DESCRIPTION Congressman Ralph Norman joins Tara for an exclusive interview on his gubernatorial campaign, promising to expose government spending, challenge entrenched political insiders, and bring the same anti-establishment fight that helped topple Kevin McCarthy to Columbia. From budget transparency to Republican infighting, today's show focused on the future of conservative leadership in South Carolina. PODCAST SUMMARY Today's show featured an in-depth interview with South Carolina Congressman Ralph Norman as he made his case for governor ahead of the Republican primary. The conversation began with a look back at the congressional battle that led to the removal of former House Speaker Kevin McCarthy. Tara praised Norman's willingness to challenge Republican leadership when he believed conservative principles were being abandoned, describing the effort as one of the most consequential acts of political courage in recent Republican history. Norman argued that South Carolina faces a similar challenge, claiming that Republican leaders campaign as conservatives but often govern differently once elected. He pledged to bring greater transparency to state government through forensic audits of agencies and a detailed accounting of how taxpayer money is spent. A major focus of the interview centered on the state's budget process. Norman criticized what he described as a lack of accountability and oversight, promising to expose spending decisions and make government finances more accessible to taxpayers. The discussion also touched on South Carolina's infrastructure challenges, education system, judicial appointments, utility costs, and insurance rates. Norman argued that despite overwhelming Republican majorities in the legislature, many longstanding problems remain unresolved. Tara questioned Norman about criticism surrounding his endorsement of Nikki Haley during the 2024 presidential primary. Norman explained that the endorsement was based on personal loyalty and longstanding friendship while emphasizing his continued support for President Trump's America First agenda. Closing the interview, Norman contrasted his record with those of his opponents, arguing that his years in Congress and involvement with the House Freedom Caucus provide voters with a proven record of conservative governance rather than campaign promises alone. KEY TAKEAWAYS Ralph Norman pledged to bring greater government transparency to South Carolina. He promised forensic audits of state agencies and spending programs. The interview revisited the effort to remove former Speaker Kevin McCarthy. Norman criticized what he described as establishment politics in Columbia. Questions about infrastructure, education, utility costs, and judicial reform were discussed. Norman defended his endorsement of Nikki Haley while reaffirming support for President Trump. The gubernatorial race is shaping up as a battle over the future direction of South Carolina conservatism. QUOTE OF THE DAY "We're going to bring it to Columbia on steroids." SEGMENT HIGHLIGHTS The Fight That Removed Kevin McCarthy Norman reflected on the historic effort to challenge House Republican leadership and what it taught him about political reform. Follow the Money The candidate pledged forensic audits and increased transparency for taxpayer-funded programs. Government Accountability Norman argued that South Carolina's budget process lacks sufficient public scrutiny. Nikki Haley Questions The congressman explained why he endorsed Haley during the presidential primary despite Trump's popularity. Final Pitch to Voters Norman emphasized his record, conservative credentials, and plans to reform state government. SOCIAL MEDIA POST

It's Thursday, May 28th, A.D. 2026. This is The Worldview in 5 Minutes heard on 140 radio stations and at www.TheWorldview.com. I'm Adam McManus. (Adam@TheWorldview.com) By Jonathan Clark and Adam McManus Iranian Christian convert gets 10-year prison sentence A judge in Iran recently sentenced a Christian convert to nearly a decade in prison. That's according to the Persian-language Human Rights Activists News Agency. Authorities raided the home of Ghazal Marzban in January. They arrested her and confiscated her Bible. A judge sentenced her to nine years and eight months in prison last week on trumped up charges. The 41-year-old Christian woman converted to Christianity from Islam nearly 10 years ago. Since then, she has faced arrest, imprisonment, interrogation, and now another imprisonment. Please pray for our persecuted brothers and sisters in Christ in Iran. The country is ranked 10th on the Open Doors World Watch List of the most oppressive countries to be a Christian. Hebrews 13:3 says, “Remember the prisoners as if chained with them—those who are mistreated—since you yourselves are in the body also.” Trump's Cabinet meeting on war with Iran U.S. President Donald Trump held a cabinet meeting at the White House yesterday about the Iran war. The United States and Iran remain in a fragile ceasefire that began last month. President Trump hopes to finish the war through negotiations. Listen. TRUMP: “Iran is very much intent; they want very much to make a deal. So far, they haven't gotten there. We're not satisfied with it, but we will be. Either that or we'll have to just finish the job. Their navy is gone, as