POPULARITY
Saluton, estas mi Tyson Saner welcoming you to this episode of Succotash, the Comedy Soundcast Soundcast, that numbers 341. This is the first episode that I've put together since putting together my Hundredth episode for episode 339. Yes, you heard me correctly, 339. If this is your first time here, I should explain that my hosting duties are shared in a more-or-less every other weekly tradeoff with show creator and executive producer Marc Hershon. Last week for episode 340, Mr. Hershon brought you a "Chats" episode in which was featured special guest, Dr. London Smith of The Jock Doc Podcast. It's a very entertaining episode that you could check out at your earliest convenience by going to our homesite, www.succotashshow.com, where you can find the entire archive of shows going back to March of 2011.…Or, I guess you could just use whatever podcast streaming service you are currently listening to us on and go back a week…that would probably work too. This week in Epi341 I've got clips from the soundcasts known as The Bancroft Brothers Animation Podcast, Willy Shaker", and The Hollywood Experience. this installment is sponsored by our longtime fake sponsor Henderson's Pants and their Klept-O-Matic Trousers. (If you listened to Epi340 you will have heard a NEW advert from those aformentioned fictional freeloaders…which was quite enjoyable to hear.…So THAT's cool. Anyway, here is the clippage in store this time around… CLIPS The Bancroft Brothers Animation Podcast Twin animators Tom and Tony Bancroft get together and talk about their Disney Animation past, the present animation business, and the future of animation. Interviews with talented artists, inspirational words, and wild speculation will help you grow as a person - or not. Our clip is from Oct 21st, 2022, and features guest Henry Selick, the director of "A Nightmare Before Christmas" talking with the Bancrofts in HALLOWEEN MONTH! Willy ShakersFrom the show's description: "A soundcast where I talk about how much I love Willy. I hope if you listen you will love Willy too. No, Please get your mind out of the gutter, I mean William Shakespeare. So put the kettle on, grab yourself a cuppa and get your Willy out with me." I've selected a snippet from the first episode, which dropped at the beginning of this year, on January 5th, 2023. It's entitled "Much Ado About Nothing Act One: Good News Everybody!" We join host Billy Armstrong as he introduces us to the cast. The Hollywood Experience I clipped this soundcast originally for Episode 294, titled "Celebrity Adjacent" which dropped a bit over a year ago on March 1st, 2022. The host is actor, producer, and director Adrian Paul, who has over 200 hours of television and more than 35 film credits to his name. He talks with other actors, comic book creators, martial arts masters, showrunners, stunt professionals, and many others who have helped shape some of the most famous action films and TV shows in pop culture history. Joining him is co-host Ethan Dettenmaier, our old friend from Combat Radio. Our clip is from Episode #52 from January 16th, 2023, and features an interview with Claudia Christian (Babylon 5). And that brings Episode 341 almost completely to a close. I do hope you'll find something enjoyable in what I brought to you. It is my goal to provide at least 3 clips for the show I do every 2 weeks and sometimes it is surprisingly difficult to be in the mood to listen to folks I've never heard speak before. Sometimes, I just want to listen to one of my favorite soundcasts and that does become a bit of a tradeoff as far as time is concerned. Also, sometimes I am not in the mood for comedy. Funny thing, that. I love comedy and comedians, but burnout is real. All in all, I do think that listening to various strangers have conversations over the years has essentially made me a better listener. There's not enough space in my brain at the moment to remember if I have pointed that "better listener" thing out on the show before but…if I have…I can only apologize and say that it's just a true thing. I've had a lot of practice listening. Maybe, one day I will listen to YOU talking on a soundcast…and perhaps I will enjoy what I am hearing so much, I will try to find a clip from your soundcast to feature here on Succotas"…assuming that by the time you have your soundcast recorded, edited and published that "Succotash" is still a thing. I don't see why it wouldn't be…it's just that time is a very real thing, and it appears to be nothing if not finite. On that note, tune in next week for Epi342 where I imagine Marc Hershon will have something really neat for you to listen to. Thank you for listening, Be decent to each other, go to www.tysonsaner.com to find links to the rest of the stuff I have put out into the universe, and until I talk at you again please remember that there might be people in your life that would appreciate a suggestion of what to listen to on their own personal journey of soundcast listenership, and if you do think of us as a possible suggestion for them, we will always appreciate it if you could please pass the Succotash… — Tyson Saner

Saluton, estas mi Tyson Saner. Welcome to the soundcast known as Succotash Shut-In: The Soundcast Stimulus Package. It's Season 4, Episode 232, and I've got some clips for you from three soundcasts I've been listening to recently, namely Sam Pancake Presents the Monday Afternoon Movie, Puppet Tears: Puppetry Shop Talk, and Good For You with Whitney Cummings. There's also going to be a reading from "TrumPoetry.com" and a spot from our other original fake sponsor Henderson's Pants and their brand new Holiday Pants. By the way, Epi231 featured bloopers from 5 soundcasts which were Conan O’Brien Needs A Friend, A Paranormal Chicks, Roll Out!, Who Back When, and Voyage to the Stars. It was a very entertaining episode hosted by Marc Hershon with whom I alternate hosting duties with weekly. You can find it in the same place you found this soundcast or any of the other options available for soundcast listening including, but not limited to: Apple or Google Podcasts, Stitcher, Spotify, iHeart Radio, the Laughable app, etc. There's also the homesite at www.succotashshow.com or at succotash.libsyn.com where you can find all the shows dating back to 2011. As I'm recording this, it's early December of 2020, a year that has been possibly the worst year in recent memory since…like 2016? That was pretty bad. 2014 wasn't great either come to think of it. And 2012 everybody was talking about the "end of the world…" Actually, I remember 2012 having some bright spots. It's the year I met Ethan Dettenmaier of Combat Radio and, as a result, I met many other guests of Combat Radio including Marc Hershon who was at that time the host of a show called Succotash, The Comedy Podcast Podcast, which subsequently became Succotash, The Comedy Soundcast Soundcast and