Many people are trying to change their lives by adding something new — new habits, new goals, new strategies — yet still feel stuck in familiar patterns. In this powerful episode of The Genesis Frequency, Rev. Dr. Stephen J. Kosmyna explores a different path to transformation: not accumulation, but release. What if growth begins by letting go of outdated inner narratives rather than striving harder? What if the greatest barrier to progress isn't external circumstances, but the unconscious stories we continue to carry from our past?In this episode, Stephen invites listeners into a practical and deeply reflective conversation about identity, awareness, and personal freedom. Drawing from timeless spiritual principles and modern personal development insight, he explains how old emotional patterns, limiting beliefs, and inherited self-images quietly shape our decisions, leadership style, and relationships — often without our awareness. You'll discover how to recognize patterns that no longer serve you, separate past experiences from present identity, and consciously choose a new internal posture moving forward. This episode is especially meaningful for leaders, seekers, and anyone ready to move beyond survival patterns into intentional living.Transformation doesn't always require becoming someone new. Sometimes it begins by releasing what was never truly you.Listen in — and ask yourself: What am I ready to release so something greater can live through me now?
Sometimes war is just a game of ping pong where the paddles are knives and bullets and the balls... well, the balls are you and me and everyone around! A game where there is no winner - only losers who brutally express and receive expressions of power. Civil wars are notoriously uncivil and the Russian Revolution was no different. Part Two: Inner Peace Is Not Passive - Five Practices for Living From the Inside OutIn this second part of our exploration of inner peace, we move beyond the idea of peace as a feeling and into peace as a disciplined way of living, leading, and creating. In a world filled with noise, polarization, pressure, and constant reaction, true inner peace is not passive withdrawal — it is trained strength. It is the ability to remain grounded, clear, and intentional while fully engaged with life.Building on the themes from Part One, this episode focuses on five practical principles that help you live from the inside out, no matter what is happening around you. We explore how inner peace shows up in leadership, decision-making, relationships, and personal growth — and why it is one of the most powerful assets you can develop in today's world. You'll learn how to:Stay engaged in action without becoming attached to outcomesRespond from awareness rather than emotional impulseSimplify the inner narratives that create stress and confusionCultivate compassion — especially toward yourself — without losing strengthDevelop a daily practice of living from your inner centerThis episode is especially relevant for leaders, professionals, creatives, and anyone seeking clarity, resilience, and emotional intelligence in an unpredictable world.Inner peace is not something you wait for. It is something you practice, choose, and embody — every day.
What Is Happening Within You? The Quiet Power That Shapes Your LifeIn a world filled with noise, division, and constant reaction, this episode of The Genesis Frequency invites you to pause and turn inward — not to escape reality, but to lead it more consciously.Inspired by recent stories of Buddhist monks walking peacefully across the United States amid social unrest, this conversation centers on a powerful truth: we may not control what happens around us, but we always have influence over what happens within us. And what happens within us shapes how we think, lead, relate, and live.In this Part One episode, Rev. Dr. Stephen J. Kosmyna explores inner peace not as passivity, but as regulated power — a practical, trainable inner discipline that strengthens leadership, decision-making, and personal effectiveness. Drawing from wisdom traditions, neuroscience, leadership development, and lived experience, this episode reframes inner peace as a stabilizing force in a reactive world. You'll be guided through five foundational practices, including:Choosing awareness before reactionRegulating the body to stabilize the mindReleasing outdated inner storiesAnchoring identity beyond circumstancesCultivating compassion as a leadership strengthThis episode is for leaders, professionals, and seekers who want to live and lead from clarity rather than chaos — and who recognize that the most important work begins within.Part Two continues next week.
The Denver Nuggets were apart of an instant classic at Madison Square Garden! Nikola Jokic and Oscar Robertson meet again in the record books and Jamal Murray put the cape on early and often. The injury bug hit the Nuggets again with P-Wat and Spencer Jones leaving the game. The Nuggets ran out of gas late in back to back nights. Koz was on the call from Broadway.
