The CWC Podcast, hosted by Caroline, is an incredible source of inspiration, motivation, and realness. As someone who has followed Caroline on Instagram for years, I was beyond excited when she announced her podcast. And let me tell you, it does not disappoint. The podcast allows listeners to connect with Caroline on a more personal level as she shares her thoughts, experiences, and insights in a raw and unfiltered way.

One of the best aspects of The CWC Podcast is Caroline's honesty and openness. She doesn't sugarcoat anything and discusses a wide range of topics without any filters. From her personal fitness journey to health issues like breast implant illness, she covers it all. This level of authenticity creates a deep connection between Caroline and her listeners, making them feel understood and supported. It's refreshing to hear someone who isn't afraid to speak their truth and address taboo subjects that many others shy away from.

Another aspect that sets The CWC Podcast apart is the educational content on fitness and health that Caroline provides. Her expertise in these areas shines through as she shares valuable tips, advice, and research-backed information with her audience. Whether you're looking to improve your physical fitness or make healthier choices in your life, this podcast offers practical guidance that can be easily implemented.

While The CWC Podcast is filled with amazing content, there are a few aspects that could be improved upon. One potential downside is that some episodes may be too niche for certain listeners. Not everyone may resonate with every topic discussed on the podcast, which could lead to some episodes feeling less relevant or engaging for those particular individuals.

In conclusion, The CWC Podcast is a must-listen for anyone craving down-to-earth humor and realness without the sugar-coating found in other podcasts. Caroline's ability to connect with her audience through vulnerability and relatability makes this podcast truly special. Whether you're seeking inspiration for your fitness journey or looking for honest conversations about life, this podcast delivers. Cheers to Caroline's first podcast and her role as an inspiration to many.

At my perceived "peak" both physically and mentally in 2018 I felt unstoppable, until my bii symptoms began. Over the past 5 years I have been running a business, being a mom, a wife, all the while trying to get back to that "peak," to no avail. So many days I wanted for it to all be over, but I kept going even if it was at 1%, and I am proud of myself for that. She has been something of an alchemist since she was born, and ended up studying symbolism, alchemy, and dreams in university. She wrote her masters on the connections between alchemy, dream analysis, and modern poetry, and is currently writing a phd on the role of music (particularly hip-hop) in the expression of palestinian political identity. I found Elianne on TikTok about a month ago, and booked a tarot reading with her. During my reading I was amazed at how comfortable I felt with her, as well as the accuracy of my reading. I invited her on the podcast and was so happy she said yes! During our conversation she was recalling a prophetic dream she had, which led us to discuss the rising and falling of empires and how that relates closely to what we are seeing today in America. I left feeling incredibly humbled, grateful, and connected to her. Follow Elianne, book a tarot reading, or check out her book "Quickies," which is a collection of her thoughts during a period of severe depression and substance abuse(my personal favorite.)https://twitchy-witch.comhttps://linktr.ee/carolinemathias

Hoedel's research, based on scientific data and interviews she conducted with people who knew Elvis personally, aims to dispel the theory that drug abuse is what killed Elvis. In this week's episode of the CWC podcast I talk about motivation. Motivation doesn't just happen; you can't force yourself to be motivated, and you can't rely on natural motivation when trying to make big changes happen in your body. Discipline outperforms motivation every time. Instead of hoping for motivation, it is important to flex the discipline muscle, and a good start is being intentional every day. Not shooting for perfection immediately, but making small changes that are easy to implement, and adding more as you go is the key to success. You will not see drastic results doing this the right and slow way, and you shouldn't. Focus on leaving the "all or nothing" mentality behind, and adopting a realistic and sustainable way of living. https://linktr.ee/carolinemathias

I touch on gym anxiety and share the story of a day, eight years ago, when I almost walked out of the gym on day one of my transformation. I touch on the importance of plating your food, not tracking at restaurants, what to do when you aren't motivated, and how twice weekly cheat meals worked best for me. There is also a huge CWC announcement at the end regarding our Fall Special!https://linktr.ee/carolinemathias