then, eventually, Succotash Shut-In which you are listening to now. I also met Dean Haglund and Phil Leirness of Chillpak Hollywood Hour of whom this program has featured clips and with whom this show and many of it' contributors have collaborated with over the years. In fact I took part in a 28-hour "Mayan Marathon" that Chillpak held live on the internet counting down the hours until the impending apocalypse. I remember taking photos in realtime as a way to commemorate the occasion… if there was, in fact, a world after said apocalypse where my iPad 2 had both survived intact but also had a charge…That was a really good time… 2012 was also the year I met Hunter Block on Twitter. We became friends and, as of October of 2016, co-hosts of a soundcast called Anti Social Show which is still releasing episodes as time moves steadily on. So, there are a couple of bright spots from 2012 and 2016… I guess what I'm getting at is that all years have their bright spots in some way or another for someone or another and it is important to remember that when things get really dark. In 2020 I got to spend most of my time with a special little guy named Jareth as he entered his toddler stage. I consider these recent memories to be of truly the happiest moments I have ever had in this life that I've had so far. I don't think I could be more grateful for these bright spots than I am…but I can always try. Anyway, thank you for listening…or reading if this is the episode blog. CLIPS Puppet Tears: Puppetry Shop Talk The soundcast Puppet Tears feature hosts Adam Kreutinger and Cameron Garrity having in-depth interviews with the world's most passionate puppeteers. On March 27th of last year - 2019 or "Pre-pandemic as it's become known - Ryan Dillon stopped by for a jam-packed episode of the show. OUr featured clip is from their chat with this Muppet performer on Sesame Street, perhaps best known for performing Elmo since 2013. Good For You Comedian Whitney Cummings interviews guests (friends, comics, celebs, experts, weirdos) every week. Known for her standup comedy specials for HBO and Netflix, Comedy Central Roasts, multiple television series and films, Whitney has a lot of questions for a lot of different kinds of people. She also has opinions. And a robot. Epi57 from November of this year featured guest Meghan Tainor and, in our featured clip she and WHitney strained to remember Milli Vanilli and whatever became of them…with varying degrees of accuracy. Sam Pancake Presents the Monday Afternoon MovieActor/comedian Sam Pancake sits down with friends famous and funny to discuss the surreal, silly and nonetheless star-studded made-for-TV movies of the 1970s. It's a loving look at baffling not-quite-feature-length flicks that often aren't on DVD and have largely been lost to time. IN November of last month Sam welcomed comedian Dave Holmes on to talk about The Night Stalker - not th eTV series but teh 1972 TV movie that served as the pilot for the show starring Darren McGavin which was to follow. It influenced generations of subsequent paranormal-themed TV shows, but does it hold up today? Not so much, says Holmes, who objects to this take on vampire horror being so decidedly unsexy and overstuffed with middle-aged white dudes. And here we are again, together at the end of the show…wondering what the future will bring. Well, there are more soundcasts out there to listen to and share with you for one thing. If all goes well, COVID-19 will be eradicated, or at the very least manageable, treatable, preventable…rather than what it seems to be which is "inevitable". It is the Xmas season right now as anyone with an active radio can't avoid noticing…So many holiday tunes out there. Many people don't know this but I actually wrote a Christmas song called "For Christmas" waaaay back in 2014 for a charity Christmas album. It has lyrics but so far only the instrumental has been produced and distributed. It's a long story as to why the lyrics were never recorded… mostly having to do with technical limitations on the part of the producer… er, me. …Well, I guess that isn't really a long story per se. Anyway, the song is still available in the form it currently exists in, and I'll provide a link: https://www.amazon.com/For-Christmas/dp/B00PJUHQJE I do think it is about time I recorded a version with words… but then everything is about time, isn't it?…ok, maybe not everything. You can also check out the show archive at SuccotashShow.com to find all the episodes throughout the years, presenting what HAS to be around a thousand different soundcasts from various places around the world and the internet as we know (or knew) it. Maybe YOU are in the archive… maybe you will be someday? Who knows? In the meantime we can always use your help in the form of rating and reviewing the show… and also sharing the show. Because sharing is caring… unles it's COVID-19, DON'T SHARE THAT!!…But, sharing US is what we mean when we gently ask: Won't you please…Pass The Succotash? — Tyson Saner
(Recorded August 18th, 2019) Aaaaaaand we're BACK... with another show and this time we've got the man himself, Ethan Dettenmaier of "Combat Radio" and "Brigade Radio One" which is the internet radio station he started that can be found at www.brigaderadioone.org and features LOADS of content from some of the most interesting people that you could hope to find recorded conversations with that you can listen to at your leisure! Ethan talks to us about pop culture, charity albums, and events for homeless children that happen yearly which Ethan has been organizing for several years now. Of course, Tyson HAD to make another #WhatDoTheseMeanWordsMean quiz because...reasons! Saluton, estas mi Tyson Saner, your host, and that means you are my parasite...and we have a symbiotic relationship, don't we? Yup, that sounds as stupid out loud as it looks on paper...or on the screen of a computer or device. It's early in the morning at the moment as I am writing this and I wonder how many other soundcasters are working on their soundcasts right now instead of sleeping or fishing or doing a paper route (if those things still exist – I know I had a few of them "back in the day") And is route pronounced to rhyme with "gout" or "boot"? It's probably either depending on where you are from or what you grew up hearing. Also, is "either" pronounced to rhyme with "breather" or "hi there"? I imagine the same scenario applies as before with the word "route". Either (or either) way, your route (or route) has led you here to us at Succotash, The Comedy Soundcast Soundcast and I am grateful for that. Welcome. I'm sorry this episode was a bit late. I usually aim for release on Fridays but I have only 1-3 nights per week I can work on the show and last week we had a power outage inflicted on us by Pacific Gas and Electric or PG&E as we say out here. Yes, I said "inflicted" because it was purposely