A trained University of Chicago and Harvard educator, he is also a lawyer and  Civil Rights expert, having served as a Senior Advisor in the Office for Civil Rights at the US Department of Education for President Barack Obama. My guest on this episode is Ruth Hunt, a model, a former  healthcare executive, and a long time genealogist. She was also the project manager and first employee of the Jackie Robinson Foundation. She helped to create the framework of this great non- profit organization that keeps the memory of Major League Baseball's first Negro player.
