The Nashville Predators played their final game of the regular season last night against a desperate Pittsburgh Penguins team holding out hope for a postseason chance. Goals from Gus Nyquist and Filip Forsberg weren't enough to get Nashville a win, and on today's Locked On Predators we recap the game including our "one word" to describe the 4-2 loss. Coach Lauzon is heading into his 12th season as a head football coach and his 10th season as head coach of the Lancers. He came to Londonderry in 2014 after being an assistant coach at Saint Anselm College. Lauzon spent two seasons as the head coach for the high school in which he was a player, Manchester West. Lauzon began his career as an assistant coach in 2008. Lauzon sits on the Board of Directors for the NH Football Foundation. He also leads the way for the NH Football Showcase every summer which helps connect NH players with colleges from all over the country. Lauzon was selected to coach the NH CHaD All-Star Game in 2018 and 2019 - and the upcoming game in 2023. Lauzon believes in coaching with great enthusiasm and effort which he feels will translate to the players. His goal while coaching is to improve the players' skill set in the sport while also teaching lessons for life and creating lifelong connections. Over the years, she's eked out a living as a rock and roll singer, an actor on stage and screen, and a puppeteer for Jim Henson, among other things. She talks to Tom about turning to art as a way to cope with a turbulent childhood, and how all her talents collide in the new play “Prophecy Fog.”

In today's episode, Amanda drinks some White Claws with comedian and actor Rachelle Lauzon to discuss her stand-up career, the importance of being your own cheerleader, and astrology (obviously). Rachelle is a multi-faceted artist originally from London, Ontario who is now based in Toronto. Rachelle has performed stand-up comedy at comedy festivals including Just for Laughs Toronto, The Boston Comedy Festival, NXNE, The Blue Whale Comedy Festival and The Odd Block Festival. Last year, her stand-up was featured on Laugh After Dark: Live in Las Vegas which is available to watch on Tubi, and her debut comedy album Rachelle, Rachelle just premiered on all streaming platforms earlier this month.