done by the company to help prevent fires during a windstorm we were having in California. There are folks who are probably still without power 5 days on from the event and I consider myself fortunate that it was only slightly more than 24 hours with no power in my proverbial neck of the woods. Anyway, I've managed to put together some semblance of a show for you...And, in this episode I've got clips from "Stuff You Should Know", "Mostly Swinging", "Two Old Queens", "The Margaret Cho", "How Did This Get Played" and "Athletico Mince". I've also got selected reading from our 100% FAKE SPONSOR with a 100% real website that is TrumPoetry.com and a special presentation of so many of our Burst O' Durst segments from political humorist and Raging Moderate Will Durst that I'm calling it our Block O' Durst. SO... without further yammering from me, let's get to the content created by people far more talented than I. CLIPS Stuff You Should KnowHosted by Josh Clark and Charles W. "Chuck" Bryant, if you've ever wanted to know about champagne, satanism, the Stonewall Uprising, chaos theory, LSD, El Nino, true crime and Rosa Parks then look no further. Josh and Chuck have you covered. Our clip is from the episode from September 5th, 2019: What's the deal with MSG? Mostly Swinging There really isn't a description for this show on its page but from listening to the first episode I can say that Jazz and Jazz standards are discussed and recordings of performances of Jazz standards are played in the episode. The first song played as a segment in the first episode is "Blue Skies" by Irving Berlin, sung by Don Most who has loved music that swings from a very young age and who's album of music - also titled "Mostly Swinging" - can be found on iTunes. Ethan Dettenmaier of Combat Radio who founded BrigadeRadioOne.org is the co-host of this episode. Two Old QueensThey're old! They're queens! There's two of them! It's Two Old Queens! Join Mark Rennie and John Flynn as they search for the gayest movie ever made, using a byzantine ranking system, their own hard opinions, and some inevitable controversies from a stacked lineup of guests to come! Our clip is from September 18, 2019: Beetlejuice with Niccole Thurman, wherein the Group discusses their hunt for "The Gayest Movie Ever" and the "Top 5" they've come up with so far... How Did This Get Played?Heather Anne Campbell and Nick Wiger love video games. Together, they're playing the very worst and weirdest games ever made with their funniest friends to get down to this fundamental question: How Did This Get Played? The clip we share is from August of this year entitled "Night Trap with Christine Nangle". Athletico Mince This soundcast, featuring hosts Bob Mortimer and Andy Dawson, was recommended by longtime FOS (Friend Of Succotash) Davian Dent of the soundcasts Strange Times and The Bitter Sound. OUr clip is pulled from their Epi85, in which Peter makes a hospital visit, Mark invites Steve 'round, they discuss biscuit etiquette, Roy launches a new game, Dyche motivates, and there is a new Crime Files. The Margaret Cho Through Margaret Cho's iconic work in comedy, fashion, music, and activism, she's developed deep, lasting friendships with - well - a bunch of famous people, while never losing her desire to search for and support the next big thing. Our featured clip is from the October 7th episode just a few weeks ago. Margaret talks with managing editor of Yahoo! music, Lyndsey Parker. Although the clip itself features an excerpt from Margaret's interview with Ronald McDonkey. Well, there it is. Another show gone and here we are together at the end of it. Will you be here at the end of show 200 to say "goodbye" to us for a while? Tweet us at @succotashshow with your answer. I'm serious. Also seriously, anything can happen between now and episode 200. We could get a real, paying sponsor for instance. A soundcaster can dream, can't he? In the meantime, hug your loved ones because, as Kanye West and Adam Levine said: "Nothin's ever promised tomorrow today And I heard 'em say (nothin's ever promised tomorrow today) but we'll find a way (And nothing lasts forever but be honest babe, it hurts but it may be the only way)" So, until the next episode this has been Tyson Saner ,asking on behalf of Marc Hershon, Bill Heywatt, Joe Paulino, Will Durst, and Scott Carvey, if you enjoy this program and the ones that came before it, please share it with others. Perhaps by way of leaving a review on iTunes or Apple podcasts...or Stitcher...or anywhere you can leave a review would be appreciated... also, retweeting our links on Twitter is a big help and would be much appreciated. Those are just some of the ways you can show your support of us in a way that doesn't cost you a dime, and it's at least partially what we mean when we ask you to (Please) Pass The Succotash. — Tyson Saner
Here's a little post-Thanksgiving pre-Christmas offering for your listening...uh...pleasure. Tyson puts his foot down about something that may or may not surprise you... but never confuse his seriousness for anger or hatred. Congratulations to Ethan Dettenmaier on funding his annual Christmas Event to benefit Social Services hosted by Combat Radio and Brigade Radio One. P.S. Saluton, estas mi Saluton, estas mi Tyson Saner welcoming you to Succotash, The Comedy Soundcast Soundcast...the soundcast that features clips from other soundcasts that have something to do with comedy. I swear to you. That is to say that all of the soundcasts featured in nearly every episode of Succotash, The Comedy Soundcast Soundcast will be comedy-related in some way. I cannot stress that enough. Or maybe I can and/or have. It's hard to tell without feedback. Did I mention there are clips? We've got clips from Ear Biscuits, Science Fiction Rating System, Am I An Asshole?, Comedy Pop-Up Podcast, The Kevin and Bean Show from KROQ, and Hello From The Magic Tavern! We've also got a double Burst o' Durst from raging moderate Will Durst, another reading from TrumPoetry.com, and there may or may not be time for a Henderson's Pants ad... Let's find out, shall we? THE CLIPS Science Fiction Rating System Join Sam, Alex & Chris as they rank every science fiction film EVER. Three films an episode are discussed and added to the ranking, until they run out of films. (See the current list at sciencefictionratingsystem.com!) From July of this year, they are into thier second year running celebrating Bug Week, this time with the help of some GIANT ANTS. In a wide ranging episode we dissect the film itself, and also get into projection techniques, an in depth ant quiz, the wonder of a Victorian man in Hollywood and much, much more! Ear BiscuitsJoin Rhett and Link, hosts of the popular daily YouTube show Good Mythical Morning and authors of the New York Times bestseller "Book of Mythicality" in a candid weekly conversation for your Internetainment. In a clip