Stephen Miller, Donald Trump, Kristi Noem, J.D. Vance, and the entire MAGA Klan murdered Alex Pretti. They sent Bovino into early retirement, but he must be arrested, along with his agents who shot 10 bullets into Pretti, an ICU nurse for the VA who spent his life helping others. Demand the impeachment of President Stephen Miller: force Trump to throw him under the bus, too. It's a start to the demands for justice. To honor Pretti and our work ahead, find time to grieve. We cannot power through this collective rage and anxiety without releasing it. Even the strong need to cry in the shower. If we don't sit with our grief, it will force you to. Grieving is an act of resistance. It changes you, and it plants the seeds of justice that we will use to build a better world together. To the people of Minnesota, you have created an American Maidan, standing strong against tyranny. Even Ukrainians, freezing in the cold from Russia bombing their electrical grids, see you, and are calling your movement a Maidan. To grow a real resistance, we share a message recorded by Annie, a Gaslit Nation listener in Minneapolis. Our victory is guaranteed because our enemies are cowards who hide behind masks. America has defeated the Klan before. We must fight with urgency in a generational struggle. Join the General Strike this Friday January 31st. Divest from the corporations funding the MAGA regime–look to Cut Off the Spigot to learn how. And most importantly, stand by each other. As the people of Minnesota showed us, singing "Stand by Me" in the face of fascism: we win through our culture of care. Tonight's episode will run as usual. It's an examination on how the Church Committee Report, which exposed the mass-murdering FBI and CIA, shows us how to overcome our mass-murdering state today. Most county officials have never had to cut their budgets. Recent proposed spending levels are over and above what they were last year despite the passage of SF69. A perfect example is in Sheridan where county officials proposed cutting spending by .11%. It's moving the deck chairs on the Titanic.
The team total over/under moved up to seven wins for the Sooners' 2025 season. Is this justified? Is this an “easy” over? We argue that plus speculate on the future SEC schedule/alignment design, what that means for college football, and how college coaching is becoming more NFL like. Today on Hold the Light, I'm talking again with Carissa Schumacher in our fourth conversation together here on the podcast. You know Carissa by now: she is a renowned forensic psychic medium, a spiritual guide, the co-creator of the book The Freedom Transmissions, and she leads beautiful journeys that allow people to go deeper into their spiritual inquiry and evolution.Taking with her right now is synchronistic because I recently wrapped up my latest season on the podcast where I've been going through the book The Freedom Transmissions, chapter by chapter. (Haven't started the series yet? START HERE.)If you've been following along, you might remember that I kicked off the season talking with Carissa, so it's fitting that I'm ending the season with her as well. This conversation is a two-parter – the second half is in next week's episode where we dig more into The Freedom Transmissions.Today, the topics we cover are, as Carissa says, relevant to so many people's paths right now.* We talk about the trust-love spigot. The issue of expectations and assumptions.* We talk about how the containers of her journeys come together..* She shares about the trust and faith it takes to be a full body channel.* We talk about how we collectively are in an upgrade time — and that we're going through a quantum leap.* She shares what Yeshua's is holding us accountable for as we move into a new era. (Hint: it's not time to hold back as light-holders in this new era.)* And yeah, I asked her straight up if she thought it was cool that she could channel because there are things she just knows.Click play above

Change is in the air this fall for commercial real estate investment. The Fed's announcement of a 50-basis-point interest rate cut in late September, and the expectation that more cuts are ahead, signals a reopening of the spigot for real estate finance. But there's plenty more in the mix these days. In this conversation, CPE Executive Editor Therese Fitzgerald gives us a snapshot of what's around the corner for investment, explores trends in CMBS and debt funds, and brings key takeaways from CREFC's recent conference in New York City. Episode highlights: · The impact of interest rate cuts (1:23) · What's ahead for the rest of 2024 (2:40) · Market momentum: will investors wait? (3:40) · The “wall of maturities” and other CREFC conference takeaways (5:20) · CMBS snapshot (6:56) · Why capital is flowing to debt funds (8:49) · What's next for bank lending? · Some good news for borrowers (11:11) · Signs of an office sector reset (12:27)
The money flow for generative artificial intelligence projects is starting to slow down, as companies begin to scrutinize the return on investment for these projects, and doubts creep in about accuracy, hallucinations and other potential problems. Hidden costs are also becoming less-than-hidden, leading many companies to wonder whether all of this hype was perhaps overblown. Keith chats with Mike Sinoway, CEO of Lucidworks, about their recent survey that showed a slowing down of AI investments across the industry and around the world.

