On Tuesday's Mark Levin Show, the new precedent being set by Democrats is if you cannot indict a sitting president, you can wait in the shadows and indict them once they are out of office, which would be a disastrous consequence. The President is the head of the Executive branch and can theoretically tell anybody in any department what to do because they are unelected appointees. A hypothetical example brought up in court today to target Donald Trump was about what if the president used Seal Team 6 to assassinate a political rival, and it shows how extreme these courts and prosecutors have become. We have a DOJ, FBI, and Democrat media that allows this and acts like nothing is going on while Biden suggests Trump is Hitler and his supporters are brownshirts. Also, there is only one way to bring the Hamas hostage issue to an end in Gaza, and that is for Israel to take hostages too for them to make a swap. Hamas only takes hostages in order to get money from the Biden administration and to get their own terrorists back. If Israel wants to lose a war, lose more of its people, and suffer another attack like October 7, then they should listen to Biden and Blinken because that is what their resolution would lead to. Later, the people of Iowa should not be fooled by Nikki Haley and her nonstop campaign ads trashing Ron DeSantis. The plan of the ruling class Republicans and Mitch McConnell types is for her to come in second so she can try and beat Trump in New Hampshire. Nikki Haley is getting backlash for leaving out slavery as a cause for the Civil War while at a campaign event in New Hampshire. Leading Republican Pollster Robert Cahaly says anti-Trump establishment is refusing to fund Mastriano even though it's a swing state; because if Mastriano wins, it would show Trump's strength for 2024. Cahaly says it's hard to predict how the election goes in Pennsylvania because so many people are immeasurable who just quit participating because they're afraid their polling data will be given to the government and used to make a MAGA list of people to be targeted. If people think taking a poll would put them on a list, they won't take the poll but chances are, they will vote. Mastriano is depending on them.  Cahaly says, if the election were held today, Republicans would win the House by 30 or more seats and win a Senate majority by 2-3 seats. Many are basing this on claims that she was embarrassingly defeated in 2020 by a "weak" Democrat. On Thursday's show, he said [emphasis added]:"Kathy Barnett has not gotten any kind of vigorous, rigorous vetting that is now proving to be a massive problem in this race. Here's why... In 2020 she was not a serious candidate in her congressional race she lost to a pretty weak Democrat by 19 points."What Hannity doesn't mention is that the "weak" Democrat was Madeleine Dean, a Democrat incumbent in a very blue district. Compared to Dan David who ran against Dean in 2018, Barnette dramatically outperformed him, getting 48% more votes than David got in his race against Dean two years earlier.Hannity and others are hoping that voters will equate losing in 2020 in a congressional race to a loss in 2022 in a senate race. This is unambiguously false and extremely disingenuous for them to rely on the ignorance of many voters. Her very strong performance in a very blue district is why she would almost certainly win in a statewide senate race.The oldest play in the GOP Establishment's playbook is to say that a conservative's past controversial remarks disqualifies them, that we should go with the "sensible" choice so we can defeat the Democrat. That's what Hannity is doing here. Of course, he was singing a very different tune in 2016 with Donald Trump, who had exponentially more "baggage" from past actions and remarks going into the general election than Kathy Barnette. She has offensive Tweets. Trump had so much more that some said would prevent him from winning, yet here we are.Voters aren't as stupid as Hannity, Democrats, and the GOP Establishment hope. We look at a candidate based on what we perceive they'll be able to do for us. My support for Barnette is based on her ideas, but also based on aspects of Dr. Oz that she does not share.

I came to the conclusion after looking at his and other attacks from people I generally like and admire that they're coming to the defense of Donald Trump and his endorsement of Dr. Mehmet Oz.Losing in the primary would be a poor loss for the television doctor, but it would be devastating for Trump. The press will eat him alive, hammering for days or even weeks how Trump has lost power in the Republican Party and Dr. Oz losing would be their proof. It's not true, at least the part about Trump losing power. He backed the wrong candidate, a Democrat pretending to be a Republican who is backed by the GOP Establishment and the globalist elites.Grenell and others have come to his rescue, throwing out blatant lies in an effort to smear her at the last moment. Until a couple of weeks ago, she wasn't even a factor in the race. Fellow globalist RINO David McCormick and Dr. Oz were spending a lot of money attacking each other and Barnette snuck in the back door to surge to a three-way tie. The RINOs and Trump allies joined forces to try to take her down at the last minute. Sean Hannity, a Dr. Oz supporter who some believe is the reason Trump backed the candidate, went scorched earth on her during his show Wednesday night.As I said in the article yesterday, I do like Grenell and others who are on the wrong side of this issue. It's disheartening but not entirely unexpected when we look at the big picture. Whether it was ill-advised or not to back Dr. Oz, that's the card that Trump selected and many of his allies are backing his play. The way they look at it, one more RINO in the Senate is a worthy price to pay if it will solidify Trump's status as the undisputed leader of the Republican Party. If Dr. Oz loses in the primary, he'll get roasted by both the GOP Establishment and the press.I don't want that to happen, but I refuse to back Trump's bad choices. I did not support Mitt Romney just because Trump said so. I did not believe Rex Tillerson, H.R. McMaster, John Bolton, Omarosa, Anthony Scaramucci, Reince Priebus, Jeff Session, or Mike Pence were good for the country just because Trump said so. As an America First movement, we cannot blindly follow what Trump or anyone else says just because they say it. We must stand for what's best for the country, and that's Kathy Barnette.

