The Raising Serotonin podcast is a fantastic show that has truly changed my life for the better. Hosted by Sammy, this podcast offers valuable insights and guidance on a variety of topics, including mindset, healthy habits, overcoming toxic patterns, and more. Sammy's authenticity and openness about her own struggles and how she is working to overcome them are truly inspiring. I always look forward to new episodes because they never fail to make my day better.
One of the best aspects of The Raising Serotonin podcast is Sammy herself. She is an amazing host who keeps it real and helpful at all times. Her words of wisdom have had a profound impact on me, inspiring me to be better and reminding me to stay true to myself. I am constantly amazed by her ability to cover such important topics in such a relatable way. Whether discussing mindset or overcoming toxic patterns, Sammy's insights are always enlightening.

Whether it's an episode about family or one about happiness, there is always something that resonates with me in my current situation in life.
While The Raising Serotonin podcast has numerous strengths, there are few aspects that could be improved upon. For example, sometimes the episodes can feel too short. Although the quick episode format allows for easy listening and engagement, there are times when I crave more depth on certain topics.
In conclusion, The Raising Serotonin podcast is an incredible show that provides valuable insights and guidance on various aspects of life. Sammy's authenticity and openness make her an amazing host who inspires listeners to be their best selves. Although some episodes may feel too short at times, this podcast is still highly recommended for anyone seeking relatable content that can positively impact their lives.
This episode is one that lit a fire in my soul. I sat down with Joe Rinaldi, who shares his powerful journey of losing his vision—and gaining a whole new perspective on life. His story is raw, real, and ridiculously inspiring.Joe opens up about how his personal challenges led to the creation of Project Endure, a community that helps people tap into their inner strength through connection and vulnerability. We dive into what it really takes to build something meaningful from the ground up—the messy moments, the doubts, and the beautiful breakthroughs that happen when people come together with purpose. We talk about persistence, the magic that happens when we open up and share our stories, and how embracing the hard stuff can actually lead to the most healing and growth. This convo is a reminder that we don't have to do life alone—and that our struggles might just be the bridge to someone else's breakthrough. If you need a boost of perspective, power, and purpose, this one's for you.Connect with Joe Here:Follow Joe on Instagram Project EndureEpisode Joe mentioend with Richard Study Joe Mentioned - Marshmallow Test Experiment FOLLOW RAISING SEROTONIN ON INSTAGRAM HERE SIGN UP FOR THE FREE RAISING SEROTONIN NEWSLETTER HERE

It is the final episode of Raising Serotonin for 2024! As we close out the year, it's time to reflect, reset, and prepare to level up for a transformative 2025. Whether 2024 was productive, challenging, or somewhere in between, this episode will help you take the lessons you've learned and use them as fuel to grow into your best self in the new year.Reflecting on the past year, it's important to remember that growth is a process. Maybe 2024 wasn't your best year, but that's okay. It's all about what you take away from the experience and how you move forward. Personally, I found 2024 to be a mixed bag—it wasn't great, but it wasn't terrible either. I learned so much, and I've decided to leave behind the things that didn't work for me as I head into 2025. This mindset is key for leveling up: recognizing what no longer serves you and letting it go.If you're feeling stuck or unsure about your direction, I encourage you to take some time to sit with yourself and reflect. You don't have to have all the answers right away—growth takes time. But remember, you deserve to make the small shifts that will bring you closer to the life you want. Whether that's starting a new habit, pursuing a passion, or simply being more present, do it because you love yourself enough to make those changes. As we step into 2025, my hope for you is that you recognize how amazing you truly are. You're capable of so much, and this year is your opportunity to thrive. Thank you for being part of the Raising Serotonin community. I'll see you in 2025—let's level up together!FOLLOW RAISING SEROTNIN ON INSTAGRAM HERE SIGN UP FOR THE FREE RAISING SEROTONIN NEWSLETTER HERE

Let's head into 2025 ready to trust our gut and get stuff done!Follow Raising Serotonin On Instagram HereSign up for the free Raising Serotonin Newsletter Here