from the spisode entitled "When Is Fun Too Dangerous?", Rhett and Link sit down to discuss when fun stops being worth the risk, dangerous hobbies they use to partake in, and the time Rhett almost went down with the "SS Merle" on this week's Ear Biscuits. The Kevin & Bean Show on KROQ The soundcast of The Kevin & Bean Show is made up of bits and segments from The Kevin & Bean Show. In this episode, that includes not just guest Bert Kreischer but "What's Happening?", Afro Line, Bean Makes Us Guess, and Extreme Commuting. Are the remnants and roll-ends of terrestrial radio the stuff of soundcasts? Listen and decide for yourself. Am I An Asshole?Comedians @JackieViscusi & @RosieGu + a special guest dig deep w/their resident therapist to analyze their asshole tendencies. In the episode from back in the beginning of this year sub-titled "For Being A Straight White Male?" (You have to do the math yourself there, and connected the title of the show to the sub-title to get the full message, see?), Jackie, Rosie, and guest comedian Jono Zalay touch on Women's Marches. Black Lives Matter. Gay rights. Are straight white dudes just hanging out and waving their privileged dicks around or do they actually want to help? Their special guest & comedian Jono, and their therapist, Jen, try to work it all out. Hello From The Magic TavernQuick background: Arnie Niekamp fell through a dimensional portal behind a Burger King into the fantastical land of Foon. He's still getting a slight WiFi signal, so he uploads a weekly podcast from the tavern the Vermilion Minotaur where he interviews wizards, monsters and adventurers. It's a major discovery! In our clip from Helo from The Magic Tavern (consistently in the Top 100 comedy soundcasts on iTunes), from way back in 2015, Arnie and his pals Chunt and Usidore meet a new guest: A common, dirty traveler named Tom. (Arnie hopes to hear what life outside of Hogface is like from someone who has traveled across Foon.) Comedy Pop-Up Podcast Live from the CPU Studios in beautiful Los Angeles, this is the official soundcast of Comedy Pop-Up, normally hosted by comedian Ron G. Join them as they interview some of the top comics in the business and create another outlet for some of the best in the industry. Our clip is from Epi42 from just earlier THIS month, guest-hosted by Paul Antonio and featuring guests Brent Sullivan and Vinny Fasline. And there you have it. September is nearly over and Halloween is just around the corner. In fact if you would like a headstart on Halloween why not pick up one or more editions of "Combat Radio Halloween The Album" available from cdbaby? You can pick them up by going to store.cdbaby.com , typing "Combat Radio" into the search field and clicking on any of the album icons adorned with very distinct shades of black with yellow lettering. If the image of the headless horseman holding aloft a flaming pumpkin to presumably hurl at some poor soul isn't enough of a tip-off that you're in the right place, the white skull peering from behind the red shield with the black cross that is Combat Radio's logo should be a dead giveaway... If you'd like specifically to buy this year's edition...this year being 2018...you can go to https://store.cdbaby.com/cd/combatradio8. The funds generated by album sales go to benefit social services, homeless children and other causes that have been adopted by the central figure of Combat Radio and an old pal of Succotash, Ethan Dettenmaier. I would also recommend checking out a track called "The Haunted Tour" from the 3rd annual "Combat Radio Halloween The Album" because it's something yours truly put together with the assistance of my co-host from Anti Social Show, Hunter Block, and we're frankly pleased with the way it turned out. So until next time, I bid you a fond farewell and thank you for spending some of your time with us here at Succotash, The Comedy Soundcast Soundcast. I hope it was entertaining and informative, and I hope that if you did enjoy yourself here that you might find the time to tell others about this program so that it might assist them in their own personal "I'd like to listen to a comedy soundcast but I'm not sure where to start" journey. That, after all, is the simplest way you could grant our most humble of requests that can be summed up in the four words: "Please, Pass The Succotash". - Tyson Saner

Yes, ‘tis I, Marc Hershon, your host and third base coach for Epi115 of Succotash, the Comedy Podcast Podcast. And this is yet another Succotash Clips episode. Been a while since we’ve sat down at the Succotash microphones and had a good long yackfest with someone. But that’s about to change, as I am on the eve of making the Kessel Run from San Francisco to Los Angeles, in order to make it into town for the 4th Annual Los Angeles Podcast Festival this weekend. If you’re in the Southland and want to check it out, the shindig is at the Sofitel in West Hollywood, right across from the humungoid Beverly Center. You can get tickets and information at http://LAPodfest.com I’m anticipating a whole lot of talkin’ going on, both from folks talking to me in the SquareSpace Podcast Lab AND from me talking to podcasters on their shows. I have some specifics about some of that action coming up when we get to the Tweetsack segment later on in the show. Podclip Roundup Clips featured this episode have been snippeted from: Chillpak Hollywood Hour, Illusionoid, The JV Club, The Manchild Show, The Red & Jay Show, Studious Studs, The Bitter Sound, and Tiny Odd Conversations. There's also a special teaser for the ManBuyCow Podcast! (If you’re a comedy podcaster and would like us to include a clip from your show, you can use our direct upload link to get us your 3-5 minute MP3 clip – it’s http://hightail.com/u/succotash.) We also have a classic commercial for Henderson’s Too Cool For S'cool Pants, a Burst O’ Durst with political comedian & social commentator Will Durst, musing about what some of the presidential candidates may have been up to during their summer vacations, and a new song about spiders from frequent contributor Abner Serd. Good Cause Alert! Our old buddy Ethan Dettenmaier, host of Combat Radio, has a new project out to raise much-needed money for social services, called Combat Radio Halloween. It’s got a bunch of crazy good talent on it, reading spooky stories and generally ripping All Saints’ Day a new a-hole. Download YOUR copy of Combat Radio Halloween by clicking over to http://www.cdbaby.com/cd/combatradiohalloween Clips Chillpak Hollywood HourDean Haglund & Phil LeirnessI included a clip from Chillpak HOllywood Hour this week, hosted by podcast royalty Dean Haglund and Phil Leirness, not just because they amuse me but because they employed this show's proprietary coinage of the term tweetsack. There's a bit of echo on Dean's side of the conversation in this clip - apparently, co-hosting form Sydney, Australia