Gustavo Razzetti: Forward Talk Gustavo Razzetti is a culture change instigator, speaker, and CEO of Fearless Culture, a culture design consultancy. He helps leaders build teams that talk about what matters—even when it's uncomfortable–through his books and tools, including the Culture Design Canvas. He is the author of Forward Talk: The Bold New Method for Getting Teams Unstuck (Amazon, Bookshop)*. The beauty of a team is that we can get so much more done with collaboration. It also means that sometimes we surrender our responsibility to others. In this conversation, Gustavo and I explore what to do when a team gets stuck. Key Points Conversations are the foundation of collaboration. Without them, teams quickly build conversational debt. We don't stay silent because we're scared. Rather, we stay quiet because we surrender our responsibility to others. Many of us overestimate our courage. We believe that we'll say something, but studies show that often we do not. Forward Talk accomplishes two things: (1) addresses the real issue and (2) focuses on the future. See information as an opportunity instead of an obstacle. Courage can begin with admitting what you don't know. Perspective is the choice to share your views instead of surrendering your judgment to social pressure. Responsibility is a commitment to understand the systemic issues instead of entering into blame. In this episode we dive deep into the life and mind of Hollywood actor Oliver Trevena. What this episode is really about:This is one of the most honest conversations you'll hear about success, identity, and what happens when you get everything you thought you wanted… and still feel nothing.Key topics discussed:- Living in the Hollywood Hills, driving a Range Rover, moving through a world of private jets and yachts and feeling completely hollow inside- Being jumped at 22, pronounced dead, beaten into a coma by three men- How the worst moment of his life became the ripple effect that started everything real- Reaching a level of success most people dream of and still sitting in a room asking "what happened to my life"- The moment the mind turns: no more rush, no more feeling, just lost- You can have comfort or you can have growth, but you never have bothWhy this episode matters:This episode is for anyone who has achieved something significant and still felt nothing. Anyone who has built a life that looks perfect from the outside and feels empty from the inside. Anyone who has been through something that broke them physically or mentally and had to rebuild from zero. This is not a motivational speech. When health feels uncertain and life narrows to what truly matters, the noise falls away. So instead of a new episode, I'm re-releasing my very first one as a reminder to ground ourselves in what actually works. In seasons of striving, tracking, optimizing, and pushing toward goals, it's easy to forget the foundation beneath it all.The title of that first episode is Why Not Choose Love, and it feels especially relevant right now. Not love as a cliché or a soft sentiment, but as a deliberate choice in how we think, respond, and show up. When fear rises and circumstances feel out of our control, love remains available. If you've been carrying stress, pressure, or uncertainty, I invite you to return with me to this simple but powerful question: why not choose love?Let's go, let's get it done. A podcast reminded her that growth often requires breaking our own patterns. That insight collided with a pop-culture moment (yes, the Brooklyn Beckham drama) to spark a bigger conversation about how social media pressures us to perform, exaggerate, and air conflict publicly. While the human mind is capable of great insight, original thoughts and acts of tender kindness towards others, it can also, at times, act like our own worst enemy. Feelings of worthlessness, shame and disappointment can all stem from our brain's natural inclination for overthinking. This can give rise to a wide range of debilitating impacts on our lives, such as low self-esteem, anxiety and depression and can even lead to the development of significant physical health issues. So, why do our minds seem to sabotage us in this way and what measures can we take to free ourselves from the common traps that lead us to being stuck in endless loops of negative thinking? In this episode, we're joined by Dr Jessamy Hibberd, a clinical psychologist and best-selling author, to talk about her latest book, The Overthinking Cure – How to Free Your Mind and Focus on What Really Matters. She tells us how common habits such as self-criticism, comparing ourselves to others, and actively avoiding our problems can all lead us to overthink, why we are all vulnerable to getting stuck in spirals of negative thoughts, and how learning to manage where we place our attention is often the first step we can all take to help us to boost our moods and wellbeing. Christina Lecuyer is kicking off 2026 with a grounded, refreshing perspective: no New Year's resolutions, no hustle, and no pressure to have it all figured out by January 1.Recorded just before Christmas, this episode shares how Christina is approaching 2026 with intention, flexibility, and a deep focus on mindset over rigid strategy. She reminds listeners that real change doesn't need a specific date and that you can decide to start fresh on any random Tuesday, whenever it actually feels aligned.Christina breaks down what truly drives long-term success in business and life: consistency, accountability, self-trust, and the ability to move through mindset blocks quickly. She also pulls back the curtain on what she's seeing with her clients heading into 2026, how they're avoiding burnout, regulating their nervous systems, and creating businesses that allow them to work less while making more.If you enjoyed this episode, make sure and give us a five star rating  and leave us a comment on iTunes, Podcast Addict, Podchaser and Castbox about what you'd like us to talk about that will help you realize that at any moment, any day, you too can decide, it's your turn!

Most producers say they want to dominate 2026, yet many are still waiting for permission. Waiting for the “right time” to invest in themselves. Waiting to see if someone else will sign off on it. That mindset quietly keeps people stuck—and it's far more common than most want to admit. In this episode, I sit down with my client and friend, Andy Neary, for an honest, no-fluff conversation about what actually holds high performers back. We talk about why driven professionals often struggle with self-worth, why chasing a “guaranteed ROI” can sabotage momentum, and how confidence isn't something you wait to feel—it's something you build by consistently showing up for yourself. This is a real conversation about responsibility, ownership, and what it takes to stop playing small as the new year approaches.About The Guest: Andy Neary is a speaker, author, podcast host, and coach dedicated to helping professionals build the mindset, habits, and strategies needed to excel in business and life. A former professional baseball player in the Milwaukee Brewers organization, Andy leveraged discipline, unshakeable drive, and consistent daily habits to succeed at the highest level — despite being undersized for his position.
