There's one way I've discovered that can skyrocket you to your first million dollar raise… And that's the fund of funds model. Today, I share part 2 of my interview on The Capital Raiser Show, discussing this infinitely scalable strategy for raising capital that fund managers, like myself, know works. A fund of funds allows you to raise the money and administrative SPV… Invest in any asset class… And partner with incredibly talented people with robust backgrounds… All without a track record or deal with the hassles of operation. A successful fund manager makes this process for their investors as seamless as possible… And once you generate enough revenue, you can attract a-list talent to hire that will help free up your time to focus on your strengths. So, tune in today to discover what it takes to raise millions as a fund manager and scale your business beyond your wildest dreams! Over the past decade, I went from raising $1 to $85 million in equity… But, it wasn't all smooth sailing to get to today… I had to work non-stop and learn from my failures to find the most effective capital-raising strategies. Today, I share part 1 of my interview on The Capital Raiser Show, talking about the game-changing CRM system and investment strategy I now use to out-raise the competition. I created the AENC business model to attract, educate, nurture and close investors through hyperscalable strategies… I sought out one of the most competitive markets to out-operate everyone and buy when there is stress in the market… I discovered that identifying quality operators across diverse niches is key to a highly diversified investment approach… And, now, I've pivoted to going all in on one of the ultimate multifamily markets: Phoenix, AZ. Tune in today to take a page from my book on what capital raisers need to succeed in the market (and don't miss part 2 of our discussion next week)!
