Surprise! This week's episode would normally be on the Patreon exclusives feed, but it's not allowing me to load it. My workaround is to do everyone a solid and post it publicly so that nobody is left struggling with a TW episode Monday morning. Enjoy! This week it's Zahkia and Bryson McCain against the trio of Jonathan, Riley Sherer, and GK Lyttle with Nick in the host's chair.
Eugene Gwozdz joins Fortitude. Remember that time you went to Casa Manana to see an off-broadway production of Spamilton? Remember loving it but thinking, who in the world is that remarkable pianist? Then you met him after the show and asked him to come do a podcast? Then he did and what came out was amazing? Well, here it is! Enjoy. We did.

In episode 182, Tony & Eddie sit down (finally) to talk about one of the greatest stage productions of all time - now turned film for the Disney+ platform - Hamilton (2020). It was tough for the boys to talk for an hour about something that is just so profoundly good. What else is there to say about this about this play/film that hasn't already been said? Check out this week's episode to find out. Of course there were also two beer reviews this week. Tony sampled a new shake sour from Shy Bear Brewing (is Tony beginning to like sours?!) Eddie sampled a sweet milk stout from Lancaster. Both brews are absolutely worth sticking around for.

Becca Brown (@bekkuhbrown) is a child actress all grown up. She made her debut as the bassist in Richard Linklater’s “School of Rock,” and most recently she was seen in both the Chicago and LA production of the musical parody “Spamilton.” Everyone keeps telling us to get MoviePass, but is it legit, or just a big scam? “A Wrinkle in Time” came out last week. Do we have an beloved children’s books that we’d like to see given a proper adaptation? We all buy things from Amazon, but their delivery goons are just the worst. If you’re planning to travel to Taiwan, make sure to pack your own toilet paper.
Rosalba Rolón is an actress, dramaturge, writer, producer, lyricist, grant writer, mentor, leader, and the world is a better place because she is in it. God is my witness. Like so many, soon after María passed the questions became, what can we do to help? And thousands have activated to do just that, help. There are numerous and beautiful initiatives and coalitions taking root all over the land, far beyond the island and the island itself. In the midst of so much chaos and shady dealings, the domino effect of consequences continues. But the efforts don’t stop. Pregones/PRTT’s Hurricane María Relief Drive for Artists is one of those beautiful gestures. For the month of October, the theater will campaign to provide $500 micro-grants to theater, music, dance, visual and literary arts practitioners in Puerto Rico. The drive will put emergency cash in the hands of artists with whom Pregones/PRTT has had a history of exchange and collaboration, and who are also invited to identify subsequent micro-grant recipients. Two shows happening at Pregones/PRTT on Walton this month, Harlem Hellfighters on a Latin Beat, the concert (Oct. 7) and El Apagón (Oct. 20) 100% of ticket sales will go towards the Hurricane María Relief Drive for Artists. At Pregones/PRTT on Broadway District, Spamilton. Listen to her talk. She explains it all. The heart of it, the need of it, the solidarity with artists. #ArtistsPR #Relief #P2P