is not without it's audio aberrations. (There's a plan, incidentally, to have yours truly as a Skyped-in guest for their episode next week to report on the Podfest and also to give a review of Ear Buds, the new documentary about podcasters and podcasting that will debut at the Podfest on Friday night.) The JV ClubJanet Varney with guest Kelly CarlinThe last time we had Ms. Janet Varney grace our microphones was almost a year ago at LAST year’s LA Podfest. I just saw her in a rough cut of a new movie we’re talked about here before: Diani and Devine Meet The Apocalypse. And she’s hilarious, as always. You hear her voice all over the place, including as the voice of Korra in The Legend of Korra, and as the voice of Nerdist.com. She’s 170 episodes into her podcast, The JV Club, where she mostly interviews women of show business — except during her Boys Of Summer series, which just ended. Her latest guest is also a friend and past guest of Succotash — dating back to Episode 9, no less — and it’s none other than Kelly Carlin, who has been touring with her one-woman show, A Carlin Home Companion: Growing Up With George. She and Janet sharing some things in common, including being the only child in their respective families. Illusionoid!Paul Bates, Lee Smart & Nug NahrgangOne of my favoritest shows ever, Illusionoid!, just kicked off their 5th year and 5th season of podcasting. The Terrific Trio from Toronto — Paul Bates, Lee Smart, and Nug Nahrgang — still the best name in podcasting — runs a fantastic improvised sci-fi themed show that is consistently funny. I just reviewed the episode this particular clip is from for Splitsider.com and Huffington Post. The episode is called “Day Million”, and features three owners of a copy store that has somehow existed for over 2000 years…and their lone customer on this fateful day. ManBuyCowRufus & HowardWe normally don’t play promos for podcasts on Succotash because, well, I think clips make better promos than…promos. BUT I have been waiting patiently enough for the return of the ManBuyCow Podcast with Rufus and Howard. Season 3 is imminent and there’s finally word that it’s almost here. The ManChild ShowVintendo, Pistol Pete, Nicole Cole, Rev. Sir Chano, Jessie BoomBattzFrom ManBuyCow we go to The Manchild Show. We’ve been getting a lot of Twitter action from @PistolePeteMC, who is one of the hosts of Manchild. He tells me that, since he’s come onboard, he’s been trying to steer the show away from some of comedy’s low-hanging fruit — which I assume is a metaphor for testicle jokes. Pete really wanted me to play something from their next episode but it’s not ready yet. So I’m playing the clip I harvested from their previous installment because, well, who knows? The network may punch our ticket and we’ll be out of here before the next show starts. Tiny Odd ConversationsTravis Clark and Brandy ClarkWe haven’t played anything from Tiny Odd Conversations for a bit, which means we completely missed out on celebrating their Episode 200. If you haven’t caught TOCpod, it’s with our friends Travis and Brandy Clark, a delightful couple from Los Angeles. First of all, kids, congrats on hitting your Epi 200! And second of all, this clip has Trav and Brandy ruminating about: How do parents manage to let their kids try all sorts of sports and activities without being fabulously rich? (I manage to catch up with the Clarks pretty much every time I get to LA, so I know that they’ve been busy and getting their episodes out regularly has been tough. Believe me, I know what that’s like, and I don’t blame ‘em a bit.) Red & Jay ShowRed & JayRed and Jay are back! Red and Jay are back! I actually don’t know who these guys are, but according to their homesite, they're five episodes in after being off for a year. There’s not a lot of info on these guys on their site, just their first names. Or nicknames, maybe? I don’t know. But I DO know they are opinionated. About stuff that some of us probably don’t even thing a lot about. In the snippet we harvested, they’re going off about HR. Human Resources, that is… The Bitter SoundDavian Dent & Matt BubblesOne of the staunchest supporters of this show and what we do here — namely, let YOU know about comedy podcasts — is Davian Dent over in the UK. He’s involved in a couple of podcasts, including Strange Times and his own The Bitter Sound, a show that’s an ongoing experiment and experience in audio wonderment. The ol’ BS has been down for a bit, but it’s coming back, baby! And Davian, along with his sometimes sidekick, Matt Bubbles, created this preview of a piece of the upcoming first show of his new season just for you…and it's one of the more disgusting uses for the "theater of the mind" in recent memory. Studious StudsShaq Scott and TerranceNext up is a clip from the Studious Studs podcast with Shaq Scott and Terrance. I found these guys because they’d re-tweeted something of ours. Found out they’re into their second season, after taking a break for the summer. Their website describes the show as “A weekly podcast that sits down and discusses life's obstacles and events in a very funny way.” Okay, I’ll buy that. This clip clues us in on what the guys have to say about a recent Chris Brown concert. Thanks for reading this blog and, hopefully, taking time out to listen to the actual podcast. That's what it's there for. Don’t forget to jump up to iTunes to rate and review us – that’s about the only thing that gets us noticed. If you want to flip us a few coins, feel free to access the Donate button or the Amazon banner or our Succotashery, all through our homesite at http://SuccotashShow.com. Until the next time we invade your earholes, thanks for passing the Succotash! — Marc Hershon
Yes, it is I, Marc Hershon and, as your curator for Succotash, the Comedy Podcast Podcast, I'd like to welcome you to Epi88. I draw cartoons, too! Come on in, make yourself comfortable. Help yourself to whatever’s in the fridge while I show you what we’ve got in store for you this episode… First off, thanks to all the Succotashians who Liked and/or commented on the picture I posted on Facebook and Google+ last week of me holding my first place award for Editorial Cartoons from the California Newspaper Publishers Association! (I draw a weekly cartoon for the Half Moon Bay Review here in Northern California…) Secondly, I don’t know if you bothered to listen in on our “halfisode” Epi87.5 last week, which was just me, rambling, on my way up Interstate 5 from Los Angeles. But this week it’s clips. Clips, clips, clips. Clips from comedy podcasts from around the world. Some I collected. Some were harvested by our ace associate producer Tyson Saner, and a few were sent in by comedy podcasters themselves. (BTW, if YOU’RE a comedy podcaster or if you’re a listener who has a suggestion for a comedy podcast we should clip, just drop me a note at marc@SuccotashShow.com