How did Shubham Garg bootstrap CodeVyasa to $XXM ARR without a single dollar of VC funding? In this episode, we uncover the contrarian playbook behind India's fastest-growing AI-powered IT services firm and why enterprises are ditching SaaS for custom software. Shubham Garg is the Founder and CEO of CodeVyasa, a 600-person bootstrapped IT services company serving unicorns like Mamaearth, UpGrad, and Yatra, plus Fortune 500 clients including HDFC Bank and major oil and gas PSUs. What makes his story remarkable is the journey itself - from failing at a supply chain SaaS startup in 2019 to pivoting into high-value outcome-based engineering services that reached $XXM in annual recurring revenue, all without external funding. In this candid conversation with host Akshay Datt, Shubham reveals how CodeVyasa helped UpGrad slash their AWS cloud bill by 40% (saving $2M annually), replaced SAP's enterprise software for a government PSU in just two quarters, and is now capitalizing on the AI revolution by selling GenAI implementation services. He shares hard-earned lessons of scaling a services business with no VC money, and his controversial thesis that the era of SaaS dominance is ending as enterprises shift to building custom AI-powered tools in-house.This episode is essential viewing for bootstrapped founders, service business operators, enterprise sales professionals, and anyone navigating India's IT services boom in the AI era. What You'll Learn:
In this wildly cosmic and deeply grounded episode of Third Eye Roll, Justine and Emily dive headfirst into the psychedelic storm of Rahu entering Shatabishaka—the star of 100 healers, 100 illusions, and the shadow scientist inside all of us. Cue spiritual hypochondria, Google-diagnosed awakenings, black-bug omens, and one extremely on-theme tick encounter. With Saturn finally moving direct in Pisces and Mercury straightening itself out, the grown-ups have walked back into the room… and they're asking whether your healing journey is medicine or madness (spoiler: sometimes both).Expect couture lab coats, futuristic headpieces, Rahu-coded fashion, AI expansions, ascension-syndrome snark (“You're not ascending, you're just ungrounded”), plus a detour into Woodstock 1969, the Unix epoch, MAS*H, and why the universe apparently wants us all to become low-key engineers of our own psyche.Justine closes with the myth of Matsya and the Great Flood, revealing how Saturn in Pisces is the steady hand that pulls us through dissolution into renewal.Stay to the end for Yatra gossip, Spain retreat teasers, and the most Rahu-coded sign-off ever.

Cc Madhya 13.66-137 https://vedabase.io/en/library/cc/madhya/13/advanced-view/ ------------------------------------------------------------ In his Anubhāṣya, Śrīla Bhaktisiddhānta Sarasvatī Ṭhākura describes the ecstasy of Śrī Caitanya Mahāprabhu as follows. After giving up the company of the gopīs in Vṛndāvana, Śrī Kṛṣṇa, the son of Mahārāja Nanda, engaged in His pastimes at Dvārakā. When Kṛṣṇa went to Kurukṣetra with His brother and sister and others from Dvārakā, He again met the inhabitants of Vṛndāvana. Śrī Caitanya Mahāprabhu is rādhā-bhāva-dyuti-suvalita, that is, Kṛṣṇa Himself assuming the part of Śrīmatī Rādhārāṇī in order to understand Kṛṣṇa. Lord Jagannātha-deva is Kṛṣṇa, and Śrī Kṛṣṇa Caitanya Mahāprabhu is Śrīmatī Rādhārāṇī. Caitanya Mahāprabhu's leading Lord Jagannātha toward the Guṇḍicā temple corresponded to Śrīmatī Rādhārāṇī's leading Kṛṣṇa toward Vṛndāvana. Śrī Kṣetra, Jagannātha Purī, was taken as the kingdom of Dvārakā, the place where Kṛṣṇa enjoys supreme opulence. But He was being led by Śrī Caitanya Mahāprabhu to Vṛndāvana, the simple village where all the inhabitants are filled with ecstatic love for Kṛṣṇa. Śrī Kṣetra is a place of aiśvarya-līlā, just as Vṛndāvana is the place of mādhurya-līlā. Śrī Caitanya Mahāprabhu's following at the rear of the ratha indicated that Lord Jagannātha, Kṛṣṇa, was forgetting the inhabitants of Vṛndāvana. Although Kṛṣṇa neglected the inhabitants of Vṛndāvana, He could not forget them. Thus in His opulent Ratha-yātrā, He was returning to Vṛndāvana. In the role of Śrīmatī Rādhārāṇī, Śrī Caitanya Mahāprabhu was examining whether the Lord still remembered the inhabitants of Vṛndāvana. Cc Madhya 12.213-13.65 https://vedabase.io/en/library/cc/madhya/12/advanced-view/ ------------------------------------------------------------ I'll tell you one thing, just the sound of it: 'kuṭīnāṭī' doesn't sound good. You don't want that. What do you got? Kuṭināṭī—crooked intelligence. It's just kind of a default mode in the material world: icchā-dveṣa-samutthena dvandva-mohena bhārata sarva-bhūtāni sammohaṁ sarge yānti paran-tapa (BG 7.27) People are icchā-dveṣa, they don't even know they're doing it. They're impelled by their previous associations to abhor some things and to support other things. They're practically blindly doing it because of the force of material nature. And to take that stance of criticizing as one's main platform in life... because there's the thesis, the antithesis, and then the synthesis. Instead of coming to the synthesis, many people take the