of a better way to get someone's attention then at a minimum segment your list so only people who haven't opened, read, clicked or shared will get your dumb unsubscribe email. Better yet, how about an authentic and human way of getting someone's attention? How about reaching out and asking WHY someone hasn't opened or read your emails. How about asking whether there is anything better you can do to help or inspire someone? When we were sending out regular emails, we would often take time just to say "hi" to our readers. No marketing, no selling, no expectation. And when that happened, we got feedback from people we never heard from otherwise. Imagine if we had asked them to unsubscribe. Well, once we sort of did… Actually, we wrote a tongue-in-cheek email playing off the whole unsubscribe thing. It was meant to be a joke, over the top, a goofy way to get a response. Well, we got a response. We got unsubscribes in droves. Turns out that some people were not amused. Some were, and we got some great feedback and lots of folks enjoyed the joke. But some didn't and boy were they mad. Just goes to show that even with the best of intentions you can't always figure how someone will react. So keep that in mind as you follow tired advice. Consider how your reader will perceive your words, whatever you say. Working In Your Pajamas I admit it. I love working in pajamas. Well, more like sweats, but I wear them from bed to work to the bank to the grocery store. I bet lots of work-at-home entrepreneurs and business owners do that, at least sometimes. Turns out that may not be the best idea. We got a comment from a listener recently who told us that when she gets dressed, even just to work from her kitchen table, she is much more productive. And it's true. How you dress affects your mindset. If you're in raggedy old sweats, nice and comfy on your couch, you're probably in a pretty relaxed and comfy mindset. But put on a nicely ironed shirt and an actual pair of shoes and you're dressed for "work." We're not saying you need to get dressed in a suit and tie but if you want to be successful then you need to dress the part. Figure out what works for you, then do that. And we bet it's not sweats! For our listener, Sarah Dawn, wearing the knitwear that she designs is perfect. When I taught kindergarten years ago, I used to wear clothes that had big giraffes up the leg, complete with matching earrings and accessories. For painting with kids, that was great. But when I transitioned into marketing, that wasn't so great anymore. As Sarah said, she's a walking advertisement for her clothing. But even if you don't design clothing, you're still a walking advertisement - for yourself. You may run into clients or prospects. You may run into perfect strangers who present networking opportunities. And if you're wearing your pajamas or sweats or pink fuzzy slippers, you're probably not presenting yourself at your best and most professional. My father is an accountant and the CFO of one of our businesses. During tax season, he made a lot of trips to the post office to mail tax returns. One of the people at the post office noticed, and asked him to be her accountant. He got a new client that he may not have gotten if he'd slouched his way into the post office wearing sloppy clothes. So you never know. And it's true that people who run into you may understand that you're just a busy person running errands and they'll look past your fuzzy slippers. But probably not. Admit it - you make snap judgements. And so do other people. So give people every reason to make a positive judgement about you - one that accurately reflects the successful business person that you want to be. On The Flip Side… We actually lost a job once because we appeared too successful. We had pitched a prospect and were pretty sure we'd get the job. Except one day, he saw us pull up to his office driving a BMW. And he told us that we clearly didn't need his money, so we didn't get the job. Like we said before, you just never know! You can't always figure everything out. But you can do your best to be the best. And that's all that really matters. Getting Fat One of the side effects of working in pajamas and sweats is that I gain weight. If I don't have to get dressed and go out and look professional, I tend to sit around the table eating cookies while I work, and before you know it, stuff stops fitting. It really all goes back to taking care of yourself. When you get up and get dressed you're demonstrating a certain level of self-care. You're taking care of yourself physically, which helps you take care of yourself mentally. Ralph says that he is in better shape when he makes it a point to get up in the morning and dress professionally. That makes it easier for him to draw delineations in his mind between work time and relaxing time and exercise time. So physically changing from one set of clothing to another helps him mentally shift gears, too. Clothing As Networking Here's a tip someone shared with me once. The next time you're waiting on line at Starbucks or the bank or wherever, instead of checking Facebook or your email, strike up a conversation with someone who is wearing a t-shirt or jacket with a company name or logo. For example, if you see someone wearing a t-shirt with a painter's logo, ask him whether he works for that company. If he says yes, explore the opportunity to network. If he says no, ask what he does and use that as an opportunity. Try it, because if there's one thing we've established today it's that you just never know!
