His father, King Priam, joins them, begging his son not to go into battle but Hector refuses to break his vows and is joined by his brother Troilus, who is eager for vengeance. Pandarus brings a letter from Cressida which Troilus reads and rips in fury. As the battle begins, Thersites stands on the sidelines mocking everyone in the fray until he is confronted by Hector and crumples at his feet. Troilus fights both Diomedes and Ajax and Hector fights Achilles but spares him in an act of chivalry. Patroclus is killed.  Achilles, heartbroken, gathers his group of mercenary soldiers (the Myrmidons) to hunt for Hector. Thersites mocks Menelaus and Paris as they fight until he's confronted by Margarelon and runs away. Hector sits down to rest after killing a Greek soldier for his armor when Achilles and his Myrmidons arrive and surround him before slaughtering him in cold blood. Troilus, enraged, rallies the retreating Trojans before cursing and rejecting Pandarus, who is left alone to deliver a scathing epilogue. (3:00) How do these two phrases relate to making a comeback? (15:00) Pure Vitamin Club has made a comeback and has everything in stock. RFK Jr. recently stated, “Sugar is poison.” This message has needed to come from a government official for a long time. (18:00) The quantity of sugar consumed per capita has multiplied over the decades. A hybrid burger, “Both”, mixes meat with vegetables in the same patty. (28:00) Vinnie doesn't like that the underlying message is that meat is bad, or at the very least, eat less meat. (30:30) Another hybrid "meat' is a chopped steak by Choppy. (33:00) Chris shares the ingredients, and it doesn't sound great in Vinnie's opinion. The desire for convenience makes people take shortcuts that they don't need to. For example, feeding cereal to their child for breakfast instead of cooking eggs. Chris has some exercise questions for Vinnie. (43:00) Another fitness influencer suggests three things to do in the gym. Vinnie discusses why the three exercises may not be optimal. He suggests instead push-ups, assisted pull-ups, lunges, or bodyweight squats. Adding cardio and flexibility is always a plus, and it doesn't have to be complex. (50:00) Vinnie discusses his “phone diet.” (53:00) He has suggestions on how you can reduce time on the phone. There are so many entertainment sources that people think they need them all the time.
