Tracy Clark has a list "whys" on her decision to serve in the General Assembly.  Two of the three issues that motivated the Guilford County freshman Democrat are the most divisive in politics, but she's optimistic that she can find middle ground, especially with those in her freshman class.   Also, the House drops a Helene package a week after Governor Stein proposes his. Next up is the Senate and hopefully Congress.  An unsubstantiated rumor circulates, celebrating a NC Supreme Court decision, #TOTW, and more.   The Do Politics Better podcast is sponsored by New Frame, the NC Travel Industry Association, the NC Beer & Wine Wholesalers Association, the NC Pork Council, and the NC Healthcare Association.

Thanks to Tracy's 25 years' experience as the Managing Director and Board Member of the CWC Group, an international oil and gas events business that won two Queen's Awards for International Trade, she knows how tough it can be to be a leader and not fulfil all of your potential. That's why years ago she decided to go on a discovery journey of her own and emerged from it with greater clarity on what she wanted and how she could get it – deliberately.   Knowing the level of mastery it gifted her and how greatly this experience affected her, she decided she wanted to become a catalyst for change for other leaders like herself; that's when she became a Leadership, Business and Multiplier Mindset Coach to founders, CEOs and their leadership teams who are aspiring to disrupt their industries, multiply their impact and create a fulfilling life.   Since then, Tracy has successfully supported founders in feeling a new sense of purpose and vitality whilst they have created bolder visions, become impactful leaders, built high performance, high trust teams and multiplied their profits.   Links: http://www.tracyclark.london/ https://www.linkedin.com/in/tracyclarkcoach/   Timestamps: [2:00] What kind of business coaching do you do?
