In this episode, I'm sharing the one tool that has the power to help you coach yourself, break free from negative thought patterns, and take meaningful action instantly. You don't have to believe every thought you think. This truth alone can change everything. Our thoughts drive our feelings, and our feelings drive our actions. When we learn how to recognize and reframe unhelpful thoughts, we unlock the ability to shift how we feel and, ultimately, how we show up in our lives. I'll guide you through my thought-mapping exercise, a powerful yet simple tool that helps you identify the thoughts holding you back and replace them with ones that empower you to move forward. This tool isn't just about improving your mood—it's about transforming your life. When you learn to work with your thoughts rather than being ruled by them, everything changes. You'll feel better, take consistent action, and start living with intention and purpose. If you've ever felt stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of how to move forward, this episode will equip you with a practical, biblically grounded strategy to take control of your thoughts and step into the abundant life God has for you. It's incredible seeing the results members of our Platinum Mastermind are achieving, their commitment to the program and the progression of their business and personal development.   FOA Alumni Members David (Diesel) & Rhianna Low, make a great example of this.   Commencing the program in July 2017, Diesel & Rhianne have become valued members and real contributors to our growing community. Starting as a mixed farm struggling for profitability, the operation was completely dependent on them, with Diesel typically working 80 hours per week. It is fair to say that they have completely transformed their business and lives.   Benchmarking and the support of our Analytics Team helped them decide to focus on ONE enterprise to achieve more focus and scale.   Forecasting and Decision Support Tools have allowed them to set down a financial roadmap that provides them more confidence in the resilience and performance of their business model for years to come.   Their 2 Page Strategic Plan helps them remain aligned and focused together as they prioritise business improvement through structured annual and quarterly meetings.   Having a Business Coach dedicated to their success has helped them navigate some challenging business and personal times, and consistently held them accountable for the implementation of their plan and toward their compelling goals.   FOA's Personal Development Training has helped them together move from a mindset of blame, lack and hardship to one of positivity, abundance and gratitude.   The Business Development Training has supported them to set down structures, systems and professional disciplines that drive on-farm efficiency, and support an on-farm team that helps them get it done and enjoy more balance, fun and freedom in their lives.   Last, but certainly not least, the friendships and the community they are now part of is a highlight of their 7-year journey with FOA.   The FOA Team are delighted to welcome Rhianne Low into our Team as an Accountability Coach. We also highly value Diesel's contribution as a mentor to others in the program. Diesel & Rhianne, thank you for your positivity and for being such dedicated members of the FOA Alumni & Community. And thank you for sharing your story and FOA journey with us.   Simply, incredible.   Jeremy Hutchings and the Farm Owners Academy Team

Running fast is fun, but pushing yourself too hard too soon can make running feel like a chore. Everyone's pace improves over time, but trying to speed up too quickly can backfire. ### Growth Mindset: Embracing Challenges and Learning from Mistakes Research shows that individuals with a growth mindset are more resilient and persistent in the face of challenges. For runners, this means seeing each run as an opportunity to learn and grow. A challenging hill or a windy day is no longer a nuisance but a chance to improve strength and endurance. This mindset shift is crucial for long-term development and success.   ### Deliberate Practice: The Path to Mastery Deliberate practice is a structured method of improving performance through targeted, goal-oriented training. Visualize it in your mind. Think about what your to-do list will look like with everything checked off, what your calendar will look like when you have more days open to do what you want, and how it will feel at the end of the day to get so much more accomplished than you have before. If you have ever heard of manifesting, then you probably know, at least in part, where this conversation is headed… but for those of you who might not be as familiar with the concept, let me take a moment to explain.  Manifestation is basically the belief that if you visualize and believe something enough, it will come to pass. There are a lot of varying beliefs about manifestation, and many people claim that it works in many different ways. Some believe that it is an almost spiritual, mystical phenomenon, while others tend to believe that any basis for it being true lies within the human mind. More people probably believe that if you believe in something enough, you will not be inhibited as you strive to achieve it… which is what actually ends up winning in the end.  Let's approach manifestation from a position of pure logic. Logically, you ARE able to manifest things by visualizing and believing in them. This will enable you to break down self-imposed barriers and to give yourself the freedom that you need to pursue your goals without inhibitions. Once you acquire the ability to ‘live' your success before it is physically in place, you will have realized what it truly means to ‘manifest' the next level of success for yourself.  Tune in tomorrow for more ideas on helping you manifest your desire to get things done.  Remember to subscribe to my high-value proven business success tips and resources Blog (https://www.accountabilitycoach.com/blog/)  Want more from The Accountability Coach™, subscribe to more high-value content by looking for me on https://www.accountabilitycoach.com/my-podcast/ and on most podcast platforms and in most English-speaking countries, or by going to https://itunes.apple.com/podcast/accountabilitycoach.com/id290547573.  Take advantage of all the complimentary business tips and tools by joining the Free Silver Membership on https://www.accountabilitycoach.com/coaching-store/inner-circle-store/.  Go to https://www.accountabilitycoach.com to check out for yourself how I, as your Accountability Coach™, can help you get and stay focused on you highest payoff activities that put you in the highest probability position to achieve your professional and personal goals, so you can enjoy the kind of business and life you truly want and deserve.  I'm the author of many books, including, Excuses Don't Count; Results Rule, Live Life with No Regrets, No Excuses, The Guide to Stopping Procrastination, The Power of Visualization, My Gratitude Journal, the Work Life Balance Emergency Kit, and The Roadmap To Success with Stephen Covey and Ken Blanchard, and more.   Aim for what you want each and every day!  Anne BachrachThe Accountability Coach™

Today we are talking about Tip #5 of the 5 tips for helping you have a “winning” attitude, which is to live victoriously. Living life as if you already know that your next endeavor will be a success is EXACTLY what it looks like to embody a ‘winning' attitude. Consider yourself a winner before the project even starts! Never assume that you are going to fail. If failure does come, realize that you have not lost… you have just realized one way that your plan didn't work. It's okay to occasionally have a five minute 'pity party' and then put your big girl/boy pants on and move on. Trial and error is part of winning, so NEVER feel like you do not have what it takes to go to the next level. Live like you are a winner, every single day… and it will definitely show.  Having a winning attitude is essential, even though very few people have mastered the art. To do this, you need to have… ·         Passion for what you are doing·         A strong belief in yourself and your abilities·         A strategy that you believe in·         Values that are clearly defined ·         A mastery over your outlook Once you have mastered the art of maintaining a ‘winning attitude', day in and day out, you will begin to realize that the only boundaries imposed upon you are those that you impose upon yourself. In a lot of ways, becoming more successful is not about being lucky or fortunate… it is about taking the circumstances that you are in and turning them into opportunities.  Subscribe to my high-value proven business success tips and resources Blog (https://www.accountabilitycoach.com/blog/)  Want more from The Accountability Coach™, subscribe to more high-value content by looking for me on https://www.accountabilitycoach.com/my-podcast/ and on most podcast platforms and in most English-speaking countries, or by going to https://itunes.apple.com/podcast/accountabilitycoach.com/id290547573.

Simple logic tells us that if you continue to try without giving up, you truly can accomplish ANYTHING! We sometimes feel like we can only do so much, or that we are only capable of doing certain things. Some people have affirmations they say out loud every day and that makes a big difference for how they start and finish their day. It might sound a bit cheesy, but building confidence and a winning attitude is going to require you to BELIEVE in yourself… and one of the best ways to accomplish this is to speak it out loud! Tune in tomorrow for Tip #3 for helping you to have a “winning” attitude.
