With the 2021 WWE Draft in the books, host Adam Silverstein and co-host Chris Vannini break down what went right -- and wrong -- as WWE set new rosters for SmackDown and Raw. The guys start with an overall look at an improved draft presentation that could've been even better [5:15]. The Main Event features reaction and detailed analysis of the rosters [15:40], including SmackDown's lack of main event male talent juxtaposed with the potential for loaded Raw main events, nearly every tag team switching brands and the women's division actually being treated best of all. Next up is The Good, The Bad and The Ugly [1:01:20] where "The Silver King" and "Vintage" lament WWE not doing more with Roman Reigns and The Usos in the draft nor providing any explanation or insight into "The Demon" Finn Balor's rope-break loss at Extreme Rules. Other topics include Dolph Ziggler injecting himself into Big E vs. Drew McIntyre, Goldberg's intent on killing Bobby Lashley, Bianca Belair stepping in for Bayley with the Four Horsewomen, Becky Lynch's new character, Seth Rollins visiting Edge's house and much more. Just minutes after WWE Extreme Rules 2021 went off the air, host Adam Silverstein and co-host Chris Vannini convene to break down the results from the final pay-per-view before the WWE Draft with a huge double main event. With a controversial finish to the universal title match between Roman Reigns and "The Demon" Finn Balor stealing the thunder from what was an otherwise entertaining show, "The Silver King" and "Vintage" discuss every aspect of the bout from the nearly perfectly booked and executed match to the unique resuscitation of "The Demon" to the head-scratching broken top rope that again proves WWE cannot get out of it sown way. The guys also go deep on the SmackDown women's title match between Becky Lynch and Bianca Belair, including whether Sasha Banks' return for a disqualification finish was appropriate or took away from the bout. Plus, three more title matches, a welcome but surprising last-minute addition to the card and a look at what's next from a storyline and booking standpoint in WWE. Listen and subscribe at www.JustProWrestlingNews.com I'm Matt Carlins and this is JUST Pro Wrestling News for Monday, September 27, 2021. This update is brought to you by IndyWrestling.us. (STINGER: WWE) A WWE Championship match is set to kick off tonight's Raw...with Big E defending against the former champ, Bobby Lashley. Lashley laid out the challenge during last night's Extreme Rules pay per view...not long after Big E and the rest of The New Day beat Lashley, AJ Styles & Omos to open the show. Big E pinned Lashley with the Big Ending after some miscommunication between Lashley and Styles. Sasha Banks returned to WWE TV last night. It happened during the SmackDown Women's Title match between Becky Lynch and Bianca Belair. Belair appeared to be moments away from hitting Lynch with the KOD and taking back the title, BUT that's when Banks made her return. She went right after Belair. Then, after a brief staredown, Banks took down Lynch as well. As Banks made her way back up the ramp, she could be heard saying, “I'll see both of you on Friday.” Roman Reigns is STILL the Universal Champion. He pinned THE DEMON Finn Balor in last night's main event...and there's a lot to unpack here. Balor was closing in when The Usos got involved and beat up on Balor. He appeared to be down and out, but then the lights turned red, Balor's music started to play and he powered up...to the point that he was poised to hit Reigns with the Coup De Grace. That's when the top rope inexplicably snapped. The lights went back to normal. The music stopped...and Reigns hit Balor with a Spear to get the win. Charlotte Flair pinned Alexa Bliss with Natural Selection to retain the Raw Women's Champion. After the match, Charlotte ripped Lilly to shreds...and Bliss basically had a nervous breakdown over this. Damian Priest is still the United States Champion. He won a 3-Way over Sheamus and Jeff Hardy. Priest rolled up Sheamus to get the pin. The Usos beat the Street Profits to retain the SmackDown Tag Titles. Montez Ford took the pin. Liv Morgan pinned Carmella on last night's Kickoff Show. MVP underwent surgery last week to repair a