and I'll hunt it down!) But it's not just clips this time out. We also have our usual features back in place this episode, including a double dose of our Burst O’ Durst segment with comedian Will Durst, the 10 Most Active Shows In The Stitcher Top 100 Comedy Podcast List, the TweetSack segment AND a brand new Henderson’s Pants commercial! Handy Tip: You can find link to the homesites for the shows we feature on each episode by clicking on the title for each show in the blog from our website, at http://SuccotashShow.com The 10 Most Active Show on Stitcher's Top 100 Comedy Podcast List AT MOVED12. The Bugle +1021. How Did This Get Made -1036. Jay & Silent Bob Get Old - 839. This Week in Blackness Radio +747. The Champs w/Neal Brennan & Moshe Kasher +2550. You Made It Weird w/Pete Holmes + 966. Sawbones: A Marital Tour of Misguided Medicine +1668. Jim Florentine’s Metal Comedy Midgets + 881. Pointless: With Kevin Pereira +5091. The Artie Lang Show -7 Gilbert Gottfried’s Amazing Colossal PodcastThis past week, for This Week In Comedy Podcasts for Splitsider.com AND for Huffington Post, I reviewed the premiere episode of Gilbert Gottfried’s Amazing Colossal Podcast. It’s just Gilbert in his New York apartment, along with co-host Frank Santopadre, interviewing a different person for about an hour. Their first guest was Dick Cavett. Yeah, THE Dick Cavett. And it’s a good show – funny, touching, thoughtful, sophmoric at times and also occasionally a tad politically incorrect, which I think is great! John Dredge’s "Nothing To Do With Anything Show"I’ve featured the very funny John Dredge’s Nothing To Do With Anything Show before but figured, since he just concluded his 3rd season of the show, I’d play a little piece so you can see why you’d want to go binge-listen the six episodes that constitute the third series. The Jockularity ShowI had a shout out from The Jockularity Show podcast a few weeks ago on the Tweeter, along with a request to check out their show, which is part of the Torn By Sports blog out of Utah. Some of you Succotashians may recall how I stumbled through the most recent Fantasy Football season run by Chris Lanuti at the Broadcast Basement podcast. Clearly, I am not a “sports guy” and the Jocularity Show is just a clearly a “sports show”. They do get into some funny stuff, which qualifies them for this show but for a non-jock, I had kind of a tough slog making it through a couple of pretty straight ahead interviews. But that’s entirely on me – if YOU enjoy sports, you’ll most likely be right there with hosts Rick Aaron and David Wilbur. In this clip, they’re joined by their producer Allen as they talk about “walkup music” – the tunage that the players were being introduced to during the recent NFL draft. Geeks With Wives & CapesBeen hearing a lot about this podcast called Geeks with Wives & Capes, mainly because a couple of friends of Succotash have guested recently, namely Phil Leirness from Chillpak Hollywood Hour and Ethan Dettenmaier from Combat Radio. So I was glad to get this clip, harvested by our Associate Producer Tyson Saner, from Ethan’s visit with Josh, Matt & Joe. The Crunch Time ShowIn Epi87, I featured a clip of myself playing the Random 5 questions game on the Crunch Time Show podcast. I believe I mentioned that I would play a clip from the main part of the show at my next opportunity, which happens to be now. Here are hosts Wayne “Crunchy” Baggins and his wife, The Scully, talking about an embarrassing story around a cassette tape that haunts him to this day. What A Pair of Trousers!Back in Epi84 we featured a clip from The Angry Chimp Show. This week I got a note and a clip from Stu of that podcast, informing us that the Chimp is taking a bit of a break. In its place, sort of, comes a new show entitled What a Pair of Trousers!, featuring Stu and three pals who met back in high school: Ben, Matt, and Rich. Stu says it’s the perfect opportunity for four old friends to get together and talk rubbish. Old Enough to Know BetterTyson Saner has clipped us a slice of a podcast I’ve not heard of before called Old Enough To Know Better. Maybe the best way to sum up the gist of this show is to read their iTunes description: Perspective is everything and we're both seeking it and offering what we can. We're looking for some sanity and a way forward in the world, perhaps you can help? Sometimes digressive and silly, sometimes focused and serious, always honest and aiming to be more. Our taste features host Eden chatting up guests AJ – from the podcast Sup Dude, and Jason about the mechanics of stand-up comedy and storytelling on stage. Like I’m An IdiotIsn’t it great when a podcaster hits on a simple formula that works? The kind that makes other podcasters kicks themselves for not having thought of it before? Josh Cagan has done it with his Like I’m An Idiot podcast, in which he is The Idiot and he ask smart people – i.e. his guests – to explain things to him. In his Epi29, he wanted guest Erika Hall to help him understand “What the fuck is going on in San Francisco?” Picnic Time PodcastAssociate Producer Tyson Saner picked this of the Picnic Time Podcast which, I guess, is related to but not the same as the Picnic Time Radio Morning Morning Show. One host, Adam, is on both, but Jesse is only on the podcast. I think. I’m confused. Anyway, Adam and Jesse talk in this clip about an interesting revelation, so to speak, that has come to life about the late Pastor Fred Phelps of the Westboro Baptist Church. In wrapping up Epi88, just a reminder that we tweet @SuccotashShow on Twitter and you can also like us on Facebook. Remember that if you’re shopping Amazon, please come to http://SuccotashShow.com first and click on the Amazon banner at the top of the page. You end up in the same place but when you buy something, we get a little taste from Amazon. We’ve got a some interviews coming up in the next few episodes so that’ll be fun. And we’re getting ever nearer to our big Epi100 End of Season One Extravaganza! In the meantime, if there’ s a comedy podcast out there that we haven’t covered yet, please drop me a line at marc@succotashshow.com and tell me about it. And remember that you can get each episode of Succotash two days before anyone else by subscribing to us at https://www.connectpal.com/succotash. Talk to you soon but, until I do, thanks for passing the Succotash! — Marc Hershon

