For example, feeding cereal to their child for breakfast instead of cooking eggs. Chris has some exercise questions for Vinnie. (43:00) Another fitness influencer suggests three things to do in the gym. Vinnie discusses why the three exercises may not be optimal. He suggests instead push-ups, assisted pull-ups, lunges, or bodyweight squats. Adding cardio and flexibility is always a plus, and it doesn't have to be complex.