The Denver Nuggets are in the midst of another tough portion of their schedule. Tonight they attempted to weather the storm behind clutch shooting from Jamal Murray and Julian Strawther but they ran out of gas late. Christian Braun came back tonight but the Nuggets are still figuring things until the calvary is fully back. Koz eas on the Call from the Motor City

In what was deemed as the biggest game of the Nuggets season, they ran out of gas when it mattered most. They got within three in the 2nd half and that was all she wrote. The Denver Nuggets will have three more cracks at Oklahoma City this season. Koz was on the call tonight from Ball.
You Are Not Your Story: Choosing a Bigger LifeWhat if the story you've been telling yourself about your life is no longer true?So many people live from narratives shaped by past experiences — disappointment, loss, failure, lack, or moments that once felt defining. Over time, those experiences quietly become identities. We begin to believe this is who I am, this is how life works, this is as good as it gets. But the truth is this: your past may explain you, but it does not define you.In this episode, we explore the spiritual and psychological power of releasing worn-out inner stories and consciously choosing a new one — a story rooted not in limitation, but in infinite possibility.Drawing on timeless wisdom from Napoleon Hill, metaphysical principles, and universal spiritual truth, this message invites you to recognize that it takes no more effort to live from abundance, faith, and expansion than it does to remain in fear, scarcity, or self-doubt. What changes everything is not circumstance — it's conscious choice. You'll discover how old narratives are formed, why they feel so convincing, and how to gently but decisively loosen their grip. You'll learn how awareness, intention, and alignment with Infinite Intelligence allow a greater version of your life to begin expressing — naturally, peacefully, and powerfully. This is not about denying your past. It's about no longer allowing it to dictate your future. If you've ever felt called to something more — more peace, more freedom, more joy, more purpose — this episode is an invitation to step beyond who you've been and begin living from who you truly are.Because the moment you stop living from the past, a bigger life becomes available.
Jamal Murray CARRIED the load late in the 4th Quarter but playing almost 40 minutes led to gassed moments at the free throw line to close the game. The Nuggets turned what looked like a first round KO into a 12 round bout. As the Nuggets look to get healthy, the Nuggets will enjoy the next few games at home. Koz had the call from Ball Arena.
Every meaningful transformation begins with a shift in awareness. In this episode, we explore one of the most foundational principles of personal and spiritual growth — the understanding that there is One Universal Mind expressing through every individual, and that our thoughts serve as the creative channel through which life takes shape.Drawing from timeless metaphysical wisdom, modern insight, and practical application, this message invites listeners to recognize their relationship with Infinite Intelligence and to reclaim personal authority over thought, direction, and decision-making.You'll learn how thinking shapes experience, why inner alignment matters more than external effort, and how intentional awareness opens the door to clarity, peace, creativity, and forward movement. This episode is especially for those who feel ready to move beyond reaction, fear, and old mental patterns — and step into a more deliberate, empowered way of living.A grounded, uplifting conversation designed to help you think differently… so you can live differently.

