Hi, welcome back to ValuationPodcast.com — a podcast and video series about all things related to business and valuation. I'm Melissa Gragg, a financial mediator and business valuation expert in St. Louis, Missouri.Today I'm joined by Peter Anderton, a UK-based leadership expert who helps senior executives cut through the noise to transform their organizations, their teams, and their lives. This episode tackles a powerful leadership shift that directly impacts business value: “Deliver the team, not the result.” We break down why founders become the bottleneck, how that hurts culture and performance, and why it can also ding your valuation when it's time to sell.Leadership has been massively overcomplicated — but the shift that matters most is simple: your job isn't delivering the result, it's delivering the team who delivers the result.5 Key TakeawaysFocusing only on results makes you the bottleneck. If you're always the rescuer, you create a team that always needs rescuing.Your real deliverable is the team. Results matter, but the leader's job is building a team that can deliver results without founder dependency.Founder dependency hurts valuation and saleability. Buyers discount businesses that unravel when the owner steps away. You can't change your team's behavior—you can only change yours. The team becomes a reflection of the leader: clarity, consistency, focus, and accountability start with you.Protect daily time for team-building to create momentum. Even 30 minutes a day (or 90 minutes for the 80/20) invested in coaching, clarity, feedback, and alignment compounds fast.Q&As from the episode:Q1: What does “deliver the team, not the result” mean in leadership?A: It means the leader's job is to build and develop a team that can deliver results consistently—rather than the leader personally rescuing every problem to hit outcomes.Q2: Why do founders become the bottleneck in their business?A: Founders become the bottleneck when they stay involved in every decision, fix every issue, and rely on personal performance instead of building team capacity and ownership.Q3: How does founder dependency affect business valuation when selling?A: If the business depends on the founder to function, buyers see higher risk and lower scalability—so they reduce the price because the company may fall apart without the owner.Q4: What are the two key leadership mindset shifts?A: Rule #1 is “It's not about you” (your job is building the team). Rule #2 is “It's only about you” (you change the team by changing your own behavior first).Q5: How can a leader improve team performance without micromanaging?A: Create clarity, coach outcomes, give feedback, and invest consistent time in the team—so they build confidence and capability without needing constant rescue.Connect with Peter on LinkedInPeter's websiteMelissa Gragghttps://www.valuationmediation.com/https://www.youtube.com/@BusinessValuationStLSupport the show

Ever feel like your team has more to give—and you can't quite unlock it? We dig into the uncomfortable truth that many leaders become bottlenecks without meaning to, then map a path to becoming a catalyst who unlocks energy, ownership, and momentum. With award-winning leadership and high performance coach Tracy Clark, we examine why strategy and skills (the “trunk”) only go so far, and how deeper work in mindset, self-awareness, and identity (the “roots”) drives real, sustained results.Tracy shows how to close the gap between intention and impact by starting in the mirror. We get tactical about identity—moving from “think differently” to “be differently”—through immersive play, a one-line identity anchor like “I am a determined catalyst,” and a simple pre-meeting reset that shifts your state on demand. We also unpack her three-part definition of play as intense curiosity, radical open-mindedness, and proactive experimentation. Expect practical moves: rule-flipping core assumptions, designing low-risk tests, and letting silence do the work so your team steps up.The conversation goes beyond personal change to collective momentum. We explore how to create a “team of catalysts” with shared behaviors that make independent thinking normal: surfacing tensions early, challenging assumptions weekly, shipping small experiments fast, and measuring learning alongside results. Along the way we connect empathy and deep listening to performance, drawing on ideas popularized by Chris Voss and the enduring truth that people remember how you make them feel.If you're ready to trade control for trust, certainty for curiosity, and busyness for leverage, this one's for you. Listen, choose your one-word identity for the week, and try the catalyst experiment in your next meeting. If it sparks an insight, share the episode with a leader who needs it, subscribe on your favorite podcast app or YouTube, and leave a review to help others find the show.
