Great Day everyone.  I hope you begin your day with a winners attitude.  I sat down with myself.  And started talking into a microphone for about 30 minutes of ranting a raving about J Coles latest freestyle.  He also just dropped his album "The Off-Season".  I dont know what it is about Cole, hes very personable.  He seems down to Earth and willing to listen to an idea.   I try to tie his mind set on his latest documentary to that of Steven Pressfields "The War of Art".   He brings this profeesionalism into his everyday life.  That is what will make you great.  Consistency.   I hope yall enjoy the episode.   Spread The Peace & Love.

After more than 19 years in the clothing business, Michael J. Coles founded the Great American Cookie Company in Atlanta in 1977 with his partner, Arthur Karp. They took an $8,000 investment and grew it into the largest cookie store franchise in the United States. In 2003, he took the helm at Caribou Coffee Company and more than doubled the size of the company, opened a commercial sales division and an international market, and took it public on NASDAQ under the symbol CBOU in 2005. Meek Mill finally drops his album after his incarceration and to me this is by far his best album to date. Jay-Z steals the show and has the best verse on the entire album.