antithesis because it gives them a platform to distinguish themselves from others. Those who haven't made a lot of spiritual advancement need some place to get a platform. So they take the antithesis, and they become the outspoken people who are bold enough—the bulldogs—to criticize everybody and 'call a spade a spade,' because 'somebody's got to do it.' And they stay in that because they get some accolades, like, 'Way to go! Somebody's got to do this!' But it becomes a preoccupation for them just to find fault with everybody, instead of looking for solutions or showing by example how to do it better, which is one thing Prabhupāda regularly told people who had criticisms for others. He would say, "Why don't you show a better way? Just show it, and then you don't have to criticize the other one so much." It's not to say that constructive criticism isn't helpful; it's very necessary. We have to find where we are lacking and try to fix it. But I think the mentality that is there, the crooked idea that 'I'll take this as my banner in life,' that really distracts one from the process of chanting, takes one away from 'tṛṇād api sunīcena,' and who knows, you could take birth as a kind of Yamarāja character in your next life. Just want to be the one who punishes everybody, or something like that. In this Telugu podcast episode, we sit down with Satish Babu Garu, senior journalist with over four decades of experience in Telugu media. Known for his fearless programmes Dharmapeetam and Journalist Diary, he takes us through untold stories, rare encounters, and unforgettable moments with towering leaders like NTR, YSR, KCR, Jayalalitha, Chandrababu Naidu, Nadendla Bhaskar Rao, Renuka Chaudhary, and others.Produced with his own money, nearly ₹14 lakhs, Dharmapeetam became a landmark show at a time when private electronic media was just taking shape. Without fear or compromise, the show gave a way to ask the questions no one else dared to. From delicate issues to personal truths, the programme redefined Telugu journalism. He recalls his powerful memories with NTR, the journey from Gemini office to Dharmapeetam in NTR's favorite Maruti 800, the leader's habit of never using black ink, and the heartfelt appreciation he received after the show. The episode, shot in October and telecast on January 15th, became historic. A few days later, on January 18th, 1996, NTR passed away suddenly, making that telecast one of the last candid conversations with the legendary leader.Satish Babu also shares insider perspectives on YSR's meteoric rise--how TV amplified his popularity, why his death triggered an emotional wave across Andhra Pradesh, and the rare culture of devotion that led to suicides after his passing. He highlights the role of media in building leaders, and the personal connection his own family felt during that time. From Jayalalitha's humiliation in the Tamil Nadu Assembly and her vow to become CM, to Chandrababu Naidu's bomb blast episode, Satish Babu analyzes how leaders face crises, and what journalists must learn from such moments. He recalls the attack on IPS Umesh Chandra, naxalite encounters, and the balance required to report injustice on both sides. The podcast then travels into the Telangana agitation: KCR's hunger strike, the Million March at Tank Bund, and the role of electronic media in intensifying the movement. Satish Babu reflects on why movements succeed, when they lose control, and why KCR eventually faced defeat after a decade of power.Beyond politics, we see Satish Babu the person; camera-shy, preferring to stay behind the scenes, sometimes battling alcohol, yet brutally honest about its effect on his career. He opens up about facing hate comments, accusations of bias, corruption allegations, and why a journalist's job is to reveal truth regardless of party lines.Drawing inspiration from Karan Thapar's fearless interviewing style, he explains the difference between seeing and truly observing. From covering disturbing bomb culture stories in Kadapa, to calling Justice Waghray directly for NTR's case while still in his twenties, to recording voices of constables in Adilabad encounters, Satish Babu's career shows what fearless journalism looks like.Along the way, he remembers unusual incidents: a temple shut down after Dalit entry, Gandhi Hospital negligence case, his first computer bought with a 1-lakh loan (20 MB hard disk, 2 MB RAM), and acting cameos in films like Ganesh and Yatra. In this episode, Satish Babu also talks about family, women's role in his life, profit vs. principles in journalism, and advice for the next generation of creators. For him, contributions may feel “negligible,” but his legacy of courage speaks volumes.Whether it is Dharmapeetam's 50 bold episodes, the final interview with Gaddar just before his attack, or the emotional truths of Telangana politics, Satish Babu Garu's journey reminds us why journalism matters. If you're someone curious about Telugu politics, fearless interviews, the evolution of journalism, leadership stories, and insider perspectives on NTR, YSR, KCR, Jayalalitha, and Chandrababu Naidu, this episode is a must-listen.

