Janas Traum vom Vogue-Cover passen wir vorsichtshalber ein bisschen an: Promiflash wäre doch auch schon mal ein Anfang. Und Lars wollte unbedingt einmal in eine Show mit Florian Silbereisen. Kann das noch klappen oder müssen auch hier neue Ziele her? Eine weitere Idee liegt ebenfalls noch auf dem Tisch: ein eigener YouTube-Kanal rund ums Essen von Ramon. Aber wenn wir schon über mögliche Karrieren sprechen, können wir auch direkt größer denken: Würden wir beim „Sommerhaus der Stars“ mitmachen? Und welche Reality- und Trash-TV-Formate könnten wir uns tatsächlich für uns vorstellen? Wir stellen fest: Bei manchen wären wir erschreckend schnell dabei. Ramon hat derweil ein völlig neues Rabbit Hole entdeckt: Bodycam-Aufnahmen der US-Polizei, kommentiert und analysiert von einer YouTuberin. Ein Video führt zum nächsten und plötzlich ist der ganze Abend vorbei. Was fasziniert ihn so daran? Inzwischen fühlt er sich jedenfalls ausreichend informiert, um sein eigenes Coaching anzubieten: „How to react when police dich anhält“. Ob man seine Tipps wirklich befolgen sollte, lassen wir lieber offen. Dann steht bei den Jungs schon wieder der nächste Urlaub an und damit kehrt ein alter Bekannter zurück: das Kofferdrama. Was muss wirklich mit? Wie viele Outfits braucht man tatsächlich? Und warum ist es jedes Mal so schwer, einfach weniger einzupacken? Wir diskutieren zwischen „Das brauche ich bestimmt“ und „Das habe ich noch nie im Urlaub getragen“. Zum Schluss bringt Lars noch einen Begriff aus seinem Job mit: Talkability. Klingt nach viel Reden hat aber tatsächlich mit Marketing, Marken und Aufmerksamkeit zu tun. Wir überlegen, was dahintersteckt und welche Dinge eigentlich so interessant sind, dass Menschen freiwillig darüber sprechen. Eine Folge zwischen Manifestieren und Realität, Trash-TV-Träumen, YouTube-Rabbit-Holes, Marketingwissen und der ewigen Erkenntnis: Vor dem Urlaub eskaliert bei uns zuverlässig der Koffer.

Nach dem großen Jubiläum geht es direkt weiter mit Folge #301 und Jana ist zurück vom internationalen Chorwettbewerb in Schweden! Wochenlang haben wir über Proben, Outfits und Vorbereitungen gesprochen, jetzt gibt es endlich die Auflösung: Welchen Platz hat Janas Chor eigentlich erreicht? Für Jana ging es bei der Reise aber um viel mehr als eine Platzierung. Zum ersten Mal war sie in Schweden und berichtet von intensiven Proben, ganz viel Musik und der besonderen Atmosphäre eines internationalen Chorwettbewerbs. Was war ihr persönliches Highlight? Wie fühlt es sich an, gemeinsam mit so vielen Menschen auf ein Ziel hinzuarbeiten? Und wie gut funktioniert es eigentlich, sich auf einer Reise plötzlich ein Zimmer mit einer fast fremden Person zu teilen? Zwischen all der Musik blieb sogar noch etwas Zeit für Shopping und Sightseeing in Schweden. Und natürlich wurde auch kulinarisch beziehungsweise flüssig getestet: Jana probiert einen Sanddorn-Spritz – kann der was? Das eigentliche Highlight gibt es aber direkt im Podcast: Nach all den Erzählungen über ihren Chor wollen wir natürlich Beweise hören. Deshalb gibt Jana eine kleine Live-Gesangsprobe zum Besten. Endlich hören wir, wofür so viel geprobt wurde. Außerdem sprechen wir über die Sonnenfinsternis. Haben wir überhaupt etwas davon gesehen? The late Queen Elizabeth II often wore the colours of Commonwealth countries she visited - helping to spread "soft power". Outfits from each of her 10 decades are featured in a new exhibition at London's Kings Gallery.

The Church of England is planning to issue an apology for its role in forced adoption, according to a draft seen by the BBC. During the 1950s, 60s and 70s tens of thousands of babies were forcibly taken from their unmarried mothers, women who had been sent away to homes run by the Church and state. The news of a potential apology comes just a fortnight after the House of Commons education committee published a report of their inquiry into the issue and called for a state apology from the Government. Anita Rani is joined by Labour MP Helen Hayes, chair of that committee, along with Diana Defries, Chair of the Movement for an Adoption Apology, whose daughter was taken away 12 days after she gave birth.The largest display of Queen Elizabeth II's clothing ever to be staged will open on 10 April at The King's Gallery, Buckingham Palace. The exhibition, called Elizabeth II: Her Life in Style, marks the centenary of the late Queen's birth and includes around 200 items, about half of which are on display for the first time. It charts clothing worn in all 10 decades of Queen Elizabeth's life, many designed by Norman Hartnell, and it spans the full breadth of her wardrobe, from couture eveningwear to impeccably tailored off-duty clothing. Ahead of the exhibition opening to the public, Anita went to meet its curator, Caroline de Guitaut, to take a tour.Once thought politically unstoppable, recently Italian voters said 'no' to Giorgia Meloni's proposed judicial reforms in a referendum. She's just been part of a landmark moment for global music culture, bringing the "godfathers" of drum and bass, Fabio and Grooverider, to headline the first-ever jungle and drum & bass festival in East Africa, called NURAFest and it took place in Kenya. Born in prison, she grew up around gang culture and found her voice in jungle music, becoming an award-winning MC and artist, who turned disadvantage on its head.
