Instafloss automatically flosses all your teeth in under 10 seconds. It is comfortable, fast, and effective. www.instafloss.com Instafloss uses multiple water jets to give an effective and comfortable floss in only ten seconds. A small tank holds water which is pumped to the mouthpiece (at your desired pressure). The mouthpiece aims pulsing water jets at 90° to the gumline (the most effective cleaning angle, as per Eakle WS, et al.) on both sides, front and back, of your top and bottom teeth. As you sweep the handle from one side of your mouth to the other, the jets automatically floss 360° around every tooth.

David Packouz's life started as a fairly normal one. When he was 23 he began working with his childhood friend Efraim in his new arms business. They began securing government contracts to supply arms to the US military during the second Gulf War. To increase their revenue and contracts they began sourcing ammunitions from China via Albania which was illegal to do. When the US Government caught on to what they were doing, it resulted in federal indictments, betrayal and prison time. David's story was told in the Hollywood blockbuster movie WAR DOGS. This podcast episode will delve into the life of David Mordechai Packouz, a former American arms dealer, musician, and inventor born on February 17, 1982. Packouz joined forces with Efraim Diveroli in September 2005 at AEY Inc., an arms company that quickly secured numerous contracts worth millions. Their notable achievement was a nearly $300 million contract in 2007 to supply the Afghan Army with vast quantities of ammunition, which controversially included prohibited Chinese ammunition, leading to significant legal and ethical issues. Packouz played a key role in concealing the origin of these munitions, resulting in a sentence of seven months of house arrest for conspiracy to defraud the United States. His story caught public attention and was later depicted in the 2016 film War Dogs, where Packouz made a cameo appearance. Beyond his controversial past, Packouz has reinvented himself as an inventor and CEO of Singular Sound, where he developed the BeatBuddy, a guitar pedal drum machine, showcasing his transition from arms dealing to music technology. The core of entrepreneurship is getting out to solve problems through offering services or manufacturing products. And as it goes, no one knows the product better than the manufacturer who has the original idea. This implies that an inventor will most likely become a bottleneck to the manufacturing process. Delegation can be difficult, but with the right mindset and skills, you can grow exponentially. Eli Packouz, who joins us in this episode, reveals his secrets. He advises entrepreneurs to chase only what brings a great impact and delegate what does not to others. He firmly believes that efficiency is based on what you do and what you don't do. David PackouzTake a walk with me down Fascination Street as I get to know David Packouz. After growing up in Jerusalem, Israel and moving to Miami, David became an international arms dealer; sourcing arms & munitions for The United States Army, to help supply wars and conflicts in The Middle East. In this episode, David tells me how exactly this came to be, how successful he was at it, and how he ended up getting into some serious trouble with The U.S. Department of Justice. David was looking at the possibility of more than 300 years in prison! David's story became the inspiration behind the 2016 film War Dogs, directed by Todd Phillips; starring Miles Teller as David. The film was based on an in-depth article written by Guy Lawson, for Rolling Stone magazine. We also discuss his post arms dealing career as an inventor and entrepreneur. David founded Singular Sound, a company that develops and manufactures innovative new products for musicians. Singular Sound products have garnered huge accolades in the music industry, and continues to rank among the top companies that musicians swear by. Singular Sound's first and most notable creation is the BeatBuddy "Drummer in a Foot Pedal" device that was actually inducted into the Guitar Player's Hall of Fame in 2015. We also talk about the several other innovative products this company offers. Then we get into David's NEWEST invention, that has nothing to do with music at all! He, and his brother, re-invented the water pick. Instead of a single jet stream of water, The InstaFloss has 12 independent jet streams! This episode goes all over the place, as you can see. Flossing is an important part of oral hygiene that often gets overlooked. It may seem like a chore, but it can have long-term benefits when done correctly. This podcast will explore why flossing is important and the different methods available for doing it. Studies have shown that regular flossing can help reduce inflammation in our gums and promote overall oral health by removing plaque and food debris from between teeth that brushing alone cannot reach. This is especially important considering the link between poor oral hygiene and chronic diseases such as heart disease, Alzheimer's, erectile dysfunction, and arthritis. When it comes to flossing, three main methods are available: string floss, water flossers, and air floss. String floss is the most common and traditional option, but it can be tedious and time-consuming. Water flossers offer a more effective clean by using a pulsating jet of water to reach deeper between teeth. Air Floss is the least effective as it uses a pulse of air instead of water, but it is still better than doing nothing. What are the impacts of bacteria, infections, and cognitive health? The impacts of bacteria, infections, and cognitive health have been well-documented over the years. Studies have shown that poor oral hygiene can increase the risk of various diseases such as heart disease, strokes, and even dementia. Bacteria in the mouth can enter the bloodstream and cause inflammation, which is linked to a variety of chronic illnesses. In addition to these physical health risks, bacteria in the mouth can also affect cognitive health. Poor oral hygiene leads to an increase in bacterial load, which can result in changes in brain chemistry affecting memory and learning ability. Research has also found links between poor oral hygiene and depression or anxiety due to increased levels of cortisol produced by inflammation caused by bacteria. What is Instafloss? Instafloss promises to revolutionize the way we floss our teeth. Developed by Eli Packouz, Instafloss is an H-shaped device that uses water jets to quickly and effectively remove plaque and debris from your teeth. The jets are always at a 90-degree angle, ensuring maximum coverage underneath the gums. This makes it faster and more effective than traditional string flossing, resulting in healthier teeth and gums. The Instafloss device also solves the issue of creating custom mouth guards for water flossers. With its 8-shaped tip, it can fit any mouth size while still providing 100% coverage. Additionally, its swivel joint in the middle of the H-shape design allows each tooth to be cleaned four times in just 10 seconds, making it much faster than traditional flossing. The potential health benefits of using Instafloss are numerous. It reduces the likelihood of people skipping flossing due to time constraints or pain. Furthermore, Instafloss ensures that each tooth is cleaned at a 90-degree angle, guaranteeing a thorough cleaning for the entire mouth. If you're looking for an easier and more efficient way to maintain clean and healthy teeth, Instafloss might be the answer you've been seeking. In this podcast, you will learn: The crucial importance of flossing for oral hygiene & long-term benefits A comparison of flossing methods: string, water flossers, air floss The significant health impacts: inflammation, chronic diseases, cognitive effects The links between bacteria, infections, and cognition in oral health And much more. The Instafloss Invention – Eli Packouz – Ep 128 Eli is the inventor of Instafloss, the world's first 10 second floss. I love invention episodes because we cover topics from engineering to marketing. We talked in detail about how Eli came up with the idea, how he validated it was something people wanted, and how he engineered it. Eli worked with experts like dentists to create the ideal design. The product had a successful Kickstarter campaign. You can pre order it here: https://instafloss.com/products/the-10-second-instafloss Number one tip: You have to partner with people who know the stuff you don't. For Eli that was dentists. You can pay consultants or give equity. Clause – Make sure they do what they need to do or they don't get the equity. Want to be very careful with equity partners.