Everyone knows that, but most are unaware that one of the most prominent opponents America First patriots should be fighting are technically on the "right." A majority of major "conservative" news outlets are compromised in some way. Many of the most popular "conservative" news sites do a great job at handling the safe topics like the border crisis, Critical Race Theory, abortion, and the economy, but they do not advance the America First cause on some of the most important issues.There are three reasons for this. The first is the obvious one. Some are backed by the GOP Establishment. They are only able to maintain access to both the power players in the Republican Party and the money that is shuffled to them through direct sponsorships if they keep their reporting corralled within the accepted GOP talking points. Those who have ventured out and brought up topics uncomfortable for the Establishment are quickly rebuked; we've seen a handful of larger conservative sites in decline recently because they were taken off the GOP Establishment teat.The second reason is also obvious, but not as readily acknowledged. They are beholden to Big Tech. They need Google for revenue and traffic. They need Facebook for a little less revenue but a lot more traffic. Some sites are so entrenched with Big Tech that they have a list of taboo topics handed to them and updated regularly. This has been confirmed by multiple journalists at major conservative news outlets who have told the same basic story.The third reason is ugly, diabolical, and would fall under the category of "far-fetched" if I didn't hear it from multiple journalists, including a senior editor of a major conservative publication who is currently looking for an exit. They are being paid to be "controlled opposition" by one of two major players: The CCP and a Wall Street PR firm that may or may not be a front for the World Economic Forum.To be crystal clear, the term "controlled opposition" is often used by patriots who are sick of hearing lies from "conservative" media. It's overused as the vast majority who get labeled as "controlled opposition" are just parties to the previous two scenarios. Truly controlled opposition puts out a counter-narrative to the truth rather than just avoiding topics. There really aren't that many because there doesn't need to be many. All it takes is one major outlet to break a fake or misleading story and others will pick it up.I joined America Out Loud this year to add to the venues through which I could help to spread the truth and discuss the taboo topics of the day. I've been doing this for a long time through NOQ Report and The Liberty Daily and I appreciate the growing audiences to both sites. This is why I'm shifting gears a bit and getting much more aggressive in this war against all of our enemies, including the feckless, milquetoast shills of corporate conservative media.There are certain topics that we need to discuss, topics that get suppressed or ignored by all but a few. The 2020 election was stolen and is still being challenged today, yet you wouldn't know that if you get your news from corporate conservative media. The Covid vaccines are dangerous and ineffective, yet the only pushback you hear about from most conservative media sites centers around stopping mandates. Fighting mandates is important, but it would be a heck of a lot easier to do so if enough sites were telling the truth about adverse reactions surrounding the jabs.January 6, 2021, was not an insurrection. It was a mostly peaceful protest that was steered to get out of hand by Deep State provocateurs posing as Trump supporters. Moreover, we have convicted child rapists getting probation and Jussie Smollett getting released AFTER being convicted, but political prisoners who entered the Capitol Building peacefully are still imprisoned.Warmongers on the right are pressing for no-fly zones and getting Americans to support sending weapons to Ukraine. They don't offer these suggestions with an exit plan for WWIII. They just hope it happens sooner rather than later. Meanwhile, they treat Volodymyr Zelensky as a messiah figure despite his government's history of authoritarianism, Nazism, and a hard embrace from both George Soros and Klaus Schwab. The conservative media personalities who support him claim that I'm a Putin apologist despite the fact that I'm adamantly opposed to the invasion. We don't have a horse in this race and I do not want America involved, not just because Ukraine is not our ally but also because their leaders are as corrupt as Russia's.Then, there's The Great Reset. Don't even get me started on that.I'm going on an all-out fight against the fake conservative media while continuing to battle leftists and globalist.