What if clarity wasn't just a mindset—but a measurable business advantage? In this powerful episode of Mindset Mastery Moments, Dr. Alisa sits down with Yining Wang, Global Business Strategist and Executive Partner at Sincere Alignment Group, to explore the psychology behind conscious leadership, high-stakes decision-making, and sustainable success.Born and raised between China and Sweden, Yining brings a rare multicultural perspective to leadership—bridging traditional corporate success with inner mastery, stillness, and strategic detachment. Having advised billion-dollar ventures and operated in IPO-level environments, he shares how leaders can make clearer decisions without burnout or ego-driven reactivity. In this episode, we explore:The psychology of detached decision-making in high-pressure business environmentsHow cultural conditioning shapes leadership mindset and performanceThe neuroscience behind stillness and strategic thinkingWhy inner clarity is a non-negotiable leadership skillThe difference between building profitable companies and transformational communitiesThis conversation is a must-listen for founders, executives, and professionals who want to scale impact without sacrificing alignment, health, or purpose.
Premise For decades, the standard leadership playbook has been built upon an ironclad, yet increasingly fragile, triad: vision, strategy, and execution. While these pillars are foundational, they are no longer sufficient to navigate the complexities of the modern knowledge economy. A significant, transformative chapter is missing from the manual—one that addresses the human engine of performance. We have been conditioned to believe that leadership is exclusively "serious work" and that joy is a frivolous activity, which is at best emerges as after work activities and at worst considered a liability to be checked at the door. This cultural perception has architected a structural deficit in our organizations. Leaders and their teams find themselves "drudging to work," trapped in a cycle of professional survival rather than creative thrive-states. This has led to a significant percentage of of employees having checked out at work and just going through the motions. We treat fun as a distraction, something reserved for after-hours or relegated to the periphery of "real" work. This is one of the most damaging assumptions in modern business. It creates a false dichotomy that suggests one must choose between delivering results and experiencing joy. As an Executive Leadership coach, I contend that this dichotomy is not only false but strategically dangerous. Treating play as a distraction rather than a performance engine directly degrades a team's capacity for innovation. In an era where the primary differentiator is the quality of thought, the traditional leadership playbook is suffering from a cognitive bottleneck. To remain competitive, we must dismantle this outdated view and recognize that play is a competitive necessity, a high-performance engine designed to galvanize teams and produce superior outcomes. The High-Performance Definition of Play To leverage play as a strategic asset, we must first strip away the superficiality that often surrounds the concept in corporate circles. Strategic play is not found in the aesthetics of Silicon Valley—it is not about installing ping-pong tables, stocking breakrooms with board games, or the hollow performance of "mandated fun" events that often feel more like an obligation than an escape. These are mere pastimes; they do not drive performance. Instead, we must adopt an operational definition: play as an intentional, high-performance psychological and physiological state. It is about architecting an environment where teams can achieve a state of "flow" while tackling their most rigorous and demanding objectives. In this state, the traditional friction of work evaporates and teams end up doing a lot more work with a lot less stress. This lack of stress, despite the immense workload proves that play is not the absence of work; it is the absence of the psychological friction that usually accompanies work. When work is operationalized as play, the team doesn't just work harder; they work with a clarity and resilience that "serious" drudgery can never replicate. Six Elements of Play To move from theory to tactical application, we must look at the structural components of play. Organizational researcher Scott Eberle identified six core elements that define a playful mindset. When leaders intentionally weave these elements into the cultural fabric of their teams, they transform the very nature of the work being produced. 1. Anticipation: The Catalyst for Engagement Anticipation is the palpable excitement that arises from looking forward to a challenge. In a professional context, this is the antidote to "initiative fatigue." Just as an athlete anticipates the opening whistle, a high-performing team thrives when the challenge ahead is framed not as a burden, but as an opportunity for discovery. Anticipation acts as the mental "hook." In modern business environments, specifically those utilizing Agile methodologies, anticipation transforms a "backlog" from a list of chores into a series of upcoming hurdles to be cleared. It primes the team to be mentally "in the game" before the first line of code is written or the first slide is designed. 