Ačkoliv zprávy z Ameriky v posledních měsících mohou působit děsivě, přiznali amerikanisti v debatě Respektu v Knihovně Václava Havla, že stále vidí i důvod k optimismu. Mimo jiné i proto, že se Trumpovi nedaří zlepšovat ekonomickou situaci. The Corporation's current portfolio is backstopped by 3 cash-flowing production assets, and an additional 44 royalties on development-stage and exploration-stage properties. In this special Thanksgiving Day episode, Dr. Stephen J. Kosmyna delivers a powerful reminder: you are not powerless, stuck, or limited — you are a being of choice, intention, and limitless potential. As we move toward a brand-new year, this episode invites you to step into the life you would love to live by activating four inner powers you already possess:1. The Power of ChoiceYou always have a choice — to stay where you are or to step forward into the life you truly want. Every transformation begins with recognizing the choice right in front of you.2. The Power of IntentionOnce the decision is made, intention aims your energy. Intention sets direction. It aligns your thoughts, feelings, and actions with your highest vision — personally and professionally.4. The Power of CommitmentCommitment is where results are born. Commitment holds you steady when resistance shows up. Commitment transforms desire into destiny.Stephen also speaks candidly about:Why most people stay stuck year after yearHow accountability multiplies progressWhy a guide, mentor, or coach is essential — not optionalHow to begin 2026nowrather than waiting for JanuaryWhy Thanksgiving is the PERFECT energetic moment to activate your powerThis episode closes with a strong call to action: If you're ready for your next level — in business, leadership, or life — reach out today. In this episode of The Genesis Frequency, we continue our exploration of Praxis — the integration of belief with behavior. Last week we focused on personal development. Today, we expand the conversation into leadership and organizations.Too often, leaders and companies suffer from the knowing–doing gap. They say, “People are our greatest asset,” yet cut training first. They say, “We value innovation,” yet punish mistakes. They say, “We believe in transparency,” yet make decisions behind closed doors. This misalignment erodes trust and destroys culture. But when leaders embody Praxis — when beliefs and behaviors align — culture thrives. Trust grows. Innovation flourishes. Engagement soars. In this episode, you'll discover:Why organizational Praxis matters for culture and performance. How the Be → Do → Have model applies to leadership.Real stories of leaders who lived — and failed to live — their stated values.Practical steps you can take to close the gap between belief and behavior in your own leadership.Praxis isn't just a spiritual principle. It's a business imperative. And if you're ready to bring Praxis into your leadership and culture, let's connect. What makes a man step up and say, “That's all I can stands—I can't stands no more”? What does it really mean to be an enforcer of justice in today's world? In this week's message, Pastor Jim Ramos lays down a challenge to every man: stop sitting on the sidelines and start enforcing biblical justice. You were made to carry Christ into the chaos, to stand in the gap, to rescue the broken, and to bleed for a cause bigger than yourself. When you enter a room, everyone should feel safer. Are you a man who runs from the storm… or one who charges into it with trust and grit? What kind of man faces the storm—and what kind of Savior still calms it? In this powerful message from Men in the Arena ManCamp 2025, Jim Ramos challenges men to stop shrinking back and start stepping up when life gets rough. Drawing from Mark 4 and the raw reality of personal trials, this talk explores what it means to trust Jesus in the middle of the storm—when the waves are high, your strength is gone, and all you've got left is faith. This is a challenge for every man to listen to the voice of Jesus, fix his eyes on the cross, and become the kind of man who heads into the storm instead of running from it. This week, radio host and author Brant Hansen joins Jim Ramos to discuss his book The Men We Need: God's Purpose for the Manly Man, the Avid Indoorsman, or Any Man Willing to Show Up and provide you with a specific, actionable picture of what God created you to be as a man - a "Keeper of the Garden” - and what that means for you today. Are you dishing out judgment when you should be offering mercy? Is your version of justice undermining God's grace? In this week's message, Pastor Jim Ramos delves into mercy, grace, judgment, and wrath. If you don't understand these principles, you're fumbling the fundamentals of the Christian life. These aren't just theological buzzwords—they determine how you lead, love, and respond when it counts. It's time to stop defaulting to wrath and judgment, and start choosing the power of grace and mercy. (Check out Weldon Hardenbrook's 'Missing from Action' which was mentioned in this message!) Jesus calls us men to walk a powerful paradox—bold in truth, but gentle in spirit. In this week's message, Pastor Jim Ramos breaks down what it looks like to be a tactical, discerning noticer of people without losing the humility and purity that makes the gospel irresistible. You've been sent out like sheep among wolves, not to be passive or polite, but to be cunning, observant, and unwavering in truth.
