In "Bald Faced Lie, Bald Faced Truth," BT and Sal go head-to-head, dissecting bold statements presented by Intern Nick and declaring them either undeniable "truth" or blatant "lie." The segment kicks off with a Yankees trade debate: will they deal Spencer Jones or George Lombard at the deadline? BT firmly states it's a "lie," protecting Lombard as a system jewel, while Sal counters with a "truth," predicting Jones is expendable. The fiery exchange continues as they tackle the Knicks' coaching future, with Sal dismissing Mike Brown's ability to surpass Tom Thibodeau's playoff wins as a "lie," and BT defiantly calling it a "truth," betting on Brown's superior coaching. Finally, the gridiron takes center stage, as both agree it's a "bald faced lie" that Garrett Wilson will out-gain Malik Nabers in receiving yards, citing the Giants' likely reliance on Nabers and the Jets' run-heavy offense.