This week's episode is another live video I did for our Community, and it was not sugarcoated. I talk about throwing out the scale and how comparing yourself to others is a death sentence for your motivation. I also discuss the heavy load on moms who work outside of the home and still carry most of the physical load of running a household, the mental load of managing appointments and schedules, and the pressure that we can feel to look perfect through it all.https://linktr.ee/carolinemathias

    Timing and Acceptance

This week on the CWC podcast features another live I filmed for our Community girls about timing and acceptance. Join me as I discuss the teeter-totter of wanting a certain physique, but not wanting to put the work in to achieve it; working towards intuitive eating and food freedom; the importance of not trying to force things to happen; the relentless cycle of starting and quitting fitness journeys; and most importantly, learning to accept yourself right now, the way you are. Accept your body, work to change it, and enjoy the process!Https://linktr.ee/carolinemathias

    The Secret

This week's episode of the CWC podcast is audio from a Facebook Live I did for our Community. This week I discuss a client who has made amazing progress, but only lost about two pounds. She wasn't sure if she should quit or buckle down and "stop cheating,” and I'm going to tell you what I told her: Quitting does nothing. Going all-in does nothing. The only way to see results is to keep going at a pace that works for you. I'm familiar with this cycle; it was my life for 30 years. Both extremes made me miserable. It wasn't until I started CWC and actually began living what I was preaching (balance with your plan and being nice to your body during the process) that I started to finally live my life. Self acceptance is truly the first step, followed by implementing sustainable daily habits. The food, well, that's the hard part. But once you remove the “good/bad” labels, you are on your way to food freedom. https://linktr.ee/carolinemathias

    Control Freak

In this week's episode of the CWC podcast, I discuss unrealistic body types, false health information being perpetuated on social media, and, ultimately, control. I briefly touch on my issues with OCD, growing up religious, and breaking away from the things that don't make me, me. My progress in relinquishing control can be attributed to my work in therapy, starting an anti-anxiety medication, and the daily work of deconstructing beliefs that don't align with who I am. Lastly I talk about letting go of the idea that just because something works for someone else, doesn't mean that it will work for you, and that acceptance is the most powerful tool we have. Well, that and laser hair removal. See the links below for my hypnotherapist and the lady who does my Brazilian laser hair removal. Caroline's LinktreeTulsa Skin CenterBrowning Hypnotherapy

    Smaller Goals

This week's episode of the CWC podcast was inspired by a client who needed help focusing on more short-term goals. One of the main reasons we fail, whether it's staring a new career or committing to changing our bodies, is that we set our goals too high and get discouraged when we don't see immediate progress. We forget that we should be enjoying the process! This client was burnt out at work, terrified by the idea of switching careers, and didn't know where to begin. In this episode, I recount the beginning of CWC: the length of the process, the many doubts, and the support needed to succeed. Talking about my career transformation inspired me all over again, making me grateful that I get to do what I love every single day. Nothing is impossible if you approach change with smaller, realistic goals. Caroline's Linktree: https://linktr.ee/carolinemathias

How I Stopped Attaching My Self Worth To My Body

The topic of this week's episode of the CWC podcast is self loathing, attaching self worth to our physiques, and the different coping mechanisms we use to distract ourselves. For years I desperately wanted to be ok with the way I looked, and I reached that point at the beginning of my transformation in 2017. I thought I had it all- until it all came crashing down when I had breast implant illness and could no longer workout, which had become my newest "addiction." I thought nobody would find me relevant if I wasn't in the gym hitting PRs. It took a long time to realize that my body does not dictate who I am as a person. I thought having a perfect physique would solve all of my problems, and (shocker) it didn't. I also am still in the process of letting go of what others think of my body, and this one is harder than I thought. Caroline's Linktree: https://linktr.ee/carolinemathias
