ABOUT THIS CONVERSATION: In this episode I sit down with Tosh, known as Divorce Goddess, for an open and grounded conversation about relationships and the realities of divorce. We talk about the emotional build up, the process itself, and the life that follows. Tosh brings clarity to the fear, grief, confusion, and unexpected growth that often come with separation, along with the importance of kindness, boundaries, and emotional honesty. We explore childhood patterns, communication, love languages, narcissistic behaviour, and why children sense far more than adults realise. Tosh also shares how divorce coaching can help people who feel lost or overwhelmed find their centre again. What are the ethical considerations when eradicating invasive species from an island? How do you develop wireless technology to monitor hundreds of traps across difficult terrain? Why do conservation projects like this cost so much more than people expect? These are some of the questions we explore in our conversation about the LIFE Raft project on Rathlin Island, Northern Ireland's only inhabited offshore island. Our guest is David Tosh, a Lecturer in Terrestrial Ecology at the School of Geography and Environmental Sciences, Ulster University. David led the ambitious effort to eradicate feral ferrets and brown rats from Rathlin to protect internationally important seabird colonies. The ferrets were introduced in the 1980s to control rabbits but instead devastated ground-nesting bird populations. David explains the complexities of targeting two species simultaneously using different methods, the development of wireless platforms to monitor traps remotely, and where the money actually goes in projects like this. Success came faster than expected, with Manx shearwaters breeding on Rathlin for the first time in decades, just months after the eradication was completed.Beyond the technical achievements, our conversation explores the social dimensions that often determine whether conservation projects succeed or fail. David shares why the most important measure of success isn't just the return of seabirds, but whether the organisations involved can maintain trust and partnership with the islanders. We discuss the frustrations of five-year funding cycles for projects that require decades of commitment, and what it takes to ensure Rathlin remains ferret-free and rat-free for generations to come.Subscribe to Tommy's Outdoors: Conservation and Science NewsletterSupport the Podcast and Buy Me a Coffee.Recommended Books: tommysoutdoors.com/booksMerch: tommysoutdoors.com/shopFollow Tommy's Outdoors on Bluesky, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube and FacebookMentioned in this episode:DisclaimerThe views and opinions expressed in this podcast are those of the individual participants and do not necessarily reflect the official policy or position of any organisation. In this episode of LEGENDS: Podcast by All Day Vinyl, host Scott Dudelson sits down with multifaceted artist Lee Jaffe — close friend & former member of Bob Marley & The Wailers, producer of Peter Tosh's groundbreaking album "Legalize It" and renowned visual artist. Lee Jaffe takes us from his roots growing up in New York and the path that led him to a close friendship and working relationship with Bob Marley. Our chat dives into this incredible journey — attending the premiere of Jimmy Cliff's "Harder They Come" with Chris Blackwell, traveling the USA and Jamaica with The Wailers, recording harmonica on Bob Marley's Natty Dread album, taking iconic photos of the reggae legends of the 1970's and witnessing firsthand the creative magic and global rise of Reggae. He shares rare, behind-the-scenes stories from the studio, on the stage and unforgettable moments on the road with Bob Marley & The Wailers. Lee Jaffe also reveals how his close friendship with Marley and Tosh led to his role producing and taking the cover photo for Peter Tosh's legendary Legalize It album— and the unbelievable marijuana smuggling operation that helped fund the album's creation. Beyond reggae, he reflects on working with visionary artist Jean-Michel Basquiat and his latest book, Hit Me With Music: Roots, Rock, and Reggae, which captures these legendary moments through art and photography. Lee Jaffee is an incredible storyteller with incredible stories and I hope you enjoy this episode as much as I enjoyed recording it.

Diego isn't quite himself and it's Athena's turn to help. Later, they both return to Sylvia's home and find out what Morbash was up to. Diego seeks to thwart his plans. Río and Tosh have perhaps their very first heart to heart. Athena grills Río about the masquerade. Diego checks in on Sylvia.
