Ist bei Amazon Dropshipping erlaubt? Oder verstößt das gegen die Amazon Terms of Service? In diesem Video gehe ich der Frage nach, ob Amazon FBA Dropshipping legal ist. Dropshipping und Amazon FBA zusammen betreiben ist möglich. Also, dass du deine Ware auf Amazon verkaufen kannst und die Ware direkt von einem Drittanbieter an den Kunden geschickt wird. Wichtig ist, dass du gewisse Regeln befolgst, damit Amazon Dropshipping akzptiert. Was Amazon nicht sehen möchte: Ein negatives Kundenerlebnis Angenommen du verkaufst Handelsware und lässt sie direkt vom Fachhandel zum Kunden schicken. Der Kunde bekommt ein Paket, das offensichtlich dem Fachhandel zugeschrieben werden kann und ist verwirrt, weil er nichts daher bestellt hat. Das Kauferlebnis des Kunden ist negativ. Das Gleiche passiert, wenn der Kunde eine völlig neutrale Verpackung erhält und im schlimmsten Fall gar nicht weiß, welche Bestellung das ist. Auch da kann das Kauferlebnis negativ ausfallen und im schlimmsten Fall behauptet der Kunde, dass seine Ware von Amazon gar nicht angekommen sei. Was du nun beachten musst: Soll deine Ware über einen Drittanbieter verschickt werden, achte darauf, dass die Verpackung eindeutig auf dich hinweist. Entferne alle Papiere und Rechnungen des Drittanbieters und lasse sie durch deine ersetzen. Die Sendung muss eindeutig dir zugeordnet werden können, um ein negatives Kauferlebnis zu vermeiden. Machst du Dropshipping? Hältst du es für realistisch, dass die Sendung vom Drittanbieter unkenntlich gemacht wird für den Kunden?

Einen zweiten Amazon Seller Account betreiben und das ganz legal? In diesem Video erfährst du, wann du ein zweites Amazon Verkäuferkonto eröffnen kannst ohne Probleme zu bekommen. Mehrere Amazon Seller Accounts verstoßen gegen die Amazon Terms of Service. Wer zwei Amazon Accounts betreibt, geht das Risiko ein, dass beide Konten gesperrt werden. Trotzdem gibt es auch Ausnahmen, um Amazon Verkäufer werden zu können mit zwei Amazon Seller Accounts. Im Verhaltenskodex für Verkäufer stehen zwei Ausnahmen, die es ermöglichen ein weiteres Amazon Konto legal zu eröffnen. Ein weiteres Verkäuferkonto zu eröffnen ist möglich, wenn ein rechtmäßiges, geschäftliches Interesse an der Eröffnung eines zweiten Accounts vorliegt. Das umfasst beispielsweise folgende Punkte: Mehrere Marken, die unter verschiedenen Unternehmen laufen Herstellung von Produkten für zwei unterschiedliche und gesonderte Unternehmen Rekrutierung für ein Amazon Programm, das mehrere Konten erfordert Wichtig ist, dass du IMMER den Amazon Support vorher kontaktierst, bevor du einen zweiten Amazon Seller Account eröffnest. Lass dir deinen Antrag schriftlich von der Amazon Performance Abteilung bestätigen, damit du im späteren Verlauf keine Schwierigkeiten bekommst. Natürlich musst du gut begründen können warum ein weiterer Amazon Account nötig ist - in den meisten Fällen reicht die Begründung nicht aus. Wenn du beispielsweise Powerbanks verkaufst und zusätzlich Baby Handtücher verkaufen möchtest, ist ein zweites Verkäuferkonto nicht nötig, da sich die beiden Produkte nicht gegenseitig ausschließen. Anders sieht zum Beispiel bei Spielzeug für Kinder und für Erwachsene aus. Wenn ein Kunde Spielzeug für Kinder sucht und von dem gleichen Verkäufer Spielzeug für Erwachsene empfohlen bekommt, ist das nicht nur schlecht für den Händler - auch Amazon steht schlecht dar. Amazon Produktfotos können anstrengend sein! Es gibt viele Punkte, die verboten sind und den Amazon Terms of Service widersprechen. In diesem Video geht es darum, was bei Amazon FBA Produktfotos erlaubt ist und was du am besten vermeiden solltest. Falsche Amazon Produktfotos können dazu führen, dass dein Listing vorübergehend nicht verfügbar ist und du dein Produkt in der Zeit nicht verkaufen kannst - bis deine Bilder den Terms of Service wieder entsprechen. Bei den Kriterien für Amazon Bilder wird unterschieden zwischen dem Amazon Hauptproduktbild und alle Amazon Produktbilder - das heißt es gibt Kriterien, die für alle Bilder gelten und welche die nur für das Hauptproduktbild gelten. Using high-quality professional product photography is quintessential to your product getting noticed and purchased on Amazon but being able to afford stock photos for Amazon can be a challenge for some new sellers. If your product also needs images for its packaging, that can incur additional costs. One major thing to be careful about when finding images on the Internet is to ensure it is not copyrighted so the legal owner doesn’t take legal action against you. Additionally, if you are looking for better ways to advertise to your customers, sending out a message to your customer base via mail (not email, but as a physical message in an envelope) is more personalized and on par with major retailers everywhere with a mailing list. In episode 192 of the AMPM Podcast, host Manny Coats reveals some money-saving tips for getting high-quality, royalty-free stock photos for Amazon as well as advice on how to reach your target audiences with mailers. If you need to use stock imagery for edited lifestyle photography or product packaging, there are a few options out there. Of course, if websites like Shutterstock is out of your current price range per month, Unsplash.com offers many high-quality photos available to be used for your purposes for free under creative commons, meaning they can be used without paying the owner. A common misconception among new sellers is that just because it says you can use it for free, there is no risk in using images from stock websites. Always be sure to read the fine print because some images will require special licenses to be used commercially for profit. Manny also discusses using physical postcards sent in the mail to your customers to thank them for their business and request a review via AMZ Print Mail. However, this method should be used with care in how it's