In this episode, we dive deep into the elusive concept of happiness. What does it truly mean to be happy? Is it just about feeling good, or is there more to it? Join me as I explore the three pillars of happiness: discipline, mission/purpose, and gratitude. Segment 1: Discipline Happiness isn't just about strong emotions; it's about discipline. Discipline creates a sense of control, and control leads to freedom, which ultimately brings happiness. We discuss how discipline in our health, fitness, career, finances, and relationships can help us feel in control and free. Power Question: Where in your life can you be more disciplined to create more control and freedom? Segment 2: Mission/Purpose Happiness is driven by having a clear mission or purpose. It's about doing something that aligns with your core values and has a significant impact. This mission doesn't have to be grand or career-oriented; it can be simple and personal. We explore how to find and pursue a mission that brings true fulfillment. Power Questions: If you strip away all the expectations and pressures, what's the one thing you feel most compelled to dedicate your life to, both personally and professionally? When you think about your life's work and personal journey, what do you want your defining impact to be, and how do you want to be remembered by your family, friends, and colleagues? Reflecting on your core values and the legacy you want to leave, what is the most meaningful and fulfilling thing you can pursue that aligns with who you truly are? Segment 3: Gratitude Happiness is sustained by a sense of gratitude. We talk about how gratitude fosters a positive outlook, helps us avoid the pitfalls of self-pity, and keeps us from ruminating on our problems. High achievers often focus on what they don't have, but balancing this with gratitude for what we do have is essential for sustained happiness. Power Questions: When was the last time you thought about the things you are grateful for in your life? Are you more focused on the things you do have or the things you don't? Who do you need to communicate your gratitude to today? Tune in to learn how these key elements can transform your perspective and help you achieve a happier, more fulfilling life. ➡️ Visit our website for more information on NLCA: https://www.thenextlevelcoachingacademy.com ➡️ Follow me on IG for quick business tips: https://www.instagram.com/the_fitceoigsh=MWY3dm02dnZ0cmFtMw== ➡️ Subscribe on YouTube to follow my entrepreneurial journey: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCcuJAZpe3kBMoxmKbHfRmlw ➡️ Join our Skool Group to access our resource library & mini courses: https://www.skool.com/corporate2coach-academy-1996/about

Welcome to another episode of The Fit CEO Podcast With Chad Molyneux, where we dive deep into the topic of chasing dreams and the harsh reality of why many give up along the way. This week, we tackle a critical question: "Are Your Dreams For Sale?" Everyone on our team has big dreams: Starting and growing an amazing family Building a successful company Climbing the ranks in NLCA Becoming the healthiest version of themselves Being an incredible parent, partner, and leaving a lasting legacy Creating massive wealth and changing their family's future However, over 70% of people report having major regrets at the end of their lives about not pursuing their dreams. That statistic is heart-wrenching, but it's a reality we must confront. Our team is full of dreamers, but statistically speaking, only 6 out of our 20 staff members will look back without regret. What happens to the rest? At some point, their dreams get sold—not because they no longer want them, but because their will to achieve them diminishes after too many setbacks and a lack of support. We often blame external factors: The economy got bad Life got busy with kids It runs in the family Someone messed things up for us These are stories we tell ourselves to justify why we settled. But here's the truth: when we set big goals, the universe tests us to see how badly we want them. The challenges will only get harder as we climb higher. In this episode, I'll share my personal story of how, at 19, I risked it all to join my first business mentorship. I barely had $6 to my name, but I was determined. I sold my bike, headphones, clothes, and even did a leaf blowing job on Thanksgiving Eve just to make the payment. Most people aren't willing to take such risks, but if you're serious about your dreams, you must be. 3 Steps To Never Selling Your Dream Life: Understand the Price: The pain of not reaching your dreams is more significant than the pain of achieving them. Focus on the worth, not the cost. Decide Now: Determine what it would take for you to sell your dreams. Once you set that threshold, don't settle for anything less. Let Love Drive You: If you love your vision and the people it will impact enough, you'll overcome any challenge. Think about how quitting your dreams would affect your loved ones—use that love to fuel your persistence. Join me as I delve into these steps, share stories of resilience, and explore how to avoid the slow death of unfulfilled potential. Visualize your 80-year-old self and ask, "What would they want me to do today?" Tune in for a powerful discussion that might just change the trajectory of your life. You deserve your dream life, and it's time to reclaim your ambition. In this personal episode of the Fit CEO podcast, I'm sharing ten super valuable lessons that I learned from my amazing parents. From my dad, I learned how to handle my own problems and the real value of hard work. It's not just a cliché; my dad really showed me what real hard work looks like through his dedication to manual labor and commitment to doing a good job without taking shortcuts. Then there's my mom, who taught me to never give up on myself and the incredible power of kindness. Her resilience and perseverance in the face of challenges have been truly inspiring. On top of all that, my folks also taught me the importance of going with the flow, being punctual, steering clear of drama, and staying committed in every aspect of life. These life lessons have truly shaped who I am today, and this episode is my way of paying tribute to the impact they've had on me. ________
In this episode of the Fit CEO Podcast, I wanted to share my tactical advice for improving sales skills and becoming a better leader. Inside, you'll also find strategies for using the "why of the why" in objection handling, helping clients overcome their fears and commit to making positive changes. By mastering these techniques, online fitness coaches can increase their closing rates and have a greater impact on others. __________ ⭐️ Looking for a freebie
In this episode of the Fit CEO podcast, I wanted to go over the importance of aligning your marketing message with client success. In 2023 I made a mistake when I promised to help clients make $10,000 in four months, which attracted the wrong type of clients. I wanted to emphasize the need for proper expectations and a marketing message that attracts committed individuals. I encourage entrepreneurs in the fitness space to evaluate their own marketing messages and promises to ensure they are aligned with client success. What's up everyone - this week I wanted to discuss the importance of feeling like a winner as an entrepreneur and high achiever. The concept of the "four buckets approach" is what I teach my students and staff, to prioritize and balance different aspects of life. By ranking and allocating time to professional career, relationships, mindset, and wellness, we can all focus on our most important goals while still giving attention to other areas. There is a need to set realistic expectations and identify specific actions for oneself that contribute to feeling successful each day. ————— (00:43) Importance of feeling like a winner as an entrepreneur (02:27) Problem of setting unrealistic to-do lists (03:23) Introduction to the four buckets approach (05:19) Explanation of the four buckets: professional career, relationships, mindset, and wellness (07:22) Analogy of water and time/energy distribution (08:16) Imperfection and the impossibility of perfect balance (09:32) Ranking the four buckets based on seasons of life(10:26) Importance of balancing different aspects of life (13:00) Identifying time horizon for each aspect (14:00) Structuring the day based on time allocation (17:46) Focusing on three most important tasks for the day (18:40) Identifying specific action items for each aspect (19:39) Overcoming the feeling of losing by prioritizing effectively ————— ⭐️ Follow NLCA on Instagram https://www.instagram.com/thenextlevelcoachingacademy ————— ⭐️ Follow Me on Instagram : https://www.instagram.com/the_fitceo/ ————— ⭐️ If you are feeling stuck and you're ready to take the next step, check out Next Level Coaching Academy : https://course.thenextlevelcoachingacademy.com/10k-accelerator-VSL

This experience has made me recognize the importance of responding to hardships in a positive way and steering clear of these negative practices. ------- (01:34) Entrepreneurship glamorization.