It had been a while since Marc and Jordan had covered shorts featuring Mac & Tosh, the Goofy Gophers, and it's mostly because their overly-nice schtick can get old after a while. But there were still a handful for us to cover, including the classic 'A Ham in a Role', featuring an opening minute that animation historians love to showcase [without really going into detail about the rest of it], and a pretty strong outing in 'A Bone for a Bone'. They also had to watch a 1965 short called 'Tease for Two'. It doesn't go as well, but it does lead to funnier bits.
Athena and Tosh lay Pan's father to rest. Diego and Athena have a heart to heart. The D'artagnans make it to Jager and Diego checks in on an old flame. Sylvia is well-guarded, and also very busy working on something. The group convenes at a tavern and run into some familiar rivals.
Tosh Tudor's 'Tubefession' is another insane compilation of stylish tube riding from the Californian super grom. We unpack the various sessions and backstories behind the nine-month production that took in the day of the year at Teahupoo, an equally mind-boggling two day swell on the NSW South Coast, some psycho, bone-dry slabs in Sumatra, ice cold Ireland, and elsewhere. Peter Tosh was a reggae subversive who used his music as a means to fight corruption, oppression, and hypocrisy. Unlike his one-time bandmate Bob Marley, Tosh didn't fight for peace. He fought for truth–and justice. He did this with a guitar shaped like an M-16 automatic rifle. He lobbied for the legalization of marijuana, using the profits of the drug trade to get his message onto the most iconic album of his career. All of this put Peter Tosh in the crosshairs of authority, the government, and those who wished to silence him – some who even wanted to see him dead. I’m really good at picking music”. Natürlich ist Toshín aber vor allem really good at making music! Daher ist die Freude um so größer, dass sie heute diese live im Radio und im studioeins präsentiert.
The battle with Harlere rages on as he continues to attempt to manipulate Río into giving him the name. Tosh and Diego are left to fend for themselves in a pocket dimension. Río surprises herself with an attunement she didn't previously think possible. Athena checks in with Hesto and the group needs to rest before attending the evening's celebration. Río doesn't feel like partying, but she does check in on Pan. Athena retrieves a letter from her owl before having a heart-to-heart with Ríona. Río is coming to terms with every part of herself.
Diego and Tosh bicker about taking action. Ever the strategist, Diego speaks to the general about the military might of the Tenebris. Athena activates the gem of brightness to summon the rest of the D'artagnans to back her up against the threat of Harlere. The D'artagnans work together to try and stop Harlere, but the dragon makes a compelling case to Río, which gives her pause.
Tosh recounts where he received his tattoo and his connection to Litu and Cruentus. Athena connects Río to Galatine as the two discuss the implications of Río giving up the name of the Dragon of Eruption. The D'artagnans wander farther into the Tenebris where they meet a familiar face and an unsettling statement-of-fact.

In "Babylon's Cross-Hairs", Host Henry K takes a close look the history of reggae music and its intertwined relationship with Jamaica's sociopolitical landscape, focusing on the iconic One Love Peace Concert. Henry K recounts his experiences at Tuff Gong Records, where the essence of reggae was not merely a genre but a movement that encapsulated the struggles and aspirations of a nation. This episode takes a look at historical significance of the One Love Peace Concert held in April 1978, a pivotal moment that exemplified the unification of a fractured Jamaica during a time of political turmoil. We explore the contrasting artistic and ideological expressions of Bob Marley and Peter Tosh, two luminaries of reggae music, whose relationship was marked by both collaboration and rivalry. CIA contract pilot William "Tosh" Plumlee is back—this time with his eyewitness account from the South Knoll of Dealey Plaza, in Dallas on November 22rd, 1963. Present as part of a Pentagon abort team, Tosh counted five shots, coming from at least two directions, with the fatal headshot coming from the South Knoll parking lot. Tosh drew a map of the events as he saw them, and shared his eyewitness account under sworn testimony to the FBI, the Church Committee, the House Select Committee on Assassinations and others.