torn meniscus he suffered all the way back in February. He said he expects to be back on TV within the next 4-to-6 weeks. (STINGER: AEW) Tonight's AEW Dark: Elevation...has Paul Wight in a 3-on-1 match. Plus, Thunder Rosa is in singles action...and Dark Order's John Silver, Alex Reynolds, Alan “5” Angels & 10 will be in an 8-Man Tag. (STINGER: New Japan) TWO wrestlers remain unbeaten in the A Block of New Japan's G1 Climax tournament following Sunday's matches. Zack Sabre Jr. submitted Kota Ibushi. Sabre now holds tournament wins over Ibushi, Shingo Takagi and Tetsuya Naito. The other unbeaten is Great-O-Khan. He beat Yujiro Takahashi on Sunday. Also, KENTA pinned Tomohiro Ishii with a schoolboy after crashing Ishii into an exposed turnbuckle. And Toru Yano used a low blow and a rollup to pin Tanga Loa. Shingo Takagi had the non-tournament match. He pinned Yuji Nagata. The G1 resumes on Wednesday with matches in the B Block. On Saturday's New Japan Strong...Ren Narita beat Fred Rosser...and Jay White beat Wheeler Yuta. After the match, White got into a brawl with Tomohiro Ishii...which ended with White laying out Ishii with a Bladerunner. Back in Japan... Syuri is the winner of Stardom's 5 Star Grand Prix tournament. She beat Momo Watanabe in the tournament final on Saturday. In Pro-Wrestling NOAH, the final four is set in the N-1 Victory tournament. Next Sunday, it'll be Kaito Kiyomiya vs. Kenoh and Masakatsu Funaki vs. Katsuhiko Nakajima...with the winners meeting in the tournament final in the main event of that same show. (STINGER: Impact) Impact Wrestling announced that its Knockouts Knockdown special on October 9th will include an 8-Woman, One-Night tournament...with the winner getting a Knockouts Title match. WWE goes extreme (not really) in sunday's PPV in Ohio, Extreme Rules! Join me in this episode as I review and rundown the card, as well as voice my frustrations about how WWE treats their stars on the pre-show. I also discuss what the feud between Alexa and Charolette means, and what their future holds. We also discuss the return of Sasha Banks, as she attacked both Bianca AND Becky. I also talk about "God's" return to professional wrestling, after The Demon Finn Balor buckles between the ropes, as the ropes collapse on him before performing his finisher.
WWF is getting red hot in 1998 and they are launching a brand new show on Sunday nights on the USA Network: Sunday Night HeAT! The idea of the show was a 1 hour wrestling show that put emphasis on live wrestling matches and straight to the point action. The first Sunday Night HeAT featured the main event of Kane & Mankind vs The Rock & Owen Hart! AEW runs their biggest week of shows ever at Arthur Ashe Stadium featuring 20,000 fans which saw Kenny Omega vs Bryan Danielson in a non-title match go the distance on AEW Dynamite Grand Slam. On Friday night with AEW Rampage Grand Slam, we saw CM Punk have his first TV match in over 7 years against Powerhouse Hobbs (and he wore trunks!!). Along with that, SuperKliq trios action, Ruby Soho vs Britt Baker, and much more on AEW. The Demon Finn Balor also woke up and fell off a broken turnbuckle at WWE Extreme Rules 2021. What another incredible week of professional wrestling. Not only did AEW truly hit a grand slam with Omega and Danielson, but Big E is your WWE Champion, The Demon has the Tribal Chief's number (for now). A put on two incredible shows this week for Dynamite and Rampage and are continuing to ride the wave of success coming off of All Out. Ruby Soho battled Britt Baker for the AEW Women's Championship, was she successful? Or did the Doctor retain? CM Punk returned to the ring but this time against Powerhouse Hobbs. And so much more. WWE returns to pay-per-view this Sunday with Extreme Rules. Will Roman Reigns be able to fend off “The Demon” Finn Balor, or will the threat of Brock Lesnar distract the Tribal Chief? Can Bianca Belair recapture the gold that Becky Lynch took from her just one month ago? The Street Profits look to end the tag title reign of Jimmy and Jey Uso. Will Charlotte be able to block out the mind games of Alexa Bliss, when the Twisted one comes for The Queen's RAW Women's Championship. All of this and so much more on this week's In This Very Ring!.

