Steve Cordony is a master of interior style and life styling. What a treat to have him for my latest episode of Tea with Jules. I first met Steve when he waved his magic style wand over our house for a shoot we did with Belle Magazine Australia where he sits as Style Director at Large. He struck me as kind, generous with information and meticulous with his impeccable taste, and he has absolutely lived up to that first impression. With so many of us spending so much time at home right now, it is lovely to hear Steve talk about how he gives his home a soul. Steve shares with me how growing up he always felt that coming out, might be a risk or an unachievable dream to have his own perfect image of home life. Remaining neutral, was safer. He believes that everything happens for a reason at the right time, and with a moment of complete honesty with himself and those around him, he was released into his truest identity. Once he stepped into that, the sky has been the limit. We talk about the secret sauce of a successful relationship, what is the soul, finding purpose and of COURSE I wouldn't let him get away without asking him some very important home styling questions!I loved this chat and Steve's wonderful insight into life, love and career. He is a true gem-I hope you enjoy too. Oh, and please check out his and Michael's current dream home renovation Rosedale Farm. It is serious #housegoals

Here in part two, Latham discusses how to achieve mindfulness, morning rituals and breathing. Then she got serious! We learned how fences keep good neighbors, external messages that turn us away from ourselves and becoming our own masters. We learn why bubble baths and mommy juice (wine) may not be enough for true acts of self care. Most importantly, perhaps, we learned about 'callings' in life. How do we find our callings and purpose? How passion may differ from calling. How fulfillment comes from answering our calling and how answering that calling may not always be fun or easy. I first met Kim when a friend recommended her yoga studio, The Juicy Life in Santa Ynez. By my first downward facing dog, I was put off by the loud music as I had never done yoga this way, but by the end of that initial class I realized her playlist, which paired well with the intention she set at the beginning of class, really helped me tune out both the outside world and the inside noise in my brain and focus on my mat and my body’s movement. I was hooked.Kim’s passion for health, wellness, and balance is addictive. In our conversation, we discuss how she left her corporate job to pursue her passion, the ups and downs of owning a small business, how we as members of this community can begin our own wellness journeys, the benefits of yoga and juicing, and what her plans are to bring her “Juicy Lifestyle” to the community.Mentioned in this episode: The Juicy Life Yoga Studio, The Juicy Life Juicery, Core Power Yoga. The Good Seed is featured in Small Business Spotlight.