2. Surprise: Disrupting Cognitive Entrenchment Surprise involves the novelty and unexpected discoveries encountered during a project. Significant challenges naturally produce new insights, both positive and negative. Surprise is the primary catalyst for innovation. In a "serious" environment, the unexpected is often viewed as a risk to be mitigated. In a playful environment, surprise is welcomed as a means to break routine thinking and force the brain to make new, non-linear connections. It disrupts "cognitive entrenchment"—the tendency for experts to rely on outdated mental models—and opens the door for genuine breakthroughs. 3. Pleasure: Sustaining the Performance Loop Pleasure is the intrinsic satisfaction derived from the activity itself. When the reward is the work, the team is in the process of achieving a sustainable loop of high performance. In many organizations, motivation is extrinsic—driven by bonuses, titles, or fear. Pleasure, however, provides a more durable fuel. It ensures that high-quality output is driven by internal satisfaction, which significantly reduces the attrition and burnout associated with high-pressure environments. 4. Understanding: The Currency of Progress Understanding is the "aha!" moment—the specific point in time when a complex problem is seen from a fresh perspective and the mental gears finally click into place. In the knowledge economy, these moments of insight are our most valuable currency. By fostering a playful environment, leaders lower the "cognitive load" and reduce the pressure that often blocks insight. This makes these "clicks" of understanding more frequent and more profound. 5. Strength: Architecting Mastery Strength is the feeling of competence and mastery that follows the process of overcoming a challenge. It is the psychological "high" of knowing one is capable, skilled, and efficacious. Mastery builds the confidence necessary for calculated risk-taking. When a team feels "strong" in their capabilities, they are more likely to push boundaries and explore unconventional solutions. This sense of mastery is the foundation of a "growth mindset" within the organization. 6. Poise: The Buffer Against Crisis Poise is the sense of grace, composure, and confidence that comes from operating at one's peak performance. It is the hallmark of a leader who is fully present. Poise is the ultimate defense against the "amygdala hijack"—the stress response that shuts down higher-order thinking during a crisis. A team operating with poise can remain calm and effective under extreme pressure, ensuring that they bring their "A-game" to high-stakes situations without being paralyzed by the fear of failure. The Chemical Formula for Peak Performance These six elements are not a buffet from which to choose from. They function as a unified chemical formula. When orchestrated correctly, they prime the brain for engagement and move the team toward a state of "effortless mastery or FLOW". The formula functions through specific pairings that build a narrative of performance: Anticipation and Surprise (The Priming Phase): These two elements work in tandem to prime the brain for engagement. Anticipation focuses the attention, while surprise keeps the brain plastic and receptive to new information. This combination prevents the stagnation that occurs when work becomes predictable and monotonous. Pleasure (The Fuel Phase): Pleasure provides the intrinsic motivation necessary to sustain high effort over the long term. It is the cooling system for the high-performance engine, allowing for "immense hard work" without the friction of stress. Understanding and Strength (The Immersion Phase): These elements build the confidence required for deep immersion. When a team feels they understand the problem space and possess the strength to navigate it, they can commit fully to the task. This eliminates the "imposter syndrome" and hesitation that often slow down innovation. Poise (The Flow Phase): Poise is the result—the effortless mastery that defines a "flow state." It is the pinnacle of performance where the individual or team operates at maximum potential, moving through complex tasks with a sense of grace and composure. In an economy where the primary differentiator is the "quality of thought," the ability to architect an environment for consistent flow is the single greatest lever a leader possesses. If the brain is stressed, it is physiologically incapable of producing high-quality thinking. By using this chemical formula, you are literally optimizing the neurochemistry of your organization. Quantifying the ROI of Play or Joy The integration of play is not a "soft" initiative; it is a cold, calculated investment in Cultural Resilience. For the strategist, the ROI of play or joy is measurable, when looked through three distinct lens: Personal Impact: The Executive Shield For the individual leader, the benefits of a playful mindset are immediate. It enhances the ability to solve complex, "wicked" problems by unlocking new creative connections that are inaccessible in a state of drudgery. More importantly, it acts as a critical defense against burnout. By reducing work-related stress, play builds individual resilience, ensuring that the leader's productivity remains top-notch even during periods of extreme volatility and work under high pressure situations. Team Impact: The Trust Foundation When play is integrated into a team, the impact is transformative. It allows for a level of bonding that traditional "team-building" exercises, which often feel artificial, cannot match. Play strengthens communication and forges a powerful sense of togetherness through shared challenges and shared insights. It builds a foundation of psychological safety where team members feel comfortable being vulnerable and taking risks. As the principle states: "Teams that play together stay