I've said a thousand times. Their navy is gone. Their air force is gone. Everything's gone. And they're negotiating on fumes.” However, the Trump administration is prepared to finish the job with the military if negotiations fail. Listen to comments from War Secretary Pete Hegseth. HEGSETH: “Whether it is through the efforts of your negotiators, that they ensure they never have a nuclear weapon, or we have to go back to the War Department to finish the job that way, we're prepared to do that.” MAGA Ken Paxton trounced Senator John Cornyn in GOP primary In a rejection of the GOP Establishment in the May 26th Senatorial run-off in Texas, Republican Party voters ousted Senator John Cornyn who has been in the Senate for 23 years, according to World Magazine. After President Donald Trump endorsed Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton during early voting, he trounced Cornyn, 63% to 36%, reported NBC News. CORNYN: “After a public service career lasting more than four decades and 18 consecutive campaign wins, tonight we've come up short in this primary runoff. A few years ago, I had a friend of mine say, ‘You know what makes God laugh?' He said, ‘When we make plans.'” Without referencing Ken Paxton by name, Senator Cornyn vowed to support him in the general election this November. CORNYN: “I've spent most of my time in the Senate, building the Republican Party in Texas, and in the U.S. Senate. I've always supported the Republican ticket, and I intend to do so again in this general election. I've said throughout this race that I trust the voters of Texas. They've made their decision, and I must respect it.” However, Cornyn did throw some shade at the registered Republicans who failed to show up and vote for him. CORNYN: “In this runoff election, approximately 8% of registered voters made their voices heard. Of that 8% who voted, roughly 60% said they were ready for a different direction. Another reminder that those who show up decide for those who do not.” (Watch Senator Cornyn's 7:42-minute concession speech here). Ken Paxton, who has vowed to support the Trump agenda, said this. PAXTON: “Today, change was on the ballot, and change won.” (applause) He expressed his gratitude for President Trump's endorsement. PAXTON: “When everyone in Washington told him to abandon me and abandon the people of Texas, he didn't listen. Instead, he gave his complete and total endorsement. President Trump is the leader of our party, and his endorsement is the most powerful force in politics. And I'm honored to have his support, and I look forward to working with him in the Senate to deliver for Texas.” Despite Cornyn and his allies outspending Paxton 9 to 1, Paxton came out on top in this $163 million primary, making it the most expensive primary in U.S. history. PAXTON: “We went up against $150 million and all the attacks in the world. And you know what happened? The voters declared loud and clear a simple truth that we know in our hearts and in our souls: Texas is not for sale.” (cheers) Paxton pivoted to the general election and spoke about his Democrat opponent, James Talarico, a 37-year-old Texas State Representative. PAXTON: “My opponent is the most extreme radical the Democrats have ever nominated. He's even running a ‘vegan' campaign, whatever that is. (laughter) He goes by a few names that you may all have heard of. Some people know him as ‘Tofu Talarico.' (laughter) Some people call him ‘Six-Gender Jimmy.' (laughter) I've even heard some people call him ‘James Tala-freak-o.' (laughter) “He's a threat to our children. He wants boys in girls' sports, gender mutilation surgery performed on kids. And, when asked what he loved, outside of his family and friends, his first answer was ‘trans kids.' That's weird. That's a radical guy. “He wants the open borders policies of Biden, the woke agenda of AOC. He said, ‘You can't be a Christian if you support the oil and gas industries.'” (Watch Ken Paxton's 9:51-minute victory speech here.) Man who gave Abortion Kill Pill to pregnant woman indicted A Texas jury indicted a man last week in an abortion-related case. Twenty-five-year-old Jon Rueben Demeter allegedly gave an abortion-inducing drug to a pregnant woman, killing the unborn baby. It's the first time Texas has criminally charged someone for providing an abortion since banning most abortions in 2022. Connecticut requires background check for homeschool parents Connecticut is expanding its regulation of homeschooling in the state. Democrat Governor Ned Lamont signed Public Act No.26-37 into law on Tuesday. The law requires parents to disclose their intent to homeschool to the state. Also, parents cannot take their children out of public school for homeschooling without undergoing a background check. James Mason, the president of the Home School Legal Defense Association, said, “By requiring every parent to be pre-screened before they can begin homeschooling, it turns parents from trusted actors into potential risks to be managed.” 