Getting dressed for a day at the parks doesn't have to be a chore. In fact, there are five tried and true outfit styles that can cover just about any Disney Parks occasion.Tried and True Outfits to Enjoy Your Time in the Parks with No Fuss We've analyzed the styles and trends of Disney Parks visitors over the years and compiled this list of the five classic outfits ideal for any park day. T-Shirt and Shorts, variation Tank Top and Bicycle Shorts This is the classic look for what to wear inside a Disney Park, and for good reason. A comfy t-shirt or tank top paired with casual shorts (loose fitting or bicycle shorts) will keep you comfy and ready to go no matter how long you plan to stay at the park. 2. Collared Shirt (Button-Up Shirt/Golf Shirt) and Cargo ShortsIn the heat of the summer or on any very warm day at Walt Disney World, this variation on the classic original look is a good pick. ARKANSAS COWBOY USES HORSEPOWER TO PULL SNOW STUCK CARS A North Little Rock, Arkansas cowboy, Doc Leavy, during a recent snowstorm used his horse, Champ, to help drivers stuck in the snow. The Cowboy believes his horse is just as strong as a tractor. He has helped dozens of stranded drivers in the past and continues to ride through trails when adverse weather occurs to help others. DOCTOR DRIVES ATV THROUGH BLIZZARD TO DELIVER BABY During Iowa's recent winter storms in January, Dr. Chase Brown from Shenandoah, Iowa didn't let a snowstorm stop him from delivering a baby. Dr. Chase hopped on his ATV and braved the snowstorm, sub-zero temperatures and snow drifts to get to the hospital where he delivered a healthy baby! Who would have thought in this day or age, that expensive family destinations like Walt Disney World or Walt Disney Land, Universal Studios too could quickly undo any joy there was to be had by not planning for the destinations as well. We're not talking about the stress of gathering the family, or the high prices that come with visiting these theme parks. We are talking about the overwhelming feeling of once arriving on property to only then learn, for example Disney has its own nomenclature, its own language. So much is the overwhelming factor over taking guests to these theme parks, visitors are taking classes on “Walt Disney World” prior to boarding a plane. The complicated system that Disney World functions upon has left many unprepared travelers with the let down feeling and regretting having done the trip, as learning the Disney lingo and landscape can almost feel monumental instead of “Magical”. Today we are tackling tips to survive Disney World located in Orlando, Florida. WHAT CONSISTS OF WALT DISNEY WORLD First thing to know about Walt Disney World is it is made up of four main parks, but then there are also the Disney Water Parks too. The four Walt Disney World Parks are Magic Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom and Epcot. Disney World is not meant to be seen in ONE day. Instead, it is highly recommended to enjoy it over several days if time and money allows. This means visiting one Disney Park per day and even reserving a day in between for rest around the pool or some down time. If you have never traveled to Disney World and are going with a group that includes children, we suggest booking through a trusted travel agent and one that offers travel insurance or through Disney's booking agents and inquiring about their travel insurance. Reason being is that depending on your party size, age and the cost; peace of mind knowing that at the last minute your trip might be canceled or cut short, all the money is not lost. If booking thru Disney World or a travel agent, be sure to ask if there are any special offers, for example there are discounts for US military, and often the longer you stay the cheaper the daily passes and/or hotels may become. HOW TO EFFECTIVELY PLAN FOR DISNEY WORLD How to navigate Walt Disney World, the Magic Kingdom, effectively before your vacation can greatly enhance your experience? Here's how: Research Parks and Attractions: Get acquainted with the layout of Disney's parks and explore the array of attractions they offer. Explore the different themes and pinpoint the ones that capture your interest the most. Craft a Detailed Schedule: Strategize your itinerary by planning which parks you want to visit each day of your vacation. Consider factors such as park hours, crowd levels, and special events to optimize your time. There's a lot of hype following the big announcements at this year's Destination D23 Event at Walt Disney World. But what many have missed is that several things have changed since last year's big announcements. So what's real, what can be trusted and what's as clear as mud for the future of Walt Disney World?The Big News for Disney Parks from Destination D23 We learned as much from what was said as we did from what was not said. What's Coming to Disney's Magic Kingdom Park Hatbox Ghost will be back at the Haunted Mansion in November, but not in the way you may think. He will appear "wherever and whenever he pleases," implying that you may or may not see him on the ride and likely not in the same place each time. Country Bear Jamboree is changing, this time significantly. An all-new show is coming, complete with a whole new act and new songs. The new show will be modeled after the musical revues of Nashville, featuring some of your favorite country bears singing popular Disney hits in a variety of country music styles, including pop country, bluegrass, rockabilly and more. Disney offered a sneak peak by showing the recording session for Bear Necessities, which will be in the new show. Pirates of the Caribbean is getting new ambiance with the addition of a new tavern near the ride. Remember the Barker Bird who used to chat will guests at the entrance of Pirates of the Caribbean? He will be back and living at the new tavern, chatting it up with guests. Big questions are will this be a reimagining of Tortuga Tavern and will they be selling alcohol? What's Coming to EPCOT We know that Moana's Journey of Water is opening on October 16 (including a new location for the Moana meet and greet), but we now know that all of World Celebration will open in December. Yes, the walls are finally coming down. Bigger news is that Test Track will be undergoing another complete overhaul and update (still with Chevrolet). No dates as to when it will close and for how long, but it is time for a refresh so this is welcome news. Disney promises the new Test Track will include the best elements from the original version along with new updates that point to a future world for vehicles. World Showcase Lagoon will be getting a new nighttime show entitled Luminous: The Symphony of Us. It will debut on December 5. What Will the Future Hold for Walt Disney World Parks? It got interesting here as they teased new information, but in some cases said less than they said last year. Here's what we know. Beyond Big Thunder Mountain at Magic Kingdom still appears to be happening, but they did not mention villains or anything else specifically. It still sounds like a new land with significant size and scale and it will include attractions, restaurants, shows and more. They did say that Dinoland at Disney's Animal Kingdom Park will be reimagined into a new land themed as the tropical Americas (geographically the space between North and South America). This land will land be Encanto themed, which removes Encanto from Beyond Big Thunder, as was hinted at last year. So Encanto Moves from Magic Kingdom to Animal Kingdom. Plus, an Indiana Jones area is likely coming to Animal Kingdom, potentially where Rafiki's Planet Watch is currently located. Finally, It's Tough to be a Bug in the Tree of Life is being reimagined as a Zootopia themed attraction/show. Disney Cruise Line The seventh ship will be called the Disney Adventure.