WARNING: This is NOT a "regular" episode of Succotash, the Comedy Podcast Podcast. No clips. No interviews. No TweetSack. Call it an experiment. I was driving back to San Francisco after a weekend in Los Angeles. While in the southland I visited with a number of podcasters, comedians and past guests of Succotash: Rick Overton, Matt Weinhold, Ethan Dettenmaier, Shawn Marek, Travis Clark, Brandi Clark, Jon Manfrellotti, and Chris Gore. My conversations with all those folks invariably came around to podcasting. Why do we do it? Where is it going? And what does it all mean? Collectively, we batted those concepts and more around in our little discussion groups but - once I was alone, trapped in my car (Studio F) for the six hour Kessel Run back to The City By The Bay, the questions continued to bounce around in my head. So I fished out my trusty iPhone 5, my iRig Cast mic, and rambled into it for about 26 minutes. I ruminated on my show, other shows, and the podcasting industry as a whole. I wondered aloud about our listenship, the respect that podcasters may or may not be due, and all of the entertainment that's regularly provided for free by an ever-widening pool of podcasters around the world. Don't worry — it's not a signal that we're changing direction at Succotash. We've got another clip-filled extravaganza coming right around the corner with Episode 52. But one beautiful thing about this artform (if I may be afforded the chance to refer to it as such), is that a person can do anything they want from this side of the microphone. On the flip side, listeners don't have to listen to it. So this is, as I said in the beginning, an experiment. If you like it, let me know. If you hate it, let me know. Email, Facebook, Twitter, the Succotash Hotline (818.921.7212) — there's plenty of ways for you to get your thoughts and feedback to me. And I'll be back with our usual bag o' podcast clips in our very next episode! So don't be afraid to pass the Succotash. — Marc Hershon

Here we are, smack in the middle of Epi49, just one 'sode away from our 50th show! Exciting! And we have a wonderful Special Guest this show — Hal Lublin! If you're a fan of The Thrilling Adventure Hour, then you've heard LOTS of Hal because he's all over that show as both the announcer and filling out a number of roles in the various sketches. When I interviewed TAH's co-creator Ben Blacker back in Epi37, he told me that I really should try to catch the show live. And I finally got the opportunity this past weekend when the entire cast and orchestra traveled north from Hollywood, California, America to appear at the 12th Annual San Francisco Sketchfest. I got to see Hal and the rest of the gang put on a very funny show (they performed twice, actually, back to back) and Mr. Lublin was kind enough to sit with me before making the trek back down south. Our podcaster friends can relate when I say that Hal, while he exercises his voice on behalf of TAH as well as cartoons and other voiceover work, still holds down a fulltime day job. AND is perfectly happy to continue doing so. He tells us why during the interview, as well as some "tricks of the trade" when it comes to taking care of those precious pipes. COUNTDOWN Two new entries into the Top 10 Comedy Podcasts as reported by Stitcher Smart Radio this week. (STILL no movement in the upper six spots, though - those podcasts are wedged in tighter than a sumo wrestler's mawashi.) And we clip the two newcomers this week so you can taste a sample. 10. The Church Of What’s Happening Now - Joey Diaz9. Doug Loves Movies - Doug Benson8. Real Time with Bill Maher7. SModcast - Kevin Smith & Scott Mosier6. Mohr Stories with Jay Mohr5. The Nerdist w/Chris Hardwick4. NPR: Car Talk Podcast3. WTF with Marc Maron2. The Adam Carolla Show1. The Joe Rogan Experience TWEETSACK In the TweetSack this week is an email with an attachment from Davian Dent, the host of The Bitter Sound Podcast. He's recorded a song - a parody of the Sid Vicious take of Sinatra's My Way, which is dedicated to the podcasters that have supported his run of six shows he's done so far. And he mentions those podcasts by name (including Succotash...at the very end.) So I've put the song at the very end of the show in kind - hope you enjoy it! INTERVIEWS It seems I'm enjoying a tiny surge of demand the last week or so, as I have been interviewed by Jason Parsons at the Seven Days A Geek podcast as well as by Adam Harris from The Standup Chronicles show. Those drop soon so click on the links above and check 'em out when they do. The end of next week I'm off to LA for a few days, where I'm scheduled to appear on Combat Radio, live on Friday morning, February 22nd, with host Ethan Dettenmaier. Should be fun! REVIEW This week I'm reviewing a pretty funny show that's been flying under my radar every though they've now got 99 shows under their belt: The Ardent Atheist with Emery Emery and Heather Henderson. as my portion of This Week In Comedy Podcasts over on Splitsider. CLIPS REAL TIME WITH BILL MAHERTake a hit HBO show and dump it into iPod’s podcast directory – BAM, instant hit video podcast. That’s Real Time with Bill Maher. No fuss, no muss. If you saw it last week on TV, then you probably WON’T download it this week. But if you MISSED it…now it’s free. SMODCASTThe original SModcast that started Kevin Smith’s SMOdcast network. (A network that's now celebrating its sixth year anniversary.) They haven’t been around THAT long – this clip is from Kvein Smith and Scott Moser’s latest edition, #238. SEVEN DAYS A GEEKAs mentioned above, I was recently interviewed by Jason Parsons over at Seven Days A Geek – the show we did was kind of a nuts n’ bolts about podcasting – and the least I could do was ask him to send along a clip from his regular show for us to feature. In the clip we have, Jason is getting the lowdown from his pal TK1 on how his buddy managed to break his toe. THE BRAWDCASTThe three women behind the Brawdcast take webstealth to a whole new level — on their homesite they’re only known by their Twitter handles: @ButtRockBetty, @JennieK97 and @HollzInSeattle. The first two are the talent, the third is their producer. And in this clip we’re hearing about the art of spanking. In public, no less. THE HALF SCOOPI’ve heard form the boys over at The Half Scoop podcast - that’d be Stephen, Corben, and Bryce – that they’ve been tweaking their format. They just rounded the 25-show mark so we give a listen to the newish-sounding Half Scoop! TALES FROM THE ATTIC So little information on their website, but here’s a line from Seth Wright & Zack Bennett's listing on iTunes: “Underwhelming, crude episodes filled with ramblings and random banter from Seth and Zack.” In this clip, war stories on performing on the road are re-hashed guest Angelo Warner. BURST O' DURST Not really a clip but a self-contained feature from the brain and attendant mouth of our Ambassador to the Middle, political comedian Will Durst. In this installment, Will gives out his own brand of mythical statuettes to some political worthies in this award season we're entering. There's what's in store for you this epi. Keep in mind the next show is our FIFTIETH episode (!) and we're going to celebrate with a show-long interview by the three-man cast of Superego, one of the hottest podcasts around. Until next time, please remember to pass the Succotash! — Marc Hershon

HAPPY NEW YEAR!