The gopīs spoke thus: Dear Lord, whose navel is just like a lotus flower, Your lotus feet are the only shelter for those who have fallen into the deep well of material existence. Your feet are worshiped and meditated upon by great mystic yogīs and highly learned philosophers. We wish that these lotus feet may also be awakened within our hearts, although we are only ordinary persons engaged in household affairs. Rūpa Goswami says, "Just as young boys are naturally attracted to young girls, and young girls are naturally attracted to young boys"—if you unload a busload of teenagers in front of the Grand Canyon, they won't see the Grand Canyon because they're in samādhi. He said, "In the same way, may my mind be drawn to you." So when Prabhupāda said, "This is a feeling festival, the Ratha-yātrā," there is a story behind it, a love story. But it's THE love story; it's not any love story, it's THE love story. It's the ādi-rasa that gets perverted in this world as what's called āhlāda-tāpa-traya—the love affairs of this world that end in misery and strife and difficulty and complications. Of course, there are complications in the love story of the spiritual world, but they're all ānanda. And this Ratha-yātrā is so remarkable because what we have here is an apparently ordinary parade, but we're pulling the Supreme Personality of Godhead, and not just an image of God. And we say, "God is great, and we're all small and we're all servants," but there's this very specific story of Lord Kṛṣṇa meeting again the residents of Vṛndāvana, and the depth of their separation from him, which is never broken, because true love is never broken. Even Shakespeare says that. And that's all encapsulated within the Ratha-yātrā festival. So brilliant was Prabhupāda to bring it out to the world that both aspects are there: kevalānanda-kāṇḍa—the bliss of the chanting, the prasādam, the display of booths, and "Here's Kṛṣṇa consciousness, you'll get inner peace." But beyond that, there's the most esoteric of all stories that highly advanced paramahaṁsas relish again and again, and tell over and over again, which they go into the details of again and again, and relish it unlimitedly. So we're part of that legacy to bring Ratha-yātrā to the world, and along with the Ratha-yātrā, we may also distribute Bhagavad-gītā, Śrīmad-Bhāgavatam, and Śrī Caitanya-caritāmṛta. For anyone who has such an intervention in his or her life by seeing the Ratha-yātrā and then receiving transcendental literature, what to speak of prasādam and the association of devotees, can then take to the path of devotional service. ------------------------------------------------------------ To connect with His Grace Vaiśeṣika Dāsa, please visit https://www.fanthespark.com/next-steps/ask-vaisesika-dasa/ ------------------------------------------------------------ Add to your wisdom literature collection: https://iskconsv.com/book-store/ https://www.bbtacademic.com/books/ https://thefourquestionsbook.com/ ------------------------------------------------------------ Join us live on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/FanTheSpark/ Podcasts: https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/sound-bhakti/id1132423868 For the latest videos, subscribe https://www.youtube.com/@FanTheSpark For the latest in SoundCloud: https://soundcloud.com/fan-the-spark ------------------------------------------------------------ #rathyatra #spiritualawakening #soul #spiritualexperience #spiritualpurposeoflife #spiritualgrowthlessons #secretsofspirituality #vaisesikaprabhu #vaisesikadasa #vaisesikaprabhulectures #spirituality #bhaktiyoga #krishna #spiritualpurposeoflife #krishnaspirituality #spiritualusachannel #whybhaktiisimportant #whyspiritualityisimportant #vaisesika #spiritualconnection #thepowerofspiritualstudy #selfrealization #spirituallectures #spiritualstudy #spiritualquestions #spiritualquestionsanswered #trendingspiritualtopics #fanthespark #spiritualpowerofmeditation #spiritualteachersonyoutube #spiritualhabits #spiritualclarity #bhagavadgita #srimadbhagavatam #spiritualbeings #kttvg #keepthetranscendentalvibrationgoing #spiritualpurpose

Today is a very auspicious day for us since this full moon in the month of Jyeshta is the Snāna Yatra, the day when Lord Jagannath in Puri is brought out for a bath: on this occassion, in 1855, Mā Bhavatārinī Kālī (Jagadishwari Thakur Rani) was ritually awakened through prāna-pratishta! at the Dakshineshwar temple, where Sri Ramakrishna lived and taught.Like the Phalahārinī Kālī Pūjā when Sri Ramakrishna worshipped Ma Sarada, this event too is a singularity in the ministry of the Motherhood of God. In one sense, all that is happening here now can be traced back to that moment in 1855 when Ma Bhavatarini opened her eyes and made her presence known in this world so directly! We gave this talk some time ago discussing the significance of this day: Ramakrishna & Ma Bhavatārini Kālī at Dakshineshwar To honor today's full moon, here's another little chat about its significance followed by some light postural yoga practice which you can practice here.