together." Organizational Impact: The Strategic Asset At scale, this approach defines the entire organization. A culture where joy is expected is a culture worth belonging to. This manifests as higher employee engagement, a free flow of creative ideation, and a measurable increase in overall productivity. It turns the organization into a "fulfilling place to work," a powerful differentiator in the war for talent. When play is a core component of the culture, the organization becomes more agile, more innovative, and more capable of enduring market shifts. The Leader's Mandate - Be a Role Model The evidence is no longer anecdotal; it is a proven strategy for high performance. Therefore, the responsibility for integrating play falls directly on the shoulders of leadership. It is time to dismantle the false dichotomy between results and joy and acknowledge that play is a non-negotiable component of delivering high-quality work. However, this cannot be mandated through policy. You cannot "order" a team to be in flow. Instead, leaders must model the behavior. This is the Leader's Mandate: you must demonstrate through your own actions that fun is not only "okay" but is expected. What does this look like in practice? It means: Tactical Transparency: Openly celebrating a "Surprise" or an "Understanding" moment during a high-stakes meeting. Auditing Drudgery: Regularly asking, "Which parts of our current process have become mere drudgery, and how can we re-inject Anticipation or Surprise into them?" Celebrating Process, Not Just Outcome: Acknowledging the brilliance and the growth of the team even when a project doesn't reach the market or is seen as unsuccessful. Projecting Poise: Demonstrating composure and a "playful" curiosity during a crisis, rather than signaling panic. When a leader brings their "A-game" with poise and visible enjoyment, they create the psychological safety necessary for their teams to do the same. They signal that the work is important enough to be enjoyed. Conclusion The legacy a leader builds is ultimately defined by the environment they create. We are moving past the era of professional drudgery and into an era where the most successful organizations will be those that have operationalized joy through integrating the elements of play. Exceptional results and genuine joy are not mutually exclusive—they are one and the same. By intentionally fostering a playful mindset and engineering an environment for flow, you do more than just build a successful organization - you create a space where teams can do their best work while actually thriving in the process. You move from being a manager of tasks to being an architect of fulfillment. And when you integrate your AI agents into the flow of things by calling on them in each element of play and sharing their perspective, in addition to the team, you are now becoming a leader who understands how to leverage the strengths of both human and AI agents who are now part of your team. As you look at your own leadership style and the culture you are currently cultivating, ask yourself the most fundamental question of all: "Are we having fun working together?" https://youtu.be/FF7NIt0PFw8

Michael Phelps BioSnap a weekly updated Biography.Michael Phelps is making headlines worldwide not for his performance in the pool but for his latest public appearances and a dramatic personal reinvention. According to Parade and several entertainment outlets, Phelps stunned fans at the World Wide Technology Championship golf event in Cabo San Lucas on November 5, 2025, arriving in executive street clothes with a salt-and-pepper man bun, patterned suit, and a full beard—a look so far removed from his Olympic years that social media dubbed him “unrecognizable.” At 40, the icon appeared comfortable, though the reaction online veered from admiration for his “ripped and chiseled” physique to sarcasm about seeing him dressed like a regular guy instead of his signature swimming gear. Days later, Phelps flew to Sydney for the World Business Forum. Hello Magazine and Daily Mail observed that Phelps strode through the city and into the convention centre showcasing polished style: navy trousers, a crisp white shirt, gold chain, and black-rimmed glasses accompanying the man bun. The crowd of international business leaders and influencers buzzed with surprise, some delighted by the athletic legend's evolved look while others wondered if this transformation signals a permanent shift from his iconic image as the “flying fish.” More intriguing for Phelps-watchers, his Sydney visit wasn't just about turning heads—he delivered keynote talks emphasizing leadership, empowerment, and advocating for water safety through the Michael Phelps Foundation, pushing his message of confidence for young swimmers and mental health, a cause he's become increasingly committed to since his own struggles and treatment in 2014.Speakers.com notes that Phelps continues to attract top-tier speaking engagements, addressing audiences on performance, resilience, and personal growth. His journey from Olympic dominance—28 medals, 23 golds—to business, philanthropy, and mental health activism positions him as a thought leader beyond sports. Evidence of his growing influence: a high-profile keynote at the Microsoft Power Platform Conference in Las Vegas, where he discussed discipline, visualization, and adapting to change in the digital era.On social media, reactions to Phelps's appearances are split. Twitter users commented extensively on his Sydney transformation, with debates swirling about the beard, glasses, and gray streaks. Some praised his confidence and maturity, while others joked about missing his Speedo days. AOL and Total Pro Sports amplified the chatter with headline stories like “Michael Phelps Looks Wildly Different” and “Caught With Unrecognizable New Look,” echoing the astonishment across fan and celebrity circles. While there are rumors circulating about possible new business endorsements and golf endeavors, as hinted by Parade and GolfWRX, those remain unconfirmed pending official statements. What's clear is Michael Phelps remains at the center of public fascination, evolving in ways both surprising and significant—his new style, advocacy, and transition from elite swimmer to global icon signaling a legacy still in progress.Get the best deals https://amzn.to/3ODvOtaThis content was created in partnership and with the help of Artificial Intelligence AI