worded to prevent you from violating Amazon Terms of Service. Amazon sellers' forums and groups were alive with the sound of panic last week. On February 26th, Amazon sent emails to hundreds and maybe even thousands of sellers containing the following: Hello, We are contacting you because you appear to have violated the policies of “Misuse of ratings, feedback, or reviews”, “Misuse of sales rank”, “Misuse of Search and Browse” on our site... If this conduct continues, you will not be eligible to sell on Amazon.com. It's needless to say that when you rely on Amazon for 50%+ of your revenue, you need to follow their rules, or face serious consequences--the most serious being getting suspended and losing 50%+ of your revenue. As basic as that sounds, it's very surprising to see so many sellers try to game Amazon's system for a bump in ranking and sales, praying to never get caught. While we see some posts claiming that the email is just due to a glitch on Amazon's side (since it seems to be sent en masse), it was still enough to give those playing with fire a pretty good scare. Forums exploded with people not knowing what to do, fearing they could lose their accounts at any moment. This is a situation I go out of my way to avoid. Lessons with Google's SEO have made me realize that I am dependent on these big platforms to succeed, and that it's a no-brainer that I have to follow their policy. We have recently adopted a successful product launch process that will get us on Amazon's good side and cater to what they ultimately want: truly good products and service that customers will enjoy. Thankfully, we did not get the email. I hope you didn't, too. There’s a lot of stress being felt in the private label community since Amazon has made changes to its product review policy. But is it living up to the doom and gloom we’ve heard from some people? Scott doesn’t think so. In fact, he believes this is a good thing for anyone who wants to be successful in private label sales. On this episode of the podcast, Scott is going to tell you why this policy change is a good thing and what you can do to make the most of it. What would you do to sell a product if Amazon didn’t exist? If there was no Amazon - what would you do to sell a product online? You’d probably figure out a different way to do product research. You’d learn about other platforms where you could sell your products online (Etsy and Ebay come to mind). You’d figure out what it takes to sell on your own website and drive traffic to it using Facebook Ads or Google Adwords. The point is that even if Amazon was totally gone you’d still be able to sell products. It may be a bit more difficult than it is now, but it would be possible. That’s why you need to understand that the recent change to Amazon’s product review policy is not the end of the world. Find out how Scott is moving his private label business forward in spite of the changes, on this episode. Private Label will never die. Here’s why. The term “private label” means that somebody is selling a product of their own. They’ve sourced it. They are packaging it. They are distributing it. It is THEIR product. That happens every day and you see the outcome of it on the shelves of Walmart and other stores across the nation. You will always be able to create your own product and sell it. The recent changes to Amazon’s review policy don’t change that at all. It only limits the WAY you can go about promoting your products. So what are you going to do? You’re going to have to figure out ways to advance the sales of your products within the boundaries you have - and part of that is Amazon Terms of Service. Find out how Scott recommends you take advantage of the new changes, on this episode. Gaming the system only lasts so long. That’s what the Amazon review policy is about. No matter what the rules are that govern an online platform, somebody will work the rules to their advantage and do everything they can to milk that advantage for as long as possible. We call it “gaming the system” and those who run the platform in question will eventually make changes to keep people from unfairly using their systems. That’s what’s happened with Amazon’s recent changes to product review policies. This Amazon review change is good news. It levels the playing field. There was a time when companies that had deep pockets were able to offer dramatic discounts in order to entice people to leave them a review on Amazon. That, in turn, made it look like many people loved their product, when in fact, it may not have been the case. As a result, the little guys were not able to keep up and fell further and further behind the sales curve. But not anymore. Occasionally Scott likes to have roundtable type discussions with people who he’s come to know through his experience selling private label products on Amazon. What a good product image does on your Amazon listing. Your private label products need the attention of those who are seeking to buy it. But how do you get that attention? Keywords get your products found, but your image is what gets it the attention it deserves. Think about what you do when you shop Amazon. You punch in your keywords and find the products you are interested in, then you scroll through the results looking at images, don't you? That's what everyone does and it’s what you need to keep in mind when you create your product images. They need to be stunning, eye-catching, they need to pop! On this episode Scott is going to tell you everything you need to know about optimizing your Amazon product images. What impact does a great image have on your Amazon PPC? If you're utilizing Amazon's pay-per-click platform to drive traffic to your products, you need to keep in mind that the primary Image you upload to your product page is the same image that PPC will display when your dad comes up on a search results page.