42% of Christians don't talk about God with other believers And finally, Lifeway Research released analysis of its 2025 State of Discipleship Living Unashamed study. The survey found that 30 percent of Protestant churchgoers agree with the statement that “Many people who know me are not aware I am a Christian.” That's up from 14 percent in 2013. Also, 42 percent of respondents said spiritual matters do not normally come up in daily conversations with other Christians. That's up from 29 percent in 2013. Psalm 71:1 and 15, says, “In you, O LORD, do I take refuge; let me never be put to shame! … My mouth will tell of Your righteous acts, of Your deeds of salvation all the day, for their number is past my knowledge.” Close And that's The Worldview on this Thursday, May 28th, in the year of our Lord 2026. Tara opens with an emotional reflection on her daughter's graduation and the challenges of raising teenage drivers before pivoting into a fiery breakdown of Trump's endorsement of Ken Paxton and what she calls the collapse of the Bush-era Republican “unit party.” The episode also dives into concerns about election integrity, Senate obstruction, and the alarming disappearance of millions of men from the American workforce. PODCAST SUMMARY Today's show begins on a deeply personal note as Tara talks about watching her daughter graduate and the emotional reality of seeing children grow up seemingly overnight. The conversation shifts into parenting teenage drivers, the dangers of reckless driving, and why seat belts, preventive healthcare, and life experience matter more than young people realize. Tara and Lee discuss fatal crashes involving teenage boys, the importance of airbags and seat belts, and how simple decisions can mean the difference between life and death. The show also touches on mammograms, colonoscopies, and the importance of preventive medicine. The second half of the episode pivots sharply into politics, with Tara arguing that Trump has finally broken from establishment Republicans by endorsing Ken Paxton over John Cornyn in Texas. Tara frames the battle as a war between the America First movement and the Bush-era “RINO” wing of the Republican Party, focusing heavily on the SAVE Act, immigration policy, voter rolls, and Senate leadership. The discussion expands into criticism of Senate Republicans, Mitch McConnell, and John Thune, with Tara arguing that establishment Republicans have repeatedly blocked Trump's agenda. The episode concludes with a discussion about declining male workforce participation in America and the growing number of working-age men who have disappeared from the labor force. KEY TOPICS Parenting and watching children graduate Teenage driving safety and seat belts Preventive healthcare and screenings Trump endorses Ken Paxton John Cornyn and the GOP establishment The SAVE Act and election integrity Mitch McConnell and Senate leadership criticism America First vs. Bush-era Republicans Workforce participation decline among men Economic and cultural shifts in America
Tara breaks down what she calls a political earthquake inside the Republican Party as Trump finally moves against the Bush-era “RINO” wing of the GOP by endorsing Ken Paxton over establishment-backed John Cornyn. The show dives deep into the battle over the SAVE Act, election integrity, Senate obstruction, and the future of the America First movement. PODCAST SUMMARY Today's show focuses on what Tara describes as a long-overdue political reckoning inside the Republican Party. After years of endorsing establishment Republicans to preserve working relationships in Washington, Trump appears to have finally drawn a line in the sand by endorsing Ken Paxton in Texas. Tara argues that the Republican establishment — including figures tied to the Bush era and Senate leadership — has repeatedly blocked conservative priorities, especially election integrity legislation like the SAVE Act. According to the discussion, the battle over voter roll transparency and proof-of-citizenship requirements has become the defining issue separating grassroots conservatives from the GOP “unit party.” The episode explores why Tara believes Senate Republicans have delayed or blocked key legislation, how Trump's endorsement strategy has evolved, and why the Paxton-Cornyn race represents a broader struggle for control of the Republican Party. Tara also discusses the historical influence of Bush-era Republicans, establishment political networks, and what she views as a growing conservative backlash against globalist politics and open-border policies. KEY TOPICS Trump endorses Ken Paxton GOP civil war intensifies The SAVE Act and election integrity John Cornyn vs. Ken Paxton Senate Republicans blocking conservative legislation Bush-era Republicans and the “unit party” Border security and voter roll debates Mitch McConnell and Senate leadership criticism America First movement strategy Republican Party power struggle
Today I demonstrate how conservatives are allegedly losing ground on nearly every major issue despite Republican control and Trump's dominance over the GOP. The old guard of establishment Republicans — the Mitch McConnells, Thom Tillises, and Bill Cassidys — are running out of gas. But instead of replacing them with true constitutional conservatives, Trump is using his massive 96% endorsement success rate to elevate a new, more dangerous breed of establishment candidate: "MAGA Inc." RINOs. Candidates like Julia Letlow and Ashley Hinson don the red hat and mouth the right slogans, but their voting records reveal they are completely beholden to K Street special interests, corporate data center land-grabs, and medical tyranny. Because they wrap themselves in the MAGA banner, they are twice as hard for actual conservatives to defeat. I also expose how the abortion pill mifepristone — supported by Trump's FDA, DOJ, and Supreme Court appointees — is effectively nullifying the Dobbs decision and reshaping the abortion fight nationwide. It's a perfect example of how even our greatest victories are illusory. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices

On Tuesday's Mark Levin Show, the new precedent being set by Democrats is if you cannot indict a sitting president, you can wait in the shadows and indict them once they are out of office, which would be a disastrous consequence. The President is the head of the Executive branch and can theoretically tell anybody in any department what to do because they are unelected appointees. A hypothetical example brought up in court today to target Donald Trump was about what if the president used Seal Team 6 to assassinate a political rival, and it shows how extreme these courts and prosecutors have become. We have a DOJ, FBI, and Democrat media that allows this and acts like nothing is going on while Biden suggests Trump is Hitler and his supporters are brownshirts. Also, there is only one way to bring the Hamas hostage issue to an end in Gaza, and that is for Israel to take hostages too for them to make a swap. Hamas only takes hostages in order to get money from the Biden administration and to get their own terrorists back. If Israel wants to lose a war, lose more of its people, and suffer another attack like October 7, then they should listen to Biden and Blinken because that is what their resolution would lead to. Later, the people of Iowa should not be fooled by Nikki Haley and her nonstop campaign ads trashing Ron DeSantis. The plan of the ruling class Republicans and Mitch McConnell types is for her to come in second so she can try and beat Trump in New Hampshire. The GOP Establishment wants to get rid of the Reaganites which is why Haley is backed by organizations that we have been fighting for years. Learn more about your ad choices. On Thursday's Mark Levin Show, WMAL radio host Larry O'Connor fills in for Mark. Nikki Haley is getting backlash for leaving out slavery as a cause for the Civil War while at a campaign event in New Hampshire. Instead of destroying her like they would to Trump or DeSantis, the Democrat media is protecting Haley because the left is propping her up just like the GOP Establishment and the Kochs. The Bush Establishment has decided that they cannot defeat Trump and are now going to do whatever they can do to push Haley as the Trump alternative. Also, the Secretary of State of Maine has now decided to remove Donald Trump from the ballot just like Colorado, citing insurrection as the reason as well. This is exactly why we need the Supreme Court to take on this case and make a ruling in order to stop this judicial whack-a-mole because this is now a crisis. Meanwhile, Jack Smith is using his unlimited power to make Trump a political prisoner and interfere in the 2024 election. The endgame for Democrats is to keep Trump off the ballot one way or another and clear the path for Joe Biden or whoever the Democrat nominee will be. Not a single person arrested from January 6 has been charged with insurrection, but according to Democrat logic, Trump is guilty of leading an insurrection without ever being charged with insurrection either. The GOP donor establishment has gotten desperate! Not only have they abandoned Ron DeSantis in their attempt to defeat Trump for the nomination, but now they're backing what Vivek called Dick Cheney in three-inch heels, in an attempt to resurrect an old political alignment that no longer exists! Highlights: “Charles Koch is promising to pump tens of millions of dollars into Nikki Haley's campaign for the Republican presidential nomination, even though she remains in most polls in the single digits, this despite Rupert Murdoch's attempts at giving her glowing daily coverage on Fox.” “This is why the GOP establishment is getting so desperate. This is why the Koch family is panicking because they see the Biden sinking titanic entailing a virtually assured Trump victory. And we can't have that!” “The GOP donor class in backing Nikki Haley, is demonstrating their radical political ignorance. They may be rich, but they're politically poor, and their latest anti-Trump antics will only make Trump stronger.” Timestamps: [01:59] Charles Koch Network officially endorsed Nikki Haley [03:00] Democrats scream in desperation as Biden is imploding [04:28] The GOP establishment's desperation to get rid of Trump [07:57] Why Nikki Haley doesn't stand a chance Resources: The Left is doing everything they can to stop former President Trump from winning in 2024. Opening Monologues. GOP Establishment slaps its voters yet again by blocking Jim Jordan for Speaker. Darkness behind closed doors. Teachable moment, unsustainable GOP dynamics. Callers extremely disappointed in Colorado Rep. Ken Buck of CNN. Plus, latest polling shows Trump further dominating GOP Primary, all other candidates stuck in single-digits. Most humiliating primary ever for the RINO class. Why do they bother? Also, Israeli civilian applications for firearm permits now soaring. A plea for more backup vocals in