Entrepreneurship and Longevity aren't often discussed in the same sentence, but that's exactly where the future of high-performance leadership is headed. In a time when business moves faster than ever and disruption is the norm, those who sustain success aren't just building companies—they're building resilience from the inside out. Blair LaCorte, Managing Director of LaCorte Ventures, brings a rare perspective on what it takes to lead over the long term. His career spans executive roles across aerospace, artificial intelligence, tech, entertainment, defense, and private equity. From startup growth to IPOs and complex mergers, LaCorte has not only built companies—he's rebuilt them, restructured them, and prepared them for sustainable scalability. It's this unique lens that positions him as a standout voice in the intersection of entrepreneurship and longevity. LaCorte's approach to leadership is rooted in operational excellence, but it's also deeply informed by neuroscience, systems thinking, and human performance. He doesn't just advise organizations—he helps rewire how leaders think about health, decision-making, and the environments they operate in. The topic of longevity often focuses on lifespan. LaCorte challenges that by shifting the conversation to healthspan—how long a leader can operate at their peak, not just how long they live. For entrepreneurs, executives, and founders constantly managing pressure, stress, and uncertainty, this distinction is critical. Peak performance isn't about grinding harder. It's about creating a foundation that allows for clarity, recovery, and sustainability. Throughout his career, LaCorte has worked with over 100 companies as an investor, board member, and adviser. His experience includes leading major transformations and pioneering innovation in fields that rarely cross paths—an advantage he attributes to his curiosity and pattern recognition across industries. From co-founding mastermind networks to helping companies navigate explosive growth, his perspective on entrepreneurship and longevity is not theoretical—it's hard-earned. What sets LaCorte apart is his commitment to systems-level thinking. He views business as a sport—one that demands preparation, precision, and performance, but also recovery, connection, and alignment. His emphasis on building value-based teams, fostering deep connections, and operating with authenticity isn't just cultural advice—it's a competitive edge. This mindset extends into how LaCorte advises leaders to manage themselves. It's not just about productivity hacks or strategic frameworks. It's about building internal infrastructure—mental, emotional, and physical—that allows leaders to make better decisions, manage complexity, and stay adaptable over time. Entrepreneurship and longevity, in his view, are inextricably linked. Without personal optimization, professional growth eventually hits a ceiling. LaCorte's leadership philosophy also underscores the power of community. He's a firm believer in the role of masterminds, not just as a tool for knowledge exchange, but as a critical piece of human connection. In an age of information overload, it's not about accessing more data—it's about curating the right voices, having trusted peers who challenge your assumptions, and staying accountable to continuous growth. His work in launching the Pinnacle Performers Elite Mastermind reflects this belief. By bringing together leaders from diverse industries, LaCorte facilitates a space where pattern recognition, vulnerability, and innovation intersect. These environments are engineered for growth—not just in revenue, but in mindset and mission. The conversation around entrepreneurship and longevity is only becoming more urgent. As business leaders face rising demands and ever-faster innovation cycles, the ones who thrive will be those who build with endurance in mind. It's no longer enough to scale fast. It's about scaling with intention, clarity, and care—for your business, your people, and yourself. Blair LaCorte is part of a new wave of business thinkers who recognize that long-term impact doesn't come from burnout. It comes from balance, recovery, and relentless alignment to purpose. He's lived it, led it, and continues to guide others to do the same. Watch the full episode on YouTube. In this episode of The extra-Ordinary Leader, I'm joined by the incredible Cathy O'Dowd – the first woman to climb Mount Everest from both the north and south sides. But this conversation isn't just about physical mountains; it's about the emotional and professional peaks we all face.Cathy's story is one of grit, humility and mindset, and I couldn't have been more inspired by the way she talks about doing extra-Ordinary things by simply taking the next right