The Green Shoe Society Anthem At The Green Shoe Society, we own our lives, all of it. We fix what we want to fix and leave the rest behind. We set healthy boundaries, not because we have to, but because we choose to. We go after what we want in life, unapologetically. We are strong in all the best ways and we also let ourselves be soft, vulnerable, and imperfect. We don't beat ourselves up for needing rest. In fact, we take it, guilt-free. We say yes when it feels right, and no when it doesn't, without regret. We seek pleasure and joy, and we leave shame, guilt, and all those invisible ties behind. We stop worrying so much about what others think. We stop giving so many fucks. We learn to listen to our bodies, to trust them, to honor them. We stand tall when we need to, but we're also okay with letting go of the need to take on the world. We focus on our little corner of the world and celebrate the hell out of it. We give ourselves permission to feel all of life the good, the bad, the messy, and the beautiful. We've already busted through so many fucking paradigms, and now? The last one is our own mental cage. We are feminists. We are truth seekers. We are bullshit breakers. We live with passion and playfulness, singing like rock stars in our cars, or on the stage. We love the earth and all she gives us. We are good stewards, honoring her in everything we do. We dance to our record player, we sing with our hairbrush as our microphone, and we let ourselves be free. We are The Green Shoe Society and we're just getting started. What is your green shoe?! If this anthem speaks to you, then consider me your life coach. If you're ready to stop waiting and start living the life you've been craving, I'd love to work with you one on one in my private coaching program...The Renegade Sessions. Together, we'll break free from what's holding you back and create the life you've been waiting for. Life is short, Wildflower, and you've already waited long enough. It's time to step into your most authentic life. I can't wait to meet you and help you make it happen. Visit me at amyloganlife.com to get started.

Basically had a therapy session with myself... :') In this solo episode, I talk about the uncomfortable truths of showing up on social media, in general, but especially as a therapist. I open up about my own internal judgment that I'm working on and insecurities that keep me from showing up *more* authentically. I also share the doubts that often creep in, and how my thoughts often get in the way of taking risks. I'm still going to show up...despite those thoughts. Thanks again, as always, for being here! *I am currently accepting new clients virtually in California. Hanna shares her personal journey of navigating financial uncertainty and the tools she developed to help others break free from restrictive, fear-driven money habits. Together, they unpack how societal expectations, family teachings, and personal experiences shape our financial decisions—and how we can reclaim control. In this heartfelt episode, we're diving into the topic of owning our gifts and embracing the wholeness of who we are. If you've ever found yourself downplaying your talents or focusing more on what you need to improve rather than celebrating your strengths, this episode is for you. If you hear yourself saying a whole lot more of “I am working on or I am trying to” instead of “I am doing x or creating x so that I have, become, brought into life y result (internal win patience or external win new house) Try it with one of your own stories of not doing. Fill in your favorite action verb + a specific outcome. For example “I am trying to figure out how I can get paid to write” vs “I am drafting 3 pitches to sell a 250 word essay for $250 to these named online media outlets”. Through sharing anecdotes from personal coaching experiences and a recent women's group gathering, I explore how crucial it is to acknowledge the balance between our light and shadow sides. Together, we ponder why it often feels safer to play small and how empowering it can be to unapologetically own our strengths. Main Takeaways: Embrace Your Whole Self: True growth comes from honoring both your strengths and the areas where you're still evolving. You were born whole—light and shadow together—and when you acknowledge and accept both, you step into your fullest, most authentic power.Own Your Gifts, Celebrate Your Strengths: Too often, we downplay what makes us extraordinary. This episode challenges you to fully acknowledge your talents and contributions, embracing them as essential parts of who you are. When you truly see your brilliance, you transform not just your self-perception, but your impact on the world.Shift Focus for Growth: By consciously directing our attention toward progress and potential rather than shortcomings, we elevate our sense of worth and open doors to new possibilities. Why do some manifestations feel out of reach? The answer lies in detachment. In this episode, Penny explores how subconscious beliefs about money, effort, and worthiness block abundance—and how releasing those attachments opens the floodgates for manifestation. Manifestation isn't just about money; it's about embodying abundance in every area of life. Detach, trust, and watch the magic unfold. Key Takeaways: Manifestation flows when you release attachment to control. Money is just energy—not your worth, safety, or success. Detaching from effort = money helps you embody true abundance.
