Brian Smith offers insider perspective on Julius Jones Jr.'s overall game, the legacy and skillset he brings as the son of a former Notre Dame star, and how he and Jackson Coleman could help solidify the receiving corps. Julius Jones' defense attorney David McKenzie joins the podcast to discuss the latest feony charge slapped on his former client. The Innocence Project championed his “innocence”. Kim Kardashian advocated tirelessly for his release. ABC aired an advocacy movie to get Paul Howell's killer Julius Jones released off of death row. On Nov. 18th, 2021 Oklahoma Gov. Stitt commuted Jones' sentence from death to life in prison with no possibility for parole. Since his commutation, the Innocence Project has never stopped campaigning for his innocence. Now Jones faces new charges stemming from Jones alleged involvement in a prison contraband ring. In this episode, we discuss the evidence against Jones' in Paul Howell's murder and explore why the wrongful conviction movement and their advocates never stop advocating for the release of their pet murderers.Show Notes:KOCO 5 "Former death row inmate Julius Jones faces new charges for alleged prison contraband plot " - https://youtu.be/uW954iNPXmU?si=qtxpph_f-CY9geWkKFOR OK "A Time to Speak" - https://youtu.be/o8LJa0BAkkk?si=u6FnQTYqW3gCFWO3Justice for Paul Howell "Jailhouse Informants, Celebrities and Julius Jones' Guilt " - https://youtu.be/pOQcUJO0K80?si=N29Gbp0vPO-o4gtlRoberta Glass Julius Jones Episodes - https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLZCroaJ4oThD2mjSxZxuWkxw01SQN3CyR&si=2lh1y9z_mKRFap-5Wrongful Conviction Podcast with Jason Flom (Kim Kardashian guest) - https://youtube.com/shorts/aN9b0q5I7lw?si=kHFGlq_1ne3rit2GJustice for Paul Howell website - https://www.justiceforpaulhowell.com/Get access to exclusive content & support the podcast by a Patron today! https://patreon.com/robertaglasstruecrimereportThrow a tip in the tip jar! https://buymeacoffee.com/robertaglassSupport Roberta by sending a donation via Venmo. https://venmo.com/robertaglassBecome a chanel member for custom Emojis, first looks and exclusive streams here: https://youtube.com/@robertaglass/joinThank you Patrons!Beth, Shelley Safford, Carol Mumumeci, Therese Tunks, JC, Lizzy D, Elizabeth Drake, Texas Mimi, Barb, Deborah Shults, Ratliff, Stephanie Lamberson, Maryellen Sudol, Mona, Karen Pacini, Jen Buell, Marie Horton, ER, Rosie Grace, B. Notre Dame targets a top-five recruiting class as Marcus Freeman shatters old narratives about how the Irish can't recruit with the nation's elite. With prospects who could end up being five-stars like Julius Jones, Jr. and Abraham Sesay on the board, Notre Dame's aggressive strategy tests their national reach against rivals like USC, Ohio State, Oregon, Georgia, and Miami. Host Brian Smith breaks down why Chicago defensive lineman David Folarunsho could be the most important Notre Dame recruit and his niche talent. Smith also spotlights three more Chicago standouts–Brayden Parks, Tavares Harrington, and Quentin Burrell–capable of being big-time college football players. The discussion covers the Irish's improved recruiting balance, explosive additions in the running back room, and their pursuit of difference-makers in both the trenches and skill positions. Will Notre Dame's bold cross-country approach secure enough bellwether commitments to claim a championship-caliber class? Don't miss this insider look at how Freeman's Irish are changing the recruiting game. Everydayer Club If you never miss an episode, it's time to make it official. Sean Combs, also known as Puff Daddy or P. Diddy, was involved in a highly publicized shooting incident on December 27, 1999. The incident occurred at Club New York in Manhattan, New York City. The shooting took place during a confrontation between individuals associated with Sean Combs and another group, which included rapper Jamal "Shyne" Barrow and his associates. The altercation reportedly began after a dispute over a spilled drink escalated into a physical confrontation. Shots were fired inside the club, resulting in injuries to three individuals, including Natania Reuben, a clubgoer, and Julius Jones, a member of Combs' entourage. Combs and his then-girlfriend, actress-singer Jennifer Lopez, were present at the club during the incident but were unharmed.Following the shooting, Sean Combs, his bodyguard, Anthony "Wolf" Jones, and rapper Shyne were arrested. Combs was charged with illegal possession of a firearm, as well as bribery charges for allegedly offering his driver, Wardel Fenderson, money to claim ownership of the weapon found at the scene. Shyne was charged with attempted murder, assault, and reckless endangerment.Followed By:During the trial, the prosecution argued that Combs had brandished a gun during the altercation and that Shyne had fired shots in the club. However, Combs maintained his innocence, claiming that he never possessed or fired a weapon during the incident. The case drew significant media attention and raised questions about celebrity involvement in criminal activity. In March 2001, Sean Combs was acquitted of all charges related to the shooting. However, his bodyguard, Anthony Jones, was found guilty of attempted assault and weapons charges. Shyne was convicted of assault, reckless endangerment, and gun possession and was sentenced to 10 years in prison. In this episode, we hear from Natania Reuben who says she is positive that it was Diddy who shot her and the extrodinary lengths she says she's willing to go to in order to prove her allegations. In a letter to the court, prosecutors strongly opposed Sean "Diddy" Combs' bail appeal, emphasizing his long history of witness intimidation and violent behavior. They argued that no conditions of bail, including his proposed house arrest in his luxurious Miami home, would prevent him from tampering with witnesses. Prosecutors cited multiple instances of abuse and threats to victims, including testimony from more than 50 witnesses and evidence from raids on Combs' properties. They highlighted the severity of the charges, which could lead to life imprisonment if convicted(commercial at 9:53)to contact me:bobbycapucci@protonmail.com

Ariel Mitchell-Kidd, an attorney representing one of Sean "Diddy" Combs' accusers, has accused the Orinda Police Department of covering up a 2018 rape case involving her client. Mitchell-Kidd asserts that the police have refused to release the rape report filed by her client, which she claims is critical to the ongoing investigation into Diddy. She expressed concern that the authorities might be deliberately withholding evidence to protect influential individuals, fueling suspicions of a larger cover-up involving the case.Sean Combs, also known as Puff Daddy or P.