SiriusXM Canada Host/Producer Bilal Vakani and Second City's Daniel Shehori preview WWE Extreme Rules 2021. Universal Champion Roman Reigns vs "The Demon" Finn Balor in his path to Brock Lesnar at Crown Jewel so there is no way The Tribal Chief is dethroned. Raw Women's Champion Charlotte Flair vs Alexa Bliss with the prospect of Becky vs Charlotte shaping up for Survivor Series it is very unlikely Alexa Bliss becomes champion here. Smackdown Women's Champion Becky Lynch vs Bianca Belair while Bianca has shown well against Becky the possibility of Beck vs Charlotte is too great for WWE to pass up in November. United States Champion Damian Priest vs Sheamus vs Jeff Hardy in a match where it makes 0 sense to take the title of Priest while Sheamus and Hardy have just kind of been there. Smackdown Tag Team Champions The Usos vs The Street Profits once again with Survivor Series around the corner it is hard to see WWE moving the title to The Street Profits in a possible match against Rated RKO. Liv Morgan vs Carmella is a very odd match to have on this card but maybe it will serve to skyrocket Liv to a future womens title shot… hopefully. Also Dan and Bilal talk about the state of AEW.
We preview WWE Extreme Rules 2021 and the return of the Demon Finn Balor who will take on the WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns. We also talk about what might be the biggest TV event in wrestling history, AEW Grand Slam from Arthur Ashe Stadium! All this and much more!! I give my review on Drake's new album, why Drake vs Kanye beef is millionaire pettiness. Why I found a certain album by a certain UK artist that's WAY BETTER than Drake and Kanye's album combined.
The Universal Title picture got really interesting as WWE teased the return of DEMON Finn Balor. And if this was not enough, WWE has officially announced the return of 'The Beast' Brock Lesnar for next week's Super Smackdown as it is taking place from Madison Square Garden. DEMON Finn Balor is on a winning streak on main roster but as he is stepping up against Roman Reigns, Will he be just another victim of The Tribal Chief?Language: Hindi
After Balor's match against Reigns, will we be seeing the return of the Demon to WWE? There was a little tease for it, so it looks like it! Featuring a Q&A session with Shawn Shasiak part II and WrestleMania predictions! Other topics: - Sting willing to come out of retirement against the Undertaker - Why Kofi Kingston v. Daniel Bryan should have been WrestleMania main event - Demon Finn Balor returning? - Asuka being poorly used by WWE Creative and more!
The month, the matches, the stipulations, EVERYTHING'S CHANGED!! It's a night where everything changed in the last 48 hours. While the main match is the same, the competitors have changed in our main match. And, one match was changed to become an international dream match. Will it pay off? We'll find out as WU Reacts to WWE TLC. The main event here is an insanely huge match, as it is the first ever 5 on 3 handicap TLC match, as Miz, Sheamus, Cesaro, Kane, and Braun Strowman team up to take on The Shield... kind of. Due to Roman Reigns being sick, he's been replaced by the returning Olympic Hero, Kurt Angle. Will 12 years away from the WWE affect Kurt badly? Will The Shield be able to overcome this sudden change? Or will this huge alliance be able to make Shield regret getting back together? And then... the sub-main event. You want the pumpkin spice king? Tough. Due to both Bray Wyatt and Sister Abigail being sick, we get a dream match on 2 days notice. The Demon Finn Balor will be there, but his opponent will be... AJ Styles. So we get a legitimate dream match as these two face off for the first time ever. And, of course, stick around for the big finish, featuring the best and worst match of the night. Will the changes affect the matches? Find out as WU Reacts to WWE TLC.
Epiosde 128! It's TLC 2017 or Card Subject to Change. Featuring two big changes to the show, instead of Bray v Balor XXV we have for the first time ever AJ Styles vs The Demon Finn Balor. Also - copy, paste & win. Viel Spaß!
