Kevin holds a bachelor's in Psychology from the University of Connecticut and a Professional Life Coaching certification from iPEC, one of the world's premier coach training schools. He currently lives in NJ with his wife and 1-year-old son, working full time as an author and stay-at-home dad. A few years ago, Kevin went through a severely challenging and utterly transformational experience. After suffering in silence for a long time with issues of self-acceptance, Kevin's internal struggles eventually manifested externally in his life as work-addiction, burnout and eating and exercise disorders, which ultimately resulted in a Near-Death Experience. Through this experience, Kevin did not lose his life but rather found the true purpose of his life. He came to recognize and accept that he is an HSP (a Highly Sensitive Person) and has since dedicated himself to embracing the rare gifts of sensitivity, as well as becoming a champion for the trait of High Sensitivity that he was ashamed of for most of his life. Now, he is the author of a series of novels that offers readers an opportunity to experience the uncanny, insightful, evocative life of a Highly Sensitive Person. --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/new-mind-creator/message Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/new-mind-creator/support

Kevin Cornelio is an introvert, an empath, and most of all a Highly Sensitive Person.   Kevin has always strived to help others but also worked very hard to help himself overcome his own shyness, depression, and social anxiety, which have plagued him throughout his life. While developing mindsets, habits, and coping strategies to overcome these challenges, Kevin obtained a degree in Psychology, then Professional Life Coaching certifications from iPEC, one of the world's premier coach training schools.   However, Kevin also unintentionally developed an extreme lifestyle that included work-addiction, as well as eating and exercise disorders, which culminated in Kevin suffering from severe burnout, a loss one-third of his body weight, and ultimately a Near-Death Experience.   Thankfully, this radical, intense experience didn't end his life but rather transformed his life, calling him to embrace self-love and compassion and inspiring him to share with others the profound insights that he has taken away from his experience. Kevin has followed this calling by becoming the author of Woken, a series of literary fiction novels that tell the story of The Highly Sensitive Life.   Additionally, I'll be donating to and raising awareness for the charity or organization of my guest's choice with each episode now. This episode, the charity is Compassion International. Any and all donations make a difference! You can tell a lot about a person by his or her handwriting, and in this episode, we're looking at how handwriting analysis can be helpful to coaches. It's a fascinating and important topic.  Tune in to learn: * How to discern traits, integrity, willpower and coach-ability through content and actual handwriting, so you can be proactive around addressing hesitancies. * How Applied Psychology can increase awareness of what drives people, so you can become a better coach and call out the best in others. * Plus, take a live self-assessment during the podcast and walk away with tools you can use today!   About Dale Roberts With all of the unusual accomplishments Dale has achieved during his lifetime, from a successful career as a financial advisor, to professional speaking, to commercial acting, to handwriting analysis, Dale has always had the sense that there was something more he was "called" to do. That call began to become clear when a door opened for Dale in 2003, with the opportunity to experience the "Life Plan" process, an intense two day, one-on-one session which is based on Tom Paterson's excellent book "Living the Life You Were Meant to Live." Life Planning takes a person deep into exploration of one's life purpose, and Dale was so intrigued by that process that in 2004 he became a Life Plan Facilitator. He has facilitated the Life Plan process for many clients over the past fifteen years and says, “I have never felt more called!" But somehow Dale felt there was still one more "piece of the puzzle" missing. That piece, he discovered, was Professional Life Coaching. Dale received his training and certification as a Professional Life Coach through Professional Christian Coaching Institute, and the puzzle was complete. His 30 years of working in financial services, honing his handwriting analysis skills, practicing the Life Plan process, writing, speaking, coaching, and volunteering in ministry to men and families affected by disability, all came together to bring Dale to this point in time. Episode 6 – Judy Mojica Judy Mojica is Founder and CEO of Out of Brokenness. Before becoming a wife and mother, Judy pursued her education in the field of Missions and Pastoral Ministry at Rhema Bible College. Additionally, she studied Early Childhood Education at The University of Mount Olive. She has since completed the journey of becoming a Certified Professional Life Coach at Light University – The School of Professional Life Coaching. Since its establishment in 2012, Out of Brokenness has become known for its unparalleled commitment to client satisfaction. Judy’s own story of experiencing brokenness as a result of an unexpected divorce has given her the courage and strong desire to assist other women through similar challenges. She, like so many, desperately searched for answers as to why after having been completely devoted to her marriage, two children and her home something as earth shattering as the dissolution of her all that she cherished could happen. In the initial stages of her changed status, Judy found that other women who were “Going Through” were drawn to her and she to them. It was at this point that she knew that God was establishing a new thing in her life, and she was clearer than ever of the calling and purpose of her life. She knew that it was no accident that she spent countless hours counseling women who were feeling broken and depressed. Over time, Judy’s gift evolved into a growing coaching practice, along with Table Talk: The Reach Back, an extension of Out of Brokenness. Groups of women come together to collaborate and share in life’s most prevalent subject matters – love, life and relationships of all kinds. From wine tastings, to chocolate to quiche, Judy uses this event as a way to build women’s strength and confidence. She has also written a book, which is scheduled for release in September 2019 entitled “Broken No More”. This work further details how she moved away from victimhood into wholeness. Her mission is summed up in this quote “I will always remain faithful, truthful and committed to seeing the best in you as I come along aside you to help you get from point “A” to point “B” – always encouraging and rooting you on.”
