Meg Talks with the amazing Cole Daniel. We came together to bring you a much needed conversation within the LGBTQIA community. Whilst the outside world debate the Trans existence Cole and I took a very different approach to exploring the myths, experiences, needs and rights of the Trans community.  Cole opened up about his journey as a Black British Carribean Trans Man. The conversation  was eye opening, clarifying and humbling. Alot of people are fearful of having open conversation around Trans experiences and needs within the context of this current social structure.  I'm not going to say it's not peak n risky business, but we need to be able to speak honestly within our own community to build genuine allyship. -Growing up - Coles Trans journey - Dating - Disconnecting and reconnecting with your body - The difference between masc presenting and trans - Societal challenges and progress Listen my people, this is an episode that has the ability to expand your perspective and heart space so make sure you switch on the notification bell.

Meg Talks with artist and public figure @sharnacane . @Icykal put me onto Sharna's music this Summer and I knew right away that the EP would be my summer sound. It's no hidden secret that the Grime/Rap scene is heavily dominated by hyper masculine males or super feminine women , but deep it,  how often do you see a masc presenting female??? After seeing Sharna perform at a couple of live events , it was only right that I arranged a link up ASAP. Sharna shut down plenty stages this summer and I wanted to unpack the story behind the seriously conscious lyrics and her different approach to music production. Now let me tell you this, the conversation was as cold as the EP...NO JOKE!!! People I brought you stories, moments, wisdom and a bag of vibes throughout this entire episode.  Even if your not much of a lyric conneseaur the depth of the conversation will deffo tick all the boxes.

It's a topic that causes alot of conflict and controversy however we are ready to take on the challenge. We share our stance on what we believe and practice on a daily basis. Whether we experience conflict between our faith, culture and sexuality. We keep it a buck one hundred unpacking what we don't rate about our faith and religion. How faith, culture and queerness further complicate Modern dating in LDN. And of course we had to talk on how colonisation introduced homophobia into many countries where Queerness still remains criminalised today.  Listen Peeps another cracking convo lines up for you.