pop music. In this thought-provoking rewind episode of "Straight Talk with Sheriff David Clarke," originally aired on June 13, 2023, Sheriff Clarke delves into the controversial topic of the GOP establishment's efforts to halt the momentum of former President Donald Trump's potential return to politics.Sheriff Clarke raises concerns about the "Stop Trump Movement," a strategy employed by certain members of the Republican Party who view Trump's influence as divisive and detrimental to the party's long-term viability. He examines the potential consequences of such a strategy, arguing that suppressing a figure as influential as Trump could alienate a significant portion of the party's base and lead to further polarization within the GOP.Looking at the political landscape just two months after the episode originally aired, it becomes clear that not much has changed, and if anything, the situation has worsened.Amazon: https://a.co/d/2jPJXV0Sponsor Links:BLUE LINE ROASTING COhttps://bluelineroasting.com/ (https://bluelineroasting.com/)MY PILLOW:Shop Now Get Up To 66% Off at https://www.mypillow.com/clarke (https://www.mypillow.com/clarke)BULLDOG_TV https://www.facebook.com/Bulldog_TV-101765392483089 (https://www.facebook.com/Bulldog_TV-101765392483089)SUBSCRIBE SO YOU NEVER MISS AN EPISODE:

DeSantis Almost Done? Describing one of the worst campaigns ever, despite all the Big Corporate Donors. A failure to connect. DeSantis knocks Trump's tariffs on China, dodges the question on Ukraine. The Republican Establishment wing of the UniParty Swamp is arguably more dangerous than the Democrat wing. At least Democrats are transparent about their machinations to destroy the nation. RINOs who run most of the GOP are more cunning, saying one thing during campaign season and then doing the opposite when they're actually in office.Congressional candidate Laura Loomer knows this first-hand. After two election cycles where she had to work against her own party on top of taking on Democrats, she can attest to the standard operating procedure within the GOP to pan America First candidates even if doing so puts another Democrat into office. Ronna Romney McDaniel and Mitch McConnell have demonstrated this time and again. On today's episode of The JD Rucker Show, I'll be playing an interview I had with Loomer. I'll also be discussing what the Republican House must gain if they're going to negotiate a debt ceiling raise with Democrats.

Highlights: “Instead of trying to assuage and persuade those ultra-MAGA forces, which is precisely the democratic process such MAGA forces are advocating, no, instead of democracy, they're insisting on the tactics of despotism. GOP Inc is doing everything they possibly can to browbeat ultra-MAGA congressmen and women into submission to the whims and wishes of the donor class.” “What we've been seeing over the last few days with these 20 Republican rebels is nothing less than the backlash, the inevitable REVOLT against a party that so despises and disdains their own constituents.” “Patriots are sick and tired of having their values, interests, and concerns ignored in the face of pressures from the donor class amplified by an obedient, seal-clapping establishment media. And that movement of redemptive democracy is precisely what we're seeing not just pushing back against the establishment, but quite possibly breaking that establishment in the process.” Timestamps: [01:17] How the Republican Party establishment including the donor class is trying to browbeat the MAGA forces [05:05] How the ultra-MAGA forces are not backing down to these panicked antics and accusations [08:19] Why this ultra-MAGA revolt is just beginning Resources: Get Over 66% OFF All of Mike Lindell's Products using code TURLEY: https://www.mypillow.com/turley Get an INSTANT Discount on The Churchill Mindset Series video trainings at https://welchequities.com/turley 1346 Woke College Student STUNNED SILENT When She Heard This!!! Leading Republican Pollster Robert Cahaly says anti-Trump establishment is refusing to fund Mastriano even though it's a swing state; because if Mastriano wins, it would show Trump's strength for 2024. Cahaly says it's hard to predict how the election goes in Pennsylvania because so many people are immeasurable who just quit participating because they're afraid their polling data will be given to the government and used to make a MAGA list of people to be targeted. If people think taking a poll would put them on a list, they won't take the poll but chances are, they will vote. Mastriano is depending on them. Cahaly says, if the election were held today, Republicans would win the House by 30 or more seats and win a Senate majority by 2-3 seats. But the Marxist Dems can still do something crazy in the week that remains. GUEST: ROBERT CAHALY, THE TRAFALGAR GROUP
With 56 days until the all-important November 8th Midterm Elections are here, Charlie is joined one of the Final Trump-Endorsed candidates yet to finish her primary race, Karoline Leavitt. Rich discussed the breaking news from The Inquirer that a group of establishment GOP members in the state are contacting the other candidates in the party to drop out of the race, endorse a single candidate, that would go head-to-head against the frontrunner Doug Mastriano to stop Mastriano winning the nomination.