Getting very excited as the holiday season looms. Not so much for Hanukkah or Christmas, but for Succotash Day! It's coming up on Tuesday, December 4th, and it's all thanks to Jabs, the main man at The DHead Factor podcast in Australia. (We talked about it when he was my special guest co-host in Epi40, if you missed it…) Given our production schedule, this show — Epi41 — is about as close as we're going to get to celebrating it on the air (on the pod?), although we might surprise you. Click over to Jabs' show on the day and find out which other podcasts will be talking about us — and we'd appreciate any ratings, reviews and other kudos that you might want to foist upon us up at iTunes, Stitcher and anywhere else Succotash is heard. Getting on with this show, I've got my interview with Special Guest Hal Sparks. As I already apologize to Hal in the epi, I recorded our chat two months ago, when he was doing a couple of shows at Yoshi's in San Francisco. I would have gotten this up earlier but…it's Succotash. One of these days we'll actually get everything together on time. But Hal was a terrific interview and, what's more, it was a real treat to see him live. As long as I've been in the comedy world, our paths have never crossed and I've only seen him on TV, in the movies, heard his voicework…but never seen him on stage. check out his homesite for his live appearances and radio shows! DO IT FOR THE KIDS! I also have a chat via Skype with Ethan Dettenmaier, host of Combat Radio, about his upcoming 2nd Annual Christmas Breakfast for Homeless Children. That's happening on Saturday, December 8th, at the Salt Creek Grille in Valencia, CA. It was nice to connect with Ethan live after playing a few of his clips on the show, and to hear about this great cause he's putting together to bring Christmas morning to some kids who might otherwise be having nothing but pain this year for the holidays. POD MAFIA ASSEMBLE! As mentioned on this podcast, I got the opportunity to have an informal get-together (AKA beers) with two members of the still-coagulating Pod Mafia. Ed Wallick of Don't Quit Your Daycast and Tom Bevis, host of Destination Asphyxiation, met up with me in San Francisco over the Thanksgiving weekend and we chatted about all things podcasty. Great to see those guys and be sure to check out their shows. JUST IN TIME FOR THE HOLIDAYS! If you're looking to do some cyber Christmas shopping this year and Amazon is your destination, you can help put a little something in the ol' Succotash stocking by clicking on our Amazon carousel at the bottom of our homesite to get there. That way, Amazon shaves off a tiny bit of whatever you spend with them and kicks it back to us. On the other hand, browing through our Succotashery might be just the thing if you're looking for some of our lovely merch to make this holiday season bright! CLIPS! Besides the two interviews in Epi41, we even had room for a few clips. Here's what you'll hear on the show this time around: The Fireside ChroniclesI’ve been seeing tweets by The Fireside Chronicles for a bit now and lo and behold, a clip from that show in England arrived in our Tweetsack! Hosted by Waggy, Matty & Phil, it’s become the sort of flagship show for a little network of podcasts which includes Principa Hypothetica, The Bedside Chronicles, The Kalahari Chronicles and The Ringside Chronicles. In this clip, they mostly talk about sausage rolls… Ratchet & The GeekOver on Splitsider.com in the This Week in Comedy Podcasts column, I’m reviewing Ratchet & The Geek with Luvvie Ajayi and Scott Hanselman. They’ve only put up their 3rd show but they already have over 10,000 downloads. Luvvie runs a highly read comedy blog and Scott's digital nerdiness spreads out in a blog and two other podcasts about tech. It’s entertaining chat, blending gadget talk with current events – their homesite calls it “The Intersection of social media, pop culture and technology.” The Sibling Rivalry PodcastI found Jeremy Grater, Aaron Ristow, and Stacy Black with a random grab off of iTunes' New & Noteworthy this week to bring you a clip from The Sibling Rivalry Podcast. (You have to understand that “New and Noteworthy” is a bit of a misnomer, especially when they have a show like Sibling Rivalry because this clip is from their 309th show!) That it for Epi41. Next show I will have Special Guest Host That Chris Gore from the PodCRASH podcast with me, pulling clips and kicking back in San Francisco. Happy Succotash Day (December 4th), everybody! What a great day to pass the Succotash! — Marc Hershon
With Epi32 we're back at Studio P with Engineer/Producer Joe Paulino and all is right with the world. (BTW, be sure to check out Joe and Tim White's CD Inhale Slowly - it's not only great meditation and relaxation music, but it's kicking ass on the mellow music charts!) This episode of Succotash is positively brimming with podcastly goodness — a scintillating guest co-host, a new Henderson's Pants ad, an installment of Boozin' With Bill, a Burst O' Durst, sci-fi comedy music from John Anealio and a passle of podcast clips. Our guest co-host is no stranger to Succotash listeners — it's Phil Leirness, he of Chillpak Hollywood Hour podcast fame. Phil was in Northern California and the timing worked out that he was able to get to Studio P and help me serve up this latest portion of Succotash. We talk a little about his work and he gives us a few tantalizing glimpses into what is going on with the TWO follow up films to The Truth Is Out There, the conspiracy theory based documentary Phil directed. (Both CHH and TTIOT are produced in collaboration with TV's Dean "X-Files" Haglund, who our listeners also know from his audio visits to the show.) Phil's a great conversationalist and has well-expressed commentary on the clips in this episode. Speaking of clips, here's what in store in Epi32… Chillpak Hollywood Hour Our guest co-host and his heterosexual life partner Dean Haglund discuss some of the Comedy nominations for the upcoming Emmy Awards. Combat Radio I've been wanting to play something from Combat Radio so reached out to the show's ringmaster, Ethan Dettenmaier, via Twitter. He shot me a link to a clip featuring Phil Leirness without even knowing he was with me this show. It all boils down to a scheme to break into Area 51… After Hours with Mark Pitta Friend of Succotash Mark Pitta has a rare treat in his latest After Hours podcast episode: An interview he did back in 2001 where he interviewd comic legend George Carlin in front of a theater full of people. In this clip, Carlin remembers the transition point between his straight-laced, necktie-wearing persona and the counter-culture icon he was to become. The Dana Gould Hour Dana Gould and his guests Steve Agee & Matt Weinhold get into it about Comicon, which recently wrapped its latest incarnation in San Diego. Ham Radio Not being a huge fan of the "shootin' the shit" brand of groupchat podcasting, I got a laugh out of Ham Radio host Brett Hamil's ad for Crosstalk Comedy. Professor Blastoff Epi64 of Professor Blastoff starts off with a very sobering note by co-host TIg Notaro, as she reveals that she has been diagnosed with double breast cancer. Her co-hosts Kyle Dunnigan and David Huntsberger, are not only sympathetic but help to make the experience a pretty safe one for Tig to be so forthcoming. Click over to their homesite to leave her a message of support. Pissed Off Man Show We’ve featured a few clips from the deeply Irish brogued Gee & Jay Show from Belfast. Well, Gavin – who put the G in Gee & Jay – sometimes has to wait around for Jay to show up and that rage is what gives us a few tender moments of the Pissed Off Man Show. What Duvet Said Rob Celli, one half of What Duvet Said, was a previous guest co-host of Succotash. Now he’s moved to New York but he and Jason Duplissey – who is in LA – still pull off the show. (Coincidentally, I originally found out about these guys from Phil Leirness.) Booth announcer Bill Haywatt is back in the studio with another Boozin' With Bill segment. This time he serves up a concoction called "The Red C", which he picked up in his travels as a journeyman radio announcer in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan. This libation was actually surprisingly good and we were sorry that after the first round was gone, there was no more to be had. See the recipe right over there on the left had side of the page… Off the air and in the reading world, in This Week In Comedy Podcasts, I’m reviewing The Thrilling Adventure Hour #83: Cactoid Jim, King Of The Martian Frontier with guest stars Nathan Fillion, Adam Baldwin and Zachary Levy. Just go to Splitsider.com to lay your eyes on that review. That's going to do it for this week's installment. There should be plenty to keep you busy until Epi33, where I will spend the show chatting with comedy sci-fi musician John Anealio and playing some of his very funny and nerdy music. Until then, please have fun passing the Succotash! — Marc Hershon
