7 Ages Theatricals is producing the world premiere of Fool, Austin Tichenor's adaptation of Christopher Moore's New York Times bestselling comic novel. Tom Berger, 7AT's executive artistic director, talks about how this theatrical collaboration came to be, and reveals how the combination of Tichenor and Moore creates "a match made in Shakespeare comedy heaven" (Broadway World). Berger discusses the pleasure of being a theatre slut; the importance of staying in one's artistic lane; the stress of not wanting to disappoint each other (or Fool's creator); the paradox of having written "Schrödinger's Play;" the trick of making sure the audience catches what we're throwing; and the fateful coincidence of being a Christopher Moore superfan and a Reduced – as well as a real – Shakespeare guy. Broadway World"The show has many important things to say about the way women are seen in society as they age, and there are many more things that could be said. By presenting these ideas through a warm, funny and straight-talking character, we are able to receive them clearly and entertainingly. This is a show that connects with its audience in the relatability of its situations and characters, and which has much to offer all ages and genders." Theatreview "Nicola Cheeseman is Back is a fucking funny and wondrously observant play about not letting age get you down. Jodie Rimmer is such a star who's exquisite portrayal of this fiery, courageous women makes me regret she's fictional coz I'd love to meet her in real life. But then again, when I think about her courage, her introspection, her wit, her creativity, and the type of woman she represents, I realise, I have already met her." Andrew Whiteside Support the show

Topics covered in the Episode: Emotional Intelligence Institute Origins Avatar-Led Demonstration Benefits of using Avatar-Led Training Improvisation & Storytelling Role Client Feedback Here are three takeaways from the episode: 1. A demo really helps put yourself in the role and you will find yourself suspending disbelief. The technology allows one to practice and do a dress rehearsal so the body can be relaxed during what can be difficult conversations. 2. Avatar-led technology is different than role-playing because of the vulnerability involved in 1:1 conversation with people can have unintended consequences while avatar-led training allows individual practice and results in complete buy-in. 3. The actor/avatar provides the safe-space (no right or wrong) to allow participants reveal their personal stories that they're naturally open to in life for their own self-discovery. About Peder: American actor and overall thrill seeker Peder Lindell has had a stunning rise in the entertainment industry that has continued to collect momentum. This actor/aviator/daredevil launched into the professional world of entertainment at just eleven years old, starring as Billy Ray in the Jungle Theater's production of "On Golden Pond" in Minneapolis. He took to the skies at just sixteen and is now an instrument-rated commercial pilot. He owns a Grumman Tiger prop plane, his beloved "sky convertible," which embodies his thrill-seeking nature. His interests are both diverse and daring.