Discover and learn camping hacks, tips and tricks to make the most of your outdoor adventures! From efficient packing and setting up camp to cooking meals in order to make the trip stress free while enjoying nature. Join radio hosts Rebecca Wanner aka 'BEC' and Jeff ‘Tigger' Erhardt with The Bend Radio Show & Podcast, your news outlet for the latest in Outdoors & Western Lifestyle News! Episode 191 Details Ultimate Guide to Camping Hacks and Tips Essential Tips for Camping Camping can be an exhilarating experience, but it also comes with its challenges. To ensure you have the best adventure possible, here are some invaluable camping hacks and tips that we have learned. This guide covers everything from packing efficiently to being ready for unexpected circumstances in the wild. Camping: Hacks, Tips & Tricks Packing the right way can make or break your camping trip. Here's how to pack and be prepared. Create a Camping Checklist: A Comprehensive list of essentials. Hack: Flashlights & Headlamps - Test batteries, then after trip remove batteries and use painters tape to tape batteries to the lights for next use to avoid corrosion. Ice: How to keep food cold is always an issue. Consider bringing at least two coolers. Cooler 1 is for frozen food items such as meats. Cooler 2 is for items accessed frequently. Hack: Freeze any prepared foods that can be frozen to act as additional "ice" to keep coolers cold longer while using less resources. First Aid Kit: Always pack a first aid kit. A Must - Add to the First Aid Kit medications for an upset stomach such as diarrhea. Cleaning Station: Plan to create a space for a water jug and soap to rinse off hands, dishes, etc. to improve food safety. Hack: The SureCan Utility Portable Water Station with Spigot is a GAME CHANGER and we highly recommend it. SureCan also offers an excellent SureCan fuel can that is designed for a no-mess filling of ATVs, UTVs, lawnmowers, boats and more. This product is not a sponsor of The Bend Show, and is a product we recommend. Tent Setup: Pack along an outdoor rug for a tent or camper and implement a No Shoe policy. Will keep both areas much cleaner. Hack: Have a plan on how to securely tie-down a tent. For example: use hand weights, paracord and have extra tent stakes as it does not take much wind to lift a tent. Hack: Create a comfortable sleeping area by using a fan that runs off the battery of your phone with an USB cord. DIY MRE Snack Packs: Make the daily snack packs at home. Using a gallon size ziploc bag, prepare so that you bring only what you will need for that day's activities to keep you going strong. Include foods that will not melt, have protein and can hydrate. Each person in your group should have their own MRE Snack Pack. Example of favorites: Fruit unsliced such as Apples, Oranges, protein bars, beef jerky, carrots, etc. Camping is a fantastic way to connect with nature and unwind. By following these camping hacks and tips, you can enhance your experience, ensuring it's safe, enjoyable, and memorable. Pack wisely, set up efficiently, cook smartly, and stay comfortable for an amazing camping adventure. People use angry and inflammatory language in an attempt to silence and disempower those in opposition. When something isn't rational, reasonable or true, it is OK to voice your concern without being bigoted, intolerant or phobic. Dr. Jonny explains that disagreement doesn't mean hate and we need to be careful to not slowly slip into the narrative of an immoral mindset.
We know where the drugs come from. We know how the drugs get here. We know how they are made and distributed world wide. Brown is the global director of counter-narcotics technology at Rigaku Analytical Devices. He has a distinguished career spanning more than 32 years as a Special Agent for the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA). As Mr. Brown explains, understanding the drug distribution chain is only the beginning. It takes pressure, cooperation, and political will to stop the flow. Introducing a new six-part series on investing in distressed debt. Parul Garg and Geoff Castle have been investing in this part of credit markets since 2015 and see an opportunity emerging. The cycle created by the transition in monetary policy and the squeeze from higher interest rates now favours stressed and distressed credit investing. In this series, Parul and Geoff will cover the complexity of this investment niche, the risks and rewards, the current opportunity and their history and experience in this area. In Part One they tackle: A road-tested investment strategy spins out from the Pender Corporate Bond Fund. How the team looks beyond just the balance sheet to determine true value and calculate the margin of safety. The stressed debt cascade and how to separate the signal from the noise. A lesser-known secret on timing and investing in credit markets.
