United States • Canada • Brazil • Singapore • Japan • India Guidance • Provision • Rest Good afternoon. As you pause in the middle of your day, take a moment to breathe and remember that you are not walking through today alone. Whatever this morning has held, and whatever this afternoon may bring, the Good Shepherd continues to lead with wisdom, compassion and unfailing love. He knows where you have been, He knows where you are, and He already knows the path that lies ahead. In His care there is peace for your heart and strength for every step. Psalm 23:1 (NIV) “The Lord is my shepherd, I lack nothing.” Heavenly Father, thank You for watching over us with perfect love and constant care. Lord Jesus, our Good Shepherd, lead us through every decision, every conversation and every opportunity that lies before us today. Holy Spirit, quiet every anxious thought and help us to trust Your leading, even when we cannot yet see the whole journey. Provide everything we need to honour You, strengthen every weary heart and fill us with the confidence that comes from walking close to You. May we reflect Your kindness, speak words that bring hope and carry Your peace wherever we go. Keep our eyes fixed upon You, knowing that Your presence is our greatest security. Today we declare that fear will not win, because the Good Shepherd walks before us, beside us and will never leave us. We pray for every listener joining us from the United States, Canada, Brazil, Singapore, Japan, India and across the world. May the Lord guide your steps, provide for your needs and fill your heart with His perfect peace today. Señor Jesús, gracias por guiarnos como nuestro Buen Pastor. Amén. Episode 1: A Live Coaching Session What happens after food freedom? In this new coaching series, you'll follow one woman's journey as she moves from intuitive eating and food freedom into a season focused on metabolic health, hormone balance, energy, and body composition — without returning to dieting. This is Episode 1, and you're sitting in on our first session together. She's done the work to heal her relationship with food. She's no longer obsessed. But now she wants more: More stable energy Better metabolic health Hormone balance Improved body composition Sustainable weight changes A stronger, more capable body In this session, we unpack: What “metabolic health” really means for women The difference between restriction and optimization Why food freedom is a foundation — not the finish line How nervous system safety impacts hormones and metabolism The fears that surface when shifting from freedom to focus You'll hear the real questions. The hesitations. The mindset shifts. And you'll begin to see how Empowered Eating bridges the gap between food freedom and sustainable metabolic health. Who This Series Is For This live coaching journey is for women who: Have done intuitive eating or food freedom work Want to support hormones and metabolism without dieting Feel stuck with energy, body composition, or blood sugar Crave structure without obsession If you see yourself in her story, you're not alone. What's Coming Next In the upcoming sessions, you'll hear us work through: Protein targets and muscle building Blood sugar regulation Calibrating intake without tracking obsession Body composition goals without body shame Moving from self-trust to strategic alignment You'll get to witness the process — not just the principles. A special cross-over podcast episode between Spiritual Misfits and On the Way, recorded at 'Words For Those Who Wander' at West End Uniting Church in Brisbane. In this conversation, Will Small, Dom Fay, Sue Grimmett, and Peter Catt explore what happens when the old spiritual maps stop working and we need to become cartographers for our time. Together they wrestle with profound questions: What if we're all exiles seeking belonging? How do we build community when our frameworks for understanding are themselves lost? And what would we write on 'the map' for those who come after us? See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

Get ready for some serious light bulb moments in this episode as I share a live coaching session from one of our MACROS 101 calls with Anna. If tracking your food has ever felt overwhelming, frustrating, or like a constant test of perfection, you're going to relate to this one. Anna came into our conversation feeling stuck—swinging between obsessively tracking every gram and giving up altogether when she couldn't be perfect. Together, we unpacked her resistance and reframed tracking as a tool for learning, not a test to pass or fail. You'll hear the exact questions I asked that helped shift her mindset and reveal how powerful a simple perspective change can be. Tracking isn't about control—it's about understanding. And when you approach it with curiosity instead of judgment, that's where the real freedom begins. Let's dive in!Find show notes at bicepsafterbabies.com/369Follow me on Instagram and Tiktok!Links:bicepsafterbabies.com/waitlist

Chris Tillett is a well-known figure in our industry. He is in product management and R&D at Palo Alto Networks. He is also a great guy, funny, and can wield the snark quite well. He is the perfect foil for Allan Alford as the two of them take the gloves off, pick on one another, and tear apart bad vendor and bad CISO behaviors. LIVE! At Black Hat! The two tackle some of the most sensitive pain points on both sides of the fence, and get into solutioning some of the most common CISO/vendor problems. All while donating to Black Girls Code whenever a buzzword gets used. Their ultimate conclusion? We'd better figure out how to lock arms, as the bad guys have no problems coordinating with each other. Come together. Right now. Over The Cyber Ranch Podcast. Sponsored by Palo Alto Networks XSIAM.
