Chodzi o to, by ktoś gwarantował, że zaciągnięte zobowiązania spłacimy w określonym czasie– wskazał. To warunek, by nawet w trudnym okresie spółka mogła swobodnie funkcjonować”; finansowania pomostowego (kredyt/instytucje finansowe z gwarancją właściciela); rozwiązanie sporu o podatek „solidarnościowy” obciążający JSW.

In this episode of The Genesis Frequency, we build on our recent exploration of praxis—the alignment of belief and behavior—by adding the fuel that makes your vision burn bright: passion and enthusiasm.Passion is your compass, pointing you toward what makes you feel most alive. Enthusiasm is the fire, the divine energy that propels you forward with joy and confidence. Together, they create unstoppable momentum. You'll be guided through a reflective journaling practice designed to uncover your deepest passions and identify what must be present in your life for you to feel fully alive. With your journal open, you'll answer powerful questions like: “When my life is ideal, I am…” and “What experiences make me wake up each morning with joy?”This episode will inspire you to see enthusiasm not just as excitement, but as alignment with Source—the spiritual spark that brings your goals to life. And if you're ready to go beyond reflection into real transformation, I'll share how working with me as your guide can help you close the knowing–doing gap and turn passion into action.
In this episode of Startup Theatre, Troy Hammond sits down with Michael "Koz" Koziarski, a veteran software engineer, startup founder, and open source contributor, to talk about the messy, real, and rewarding side of building software and leading teams. From his early work in Ruby on Rails and open source to his leadership roles at Vend and Southgate Labs, Koz shares the honest truths about engineering in high-growth environments. You'll hear how great leadership isn't about having all the answers, it's about building trust, hiring well, and raising the performance bar. This conversation delves into what it truly takes to lead technical teams, navigate outages, transition from consulting to product development, and why there are no silver bullets—just consistent, hard, and deliberate work.Whether you're an engineer stepping into leadership or a founder trying to build a high-performing team, Koz's lessons on product understanding, trust, AI expectations, and crisis management will resonate.
In this episode of The Genesis Frequency, we continue our exploration of Praxis — the integration of belief with behavior. Last week we focused on personal development. Today, we expand the conversation into leadership and organizations.Too often, leaders and companies suffer from the knowing–doing gap. They say, “People are our greatest asset,” yet cut training first. They say, “We value innovation,” yet punish mistakes. They say, “We believe in transparency,” yet make decisions behind closed doors. This misalignment erodes trust and destroys culture. But when leaders embody Praxis — when beliefs and behaviors align — culture thrives. Trust grows. Innovation flourishes. Engagement soars. In this episode, you'll discover:Why organizational Praxis matters for culture and performance. How the Be → Do → Have model applies to leadership.Real stories of leaders who lived — and failed to live — their stated values.Practical steps you can take to close the gap between belief and behavior in your own leadership.Praxis isn't just a spiritual principle. It's a business imperative. And if you're ready to bring Praxis into your leadership and culture, let's connect. Because the world doesn't just need more leaders — it needs more leaders in Praxis.Produced by:Dr. Koz (and effect!)Dr. Stephen J. In this episode of The Genesis Frequency, we dive into the concept of Praxis — the integration of belief with behavior. Too many people say they believe one thing yet act in a way that contradicts it. This is the knowing–doing gap, and it keeps us stuck.Drawing on insights from Bob Proctor, Napoleon Hill, Emerson, and others, we explore how Praxis closes that gap and brings your life into alignment. You'll discover why Be → Do → Have is the right order of creation, and how misalignment between belief and behavior drains your energy, creates stress, and blocks results.Through stories of health, finances, and relationships, you'll see how everyday people shift their identity first, align their actions next, and finally experience the results they've longed for. This episode focuses on personal development: your purpose, your career, your finances, your relationships. Next week, Part Two will take Praxis into leadership and organizational development. Don't miss it.Tune in now, and start closing your knowing–doing gap today.Produced by:Dr. Koz (and effect!)Dr. Stephen J. In the last episode I spoke extensively on the importance of your own ongoing development and taking responsibility for your results. Personal, professional and leadership development is always about choice, yours. We must ceaselessly invest in ourselves if we are to eliminate longing and discontent by making a quantum leap from where we are now into the life we would love to live.Living our passion and living on purpose takes some work. Most of us get stuck at some point never realizing our loftiest dreams and goals. We settle back into our comfort zones and shrug it off by settling for less often saying, "Maybe for others but it's not to be for me." Let me be your guide. You an truly have it all as long as you are willing and able. Together we can transform your self-image and your belief system that is perhaps rooted in error thought. We can identity old worn out paradigms and inner programming that keeps you stuck. Now is the time to move into solutions, personally and professionally, so you may live your best, abundantly blessed life starting now. It's your choice. You can do this. Are you living the same year over and over, or are you moving toward your vision? In this week's episode of The Genesis Frequency, we go deeper into the process of creating a powerful vision for your life — and uncovering the hidden paradigms that keep you stuck.Last week, we talked about clarifying your big dream goals and noticing what holds you back. What makes a man step up and say, “That's all I can stands—I can't stands no more”? What does it really mean to be an enforcer of justice in today's world?