step. Whether it's writing a book, leading a business, or learning to kitesurf at 42 (yes, I really did that), this conversation is a reminder that success is not about fairy dust – it's about steady, consistent, powerful choices. We spoke about what happens when life feels like a cul-de-sac, when perfectionism gets in the way of progress, and how sometimes saying yes to uncomfortable opportunities is the very thing that takes you to the next level. Cathy shares how she navigated being parachuted onto the first South African Everest team – as the only woman – and how she's learned to let go of the “token” label and find confidence through action. We also dove into the power of physical challenge – why sports like climbing or kitesurfing can be an antidote to rumination, stress, and even imposter syndrome. Cathy had so much wisdom to share about how we lead ourselves and others, how we perform under pressure, and why empathy isn't a gift – it's a tool. This one will stick with me for a long time, and I hope it stays with you too.Inside this episode:What extra-Ordinary leadership really meansWhy we need to let go of perfectionismHow to reframe tokenism and self-doubtThe difference between stress responses – and how to manage themWhy physical adventure can transform your mindsetHow to use empathy as a tool – especially in high-stakes leadershipThe 'STOP' technique Cathy uses in moments of pressureThe surprising link between coffee, presence, and performanceMentions & Links:Learn more about Cathy: https://www.cathyodowd.comBook Cathy to speak: https://www.cathyodowd.com/keynote-speaking/My book The extra-Ordinary Leader: https://www.dollywaddell.com/store/p/the-extra-ordinary-leader
What does it really take to lead a nation on the rugby field? Former Scotland captain Bryan Redpath reveals the raw truth about leadership under pressure, how personal performance, tough decisions, and owning your mistakes shape the person in charge. From making game-defining calls to dealing with the weight of national expectation, he shares what it means to lead when the stakes couldn't be higher.Redpath doesn't stop at sport. He pulls back the curtain on leadership in business too. He compares the selfless, team-first mentality of rugby with the siloed mindset he's seen in corporate life. With powerful stories involving icons like Sir Alex Ferguson and Kevin Sinfield, he makes a compelling case for vulnerability, mentorship, and real team bonds as the keys to lasting success. This is more than just a story about rugby. It is a masterclass in leadership, trust, and staying true to your values. Redpath's advice is gold. Master what you're great at, share what you know, and lead with heart. If you want to be a better leader in sport, business, or life, this conversation is unmissable.Powered By ActionCOACH Business Coaching: The Help You Need to Grow Your Business: https://business.actioncoach.co.uk/Take Your Business to New Heights: Book Your Spot at the UK's Biggest Business Event to hear from Global Thought Leaders and Industry Pioneers in 2025:https://thebizx.co.uk/ Hosted on Acast. Wooldridge demonstrates how these principles can eb applied to leaders across all high-performance domains. He provides a blueprint for building and inspiring peak-performing teams in any field. Greg Wooldridge, a distinguished veteran of the United States Navy, is renowned for his exceptional leadership as the Commanding Officer of the Blue Angels, the Navy's elite flight demonstration squadron. A seasoned aviator, Wooldridge's career includes a broad range of command and operational roles, demonstrating his deep expertise in aviation and leadership. The leader starts by admitting their own mistakes, setting a tone of transparency and accountability. This process builds trust, encourages continuous improvement, and is applicable in various organizational settings. Trust and Humility in Leadership: Humility is crucial in high-performance teams. The Blue Angels selection process prioritizes humble candidates who can interact well with all team members. Trust is built through consistent behavior, transparent communication, and leaders who model humility. Visualization and Mental Preparation: The Blue Angels use extensive visualization techniques to prepare for flights. They practice with eyes closed, listening to the leader's voice and cadence. This mental preparation is key to executing complex maneuvers under pressure. Being “Glad to Be Here”: Maintaining a positive, grateful attitude ("glad to be here") is emphasized as crucial for team morale and performance. Success depends on strong and committed leaders, an effective management system structure, and a whole person focused culture based on respect and trust. Creating an alignment of high performance leadership depends on all three of the elements working together to achieve this. We teach leaders the skills to develop themselves, to build effective management systems and to build the organization's culture. HPL continually develops leaders, management system and culture models through its collaboration with HPS Consortiums. The HPSC develops best practice models through the implementation of the thinking by its consortium member partners. Over 25 years of experimentation, benchmarking and best practice development have resulted in organizations and models that are some of the best in the world. Future of Mobility: The Future of Mobility podcast is focused on the development and implementation of safe, sustainable, effective, and accessible mobility solutions, with a spotlight on the people and technology advancing these fields.
