This weekend, Let’s Take A Walk 2025 returns with a special SG60 edition—bringing heart, purpose, and community spirit to Singapore’s streets. Joining “Saturday Mornings Show” host Glenn van Zutphen and co-host Neil Humphreys in the studio are Matthew Sim, medical student and Co-chair of LTAW 2025, and Lim Lei Theng, lawyer and board member of Project Green Ribbon, the beneficiary of this year’s walk. Now in its 13th edition, LTAW is more than just a walk—it’s a movement to raise awareness and funds for youth mental health. Project Green Ribbon supports young people aged 13 to 25 through trauma-informed care, crisis support, and inclusive recovery spaces. With a new generation of organisers leading the charge, this year’s event is scaled for impact, featuring 60km, 20km, and 6km walk categories across SAFRA Punggol and the Sports Hub. Whether you’re walking in person or virtually, your steps—and donations—help build a more compassionate Singapore. Matthew and Lei Theng share how the walk is evolving, why mental health support matters more than ever, and how you can still get involved.See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

Sometimes we take life a little too seriously. In this minisode, I invite you to play, to explore, and to try something new. I decided to put on a bright green wig today, and what began as a bit of fun turned into a deeper reflection about how we see ourselves and how the world sees us. It is amazing how quickly our energy can shift when we give ourselves permission to be curious, bold, and a little silly. As I looked at myself in the mirror, I started to think about the ways we all present ourselves. Are we showing up as our truest selves? Is there a gap between what we say and how we appear? Whether it is a color, a name, or a story we tell, every piece of who we are carries meaning. Sometimes, we have to try something different to remember who we have always been. This episode is a reminder that transformation does not always require a grand gesture. It can be as simple as choosing a new look, shifting your words, or seeing yourself through a new lens. The adventure is happening right now, in this moment, in the ways you allow yourself to grow, experiment, and express your truth. In this episode, I share:How color and play can shift your energy and perspectiveWhat animals teach us about authenticity and presenceWhy our outer expression often mirrors our inner storyThe power of trying something new to reconnect with your true selfA reflection on names, identity, and owning your next chapterResources and Links:Watch the Speak Truth to Live Summit featuring powerful conversations and teachings at theadventureparadox.com/speaktruthConnect with me on Instagram for more stories, inspiration, and behind-the-scenes adventures: https://www.instagram.com/theadventureparadoxGrab a copy of Billy and Blaze: https://a.co/d/cZsBIi4The adventure is right here, right now. Not only was Jalen Hurts called upon to step up, he got a phone call in the middle of his post-game press conference in Minnesota. “When you win, everyone wants to call you,” he joked. In the Eagles' 28-22 victory over the Vikings, the star quarterback was certainly a winner, delivering one of the most statistically-impressive performances of his career. The 326 passing yards and three touchdowns were much needed, as Hurts, along with the dynamic receiving duo of A.J. Brown and DeVonta Smith, led the way in getting the Eagles back on track after a two-game slide. What changed on offense, where plenty of criticism has been directed this year? How did a couple of welcomed faces help the defense clamp down? Send us a textIn this episode Dr. Mike Strouse addresses the enduring challenges facing service providers such as: - wonky schedules- reliance on part-time labor- early turnover - working short- reliance on PRN and pool staffingFinding the right solutions starts with asking the right questions. What are the twelve important questions service providers must ask themselves to make the first step towards arriving at the right solutions? The conversation also delves into the ongoing workforce stability crisis, emphasizing the multifaceted challenges beyond just pay. It explores the importance of metrics for assessing staffing stability, strategies for improving staffing capacity, and the role of local providers in the care ecosystem. Our workforce concerns are not going away organically. We need to stop looking at turnover as our estimate of instability. If you want different results, you just need to behave differently.Your pipeline is solely based upon attractiveness of the schedules.Do you even know what your call-off rate is?We can make a big difference but only with the right strategy. We need to pursue a different vision of care. The only reason people don't want to put solutions in place is because they can't change what they're doing. To continue on the quest for the good life we must rise up, look back and step forward.Chapters00:00Overview of Workforce Stability Crisis02:39Challenges Beyond Pay in Workforce Management05:33Metrics for Assessing Staffing Stability08:58Strategies for Improving Staffing Capacity11:50Addressing Staffing Challenges and Solutions14:44The Future of Care and Workforce Collaboration

But relapse rates were high, so long-term therapy may be required to maintain disease control. After that: A step forward in precision blood matching. High-throughput array genotyping enables extended matching to reduce antibody formation. The results show the potential for reducing harm in regularly transfused patients. Finally, identifying a new vulnerability in TP53-mutated AML. Loss of the tumor suppressor BAP1 defines a unique subtype of TP53-mutated de novo AML. How is it that during the era of Trump and Con Inc. Twitter, we seem to embrace so many good ideas, and Trump even embarks on implementing some of them, yet over time we continue to slide backward? It's because there is no follow-through and the Left evolves to bigger playing fields. I explain the "small step forward, giant leap backward" dynamic in terms of immigration, crime, abortion, culture, techno-fascism from COVID, and digital currency.
